Description

碳粉容器
本发明涉及电子照相成像领域,尤其是一种用于向电子照相成像设备供应碳粉的碳粉容器。本发明基于申请日为2013年11月11日、申请号为201320707930.1的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
电子照相成像设备内通常设有图像处理单元和显影单元,利用显影单元提供的碳粉等显影剂,为图像处理单元上形成的静电潜像显影,以在纸张等介质上形成可见图像。其中碳粉作为消耗品,需要不断地向电子照相成像设备内补充。一般采用可拆卸地安装至电子照相成像设备内显影单元的具有容纳一定量碳粉的碳粉容器向显影单元提供碳粉。
现有的一种碳粉容器如图1所示,碳粉容器10包括用于容纳碳粉的容器主体101,安装在容器主体的开口处的端盖102,并设置有朝远离容器主体101突出的筒形部103,筒形部103的自由端设置有驱动部分108,用于从成像设备接收驱动力,驱动碳粉容器沿自身中心轴旋转,筒形部103的周壁上设置有用于排放所述容器主体内容纳的碳粉的出粉口107,出粉口107靠近驱动部分108。用于启闭出粉口107的闸门件包括推杆106及与推杆106固定连接的筒状的密封部109,推杆106的一端从驱动部分108的大致中心位置伸出,形成闸门驱动部,推杆106的另一端从圆筒状的送粉件104的开口端伸入,并与弹簧105抵接。在闸门驱动部不被抵压的情形下,闸门件在弹簧105的恢复力作用下关闭出粉口107,在碳粉容器10安装至电子照相成像设备时,闸门驱动部被抵压,带动闸门件克服弹簧105的恢复力而移动,密封部109从出粉口107处移开,从而打开出粉口。
上述碳粉容器的端盖102与筒形部103分开制造,组装时再焊接在一起,因此在二者连接处需要设置密封件,从而使碳粉容器的组装复杂化,极易出现碳粉的泄露。另外,由于出粉口107较靠近驱动部分,位于筒形部103内的密封部109的移动受筒形部端壁110限制,可能导致密封部109对出粉口107密封不严,造成碳粉的泄露。而且,密封部109位于碳粉从容器主体101流至出粉口107的通道内,会对碳粉的排放造成一定影响。
因此,需要一种密封性能更好的碳粉容器。
本发明的目的是提供一种密封性能改善的碳粉容器。
为实现上述主要目的,本发明提供的用于向成像设备供应碳粉的碳粉容器,包括:容器主体,其内容纳碳粉;端盖,安装在容器主体一端部并封闭容器主体的开口;筒形部,其固定端与端盖相连接,自由端设置有驱动部分,用于从成像设备接收驱动力驱动碳粉容器沿其中心轴旋转,筒形部周向上设置有用于排放容器主体内容纳的碳粉的出粉口,出粉口设置为靠近驱动部分。端盖与筒形部一体成型,筒形部外侧设置有环形闸门件,环形闸门件可在打开出粉口的开启位置与关闭出粉口的闭合位置之间移动。
较具体的方案为,筒形部外侧还设置有弹簧,弹簧一端与端盖抵接,另一端与环形闸门件抵接,用于向环形闸门件施加使环形闸门件处于闭合位置的恢复力。
更具体的方案为,驱动部分的中心设置有导向杆,导向杆从驱动部向容器主体内部延伸,开口处设置有送粉件,送粉件从开口向容器主体的内部延伸,导向杆穿过送粉件沿中心轴的方向延伸。利用导向杆可轴向固定驱动部分,防止驱动部分周向晃动。
进一步更具体的方案为,导向杆的两端设置有分别与驱动部分及送粉件配合的径向突出部分。防止导向杆与驱动部分及送粉件脱离。
更具体地,导向杆可沿所述中心轴的方向移动。
优选地,环形闸门件内壁设置有弹性密封件。弹性密封件在压力下与筒形部外壁接触,可更好地密封出粉口。
优选地,碳粉容器还包括保护盖,驱动部分容纳在保护盖内,在碳粉容器向成像设备安装前,除去保护盖。防止在使用前,碳粉容器的驱动部分受到破坏。

在碳粉容器使用时,先旋转保护盖4,使齿41与筒形部22的齿形部222脱离啮合,并从筒形部22上取下,然后将碳粉容器沿水平方向安装入成像设备内,其中碳粉容器的轴向与水平方向平行,导向杆8端部的凹陷83与成像设备内的凸出部抵接,导向杆8停止移动,随着碳粉容器的进一步的安装动作,环形闸门件6受成像设备的环形壁抵接克服弹簧7的恢复力而打开出粉口23,驱动部分5的突起51与成像设备的驱动力传递部分啮合,碳粉容器安装到位,此时,导向杆8的突起部82与驱动部分5的端壁抵接。进行成像工作时,驱动部分5从成像设备接收驱动力而驱动碳粉容器沿其中心轴旋转,容器主体1内的碳粉沿螺旋内凹面11从容器主体1内部向送粉件9移动,并受送粉件9的引导经筒形部22向出粉口23移动,并从出粉口23排入成像设备的显影单元内,从而进行碳粉的供应。
碳粉容器从成像设备内拆卸时,驱动部分5与成像设备的驱动力传递部分脱离啮合,环形闸门件6逐渐与成像设备内的环形壁脱离,并在弹簧7的恢复力的作用下关闭出粉口23,碳粉不会从出粉口23泄露,碳粉容器可从成像设备内取出。
可以理解的是,本发明并不限制于以上的特定实施例,如出粉口可以设置为沿周向的一个或三个以上,只要环形闸门件设置出相应的密封部分即可;环形闸门件也可设置有周向上有缺口,只要其密封部分能使出粉口闭合即可;导向杆也可设置成稍短而不可相对筒形部移动;送粉件的结构可为能起到在碳粉容器旋转时引导碳粉向出粉口移动的其他任意形状;端盖的外围部与容器主体的配合方式也可采用其他方式;容器主体上不设置螺旋内凹面,送粉件从开口一直延伸到容器主体底部等等。
由本发明的技术方案可见,端盖与筒形部一体成型,可节省模具成本,而且使碳粉容器的组装更为简单。环形闸门件设置在筒形部的外侧,与筒形部的接触面积可加大,而且其移动不受筒形部端壁的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 碳粉容器,用于向成像设备供应碳粉,包括:
    容器主体,其内容纳碳粉;
    端盖,安装在所述容器主体一端部,封闭所述容器主体的开口;
    筒形部,所述筒形部的固定端与所述端盖相连接,所述筒形部的自由端设置有驱动部分,用于从所述成像设备接收驱动力驱动所述碳粉容器沿其中心轴旋转,所述筒形部周向上设置有用于排放所述容器主体内容纳的碳粉的出粉口,所述出粉口设置为靠近所述驱动部分;
    其特征在于:
    所述端盖与所述筒形部一体成型,所述筒形部外侧设置有环形闸门件,所述环形闸门件可在打开所述出粉口的开启位置与关闭所述出粉口的闭合位置之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述筒形部外侧还设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端与所述端盖抵接,另一端与所述环形闸门件抵接,用于向所述环形闸门件施加使所述环形闸门件处于所述闭合位置的恢复力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述驱动部分的中心设置有导向杆,所述导向杆从所述驱动部向所述容器主体的内部延伸;
    所述开口处设置有送粉件,所述送粉件从所述开口向所述容器主体的内部延伸;
    所述导向杆穿过所述送粉件沿所述中心轴的方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述导向杆的两端设置有分别与所述驱动部分及所述送粉件配合的径向突出部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述导向杆可沿所述中心轴的方向移动。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述环形闸门件的内壁设置有弹性密封件。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述碳粉容器还包括保护盖,所述驱动部分容纳在所述保护盖内,在所述碳粉容器向所述成像设备安装前,除去所述保护盖。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述保护盖与所述端盖抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述筒形部靠近所述端盖的部分设置有外螺纹,所述保护盖上设置有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的碳粉容器,其特征在于:
    所述筒形部靠近所述端盖的部分设置有齿形部,所述保护盖设置有与所述齿形部啮合的齿。
