技术领域
本公开涉及手机支架,更具体的说是涉及一种带红外对射的智能控制无线充支架。
背景技术
现在的手机屏幕越来越大,单手的操作变得很难,人手直接手持观看手机,时间稍长便会感觉手腕酸累不舒服,并且人手很难一直保持稳定的姿势,从而导致显示屏会发生晃动,影响视力及使人产生眩晕的感觉,而且手机在观看视频文件或玩游戏过程中耗电很快,需要及时进行充电,最普遍的是利用充电线对手机进行充电,这种方式受充电线长度的限制,使得手机只能在电源周围一定的范围内,这对手机的使用造成了诸多不便。
普通支架的夹持机构都是机械式,如果消费者需要在充电过程中取出手机或者放置手机在支架上时,需要人工拨动支架来放置和取出手机,在一些特定的场景消费者是不方便去拨动支架夹持机构,造成消费者使用不方便,如何优化消费者体验是目前业界亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种带智能控制、具有自动夹紧手机功能的无线充支架。
它能够使用户在单手的情况下也能操作。当用户需要充电时,把手机放置在支架上,支架的夹持臂会自动缩回并夹紧手机,实现充电;当用户不需要充电时,轻触触摸开关,支架的夹持臂会自动张开,用户可轻松取出手机,同时增加无线充电功能,给消费者更好智能化的体验。
本公开为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种带红外对射的智能控制无线充支架。
为了实现上述的目的,本公开的技术方案是:
一种带红外对射的智能控制无线充支架,包括壳体,所述壳体设有前面板和后面板,所述壳体的内部设有容腔,壳体上端的两侧各设有一个用于夹持手机的夹持臂,其中的一个夹持臂上设有红外发射模块,另外一个夹持臂上相对应位置设有红外接收模块,壳体下端设有用于支撑手机的支撑部,支撑部的上部设有第二挡板,第二挡板与所述前面板之间设有一定的间隙,所述间隙可以卡入手机,所述前面板为平面结构;所述触摸开关位于壳体的前面板下部左侧部位,所述壳体的容腔内设有支架夹持机构模块、无线充电模块及总控制器,所述总控制器分别与支架夹持机构模块、无线充电模块、红外发射模块、红外接收模块及触摸开关电性连接。
其中,所述夹持臂包括底板和连接在底板上远离壳体一端的挡块,挡块的内侧设有第一挡板,第一挡板与底板之间设有一定的间隙,所述间隙可以卡入手机。底板的另一端位于壳体的容腔内,并连接有压缩弹簧或弹性部件。
其中,所述支架夹持机构模块用于控制夹持臂的张开和缩回。
其中,所述无线充电模块用于给手机无线充电。
其中,所述总控制器用于整个系统的控制和管理。
具体的,所述红外发射模块设置于左侧夹持臂上的挡块的内部,所述红外接收模块设置于右侧夹持臂上的挡块的内部,红外发射模块与红外接收模块的位置相对应。
其中,所述红外发射模块用于发射红外信号,所述红外接收模块用于接收红外发射模块发射的红外信号,所述红外发射模块与红外接收模块配合使用。
其中,所述触摸开关用于通过支架夹持机构模块控制夹持臂的张开和缩回。
本公开采用了红外发射模块及红外接收模块来检测手机,当用户手机贴上支架,夹持臂自动缩回并夹紧手机,轻触触摸开关夹持臂自动张开,即可拿走手机,方便用户使用。

为了使本公开解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案、取得的技术效果易于理解,下面结合具体的附图,对本公开的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
如图1-2所示,一种带红外对射的智能控制无线充支架,包括壳体1,壳体1设有前面板2和后面板(图中不可见),所述壳体1的内部设有容腔,所述壳体1上端的两侧各设有一个用于夹持手机的夹持臂3,其中左侧的夹持臂3上设有红外发射模块104,另外一个右侧的夹持臂3上相对应位置处设有红外接收模块105,也可以根据需要将红外发射模块104和红外接收模块105的位置对调,所述壳体1的前面板2的下部左侧设有触摸开关106,所述壳体1下端设有用于支撑手机的支撑部8,支撑部8的上部设有第二挡板7,第二挡板7与所述前面板2之间设有一定的间隙91,所述间隙91可以卡入手机,所述前面板2为平面结构。
其中,所述夹持臂3包括底板4和连接在底板4上远离壳体1一端的挡块6,挡块6的内侧设有第一挡板5,第一挡板5与底板4之间设有一定的间隙92,所述间隙92可以卡入手机。底板4的另一端位于壳体1的容腔内,并连接有压缩弹簧或弹性部件以便于夹持臂3缩回时能够夹紧手机。
具体的,所述红外发射模块104的具体位置是安装在左侧夹持臂3上的挡块6的内部,挡块6的内侧设有开孔,该开孔的位置能保证红外发射模块104发出的红外光能够被红外接收模块105接收到,所述红外接收模块105的具体位置是安装在右侧夹持臂3上的挡块6的内部,该挡块6的内侧同样设有一个开口,该开口的位置与上述的开孔的位置相对应。
其中,所述壳体1的容腔内还设有支架夹持机构模块102、无线充电模块101、总控制器103。
如图3所示,所述总控制器103分别与支架夹持机构模块102、无线充电模块101、红外发射模块104、红外接收模块105 及触摸开关106电性连接。
所述支架夹持机构模块102用于控制夹持臂3的张开和缩回。
所述无线充电模块101用于给手机无线充电。
所述总控制器103用于整个系统的控制和管理。
所述红外发射模块104用于发射红外信号,所述红外接收模块105用于接收红外发射模块104发射的红外信号,所述红外发射模块104与红外接收模块105配合使用。
所述触摸开关106用于通过支架夹持机构模块102控制夹持臂3的张开和缩回。
具体的,所述支架夹持机构模块102、无线充电模块101、总控制器103可以设置在一个电路板上,也可以分别设置在两个电路板上,并固定在壳体1的容腔内。
具体的,所述触摸开关106固定在前面板2下部左侧部位,并且用手触摸时能够正常工作。
具体的,夹持臂3的待机状态是张开状态,壳体1两侧挡块6上分别设有红外发射模块104与红外接收模块105,当有手机放置到壳体1的前面板2上准备充电时,手机充当障碍物挡住红外信号,干扰红外传输,红外接收模块105接收不到红外发射模块104发出的红外信号,红外接收模块105会发出信号给总控制器103,总控制器103接收到该信号,发出指令给支架夹持机构模块102,支架夹持机构模块102控制夹持臂3收缩并夹紧手机,同时给手机进行充电。
具体的,当用户需要拿出手机时,轻触触摸开关106,总控制器103接收到信号,发出指令给支架夹持机构模块102,支架夹持机构模块102控制夹持臂3张开,用户取出手机,回复待机状态。
