背景技术
随着应用程序的不断推广和应用,应用商店为终端提供功能越来越丰富的应用程序。
通常来讲,用户想要为所持有的终端下载某一个应用程序时,首先需要通过该终端进入一个应用商店,然后在该应用商店中查找需要下载的且与该终端的系统类型对应的应用程序。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:用户必须主动通过终端进入至应用商店才能够获取应用程序,当用户很长时间不进入应用商店时,则无法获知应用商店最新添加的应用程序,因此容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种应用程序推送方法、装置、设备及系统。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了应用程序推送方法,应用于无线网络设备中,所述方法包括:
接收终端发送的与所述无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
向所述终端发送指定网页地址,由所述终端根据接收到的所述指定网页地 址所对应的网页内容获取所述终端的系统类型,并将所述系统类型发送给所述无线网络设备;
接收所述终端发送的所述系统类型;
向所述终端发送供所述终端下载应用程序时与所述系统类型对应的推送地址。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实施方式中,所述向所述终端发送供所述终端下载应用程序且与所述系统类型对应的推送地址,包括:
当推送的所述应用程序为一个时,向所述终端发送供所述终端下载所述应用程序时需要的与所述系统类型对应的下载地址;
当推送的所述应用程序为两个或两个以上时,向所述终端发送与所述系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,所述推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。

请参见图1所示,其示出了本发明部分实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法所涉及的实施环境的示意图。该实施环境可以包括:无线网络设备120和至少一个终端140。
无线网络设备120可以通过有线网络方式或无线网络方式与外部设备进行通信,这里的无线网络设备120可以为无线路由器等。
终端140可以通过有线网络方式或无线网络方式与无线网络设备120连接,并通过无线网络设备120获取外部网络的数据。终端140可以是运行有浏览器的电子设备,该电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、智能电视、电子书阅读 器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
请参见图2所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法的方法流程图,本实施例主要以该应用程序推送方法应用于图1所示的无线网络设备120中进行举例说明的。该应用程序推送方法可以包括:
201,接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
通常,当终端需要与无线网络设备建立网络连接时,终端通常会向无线网络设备发送一个建立连接的连接请求。对应的,无线网络设备可以接收到终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求。该连接请求可以为一个请求消息,也可以为一个网页网址。
202,向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
当无线网络设备接收到终端发送的连接请求之后,如果需要向终端推送应用程序,则可以给终端进行重定向,即向终端发送指定网页地址,该指定网页地址通常是无线网络设备中设置网页的地址,现有的无线网络设备中设置网页的首页地址可以默认为http://192.168.1.1/html/index.html。通常,无线网络设备中的设置网页可以为用于设置无线网络设备的网页,比如可以设置无线网络设备是否开通无线功能,可以设置无线网络设备的登录用户和登录密码,还可以设置无线网络设备中防火墙的功能等。
在实际应用中,不同的系统类型对应的应用程序的安装包是不同的,因此在向终端推送应用程序时,通常首先需要获取终端的系统类型。该设置网页中通常包含有获取终端系统类型的运行脚本,当无线网络设备想要为终端推送应用程序时,可以将该设置网页的网页地址发送给终端,由终端的浏览器加载该设置网页的运行脚本,该运行脚本可以自动获取终端的系统类型,并将该系统类型发送给无线网络设备。
203,接收终端发送的系统类型;
对应的,无线网络设备可以接收到终端发送的系统类型。
204,向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与系统类型对应的推送地址。
无线网络设备向终端发送所要推送的应用程序的推送地址,该推送地址是与终端的系统类型对应的。
举例来讲,当所要推送的应用程序的推送地址包括该应用程序对应于MuNi系统的下载地址和对应于andio系统的下载地址,当获取到终端的系统类型为MuNi系统时,则向该终端发送该应用程序对应于MuNi系统的下载地址。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法,通过获取终端的系统类型,并主动向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与该系统类型对应的下载地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中的设置网页的网页内容中预先添加要推送的指定应用程序的下载页面的链接地址,无线网络设备在获取到终端的系统类型之后,可以将该链接地址推送给终端,实现向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
请参见图3A所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法的方法流程图,本实施例主要以该应用程序推送方法应用于图1所示的无线网络设备120中进行举例说明的。该应用程序推送方法可以包括:
301,接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
通常,当终端需要与无线网络设备建立网络连接时,终端通常会向无线网络设备发送一个建立连接的连接请求。对应的,无线网络设备可以接收到终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求。
302,检测无线网络设备是否保存有终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;
在实际应用中,为了提高对终端的友好性,有些终端在第一次接收到无线网络设备发送的推送信息之后,如果不想继续接收到无线网络设备发送的推送信息,则可以选择设置在推送信息上的用于指示不再接收推送的选择按钮,以向无线网络设备发送用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令。
对应的,当无线网络设备接收到终端发送的连接请求之后,则检测无线网络设备中是否保存有该终端发送过的拒绝指令,如果有,则不再继续推送操作, 而是正常的从服务器获取与连接请求相关的页面内容并发送给终端;如果无线网络设备尚未接收到终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令,则执行步骤303。
303,若检测结果为无线网络设备中没有保存终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令,向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
该指定网页地址为无线网络设备中设置网页的网页地址,在实际应用中,无线网络设备中的设置网页可以为用于设置无线网络设备的网页WebUI,比如可以设置无线网络设备是否开通无线功能,可以设置无线网络设备的登录用户和登录密码,还可以设置无线网络设备中防火墙的功能等。
通常来讲,终端可以通过设置在终端中的浏览器登录该无线网络设备的设置网页,现有的无线网络设备中设置网页WebUI的默认地址通常可以为:http://192.168.1.1/。当用户在终端的浏览器的地址栏中输入该默认地址之后,则可以设置与该终端连接的无线网络设备中的设置网页上的相关内容。
这里,无线网络设备向终端发送的指定网页地址可以默认设置为该设置网页WebUI的首页地址,比如http://192.168.1.1/html/index.html
无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容可以包括运行脚本Javascript、显示框架HTML和元素显示方式CSS。运行脚本是由无线网络设备根据具体功能设定的,比如该脚本可以用于显示网页内容,可以用于获取终端的系统类型,可以用于向无线网络设备发送该系统类型,可以用于跳转某一个链接地址等。
当终端获取到无线网络设备重定向的设置网页的指定网页地址之后,则对该设置网页的内容进行加载,此时该设置网页中的运行脚本则可以根据浏览器中获取系统类型的接口获取该终端的系统类型,然后该运行脚本会将该系统类型发送给无线网络设备。
通常来讲,终端安装的浏览器通常会默认设置有一个用于获取终端的系统类型的接口,类型获取脚本则可以调用浏览器中该用于获取终端的系统类型的接口,以获取终端的系统类型。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当终端具有双系统时,根据类型获取脚本获取到的系统类型则为当前打开该浏览器的系统的类型。举例来讲,终端中可以包 括MuNi系统和andio系统,此时如果打开了MuNi系统中的浏览器,则通过该浏览器获取的网页内容中的类型获取脚本所获取的系统类型则为MuNi系统。
304,接收终端发送的系统类型;
无线网络设备接收终端中运行脚本发送的系统类型。
305,当推送的应用程序为一个时,向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时需要的与系统类型对应的下载地址;
当无线网络设备仅需要推送一个应用程序,无线网络设备会保存有开发商提供的该应用程序的下载地址,该应用程序的下载地址可能包括对应不同系统类型的多个下载地址。当无线网络设备在获取到终端的系统类型之后,则可以向该终端推送应用程序的与系统类型对应的下载地址。
举例来讲,无线网络设备中保存中应用程序A的第一下载地址和第二下载地址,第一下载地址所对应的下载页面中包含可安装在MuNi系统中的安装包,第二下载地址所对应的下载页面中包含可安装在andio系统中的安装包,当无线网络设备接收到终端发送的系统类型为MuNi系统时,则会将第一下载地址推送给终端,当无线网络设备接收到终端发送的系统类型为andio系统时,则会将第二下载地址推送给终端。
对应的,终端在获取到下载地址之后,则可以加载该下载地址所对应的下载页面,该下载页面上包含有可供终端安装的应用程序的安装包,终端可以用户可以选择是否下载该安装包。
306,当推送的应用程序为两个或两个以上时,向终端发送与系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。
当无线网络设备向终端推送的应用程序为两个或两个以上时,则可以向终端推送包含有每一个应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页的网页地址,也即该推荐网页上包含有两个或两个应用程序的下载地址,而这些下载地址均对应于同一个系统类型。
举例来讲,无线网络设备中可以存在推荐网页1的网页地址和推荐网页2的网页地址,其中对应于系统1的推荐网页1上可以包含应用程序A的下载地址a1和应用程序B的下载地址b1,对应于系统2的推荐网页2上可以包含应用程序A的下载地址a2和应用程序B的下载地址b2。当无线网络设备确定终端的系统类型为系统1时,则向该终端发送推荐网页1的网页地址,当无线网络 设备确定终端的系统类型为系统2时,则向该终端发送推荐网页2的网页地址。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当终端接收到推荐网页的网页地址之后,会对该推荐网页进行加载,此时运行脚本可以向无线网络设备发送加载请求,以向无线网络设备确认需要加载哪些应用程序的下载地址。对应的,无线网络设备则会接收终端在加载推荐网页的内容时发送的加载请求;无线网络设备检测是否接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;若检测结果为接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息,无线网络设备则向终端发送不加载指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,由终端显示包含有除指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。也就是说,当终端已经安装了一个或多个无线网络设备想要推送的应用程序时,这些应用程序可以向无线网络设备发送已经安装在终端的通知消息,无线网络设备获取该通知消息之后会确定该应用程序是否与将要推送的应用程序相同,如果相同,则不再向该终端推送给应用程序,而仅向该终端推送其他应用程序。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法,通过获取终端的系统类型,并主动向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与该系统类型对应的下载地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中的设置网页的网页内容中预先添加要推送的指定应用程序的下载页面的链接地址,无线网络设备在获取到终端的系统类型之后,可以将该链接地址推送给终端,实现向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
需要说明的是,由于无线网络设备可以任意设置上述设置网页的运行脚本,比如可以将该运行脚本设定为在获取到系统类型之后,根据系统类型直接跳转推送的应用程序的下载页面;还比如可以将该运行脚本设定为在获取到系统类型之后,直接将无线网络设备推送的多个应用程序的与该系统类型对应的下载地址显示在浏览器的页面上,当用户选择其中一个应用程序的下载地址时,则跳转至该下载地址的下载页面。也就是说,在实际应用中,运行脚本的功能可以全部预先设定好,而在显示推送的应用程序的下载页面或包含快速导航项的推荐网页时,可以不再向无线网络设备询问。
举例来讲,当无线网络设备需要向终端推送多个应用程序时,如果设置网页的运行脚本获取到系统类型,则该运行脚本还可以执行如下步骤:
首先,显示与系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的快捷导航项;
显示与系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的快捷导航项的功能是无线网络设备预先设置好的。这里所讲的快捷导航项对应于下载页面的链接地址,比如,该快捷导航项可以为设置在浏览器中一个网页页面上的应用程序图标,该应用程序图标与对应的下载页面的链接地址相关联,如图3B中所示的快捷导航项,其中图3B是本发明一部分实施例中提供的快捷导航项的示意图;还比如,该快捷导航项还可以为设置在浏览器中一个网页页面上的链接地址,该链接地址即为该应用程序的下载页面的网页地址,如图3C中所示的快捷导航项,其中图3C是本发明另一部分实施例中提供的快捷导航项的示意图。
通常来讲,终端可以通过已经打开的浏览器显示这些快捷导航项,而该显示快捷导航项的页面的具体内容以及展现形式则是通过WebUI中的HTML和CSS来实现的。
然后,在接收用户选择其中一个快捷导航项时产生的确定请求之后,显示与确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面。
当用户选择其中一个快捷导航项时,对应的,终端可以接收到用户选择该快捷导航项时产生的确定请求。此时,根据无线网络设备对运行脚本预先设定的功能,该运行脚本可以直接显示与确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面。
终端在接收到确定请求之后,会显示与该确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面,即终端中的浏览器跳转至与该确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面。
举例来讲,仍参见图3B所示,当用户选择其中的“米妮熊闹钟”这一快捷导航项时,终端的浏览器则跳转至与“米妮熊闹钟”对应的下载页面。
再举例来讲,仍参见图3C所示,当用户选择其中的URL为“米妮熊闹钟”这一链接地址:http://app.yx.com/mn..时,则终端的浏览器则显示“米妮熊闹钟”对应的下载页面。
这里需要注意的是,图3B和图3C中的内容仅是示意性举例,快捷导航项的展示以及对应的文本描述、快捷导航项的属性以及文本的属性等均是由 WebUI中的HTML和CSS来确定的,因此可以根据实际需要对快捷导航项相关的内容进行显示。
为了更加清楚的了解终端和无线网络设备之间完成对指定应用程序进行推送的过程,可以进一步参见图4A中的描述。
请参见图4A所示,其示出了本发明又一个应用程序推送方法的方法流程图,本实施例主要以该应用程序推送方法应用于图1所示实施环境中进行举例说明的。该应用程序推送方法可以包括:
401,终端向无线网络设备发送与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
举例来讲,请参见图4B所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中无线网络设备对终端进行第一次重定向时的示意图。手机浏览器(即终端)向无线无线网络设备发送一个连接请求,连接请求中包含有一个任意的URL=www.yx.com(该网址仅是示意性举例),无线网络设备在接收到该连接请求之后,向终端的连接地址重定向至无线网络设备中设置网页的网页地址(即WebUI的地址),该网页地址可以为:URL=192.168.1.1/html/index.html。
402,无线网络设备接收该连接请求;
403,无线网络设备检测是否保存有所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端拒绝接收所述无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;

举例来讲,在终端具有修改无线网络设备设置的权限时,该终端可以选择拒绝无线网络设备向该终端推送某些指定应用程序或所有指定应用程序,对应的,无线网络设备在核实该用户的身份之后,则不再向该终端推送终端拒绝的指定应用程序。
这里所讲的指定网页地址为无线网络设备中设置网页的网页地址,设置网页为用于设置无线网络设备的网页,上面实施例中已经对此进行了详细的描述,为了避免赘述,这里就不再详述。
405,终端接收无线网络设备发送的该指定网页地址;
406,终端向无线网络设备发送用于获取指定网页地址所对应的设置网页的 网页内容的网页内容获取请求;
这里所讲的网页内容可以包括用于获取终端的系统类型的类型获取脚本以及至少一个与终端的系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的链接地址。
通常来讲,无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容可以包括运行脚本Javascript、显示框架HTML和元素显示方式CSS。
当终端接收到无线网络设备发送的指定网页地址之后,则向无线网络设备发送用于获取指定网页地址所对应的设置网页的网页内容的网页内容获取请求。
在实际应用中,终端可以向无线网络设备发送一个携带有上述指定网页地址的Http请求,以用于获取该指定网页地址所对应的网页的网页内容。
请参见图4C所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中终端通过Http请求获取设置网页的网页地址的示意图。无线网络设备中的设置网页WebUI中包含Javascript、HTML和CSS,终端向该无线网络设备发送包含有该WebUI的Http请求。

当无线网络设备向终端推送的指定应用程序为两个或两个以上时,无线网络设备向所述终端发送与所述系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,所述推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。对应的,终端中的运行脚本可以执行如下步骤:
第一,显示与系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的快捷导航项;
这里所讲的快捷导航项对应于下载页面的链接地址。比如,该快捷导航项可以为设置在浏览器中一个网页页面上的应用程序图标,该应用程序图标与对应的下载页面的链接地址相关联,如图3B中所示的快捷导航项;还比如,该快捷导航项还可以为设置在浏览器中一个网页页面上的链接地址,该链接地址即为该应用程序的下载页面的网页地址,如图3C中所示的快捷导航项。
通常,在显示与系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的快捷导航项之前,运行脚本会向无线网络设备发送一个加载请求,无线网络设备在接收到该加载请求之后,为了确保有些已经安装在该终端上的应用程序被再次推送,则检测是否接收过所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;若检测结果为接收过所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息,无线网络设备则向所述终端发送不加载所述指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,所述终端中的浏览器则显示包含有除所述指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的所述应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。
第二,接收选择其中一个快捷导航项时产生的确定请求;
当用户选择其中一个快捷导航项时,对应的,终端可以接收到用户选择该快捷导航项时产生的确定请求。
第三,显示与确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面。
终端在接收到确定请求之后,会显示与该确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面,即终端中的浏览器跳转至与该确定请求对应的快捷导航项所对应的下载页面。
举例来讲,目前的手机终端在设置无线网络设备的功能时,通常是手机终 端登录无线网络设备内部的WebUI来进行设置,由于在手机终端上对WebUI进行操控时是通过网页进行的,网页的页面响应比较慢,而通常安装在手机终端中的应用程序通常会比网页处理的快,因此可以开发一个可安装在手机终端的用于控制无线网络设备的应用程序。而通常很多手机终端的用户并不知道新开发的可用于控制无线网络设备的应用程序,因此需要在该应用程序开发之后,主动推送给终端,此时则可以根据本发明的实施方式由无线网络设备向与连接该无线网络设备的终端推送该应用程序,这样用户就可以根据该应用程序对无线网络设备进行快速设置。
需要补充说明的是,在实际的推送应用中,如果存在一个新的指定应用程序需要通过无线网络设备进行推送,则可以升级该无线网络设备,即在该无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容的执行脚本中添加用于推送该指定应用程序的脚本,很显然,由于该指定应用程序被推送给终端时,还需要显示这些与该指定应用程序对应的快捷导航项等信息,因此该设置网页的网页内容中还需要对应更改HTML和CSS,以便在终端显示与该指定应用程序对应的快捷导航项等信息。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送方法,通过无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,以获取终端的系统类型,向终端推送应用程序与该系统类型对应的推送地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中添加该应用程序的与各种系统类型对应的多个下载地址,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以向终端推送该应用程序的与终端系统类型对应的下载地址,完成向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。

请参见图5所示,其示出了本发明再一个实施例中提供的应用程序推送装置的结构示意图,本实施例中以该应用程序推送装置应用于图1中的无线网络设备120中进行举例说明。该应用程序推送装置可以包括但不限于:第一接收模块502、第一发送模块504、第二接收模块506和第二发送模块508。
第一接收模块502,可以用于控制接收器接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
第一发送模块504,可以用于控制发送器向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
第二接收模块506,可以用于控制接收器接收终端发送的系统类型;

综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送装置,通过无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,以获取终端的系统类型,向终端推送应用程序与该系统类型对应的推送地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中添加该应用程序的与各种系统类型对应的多个下载地址,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以向终端推送该应用程序的与终端系统类型对应的下载地址,完成向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
请参见图6所示,其示出了本发明还一个实施例中提供的应用程序推送装置的结构示意图,本实施例中以该应用程序推送装置应用于图1中的无线网络设备120中进行举例说明。该应用程序推送装置可以包括但不限于:第一接收模块602、第一发送模块604、第二接收模块606和第二发送模块608。
第一接收模块602,可以用于控制接收器接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
第一发送模块604,可以用于控制发送器向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
第二接收模块606,可以用于控制接收器接收终端发送的系统类型;
第二发送模块608,可以用于控制发送器向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与系统类型对应的推送地址。
在本实施例中的第一种可能的实现方式中,第二发送模块608,包括:第一 发送单元608a和第二发送单元608b。
第一发送单元608a,可以用于当推送的应用程序为一个时,控制发送器向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时需要的与系统类型对应的下载地址;
第二发送单元608b,可以用于当推送的应用程序为两个或两个以上时,控制发送器向终端发送与系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。
在本实施例中的第二种可能的实现方式中,该应用程序推送装置还可以包括:第三接收模块610、第一检测模块612和第三发送模块614。
第三接收模块610,用于控制接收器接收终端在加载推荐网页的内容时发送的加载请求;
第一检测模块612,用于控制处理器检测是否接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;
第三发送模块614,用于在第一检测模块612的检测结果为接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息时,控制发送器向终端发送不加载指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,由终端显示包含有除指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。
在本实施例中的第三种可能的实现方式中,该应用程序推送装置还可以包括:第二检测模块616。
第二检测模块616,可以用于控制处理器检测无线网络设备是否保存有终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;
第一发送模块604,还可以用于在第二检测模块616的检测结果为无线网络设备中没有保存终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令时,控制发送器向终端发送指定网页地址。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送装置,通过无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,以获取终端的系统类型,向终端推送应用程序与该系统类型对应的推送地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中添加该应用程序的与各种系统类型对应的多个下载地址,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以向终端推送该应用程序的与终端系统类型对应的下载地址,完成向终端主动推送指定应用 程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的应用程序推送装置在推送应用程序时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将无线网络设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的应用程序推送装置与应用程序推送方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
请参见图7所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中提供的无线网络设备的结构示意图,该无线网络设备700可以为图1中的无线网络设备120。该无线网络设备700可以包括但不限于:接收器702和发送器704。
接收器702,可以用于接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
发送器704,可以用于向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
接收器702,还可以用于接收终端发送的系统类型;
发送器704,还可以用于向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与系统类型对应的推送地址。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的无线网络设备,通过无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,以获取终端的系统类型,向终端推送应用程序与该系统类型对应的推送地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中添加该应用程序的与各种系统类型对应的多个下载地址,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以向终端推送该应用程序的与终端系统类型对应的下载地址,完成向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
请参见图8所示,其示出了本发明另一个实施例中提供的无线网络设备的 结构示意图,该无线网络设备800可以为图1中的无线网络设备120。该无线网络设备800可以包括但不限于:接收器802、处理器804、发送器806和存储器808,其中处理器804分别与接收器802、发送器806和存储器808耦合,存储器808中存储有至少一种计算机软件,处理器804可以根据这些计算机软件执行相关的操作。
接收器802,可以用于接收终端发送的与无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
发送器806,可以用于向终端发送指定网页地址,由终端根据接收到的指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取终端的系统类型,并将系统类型发送给无线网络设备;
接收器802,还可以用于接收终端发送的系统类型;
发送器806,还可以用于向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时与系统类型对应的推送地址。
在本实施例中的第一种可能的实现方式中,发送器806,可以用于当推送的应用程序为一个时,向终端发送供终端下载应用程序时需要的与系统类型对应的下载地址;
发送器806,可以用于当推送的应用程序为两个或两个以上时,向终端发送与系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。
在本实施例中的第二种可能的实现方式中,接收器802,可以用于接收终端在加载推荐网页的内容时发送的加载请求;
处理器804,可以用于检测是否接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;
发送器806,可以用于在处理器804的检测结果为接收过终端发送的用于指示终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息时,向终端发送不加载指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,由终端显示包含有除指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。
在本实施例中的第三种可能的实现方式中,处理器804,可以检测无线网络设备是否保存有终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;
发送器806,还可以用于在处理器804的检测结果为无线网络设备中没有保存终端发送的用于指示终端拒绝接收无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令时,控制发送器向终端发送指定网页地址。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的无线网络设备,通过无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,以获取终端的系统类型,向终端推送应用程序与该系统类型对应的推送地址;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中添加该应用程序的与各种系统类型对应的多个下载地址,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以向终端推送该应用程序的与终端系统类型对应的下载地址,完成向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
请参见图9所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例中提供的应用程序推送系统的结构示意图,该应用程序推送系统900可以包括无线网络设备902和至少一个终端904,所述无线网络设备902通过有线网络方式或无线网络方式分别与所述终端904连接;
该无线网络设备902可以为图5或图6中所描述的应用程序推送装置,或可以为图7或图8所示的无线网络设备。
综上所述,本发明实施例中提供的应用程序推送系统,通过在无线网络设备具有推送条件时,无线网络设备向终端发送无线网络设备中设置网页的网页内容,终端根据网页内容获取终端的系统类型并显示与系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面;解决了现有技术中容易导致用户错过获得新的应用程序的最佳时机的问题;当指定应用程序开发完成并需要推送时,可以在无线网络设备中的设置网页的网页内容中添加要推送的指定应用程序的下载页面,当根据该网页内容获取到终端的系统类型时,则可以显示与该系统类型对应的指定应用程序的下载页面的链接地址,完成了向终端主动推送指定应用程序的功能,达到了可以保证用户能够获取新的应用程序的最佳时机的效果。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来 实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统、装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,可以仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用程序推送方法,应用于无线网络设备中,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的与所述无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
    根据所述连接请求向所述终端发送指定网页地址,以使所述终端根据接收到的所述指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取所述终端的系统类型,并将所述系统类型发送给所述无线网络设备;
    接收所述终端发送的所述系统类型;
    向所述终端发送供所述终端下载应用程序时与所述系统类型对应的推送地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述终端发送供所述终端下载应用程序且与所述系统类型对应的推送地址,包括:
    当推送的所述应用程序为一个时,向所述终端发送供所述终端下载所述应用程序时需要的与所述系统类型对应的下载地址;
    当推送的所述应用程序为两个或两个以上时,向所述终端发送与所述系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,所述推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述向所述终端发送与所述系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址之后,还包括:
    接收所述终端在加载所述推荐网页的内容时发送的加载请求;
    检测是否接收过所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;
    若检测结果为接收过所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息,则向所述终端发送不加载所述指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,由所述终端显示包含有除所述指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的所述应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收终端发送的与所述无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求之后,还包括:
    检测所述无线网络设备是否保存有所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端拒绝接收所述无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;
    若检测结果为所述无线网络设备中没有保存所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端拒绝接收所述无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令,则执行所述向所述终端发送指定网页地址的步骤。
  5. 一种应用程序推送装置,应用于无线网络设备中,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一接收模块,用于控制接收器接收终端发送的与所述无线网络设备建立连接的连接请求;
    第一发送模块,用于控制发送器向所述终端发送指定网页地址,由所述终端根据接收到的所述指定网页地址所对应的网页内容获取所述终端的系统类型,并将所述系统类型发送给所述无线网络设备;
    第二接收模块,用于控制所述接收器接收所述终端发送的所述系统类型;
    第二发送模块,用于控制所述发送器向所述终端发送供所述终端下载应用程序时与所述系统类型对应的推送地址。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二发送模块,包括:
    第一发送单元,用于当推送的所述应用程序为一个时,控制所述发送器向所述终端发送供所述终端下载所述应用程序时需要的与所述系统类型对应的下载地址;
    第二发送单元,用于当推送的所述应用程序为两个或两个以上时,控制所述发送器向所述终端发送与所述系统类型对应的推荐网页的网页地址,所述推荐网页包括推送的所有应用程序的下载地址。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于控制所述接收器接收所述终端在加载所述推荐网页的内容时发送的加载请求;
    第一检测模块,用于控制处理器检测是否接收过所述终端发送的用于指示 所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息;
    第三发送模块,用于在所述第一检测模块的检测结果为接收过所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端已经安装指定应用程序的通知消息时,控制所述发送器向所述终端发送不加载所述指定应用程序的下载地址的指令,由所述终端显示包含有除所述指定应用程序之外的其他所有推送的所述应用程序的下载地址的推荐网页页面。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7中任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二检测模块,用于控制所述处理器检测所述无线网络设备是否保存有所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端拒绝接收所述无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令;
    所述第一发送模块,还用于在所述第二检测模块的检测结果为所述无线网络设备中没有保存所述终端发送的用于指示所述终端拒绝接收所述无线网络设备推送应用程序的拒绝指令时,控制所述发送器向所述终端发送指定网页地址。
  9. 一种无线网络设备,其特征在于,所述无线网络设备包括如权利要求5至8中任一所述的应用程序推送装置。
  10. 一种应用程序推送系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括无线网络设备和至少一个终端,所述无线网络设备通过有线网络方式或无线网络方式分别与所述终端连接;
    所述无线网络设备为权利要求9所述的无线网络设备。
