【技术领域】
本发明涉及拉链生产装置领域,更具体地说,涉及一种尼龙双U型单焊头上止机。
【背景技术】
随着制衣装饰技术的发展,拉链已经广泛应用到人们的衣物和装饰品上。传统的拉链是通过铝线上止,铝线含有有害物质,并且易刮手;另外,传统的上止装置是采用双焊头的技术方案,这样使得相关部件受损,从而减少机器使用寿命。
因此,为了满足用户的需要,开发出一种尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种尼龙双U型单焊头上止机。
一种尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,包括机架、第一定位组件、第二定位组件、第三定位组件和切送单丝组件,其中,所述第一定位组件竖直安装在所述机架的表面上,所述第二定位组件竖直安装在所述机架的表面上,并且与所述第一定位组件并排放置,所述第三定位组件设置于所述第一定位组件和第二定位组件的上端,所述切送单丝组件固定安装于所述第一定位组件和第二定位组件之间;
所述尼龙双U型单焊头上止机还包括超声波组件,该超声波组件包括单焊头及超声波固定座,所述单焊头固定在所述超声波固定座上;
所述尼龙双U型单焊头上止机还包括进料组件,该进料组件包括单丝筒、单丝转套、单丝转轴,所述单丝转套放置于所述单丝筒内,所述单丝转轴穿入所述单丝转套内,在所述单丝转轴的两端各设置有一限位挡环。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一定位组件包括支撑立板及与该支撑立板相固定连接的导板连接块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导板连接块的下端固定连接有螺杆调节板、螺杆压板、调节螺杆及左支撑板调节板,所述调节螺杆用于调节所述左支撑板调节板前后移动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二定位组件包括气缸固定座及固定于该气缸固定座上的气缸;所述第二定位组件还包括底板固定块及固定于该底板固定块上右导板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第三定位组件包括前止模及与该前止模相互配合使用的防护块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述切送单丝组件包括第一气缸固定板、固定于该第一气缸固定板上的第一气缸、感应固定板、单丝底板、切送单丝固定板、切送单丝连接块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述超声波组件还包括超声波支座,在该超声波支座的上表面设有相互配合使用的导套和导柱,在该导柱的顶部安装有连接座。
在其中一个实施例中,所述单丝筒、单丝转套、单丝转轴的数量分别为两个。
本发明采用单焊头、双U型、切送单丝的技术方案,能够提高颗粒料上止的定位效率和准确性,进而提高拉链的生产效率和质量,美观,焊接牢固不刮手,能够节约易损件。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
如图1至图13所示,尼龙双U型单焊头上止机1000包括机架800、第一定位组件100、第二定位组件200、第三定位组件300和切送单丝组件600,其中,所述第一定位组件100竖直安装在所述机架800的表面上,所述第二定位组件200竖直安装在所述机架800的表面上,并且与所述第一定位组件100并排放置,所述第三定位组件300设置于所述第一定位组件100和第二定位组件200的上端,所述切送单丝组件600固定安装于所述第一定位组件100和第二定位组件200之间。
所述第一定位组件100包括支撑立板115及与该支撑立板115相固定连接的导板连接块116。
所述导板连接块116的下端固定连接有螺杆调节板119、螺杆压板118、调节螺杆120及左支撑板调节板121,所述调节螺杆120用于调节所述左支撑板调节板121前后移动。
所述第二定位组件200包括气缸固定座203及固定于该气缸固定座203上的气缸201;所述第二定位组件200还包括底板固定块210及固定于该底板固定块210上右导板205。
所述第三定位组件300包括前止模317及与该前止模317相互配合使用的防护块318。
所述切送单丝组件600包括第一气缸固定板602、固定于该第一气缸固定板602上的第一气缸601、感应固定板606、单丝底板620、切送单丝固定板612、切送单丝连接块611。还包括超声波组件500,该超声波组件500包括单焊头515及超声波固定座518,所述单焊头515固定在所述超声波固定座518上。
传统的上止装置是采用双焊头的技术方案,这样使得相关部件受损,从而减少机器使用寿命,本实施例中采用单焊头上止,好处是节约易损件。
所述超声波组件500还包括超声波支座502,在该超声波支座502的上表面设有相互配合使用的导套521和导柱522,在该导柱522的顶部安装有连接座523。
还包括进料组件700,该进料组件700包括单丝筒707、单丝转套708、单丝转轴709,所述单丝转套708放置于所述单丝筒707内,所述单丝转轴穿入所述单丝转套708内,在所述单丝转轴709的两端各设置有一限位挡环706。
所述单丝筒707、单丝转套708、单丝转轴709的数量分别为两个。
本实施例中采用的尼龙的材质为聚酯,而传统技术是采用铝线上止,铝线含有有害物质,并且易刮手;而本实施例中采用尼龙双U型单焊头上止的技术方案美观,焊接牢固不刮手。
本发明采用单焊头、双U型、切送单丝的技术方案,能够提高颗粒料上止的定位效率和准确性,进而提高拉链的生产效率和质量,美观,焊接牢固不刮手,能够节约易损件。

  1. 一种尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,其特征在于,包括机架(800)、第一定位组件(100)、第二定位组件(200)、第三定位组件(300)和切送单丝组件(600),其中,所述第一定位组件(100)竖直安装在所述机架(800)的表面上,所述第二定位组件(200)竖直安装在所述机架(800)的表面上,并且与所述第一定位组件(100)并排放置,所述第三定位组件(300)设置于所述第一定位组件(100)和第二定位组件(200)的上端,所述切送单丝组件(600)固定安装于所述第一定位组件(100)和第二定位组件(200)之间;
    所述尼龙双U型单焊头上止机还包括超声波组件(500),该超声波组件(500)包括单焊头(515)及超声波固定座(518),所述单焊头(515)固定在所述超声波固定座(518)上;
    所述尼龙双U型单焊头上止机还包括进料组件(700),该进料组件(700)包括单丝筒(707)、单丝转套(708)、单丝转轴(709),所述单丝转套(708)放置于所述单丝筒(707)内,所述单丝转轴穿入所述单丝转套(708)内,在所述单丝转轴(709)的两端各设置有一限位挡环(706)。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,其特征在于,所述导板连接块(116)的下端固定连接有螺杆调节板(119)、螺杆压板(118)、调节螺杆(120)及左支撑板调节板(121),所述调节螺杆(120)用于调节所述左支撑板调节板(121)前后移动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,其特征在于,所述第二定位组件(200)包括气缸固定座(203)及固定于该气缸固定座(203)上的气缸(201);所述第二定位组件(200)还包括底板固定块(210)及固定于该底板固定块(210)上右导板(205)。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的尼龙双U型单焊头上止机,其特征在于,所述切送单丝组件(600)包括第一气缸固定板(602)、固定于该第一气缸固定板(602)上的第一气缸(601)、感应固定板(606)、单丝底板(620)、切送单丝固定板(612)、切送单丝连接块(611)。
