Abstract

본 발명은 휴대단말기를 손으로 파지하도록 휴대단말기에 장착되는 핸드그립(hand-grip)에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 휴대단말기의 휴대를 용이하게 하며, 휴대단말기에 거치기능을 제공하도록 구성된 휴대단말기용 핸드그립에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 부착면을 형성하도록 구성된 다수의 압착홀더와 상기 압착홀더를 서로 연결하는 신축성 재질의 스트랩을 포함하여 구성된 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립를 제시한다.

Description

거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립
본 발명은 휴대단말기를 손으로 파지하도록 휴대단말기에 장착되는 핸드그립(hand-grip)에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 휴대단말기의 휴대를 용이하게 하며, 휴대단말기에 거치기능을 제공하도록 구성된 휴대단말기용 핸드그립에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 기존의 휴대단말기나 휴대용 케이스에 장착되는 핸드그립에 관한 것으로, 다시 말해, 기존의 휴대단말기나 휴대용 케이스의 구조변경 없이 그 자체에 부착시켜 장착가능도록 구성된 핸드그립에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 휴대단말기란 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)나 휴대폰 등을 통칭하는 것으로, 개인이 휴대하고 다니면서 장소에 구애받지 않고, 무선통신은 물론, 네트워크 접속을 통한 각종 업무를 수행할 수 있는 통신기기를 말한다.
일반적으로 스마트폰, 전자사전, 아이팟, 스마트탭 등의 다양한 개인 휴대단말기는 개인이 한손으로 파지하기 용이한 크기로 출고되고 있으며, 최근에는 이러한 휴대단말기의 경우 한 손으로 전체를 감싸면서 파지하기에 다소 큰 크기로 제품이 출고되고 있는 추세이다.
다시 말해, 휴대단말기로 게임이나 동영상 등의 각종 멀티미디어 기능을 보다 현장감 있게 즐기기 위해 대형 디스플레이의 탑재가 용이한 휴대단말기가 출시되어 각광을 받고 있다.
한편, 이러한 다양한 형태의 휴대단말기는 각종 정밀하고 미세한 전자부품이 내장되어 있으므로 외부에서 충격이 가해지는 경우에는 파손 및 오작동이 발생할 우려가 있으며, 휴대하고 이동하는 과정에서 각종 이물질로인해 오염될 수 있는 바, 사용자가 휴대단말기를 비교적 안전하게 사용 및 휴대할 수 있도록 하기 위한 휴대용 케이스가 다양하게 제안되어 독립적으로 판매되고 있다.
이러한 휴대용 케이스는 플라스틱, 가죽 또는 실리콘 재질로 외부의 충격으로부터 단말기를 보호하고, 액정표시장치의 긁힘이나 파손을 방지하는 한편, 단말기의 외관을 아름답게 꾸미는 용도로 사용된다.
그러나, 이러한 휴대용 케이스의 다양한 용도에도 불구하고, 최근 크기가 확대되는 휴대단말기의 추세에 대응하여 휴대단말기를 한손으로 보다 편리하게 파지하기 위한 파지기능이나 동영상 등을 보는 경우에 휴대단말기를 거치시키는 거치기능은 부족한 실정이다.
이에 국내등록특허공보에 기재된 본 발명 출원인의 등록발명 10-1220507호(발명의 명칭: 휴대단말기용 케이스) 및 10-1318706(발명의 명칭:핸드그립을 갖는 휴대용 케이스)를 보면, 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 핸드그립이 구성된 휴대용 케이스를 제시하고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 등록공보에 기재된 발명의 경우, 기존에 출시된 휴대용케이스를 그대로 사용할 수가 없고 새롭게 제작하거나 구조의 변경 등이 필요하다는 점과 전체적인 구조가 다소 복잡하다는 점에 대한 문제점이 있다.
상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명은 종래의 휴대용 단말기나 휴대단말기용 케이스에 쉽게 부착시켜 사용할 수 있는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 휴대용 단말기를 파지하는 손의 크기에 맞게 쉽게 파지공간이 조절되도록 구성된 휴대단말기용 핸드그립를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 휴대용 단말기의 길이방향 또는 길이방향에 수직방향으로 각각 거치되는 양방향 거치기능을 갖도록 구성된 휴대단말기용 핸드그립를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 휴대용 단말기에 장착되는 핸드그립에 있어서, 상기 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 부착면을 형성하도록 구성된 다수의 압착홀더; 및 상기 압착홀더를 서로 연결하는 신축성 재질의 스트랩;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립을 제시한다.
상기 압착홀더에는, 상기 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 상기 부착면에서 내측방향으로 상기 휴대용 단말기와 비접촉하는 공기층이 구성된다.
상기 신축성 재질의 스트랩의 내부에는 철심재질이 삽입되어 구성된다.
또한, 상기 스트랩에는 휴대용 단말기가 휴대용 단말기의 길이방향으로 거치되도록 거치단이 더 구성된다.
상기 스트랩은 압착홀더와 일체형으로 구성될 수 있으며, 또한 상기 압착홀더에는 상기 스트랩이 장착되는 걸이부를 더 구성하여 스트랩과 압착홀더를 분리형으로 구성할 수도 있다.
본 발명인 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립을 통해 다음과 같은 효과를 달성할 수 있다.

본 발명은 휴대용 단말기에 장착되는 핸드그립의 최선의 형태는, 상기 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 부착면을 형성하도록 구성된 다수의 압착홀더와 상기 압착홀더를 서로 연결하는 신축성 재질의 스트랩이 구성되고, 상기 스트랩에는 휴대용 단말기가 휴대용 단말기의 길이방향으로 거치되도록 거치단이 더 구성되는 형태이다.
이하 본 발명인 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립에 대해 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 자세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 휴대단말기용 핸드그립의 구성도이며, 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 휴대단말기용 핸드그립의 장착상태도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압착홀더의 구조에 의해 형성된 힘의 관계를 설명하는 개념도이다.

즉, 본 발명의 압착홀더(100)에는 스트랩(200)이 장착되는 걸이부(100c)를 더 구성하여 스트랩(200)을 압착홀더(100)와 착탈분리식으로 구성함으로써 압착홀더의 파손이나 마모시 압착홀더(100)만을 쉽게 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
이상 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시예에 관해서 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위에서 벗어나지 않는 한도내에서 여러가지 변형이 가능함은 당해 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명하다 할 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명인 휴대단말기용 핸드그립은 휴대단말기에 사용될 수 있는 일종의 악세사리로서, 휴대단말기의 악세사리 산업에서 활용될 수 있으므로 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 휴대용 단말기에 장착되는 핸드그립에 있어서,
    상기 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 부착면을 형성하도록 구성된 다수의 압착홀더; 및
    상기 압착홀더를 서로 연결하는 신축성 재질의 스트랩;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압착홀더에는,
    상기 휴대용 단말기에 압착시 상기 부착면에서 내측방향으로 상기 휴대용 단말기와 비접촉하는 공기층이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 신축성 재질의 스트랩의 내부에는 철심재질이 삽입되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩에는 휴대용 단말기가 휴대용 단말기의 길이방향으로 거치되도록 거치단이 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩은 압착홀더와 일체형으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 압착홀더에는 상기 스트랩이 장착되는 걸이부를 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 거치기능을 갖는 휴대단말기용 핸드그립.
