Abstract
一种紫外线探测器包括上壳(1)、下壳(2)、透明面壳(3)、电池、电路板(6)、按键开关,电路板(6)上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器,所述透明面壳(3)与上壳(1)、下壳(2)连接,所述透明面壳(3)位于光强度指示器的上方,下壳(2)上设置有电池仓(4)。由于下壳(2)上设置有电池仓(4),因此在电池用完之后可以更换,使得该紫外线探测器的使用寿命更长。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种紫外线探测器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 电路板, 电池, 按键开 关, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述电池直接粘接在电路上, 所述壳体还包括一透明面壳, 所述透明面壳与上壳、 下壳连接, 所述透明面壳 位于光强度指示器的上方。 此方案未公开。 由于电池直接粘接在电路上, 不方 便更换, 从而造成紫外线探测器的使用寿命缩短。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电池可更换, 使用寿命长的紫外线 探测器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 透明面壳, 电池, 电路板, 按键开 关, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述透明面壳与上壳、 下壳连 接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方, 所述下壳上设置有电池仓。
优选的, 所述电池仓的底部为弧状, 所述电池仓的两侧为半圓状。
优选的, 所述电池仓底部设置两个相对称的弧状通孔。
优选的, 所述电池仓的两侧设置有相对称的条状通孔, 所述弧状通孔与所 述条状通孔相联通。 之一处。 之一处。 所述弧状通孔包括第一弧状通孔、 第二弧状通孔, 所述第一弧状通孔

优选的, 所述电池仓上还设置一方形槽, 所述电池仓包括一电池盖, 所述 电池盖有一头部插骨, 所述头部插骨与方形槽相配合。 这样设置使得电池盖与 电池仓的固定比较可靠。
优选的, 所述电池盖上上设置有防滑凸起。 设置防滑凸增加摩擦力, 放置 电池盖因外界因素而脱落。
本发明由于下壳上设置有电池仓, 这样在电池用完之后可以更换, 从而使 用寿命长的紫外线探测器。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至图 3所示, 一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳 1、 下壳 2, 透明面壳 3 , 电池, 电路板 6, 按键开关, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述透 明面壳 3与上壳 1、 下壳 2连接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方, 所述 下壳上设置有电池仓 4。 本发明由于下壳上设置有电池仓, 这样在电池用完之后 可以更换, 从而使用寿命长的紫外线探测器。
本实施例的电池仓的底部为弧状, 所述电池仓的两侧为半圓状。 所述电池仓 底部设置两个相对称的弧状通孔。 所述电池仓的两侧设置有相对称的条状通孔, 所述弧状通孔与所述条状通孔相联通。 述弧状通孔包括第一弧状通孔 11、 第二弧状通孔 12, 所述第一弧状通孔处还设 置弹簧避让孔 13。 由于与电池两端配合两个弹簧通常一大一小, 所以这样设置。
所述电路板 6上设置有电池仓避空位 7。 设置避空位还能起到电池仓挤住电 路板, 对电路板有辅助固定作用。
所述避空位上设置有第一固定弹簧、 第二固定弹簧, 所述第一固定弹簧、 第 二固定弹簧分别通过第一弧状通孔、 第二弧状通孔。
所述电池仓上还设置一方形槽 82, 所述电池仓包括一电池盖 8, 所述电池盖 有一头部插骨 81 , 所述头部插骨与方形槽相配合。 这样设置使得电池盖与电池 仓的固定比较可靠。
电池盖上上设置有防滑凸起 83。设置防滑凸增加摩擦力,放置电池盖因外界 因素而脱落。

1、 一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 透明面壳, 电池, 电路板, 按键 开关, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述透明面壳与上壳、 下壳 连接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方, 其特征在于, 所述下壳上设置 有电池仓。
2、 如权利要求 2所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电池仓的底部为 弧状, 所述电池仓的两侧为半圓状。
3、 如权利要 2所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电池仓底部设置两 个相对称的弧状通孔。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电池仓的两侧设 置有相对称的条状通孔, 所述弧状通孔与所述条状通孔相联通。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述弧状通孔与所述 条状通孔的联通处为所述弧状通孔中间二分之一处。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述弧状通孔与所述 条状通孔的联通处为所述弧状通孔中间二分之一处。 所述弧状通孔包括第一弧 状通孔、 第二弧状通孔, 所述第一弧状通孔处还设置弹簧避让孔。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板上设置有 电池仓避空位。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述避空位上设置有 第一固定弹簧、 第二固定弹簧, 所述第一固定弹簧、 第二固定弹簧分别通过第 一弧状通孔、 第二弧状通孔。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电池仓上还设置 一方形槽, 所述电池仓包括一电池盖, 所述电池盖有一头部插骨, 所述头部插 骨与方形槽相配合。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖上上设
置有防滑凸起。
