本发明至少一个实施例涉及一种支架组件及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,显示装置通常包括显示器和用于支撑显示器的支架组件,支架组件一般是通过螺钉固定在显示器的后壳上。当需要将支架组件安装于显示器的后壳上时,需要锁紧螺钉来完成支架组件和显示器之间的连接;当用户需要将显示装置安装在墙壁上时,此时显示器不需要支架组件支撑,需要通过旋松螺钉后才能使支架组件与显示器分离。
发明内容
本发明至少一个实施例提供一种支架组件及显示装置,用于提高支架组件和显示器之间的拆装便利性。

请参阅图2、图5和图6。图5为图3中安装槽的结构示意图;图6为托架与安装槽卡合连接后的示意图。在一个示例中,卡接结构包括:开设于上连接件11的设定位置的限位孔111,沿上连接件11的纵向方向从上连接件11的头部伸出的第一伸出部112,沿上连接件11的横向方向从上连接件11的尾部伸出的第二伸出部115;相应地,上述安装槽具有容纳第一伸出部112并可与第一伸出部112相匹配的第一卡槽部24,容纳第二伸出部115并可与第二伸出部115相匹配的第二卡槽部23,以及当上连接件11插入安装槽中时可与限位孔111卡合连接的弹片21。
在一个示例中,上述上连接件11包括具有限位孔111的板状主体,限位孔111的形状在此不作限定。在一个示例中,上连接件的纵向方向为板状主体的长度方向,上连接件的横向方向垂直于板状主体的长度方向,在这种情况下,沿板状主体的长度方向从板状主体的头部伸出的第一伸出部112,第一伸出部112的结构如图2所示,沿垂直于板状主体的长度方向从板状主体的尾部伸出的第二伸出部115,第二伸出部115的结构如图2所示。在一个示例中,安装槽为方形槽,安装槽具有背向显示器显示面的第一开口和面向地面的第二开口,以便于上连接件11插入安装槽,从而使支架组件与后壳2卡合固定。在安装槽的底面上设置有弹片21,弹片21的自由端对应的部分例如可以采用凸台结构,用于与限位孔111卡合。弹片21与限位孔111卡合后可防止上连接件11从安装槽中退出,即限制托架3不能相对后壳2上下移动。在一个示例中,安装槽包括第一卡槽部24和第二卡槽部23。第一卡槽部24位于安装槽面向地面的第一端面25中,且第一卡槽部24的深度方向与第一端面25垂直;第二卡槽部23位于安装槽的第二开口处。当将上连接件11插入安装槽中时,上连接件11从第二开口进入安装槽,并压迫弹片21变形,使弹片21与安装槽的底面(与第一开口相对的面)相贴合,当第一伸出部112插入第一卡槽部24中后,第一伸出部112插入第一卡槽部24中的各个侧面分别与第一卡槽部24相贴合,即第一伸出部112与第一卡槽部24相 匹配,同时弹片21回复并与限位孔111卡合,同时第二伸出部115插入第二卡槽部23并与第二卡槽部23相匹配,利用相卡合的第一伸出部112和第一卡槽部24、相卡合的限位孔111和弹片21、相卡合的第二伸出部115和第二卡槽部23,可以限制上连接件11不能相对后壳2前后、上下和左右方向的移动,即使上连接件11与后壳2卡合固定。当需要将支架组件从后壳2上拆卸下来时,通过按压弹片21的自由端使弹片21与安装槽的底面贴合,从而可以将上连接件11从安装槽中退出而完成拆卸,因此,与锁固连接的连接方式相比,可明显提高支架组件和显示器之间的拆装便利性。
继续参阅图2,为了进一步提高上连接件11与后壳2之间卡合固定的稳定性,在一个示例中,上述卡接结构还可以包括:分别位于上连接件11的两侧并折向下连接件12的两个折弯部113,当上连接件11插入所述安装槽中时,两个折弯部113面向所述第一卡槽部24的两个端面分别与安装槽面向两个折弯部的端面相匹配,即与安装槽面向地面的第一端面25相贴合,且两个折弯部113面向安装槽的两个侧面分别与安装槽面向两个折弯部的两个侧面相匹配。在一个示例中,如图2和图6所示,折弯部端面114与安装槽面向地面的第一端面25相贴合,折弯部113面向安装槽侧面22的侧面与安装槽侧面22相贴合,从而可以进一步限制上连接件11不能相对后壳2左右方向移动,进而可以进一步增强上连接件11与后壳2之间卡合固定的稳定性。
请参阅图7和图8。图7为安装槽中具有加强筋的结构示意图;图8为支架组件与安装槽卡合连接后的示意图。在一个示例中,上述安装槽分别与两个折弯部113相匹配的两个侧面和/或一个端面具有多个加强筋;在一个示例中,在两个安装槽侧面22上分别设置有多个加强筋27;在一个示例中,在安装槽面向地面的第一端面25上设置有多个加强筋26。如此设计,在上连接件11多次插入安装槽中而不损坏安装槽,即延长安装槽的使用寿命,此外还可以提高上连接件11与后壳2之间卡合固定的稳定性。
继续参阅图2,为了便于对弹片21的自由端施加外力使弹片21与安装槽的底面贴合,以完成弹片21与限位孔111分离,在一个示例中,上述弹片21的自由端具有凹坑211,以便于进行按压。
在上述各个实施方式中,支架3通常采用具有多个网格孔的支架,当需要压迫弹片21使弹片21与限位孔111分离时,可穿过网格孔对弹片21施加 外力;当支架3为筒形架时,支架3与限位孔111相对的区域具有可使弹片21与限位孔111分离的操作窗口31。
综上所述,上述支架组件利用上连接件的卡接结构使上连接件与显示器的后壳卡合固定,从而完成将支架组件固定安装在显示器的后壳上,当需要将支架组件从显示器上拆卸下来时,只需使上连接件及卡接结构与所述显示器的后壳分离即可完成拆卸,因此,与锁固连接的方式相比,可明显提高支架组件和显示器之间的拆装便利性。
在附图中仅示出了一个支架组件与显示器背面的安装槽卡合固定示例;在本发明的另一示例中,一个支架组件包括至少两个彼此并列托架,每个托架包括通过转轴枢接的下连接件和上连接,该至少两个托架可以支撑同一显示器,或者支撑不同的显示器,由于其工作原理与附图中所示出的示例相同,这里不再详述。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
本申请要求于2013年11月19日递交的中国专利申请第201320735888.4号的优先权,在此全文引用上述中国专利申请公开的内容以作为本申请的一部分。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于支撑显示器的支架组件,包括:支架和设置于所述支架的上端的托架,其中,
    所述托架包括通过转轴连接的下连接件和上连接件,所述下连接件固设于所述支架的上端,所述上连接件具有卡接结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接结构包括:
    沿所述上连接件的纵向方向从所述上连接件的头部伸出的第一伸出部。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接结构还包括:开设于所述上连接件的设定位置的限位孔。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接结构还包括:沿所述上连接件的横向方向从所述上连接件的尾部伸出的第二伸出部。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的支架组件,其中,所述卡接结构还包括:分别位于所述上连接件的两侧并折向所述下连接件的两个折弯部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支架组件,包括设置于所述支架的上端的至少两个托架。
  7. 一种显示装置,包括:显示器和支架组件,其中,
    所述显示器的后壳具有安装槽;
    所述支架组件包括支架和设置于所述支架的上端的托架,其中,所述托架包括:通过转轴连接的下连接件和上连接件,所述下连接件固设于所述支架的上端,所述上连接件具有卡接结构,所述上连接件和所述显示器的后壳通过所述卡接结构和所述安装槽卡合固定。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述卡接结构包括沿所述上连接件的纵向方向从所述上连接件的头部伸出的第一伸出部;
    所述安装槽具有容纳所述第一伸出部并可与所述第一伸出部相匹配的第一卡槽部。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述卡接结构还包括开设于所述上连接件的设定位置的限位孔;
    所述安装槽还具有当所述上连接件插入所述安装槽中时可与所述限位孔 卡合连接的弹片。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任一所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述卡接结构还包括沿所述上连接件的横向方向从所述上连接件的尾部伸出的第二伸出部;
    所述安装槽还具有容纳所述第二伸出部并可与所述第二伸出部相匹配的第二卡槽部。
  11. 如权利要求7-10任一所述的显示装置,其中,所述卡接结构还包括:分别位于所述上连接件的两侧并折向所述下连接件的两个折弯部,当所述上连接件插入所述安装槽中时,所述两个折弯部面向所述第一卡槽部的两个端面分别与所述安装槽面向所述两个折弯部的端面相匹配,且所述两个折弯部面向所述安装槽的两个侧面分别与所述安装槽面向所述两个折弯部的两个侧面相匹配。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述安装槽分别与所述两个折弯部相匹配的两个侧面和/或一个端面具有多个加强筋。
  13. 如权利要求9-12任一所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹片的自由端具有凹坑。
  14. 如权利要求9-13任一所述的显示装置,其中,所述支架为筒形架,所述支架与所述限位孔相对的区域具有可使所述弹片与所述限位孔分离的操作窗口。
