本人已设计了一种负离子空气净化器, 包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的用于产 生负离子的负离子产生器, 壳体设有通孔。 负离子空气净化器通电, 负离子产 生器产生负离子, 从壳体的通孔向外传播, 从而实现净化空气的作用。 该负离 子空气净化器体积小。 但是, 负离子空气净化器在放置时仍占用一定的空间, 从而不方便放置。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便放置的负离子空气净化器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种负离子空气净化器, 包 括壳体和固定在所述壳体内的负离子产生器, 所述壳体一端设有向外凸出的凸 块, 所述凸块上设有用于悬挂的挂孔。
优选的, 所述凸块通过热熔固定在所述壳体一端的端部。 热熔固定牢固。 优选的, 所述壳体一端的端部设有热熔孔, 所述凸块一端设有适合所述热 熔孔的根部。 根部插入到热熔孔内热熔, 这是热熔的一种具体方式。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种负离子空气净化器, 如图 1-2所示, 包括壳体和固定在所述 壳体内的负离子产生器 6, 所述壳体一端设有向外凸出的凸块 3 , 所述凸块 3上 设有用于悬挂的挂孔 31。 本发明由于壳体一端设有向外凸出的凸块 3 , 凸块 3 上设有用于悬挂的挂孔 31 , 就方便与挂绳、 挂钩及挂环等进行配合, 从而方便 将负离子空气净化器挂起, 进而方便放置。
本实施例凸块 3与壳体之间分离设置, 凸块 3通过热熔固定在壳体的一端的 端部。 如图 2所示, 壳体包括上壳 1和下壳 2, 凸块 3通过热熔固定在上壳 1的 正中部, 这样使当负离子空气净化器挂起时平稳。 上壳 1的中部设有一热熔孔, 上壳 1沿热熔孔向内延伸有一延伸部 11 , 凸块 3的根部 32插入到热熔孔内且延 伸到延伸部 11 内进行热熔固定, 热熔固定牢固。 而且设置延伸部 11增加与凸 块 3固定的面积, 从而使固定更加牢固。 当然, 也可以不设置延伸部 11 , 把凸 块 3的根部 32直接插入到热熔孔内, 并凸出热熔孔, 然后, 把根部 32的凸出 部分热熔固定在上壳 1的内表面上。
如图 1和图 2所示, 挂孔 31位于凸块 3的与根部 31相对的一端的端部, 这 样设置方便进行悬挂。
如图 1所示, 上壳 1在热熔孔处向内凹陷设置, 这样设置方便与凸块 3进行 配合固定。
在本实施例中, 凸块 3呈草叶状, 如图 1和图 2所示, 这是凸块 3的一种具 体结构, 负离子空气净化器的外形为苹果状, 这样设置使负离子空气净化器整 体更加美观, 有种绿化、 环保的感觉, 适合人们的品味。 当然, 凸块 3也可以 设置成其它结构。
如图 2所示, 负离子产生器 6固定在下壳 2的底部。 负离子空气净化器还包 括一固定在上壳 1和下壳 2之间的中壳 4, 结合图 1 , 负离子空气净化器的按键 开关 5固定在中壳 4和下壳 2之间, 中壳 4上设有用于放置按键开关 5的放置 槽, 从而保证按键开关 5固定的牢固性。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述凸块通过热 熔固定在所述壳体一端的端部。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体一端的 端部设有热熔孔, 所述凸块一端设有适合所述热熔孔的根部。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述根部插入所 述热熔孔内后凸出所述热熔孔, 凸出部分通过热熔固定在所述热熔孔周围侧壁 上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体沿所述 热熔孔向内延伸有一用于放置所述凸块的根部的延伸部。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述挂孔位于所 述凸块的另一端端部。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体在所述 热熔孔处向内凹陷设置。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包括前 壳和后壳, 所述热熔孔位于所述前壳的端部。
