Abstract
Description
そして、このような壁板(パネル材)は、強度、剛性を満たしつつ軽量化を図るため、ハニカム構造のコア材の両面に、表面材を貼着することで構成されている(特許文献1参照)。
従来、航空機用化粧室ユニット用の備品、例えば、化粧鏡を壁板に取り付ける取り付け構造として以下のようなものが知られている。
すなわち、図12、図13に示すように、予め、雌ねじ4002が形成された金属製のインサート部品40が壁板12に埋め込まれている。
そして、化粧鏡10の縁部を支持する金属製の取り付け部材42に挿通された金属製のねじ44が、金属製のワッシャ46を介してインサート部品40の雌ねじ4002に螺合することで化粧鏡10が各取り付け部材42を介して壁板12に取り付けられている。
また、取り付け部材42が化粧鏡10の輪郭の外側に位置することから、取り付け部材42が化粧鏡10の正面から見えてしまい、航空機用化粧室ユニットの美観を向上する上でも改善の余地がある。
本発明は前記事情に鑑み案出されたものであり、その目的は、軽量化、コスト低減、美観の向上、備品の取り付け強度の確保を図る上で有利な航空機用化粧室ユニットの備品の取り付け構造を提供することにある。
また、ファスナーが備品の輪郭内に位置し、ファスナーが備品の正面から見えなくなるため、航空機用化粧室ユニットの美観を高める上で有利となる。
また、備品の重量に対応させ、筒部と取り付け板部を適宜の大きさにすることで、備品の取り付け強度を確保することができる。
次に、本実施の形態の航空機用化粧室ユニットの備品の取り付け構造について図面を参照して説明する。
まず、備品について説明する。
図1に示すように、本実施の形態では、備品が合成樹脂製の化粧鏡10である場合について説明する。
化粧鏡10は、矩形板状を呈し、合成樹脂製の透明基板上に銀反射膜や保護膜が形成されることで構成され、光の入射、反射がなされる表面10Aと、表面10Aの反対側に位置する背面10Bとを有している。
図2に示すように、航空機用化粧室ユニットの壁板12は、板状を呈するコア材14と、コア材14よりも薄い板状を呈しコア材14の両面に配置された表面材16とを含んで構成されている。
コア材14は、アラミド繊維、ガラス繊維、アルミニウムなどからなる従来公知のハニカム構造のものが用いられる。
表面材16は、コア材14に取着される内面16Aと、内面16Aと反対に位置し壁板12の表面を構成する表面16Bとを備えている。
表面材16としては、合成樹脂と強化繊維とで構成された繊維強化複合材料が用いられる。このような繊維強化複合材料としては、ガラス、アラミド、カーボンなどの強化繊維からなる織物、単繊維に、フェノール樹脂やエポキシ樹脂などの合成樹脂を含浸させたシート状のプリプレグ材が用いられる。
各表面材16の内面16Aのコア材14の厚さ方向の両面への取着は、コア材14の厚さ方向の両面に表面材16の内面16Aを積層した状態で、加圧および加熱することにより、表面材16に含浸されている合成樹脂を溶融してコア材14の厚さ方向の両面に付着させて熱硬化させ、コア材14の厚さ方向の両面に接着することでなされる。
図3に示すように、化粧鏡10は、合成樹脂製の雌型部材20と合成樹脂製の雄型部材22からなる複数のファスナー18を介して壁板12に取着されている。
このようなファスナー18を構成する合成樹脂としてポリプロピレン、ナイロン等が採用可能である。
雌型取り付け板部2002は、円板状を呈している。
雌型筒部2004は、円筒状を呈し、雌型取り付け板部2002から突設されている。
雌型係止部2006は、雌型筒部2004の先端開口の内周部に膨出形成され、後述する雄型係止部2206と円滑に係止できるように曲面で形成されている。
また、雌型筒部2004が突設された雌型取り付け板部2002の面の外周部に、移動阻止部を構成する凸部2008が環状に形成されている。
雄型取り付け板部2202は、円板状を呈している。
雄型筒部2204は、円筒状を呈し、雄型取り付け板部2202から雌型部材20の雌型筒部2004の内部に挿入される外径で突設されている。
雄型係止部2206は、雄型筒部2204の先端開口の外周部に膨出形成され、雌型係止部2006に係止することで雄型部材22と雌型部材20とが互いに離れる方向へ移動することを阻止して結合するものであり、雌型係止部2006と円滑に係止できるように曲面で形成されている。
また、化粧鏡10の背面10Bに取着された雄型部材22に対応した壁板12の箇所に、雌型取り付け板部2002が取着されることで雌型部材20が配置されている。
これにより図3に示すように、複数の雌型部材20の雌型筒部2004の内側に、対応する雄型部材22の雄型筒部2204が挿入され、雌型係止部2006と雄型係止部2206とが係止し、凸部2008が雄型部材22の雄型取り付け板部2202に当接した状態で化粧鏡10が壁板12に取着されている。したがって、雌型係止部2006と雄型係止部2206とが係止することで、雄型部材22と雌型部材20とが互いに離れる方向へ移動することが阻止され、移動阻止部を構成する凸部2008が雄型取り付け板部2202に当接することで、雄型部材22と雌型部材20とが互いに近づく方向へ移動することが阻止されるため、化粧鏡10を壁板12にがたつくことなく取り付ける上で有利となっている。
また、凸部2008を雌型部材20に設けた場合について説明したが、凸部2008は雄型部材22に設けてもよく、あるいは、凸部2008は雄型部材22と雌型部材20の双方に設けても良い。
また、ファスナー18が化粧鏡10の輪郭内に位置するため、航空機用化粧室ユニットにおいて化粧鏡10の占めるスペースを最小限にでき、航空機用化粧室ユニット内の狭い空間を有効利用する上で有利となる。
また、ファスナー18が化粧鏡10の輪郭内で化粧鏡10の背面10Bに位置するためファスナー18が化粧鏡10の正面から見えなくなり、航空機用化粧室ユニットの美観を高める上で有利となる。
また、取り付ける化粧鏡10の重量に対応させ、雌型筒部2004、雄型筒部2204の外径と雌型取り付け板部2002、雄型取り付け板部2202の外径を適宜の大きさにすることで、化粧鏡10の取り付け強度、言い換えると、ファスナー18の結合強度と、化粧鏡10を支持する壁板12の支持強度とを確保することができる。
すなわち、雌型筒部2004、雄型筒部2204の外径を大きくすることで、雄型部材22と雌型部材20とが離れる方向へ移動することを阻止する力を、雌型筒部2004、雄型筒部2204でより分散できる。したがって、雄型部材22と雌型部材20とを軸方向に移動不能に結合する力を大きくでき、ファスナー18の結合強度を確保できる。
また、雌型取り付け板部2002を大きくすることで、雌型取り付け板部2002が取着される表面材16の面積を大きくでき、ファスナー18を介して化粧鏡10を支持する壁板12の力をより分散できる。したがって、ファスナー18を介して化粧鏡10を支持する壁板12の力を大きくでき、化粧鏡10を支持する壁板12の支持強度を確保できる。
比較例では、予め、雌ねじ4002が形成された金属製のインサート部品40が壁板12に埋め込まれている。
化粧鏡10の上縁の2箇所、下縁の2箇所を支持する金属製の取り付け部材42が設けられている。
各取り付け部材42に挿通された金属製のねじ44が、金属製のワッシャ46を介してインサート部品40の雌ねじ4002に螺合されている。
これにより、化粧鏡10が各取り付け部材42を介して壁板12に取り付けられている。
したがって、比較例では、金属製の取り付け部材42、金属製のねじ44、金属製のワッシャ46、金属製のインサート部品40の4つの金属部品を使用するため、航空機用化粧室ユニットの軽量化、部品コストの低減を図る上で不利がある。
また、化粧鏡10の輪郭の外側に各取り付け部材42が位置し、取り付け部材42が化粧鏡10の正面から見えてしまうため、航空機用化粧室ユニットの美観を向上する上でも不利となっている。
また、化粧鏡10の輪郭の外側に各取り付け部材42が位置しているので、航空機用化粧室ユニットにおいて各取り付け部材42が無駄なスペースを占有し、航空機用化粧室ユニット内の狭い空間を有効利用する上で不利となっている。
これに対して本発明の航空機用化粧室ユニットの備品の取り付け構造では、合成樹脂製の雌型部材20と合成樹脂製の雄型部材22とからなるファスナー18を用いているので、航空機用化粧室ユニットの軽量化、部品コストの低減を図る上で有利となる。
また、ファスナー18は化粧鏡10の輪郭内に位置するため、ファスナー18が化粧鏡10によって隠されて化粧鏡10の正面から見えなくなり、航空機用化粧室ユニットの美観を向上する上でも有利となる。
また、ファスナー18は化粧鏡10の輪郭内に位置するため、航空機用化粧室ユニットにおいて化粧鏡10の占めるスペースを最小限にでき、航空機用化粧室ユニット内の狭い空間を有効利用できる。
次に第2の実施の形態について説明する。
なお、以下の実施の形態の説明では、第1の実施の形態と同一の箇所、部材に同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
第2の実施の形態は、図6、図7に示すように、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002が壁板12に埋め込まれている点、雄型部材22の雄型取り付け板部2202が化粧鏡10の背面10Bに埋め込まれている点、化粧鏡10が壁板12に近づく方向への移動を阻止する移動阻止部の構成が第1の実施の形態と異なっている。
第2の実施の形態は、雌型部材20が配置される壁板12の表面材16の箇所に取り付け孔24が形成されている。
また、コア材14の表面に雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002を収容する凹部1402が複数形成されている。
そして、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002は凹部1402に収容され、雌型筒部2004を取り付け孔24内に位置させた状態で、コア材14に重ね合わされる表面材16の内面16Aに取着されている。
また、化粧鏡10は第1の実施の形態と同様に合成樹脂製で、化粧鏡10の背面10Bに、雄型部材22の雄型取り付け板部2202を収容する凹部1002が複数形成されている。
雄型部材22の雄型取り付け板部2202は、凹部1002に収容され取着されることで化粧鏡10の背面10Bに埋め込まれ、雄型筒部2204が突出される雄型取り付け板部2202の面が、化粧鏡10の背面10Bと同一面上に位置している。
したがって、第2の実施の形態では、化粧鏡10が壁板12に近づく方向への移動を阻止する移動阻止部は、化粧鏡10の背面10Bと壁板12の表面16Bで構成されている。
第2の実施の形態によれば、第1の実施の形態の作用効果を奏することは無論のこと、化粧鏡10の背面10Bと壁板12の表面16Bとが当接しているので、化粧鏡10を取り付けるための化粧鏡10の厚さ方向のスペースを最小限にすることができる。
したがって航空機用化粧室ユニット内の狭い空間を有効利用する上でより有利となる。
第2の実施の形態の変形例では、図8、図9に示すように、雌型部材20の壁板12への取り付け構造が第2の実施の形態と異なっている。
すなわち、表面材16の内面16Aで取り付け孔24の周囲に、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002を収容する環状の凹部2402が設けられている。
そして、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002は、雌型筒部2004を取り付け孔24内に位置させた状態で、環状の凹部2402に収容され取着されている。このように雌型部材20が表面材16に取着された状態で、雌型取り付け板部2002の背面は表面材16の内面16Aと同一面上に位置している。
このような変形例によれば、第2の実施の形態と同様な効果に加え、表面材16のみに取り付け孔24と凹部2402の加工を施せばよいため、生産効率を高める上で有利となる。
次に第3の実施の形態について説明する。
第3の実施の形態は、図10、図11に示すように、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002が壁板12の表面材16に形成された凹部26に埋め込まれている点が第2の実施の形態と異なっている。
第3の実施の形態は、図10、図11に示すように、雌型部材20が配置される壁板12の表面材16の表面16Bの箇所に凹部26が複数形成されている。
そして、雌型部材20の雌型取り付け板部2002は、雌型筒部2004を凹部26内に位置させた状態で、凹部26の底面2602に取着されている。
また、化粧鏡10は第1、第2の実施の形態と同様に合成樹脂製で、雄型部材22の雄型取り付け板部2202は、化粧鏡10の背面10Bに埋め込まれ、雄型筒部2204が突出される雄型取り付け板部2202の面が、化粧鏡10の背面10Bと同一面上に位置している。
したがって、第3の実施の形態においても、第2の実施の形態と同様に、化粧鏡10が壁板12に近づく方向への移動を阻止する移動阻止部は、化粧鏡10の背面10Bと壁板12の表面16Bで構成されている。
第3の実施の形態によれば、第2の実施の形態と同様の作用効果が奏され、航空機用化粧室ユニット内の狭い空間を有効利用する上でより有利となる。
しかしながら、各実施の形態とは逆に、壁板12に雄型部材22(雄型取り付け板部2202)を取着すると共に、化粧鏡10に雌型部材20(雌型取り付け板部2002)を取着してもよく、実施の形態と同様の作用効果が奏される。
また、実施の形態では、備品が化粧鏡10である場合について説明したが、備品は、航空機用化粧室ユニットの壁板12に取り付けられるものであればよく、例えば、収容棚などであってもよいことは無論である。

- 航空機用化粧室ユニットの壁板への備品の取り付け構造であって、
合成樹脂製の雌型部材と合成樹脂製の雄型部材からなるファスナーが複数設けられ、
前記雌型部材は、雌型取り付け板部と、前記雌型取り付け板部から突設された雌型筒部と、前記雌型筒部の先端開口の内周部に膨出形成された雌型係止部とを備え、
前記雄型部材は、雄型取り付け板部と、前記雄型取り付け板部から前記雌型部材の前記雌型筒部の内部に挿入される外径で突設された雄型筒部と、前記雄型筒部の先端開口の外周部に膨出形成され前記雌型係止部に係止することで前記雄型部材と前記雌型部材とが軸方向において互いに離れる方向への移動を阻止する雄型係止部とを備え、
前記備品の背面の互いに間隔をおいた複数箇所に前記備品の輪郭の内側に位置するように、前記雌型取り付け板部または前記雄型取り付け板部のうちの一方が取着され、
前記備品の背面に取着された前記雌型取り付け板部または前記雄型取り付け板部に対応する前記壁板の箇所に、前記雌型取り付け板部または前記雄型取り付け板部のうちの他方が複数配置され、
前記備品は、前記複数の雌型部材の前記雌型筒部の内側に、対応する前記雄型部材の前記雄型筒部が挿入され、前記雌型係止部と前記雄型係止部とが係止することにより前記壁板に取着され、
さらに、前記雌型係止部と前記雄型係止部とが係止した状態で、前記備品が前記壁板に近づく方向への移動を阻止する移動阻止部が、前記備品側と前記壁板側の少なくとも一方に設けられている、
