 タンデム四重極型質量分析装置におけるMS/MS測定の一つのモードにMRM測定モードがある。MRM測定モードでは、前段四重極マスフィルタと後段四重極マスフィルタとを通過し得るイオンの質量電荷比をそれぞれ固定し、特定のプリカーサイオンに対する特定のプロダクトイオンの強度(量)を測定する。こうしたMRM測定では、2段階のマスフィルタによって非測定対象の化合物や夾雑成分由来のイオンや中性粒子を除去することができるため、高いSN比のイオン強度信号を得ることができる。そのため、MRM測定は特に微量成分の定量などに威力を発揮する。
 こうしたタンデム四重極型質量分析装置は単独で使用される場合もあるが、しばしば液体クロマトグラフ(LC)やガスクロマトグラフ(GC)と組み合わせて使用される。例えば液体クロマトグラフの検出器としてタンデム四重極型質量分析装置を用いたLC/MS/MSは、多数の化合物を含む試料や夾雑物を含む試料中の化合物の定量分析などによく用いられる。
 LC/MS/MS(又はGC/MS/MS)においてMRM測定を行う場合には、目的試料の測定に先立ち、目的とする化合物の保持時間と対応付けて、ターゲットとするプリカーサイオンの質量電荷比とプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比との組み合わせ(以下、「MRMトランジション」という。)を測定条件の一つとして設定しておく必要がある。各目的化合物に対して最適なMRMトランジションを設定しておくことにより、各目的化合物由来のイオンの信号強度を高い精度及び感度で得ることができ、該化合物の定量を高精度且つ高感度で行うことができる。MRMトランジションは分析者が手動で設定することも可能であるが、手動では手間が掛かる上に、必ずしも最適な組み合わせを設定できるとは限らない。
 そこで、従来、次のようにしてMRMトランジションを設定している。
 まず、分析者は、ターゲットとする化合物由来のプリカーサイオンの質量電荷比のみを指定する。すると、該化合物を含む既知の試料に対し、指定されたプリカーサイオンに関するプロダクトイオンスキャン測定が実施され、それによって得られるプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて信号強度が大きい順に所定個数のプロダクトイオンピークが選出される。そして、分析者が指定したプリカーサイオンと選出されたピークに対応するプロダクトイオンの組み合わせをMRMトランジションとする。
 上記の方法では、分析者がターゲットとすべきプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比を知らなくても、適当なプロダクトイオンが探索されMRMトランジションを自動的に設定することができる。しかしながら、プリカーサイオンを開裂させるために印加する衝突エネルギー(CE)電圧の大きさ等のパラメータによって生成されるプロダクトイオンの種類が異なり、ある限られた条件でしか生成されないプロダクトイオンが大きな信号強度を示す場合があるため、大きな信号強度を示すプロダクトイオンよりも、信号強度が低いプロダクトイオンのほうが定量に適している場合もある。そこで、例えば、複数回、プロダクトイオンスキャン測定を行ってそれぞれ取得したプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて出現頻度が高い順にプロダクトイオンを選出する、等の方法も提案されている(例えば特許文献1、2)。

 従来、プロダクトイオンスキャンを行って得たプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、信号強度が大きい順や出現頻度が高い順に所定個数のプロダクトイオンピークを選出しているが、これらの方法では、選出するプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比が考慮されておらず、必ずしも化合物の構造を特徴付けるイオンではないプロダクトイオンを選択してしまう場合がある。このようなプロダクトイオンをMRMトランジションに設定すると、目的化合物と異なる化合物を混同して検出し、定性を誤ったり定量に誤差を生じたりする、という問題があった。
 プロダクトイオンとして選択するのに適切でないイオンの1つに、プリカーサイオンが開裂せずプロダクトイオンとして検出されたもの(即ちプリカーサイオンそのもの)がある。プリカーサイオンが1価のイオンであれば、開裂せずプロダクトイオンとして検出された場合、プリカーサイオンとプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比が同一になるため、プロダクトイオンとして不適切であることを分析者が認識してMRMトランジションを再設定することが可能である。また、プリカーサイオンが1価のイオンである場合には、プリカーサイオンの質量電荷比よりも小さな質量電荷比の範囲を、プロダクトイオンの測定範囲として設定すれば、プリカーサイオンそのものを選択してしまうことを回避できる。
 しかし、多価のプリカーサイオンが開裂して価数が減少したプロダクトイオンの中には、プリカーサイオンの質量電荷比よりも大きい質量電荷比を有するものが含まれるため、上述のようにプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比の範囲を限定することができない。また、価数が変化すると質量電荷比が異なるため、プリカーサイオンと実質的に同じイオンであることに分析者が気づかず、このイオンをプロダクトイオンとするMRMトランジションを設定し、定性を誤ったり定量に誤差を生じたりする場合がある、という問題があった。
 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、MRM測定のためのパラメータであるMRMトランジションを決定する際に、目的化合物の定性や定量に適したプロダクトイオンを選出することができる質量分析方法及び装置、並びにプログラムを提供することである。
 上記課題を解決するために成された本発明の第1の態様は、イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有する質量分析装置を用いて、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析方法であって、
 a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定し、
 b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出する
 ことを特徴とする。
 使用者により入力される情報は、典型的には質量電荷比の数値であるが、これ以外にも、非選出イオンのイオン式など、その情報から質量電荷比を一義的に決定できる情報であればよい。
 上記基準としては、マスピークの強度が最も大きいプロダクトイオンを選択する、というものや、マスピークの出現頻度が最も高いプロダクトイオンを選択する、というものなどを用いることができる。
 本発明の第1の態様に係る方法では、目的化合物から生成されるプロダクトイオンであっても該目的化合物に対する特徴的なイオンではない、不所望のイオンを除外した上で、プロダクトイオンを選出する。従って、目的化合物の測定に適したプロダクトイオンを選出することができる。なお、上記不所望のイオンとしては、例えば、プリカーサイオンと同一のイオンやプリカーサイオンから価数のみが変化したイオン、同位体イオン、プリカーサイオンの脱水イオンを挙げることができる。
 MRM測定において目的化合物の定性を行う際には、2種類のMRMトランジションを併用し、その検出強度の比を確認して目的化合物であることを確認する。また、試料に含まれる夾雑成分の種類によっては、目的化合物のMRMトランジションに設定されているプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比と夾雑成分から生成されるプロダクトイオンの質量電荷比が近い値であるために、そのMRMトランジションを使用することができない場合がある。
 従って、上記第1の態様に係る方法において、
 上記予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを、使用者によって指定された数、選出する
ことが好ましい。
 また、上記課題を解決するために成された本発明の第2の態様は、イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有し、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析装置であって、
 a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定する非選出イオン設定部と、
 b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出するプロダクトイオン選出部と、
 を備えることを特徴とする。
 さらに、上記課題を解決するために成された本発明の第3の態様は、イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有する質量分析装置を用いて、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルから該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析データ処理プログラムであって、前記プロダクトイオンスペクトルが保存された記憶部にアクセス可能なコンピュータを、
 a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定する非選出イオン設定部と、
 b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出するプロダクトイオン選出部と、
 として動作させることを特徴とする。
 本発明に係る質量分析方法、質量分析装置、及び質量分析データ処理プログラムでは、目的化合物から生成されるプロダクトイオンであっても該目的化合物を特徴付けない、不所望のイオンを除外した上で、プロダクトイオンを選出する。従って、目的化合物の測定に適したプロダクトイオンを選出することができる。

 以下、本発明に係るタンデム四重極型質量分析装置を用いた液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置の一実施例について、図面を参照して説明する。図1は本実施例の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置の要部の構成図である。
 本実施例の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置において、液体クロマトグラフ部1は、移動相が貯留された移動相容器10と、移動相を吸引して一定流量で送給するポンプ11と、移動相中に予め用意された所定量の試料を注入するインジェクタ12とを含む。本実施例では、目的化合物の標品をフローインジェクション分析して、該目的化合物の分析に使用するMRMメソッドを作成するため、カラムを用いないが、実試料を分析する際には、試料に含まれる各種化合物を時間方向に分離するカラム13(破線)が用いられる。ポンプ11は移動相容器10から移動相を吸引して一定流量で送給する。インジェクタ12からは一定量の標品の試料液が移動相中に導入され、移動相の流れに乗って質量分析装置2に導入される。
 質量分析装置2は、略大気圧であるイオン化室20と図示しない真空ポンプにより真空排気される高真空の分析室23との間に、段階的に真空度が高められた第1、第2中間真空室21、22を備えた多段差動排気系の構成である。イオン化室20には、試料溶液に電荷を付与しながら噴霧するエレクトロスプレイイオン化用プローブ(ESIプローブ)201が設置され、イオン化室20と後段の第1中間真空室21との間は細径の加熱キャピラリ202を通して連通している。第1中間真空室21と第2中間真空室22との間は頂部に小孔を有するスキマー212で隔てられ、第1中間真空室21と第2中間真空室22にはそれぞれ、イオンを収束させつつ後段へ輸送するためのイオンガイド211、221が設置されている。分析室23には、多重極イオンガイド(q2)233が内部に設置されたコリジョンセル232を挟み、イオンを質量電荷比に応じて分離する前段四重極マスフィルタ(Q1)231と、同じくイオンを質量電荷比に応じて分離する後段四重極マスフィルタ(Q3)234、さらにはイオン検出器235が設置されている。
 MS/MS分析の際には、コリジョンセル232の内部にはアルゴン、窒素などのCIDガスが連続的又は間欠的に供給される。電源部24は、エレクトロスプレイイオン化用プローブ201、イオンガイド211、221、233、四重極マスフィルタ231、234などにそれぞれ所定の電圧を印加するものである。なお、四重極マスフィルタ231、234はそれぞれ、メインロッド電極の前段に、入口端での電場の乱れを補正するためのプリロッド電極を有しており、プリロッド電極にはメインロッド電極とは異なる電圧が印加できるようになっている。
 質量分析装置2において、ESIプローブ201にカラム13からの溶出液が到達すると、該プローブ201先端において電荷が付与されながら溶出液が噴霧される。噴霧により形成された帯電液滴は付与された電荷による静電気力の作用によって分裂しながら微細化され、その過程で溶媒は気化し化合物由来のイオンが生成される。このイオンは加熱キャピラリ202を通して第1中間真空室21に送られ、イオンガイド211で収束されてスキマー212頂部の小孔を経て第2中間真空室22に送られる。そして、化合物由来のイオンはイオンガイド221で収束されて分析室23に送られ、前段四重極マスフィルタ231の長軸方向の空間に導入される。なお、イオン化法としては、エレクトロスプレイイオン化法に限らず、大気圧化学イオン化法や大気圧光イオン化法などを用いてもよい。
 質量分析装置2においてMS/MS分析を行う際には、前段四重極マスフィルタ231及び後段四重極マスフィルタ234の各ロッド電極に電源部24からそれぞれ所定の電圧(高周波電圧と直流電圧とが重畳された電圧)が印加され、コリジョンセル232内には連続的に又は間欠的にCIDガスが供給される。前段四重極マスフィルタ231に送り込まれた各種イオンの中で、前段四重極マスフィルタ231の各ロッド電極に印加されている電圧に応じた特定の質量電荷比を有するイオンのみが該フィルタ231を通過し、プリカーサイオンとしてコリジョンセル232に導入される。コリジョンセル232内でプリカーサイオンはCIDガスに衝突して解離し、各種のプロダクトイオンが生成される。生成された各種プロダクトイオンが後段四重極マスフィルタ234に導入されると、後段四重極マスフィルタ234の各ロッド電極に印加されている電圧に応じた特定の質量電荷比を有するプロダクトイオンのみが該フィルタ234を通過し、イオン検出器235に到達して検出される。イオン検出器235は例えばパルスカウント型検出器であり、入射したイオンの数に応じた個数のパルス信号を検出信号としてデータ処理部4へと出力する。
 データ処理部4は、記憶部41を有するとともに、機能ブロックとして、非選出イオン設定部42、プロダクトイオンスキャン実行部43、プロダクトイオン選出部44、及びMRMトランジション決定部45を備えている。また、液体クロマトグラフ部1のポンプ11やインジェクタ12、質量分析装置2の電源部24やCIDガス供給部(図示せず)などの各部の動作をそれぞれ制御する制御部5との間で適宜に信号を送受信するように構成されている。データ処理部4の実体はパーソナルコンピュータであり、該コンピュータに予めインストールされたデータ処理用ソフトウェアを実行することにより、データ処理部4としての機能を発揮させるようにすることができる。また、データ処理部4には、入力部6、表示部7が接続されている。
 以下、本実施例の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置を用いた、MRM測定条件の決定方法について説明する。図2はMRM測定条件を決定する際の処理のフローチャート、図3は本実施例の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置を用いてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行って得たプロダクトイオンスペクトルの例である。
 まず、分析者は、予め行った目的化合物のMS分析によって得られたマススペクトルにおいて所定値以上の強度のピークとして現れた1乃至複数のイオンをプリカーサイオンとし、入力部6によりプリカーサイオンの質量電荷比等の情報を入力する(ステップS1)。また、各プリカーサイオンについて、非選出イオンに関する情報、及びプロダクトイオンの選出数を入力する(ステップS2)。非選出イオンに関する情報は、典型的には質量電荷比の数値であるが、イオン式を入力するようにしてもよい。本実施例では、プリカーサイオンを質量電荷比がm/z=601である1種類の5価イオンとし、非選出イオンの情報として質量電荷比の値(m/z=601)とその価数(5価)を入力した。即ち、非選出イオンとして、プリカーサイオンそのものを設定した。これは、コリジョンセルにおいてプリカーサイオンが開裂せず、そのまま検出された場合に、これをMRMトランジションとして決定してしまうことを避けるためである。また、プロダクトイオンの選出数を1個とした。
 プリカーサイオンの種類の数やプロダクトイオンの選出数は適宜に変更することができる。また、非選出イオンとしては、上記例のほか、目的化合物を特徴付ける情報が得られないイオン、例えば、プリカーサイオンの同位体イオン、質量が変化せずプリカーサイオンの価数のみが変化したイオン、プリカーサイオンの脱水イオン、等を適宜に設定することができる。
 分析者によってプリカーサイオン、該プリカーサイオンに関する非選出イオンの情報、及びプロダクトイオンの選出数が入力されると、非選出イオン設定部42は、非選出イオンに対応する質量電荷比を設定する。例えば、分析者により質量電荷比の値が入力された場合には、その値を中心として±1uの範囲(即ち、同一のイオンであるとみなすことができる質量電荷比の範囲)を除外範囲に設定する。非選出イオンに関して分子式が入力された場合には、該分子式から質量電荷比を求め、その値を中心として所定の幅(例えば±1u)を持たせた範囲を質量電荷比の除外範囲に設定する(ステップS3)。本実施例では、非選出イオンの質量電荷比m/z=601に対してm/z=602~603という除外範囲が設定される。
 また、非選出イオン設定部42は、分析者により入力された質量電荷比の値と価数から、プリカーサイオンを(M+5H)5+と仮定し、このイオンが開裂せず価数のみが1価~4価に変化したイオンの質量電荷比を計算する。即ち、(M+H)+、(M+2H)2+、(M+3H)3+、及び(M+4H)4+にそれぞれ対応する質量電荷比をm/z=3001, 1501, 1001, 751と計算する。そして、プロダクトイオンスキャン測定対象となる質量電荷比の範囲内(本実施例ではm/z=50~1200)にある値(m/z=1001, 751)をそれぞれ中心として所定の幅を有する範囲(m/z=750~752, 1000~1002)を、質量電荷比の除外範囲として自動的に追加設定する。
 質量電荷比の除外範囲が設定されると、プロダクトイオンスキャン実行部43は、制御部5に対して所定の信号を出力し、予め設定された質量電荷比の範囲(m/z=50~1200)で、最初のプリカーサイオンに関するプロダクトイオンスキャンを実行する。プロダクトイオンスキャンは、試料液の溶出時間帯で、コリジョンセルに印加する衝突エネルギーの大きさが異なる複数の条件下でプロダクトスキャンを実行し、それぞれにおいて得られたイオンの検出強度を時間平均することにより、それぞれについてプロダクトイオンスペクトルを取得する(ステップS4)。また、それらのプロダクトイオンスペクトルを記憶部41に保存し、得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルを表示部7の画面に表示する。本実施例では、衝突エネルギー(CE)の大きさが異なる5つの条件(CE:10V,20V,30V,40V,50V)でプロダクトイオンスキャンを繰り返し実行し、各プロダクトイオンスキャンイベントについてプロダクトイオンスペクトルを取得した(図3参照)。図3のプロダクトイオンスペクトルから、CEが10Vや20Vと小さい条件ではプリカーサイオンの強いピーク(m/z=601)が現れており、プリカーサイオンがコリジョンセル232で開裂せず、そのまま検出されたことが分かる。
 プロダクトイオンスキャンを終了すると、プロダクトイオンスキャン実行部43は、分析者により入力された全てのプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンが完了したかを判定する(ステップS5)。本実施例ではプロダクトイオンを1種類としたが、複数のプリカーサイオンがある場合には、順次プリカーサイオンを変更してプロダクトイオンスキャンを実行し、全てのプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスペクトルを取得する。
 全てのプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを完了すると(ステップS5でYES)、プロダクトイオン選出部44は、全てのプロダクトイオンスペクトルの中から強度が大きい順に、分析者により指定されたプロダクトイオンの選出数と同数のマスピークと、それらのピークが得られたプロダクトイオンスキャンの実施条件(衝突エネルギー等)を選び出す(ステップS6)。ただし、非選出イオン設定部42により設定されている除外範囲に存在するマスピークは除外する。図3の例では、CEが10V、20Vのマススペクトル上のm/z=601のマスピークは、除外範囲に位置するピークであるため、これらのピークに対応するイオンは選出されない。
 最後に、MRMトランジション決定部45が、このマスピークに対応するプリカーサイオンとプロダクトイオンの組をMRMトランジションに決定する(ステップS7)。また、このMRMトランジションと、プロダクトイオンスキャンの実施条件とを紐付けたメソッドファイルを作成する。
 上記各ステップを実行した結果、本実施例では、MRMトランジションとしてm/z=601のプリカーサイオンとm/z=699のプロダクトイオンの組をMRMトランジションに決定し、MRM測定の実施条件としてCEを20VとするMRMメソッドを作成した。なお、本実施例において、プロダクトイオンの質量電荷比がプリカーサイオンの質量電荷比よりも大きくなっているのは、コリジョンセルにおいてイオンの価数が減少したためである。
 図3に示すようなプロダクトイオンスペクトルが得られた場合、従来の方法では、最も強度が大きいマスピークを自動的に選出するため、CEが10Vの条件下で取得されたプロダクトイオンスペクトル上のm/z=601のピークを選択してしまう。しかし、上述のように、このピークはプリカーサイオンそのものに対応するマスピークであり、プロダクトイオンとして目的化合物を特徴づけることができないため、不適切である。
 また、上述したように、プリカーサイオンの同位体イオンや、プリカーサイオンの価数のみが変化したイオン、プリカーサイオンの脱水イオン等も同様にプロダクトイオンとして不適切であるが、そうしたイオンに対応するマスピークの強度が大きい場合には、こうしたイオンが選出されてしまう。
 一方、本実施例の質量分析装置や質量分析方法を用いると、仮にプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおけるマスピークの強度が大きくても不所望のプロダクトイオンが選出されることがない。従って、目的化合物の測定に適したプロダクトイオンを選出し、それに対応するプリカーサイオンとの組であるMRMトランジションを決定することができる。
 上記実施例は一例であって、本発明の趣旨に沿って適宜に変更することができる。
 上記実施例では、液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置の場合について説明したが、装置の構成はこれに限らず、質量分析装置を用いる装置構成であればよい。
 また、上記実施例では、分析者により入力された1つの非選出イオンに対して1つの質量電荷比の除外範囲を設定したが、分析者により入力されたプリカーサイオンの情報や非選出イオンの情報に基づいて、複数の質量電荷比の除外範囲を設定するように構成することができる。例えば、分析者がプリカーサイオンの分子式を入力した場合に、該プリカーサイオンの同位体イオンや脱水イオン等を自動的に非選出イオンに設定することができる。
 さらに、上記実施例では、衝突エネルギー(CE)の大きさのみを変更した複数の条件下でプロダクトイオンスキャンを実行する場合を例に説明したが、その他、例えばQ1やQ3の分解能等の条件を適宜に変更した条件下でプロダクトイオンスキャンを実行し、それにより得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルからMRMトランジションを決定するように構成することもできる。

Claims (6)

  1.  イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有する質量分析装置を用いて、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析方法であって、
     a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定し、
     b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出する
     ことを特徴とする質量分析方法。
  2.  前記質量電荷比が、幅を有する範囲として設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の質量分析方法。
  3.  前記幅が使用者による入力指示に応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の質量分析方法。
  4.  使用者により入力指示された数のプロダクトイオンを選出することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の質量分析方法。
  5.  イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有し、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析装置であって、
     a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定する非選出イオン設定部と、
     b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出するプロダクトイオン選出部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする質量分析装置。
  6.  イオンを開裂させるコリジョンセルを挟んで前後に質量分離部を有する質量分析装置を用いて、試料に対して設定されたプリカーサイオンについてプロダクトイオンスキャンを行うことによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルから該プリカーサイオンに対応するプロダクトイオンを選出する質量分析データ処理プログラムであって、前記プロダクトイオンスペクトルが保存された記憶部にアクセス可能なコンピュータを、
     a) 使用者により入力される非選出イオンに関する情報に基づいて質量電荷比を設定する非選出イオン設定部と、
     b) プロダクトイオンスキャンによって得られたプロダクトイオンスペクトルにおいて、前記設定された質量電荷比を除いた範囲内で予め決められた基準を満たすプロダクトイオンを選出するプロダクトイオン選出部と、
     として動作させることを特徴とする質量分析データ処理プログラム。
