カップ部を有する衣類
　本発明は、着用感の良いカップ部を有する衣類に関するものである。
　衣類は、縫製により形成されることが一般的である。着用者は、衣類の縫製で生じる縫い目等の縫着部が原因で、衣類の着心地を悪く感じることがある。特に、下着等の肌に直接触れる衣類の場合、肌と密着する位置に縫着部があると、着用者は、縫着部の肌触りを不快に感じることがある。
　例えば、ブラジャー等のカップ部を有する衣類は、複数のパーツで形成されており、各パーツを縫着する縫着部が多い。また、ブラジャーはバストの造形効果を得るために着用者の肌に密着して着用時にずれないように形成される。このため、ブラジャーの縫着部は、着心地に影響を与えやすい。
　ところで、衣類の縫製手法の一例として、布地を折り返したワサの状態とする手法がある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。特許文献１では、ワサの状態とすることで、縫い目やステッチ等を減らすことができるため、下着としての特徴を隠すことが記載されている。具体的には、特許文献１では、カップ部の上半分と、このカップ部に連結するショルダー部と、背面部とが、それぞれ折り返されたワサの状態で形成されていることが記載されている。

　上述した特許文献１では、ワサの状態とすることで、縫い目やステッチ等の下着の特徴を隠すことについて考慮されている。しかしながら、縫着部が着用者に与える着用感については考慮されていない。具体的には、特許文献１では、着用時に縫着部の肌あたりが気になりやすい部分ではなく、着用時にアウターとなる衣服から露呈しやすい部分がワサの状態とされているが、着用感については考慮されていない。
　上記課題に鑑み、縫着部による着心地の悪化を軽減し、着用感の良いカップ部を有する衣類を提供することを目的とする。

　以下に、図面を用いて本発明の実施形態に係るカップ部を有する衣類について説明する。実施形態に係るカップ部を有する衣類は、ブラジャーである。
　図１及び図２に示すように、実施形態に係るカップ部を有する衣類であるブラジャー１は、バストを覆う左右一対のカップ部１０と、左右のカップ部１０の脇側に連結されて着用者の背面を覆う左右一対のバック布１２を有する。また、ブラジャー１は、カップ部１０の下周縁に縫着されて左右のカップ部１０を支持する支持部１３と、支持部１３を介してカップ部１０に連結される土台部１４を有する。さらに、ブラジャー１は、カップ部１０及びバック布１２と連結される左右一対の肩ストラップ１５を備える。なお、ブラジャー１は、図２を用いて後述する係止具１６を除いて左右が略同一に形成される。

　以下の説明では、図１に示すように、カップ部１０において、バック布１２が取り付けられる縁部を外側の下周縁１０ａとし、土台部１４が取り付けられる縁部を内側の下周縁１０ｂとする。また、着用時に上側に位置してバック布１２や土台部１４が取り付けられない縁部を内側上縁１０ｃとする。さらに、内側上縁１０ｃから外側の下周縁１０ａまでの着用時に着用者の前側の脇周りに位置する縁を脇側上縁１０ｄとする。

　係止具１６は、係止部と被係止部とからなるホック（例えば、フックアンドアイ）、グリッパー、ボタン、紐、面ファスナー等をデザインや用途に応じて適宜選択して使用することができる。このとき、ブラジャー１の着用時の締め付け具合を微調整できるようにしておくことが好ましい。なお、図２に示す例では、バック布１２が着脱自在な係止具１６を設けるが、バック布１２に係止具１６が設けられておらず、左右のバック布１２が一連に形成されてもよい。
　支持部１３は、バージスラインに沿うように設けられる。この支持部１３は、例えば、ワイヤーの内蔵されないノンワイヤータイプであって、布テープ等の布材を重ね合わせて形成される。支持部１３がノンワイヤータイプである場合、着用者はバージスラインにワイヤーによる違和感を覚えることがないため、着用感が良いという特徴を有する。
　なお、本例では、支持部１３がノンワイヤータイプである場合を例に挙げて説明しているが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、商品の仕様に応じて、支持部１３をワイヤーの内蔵されているワイヤータイプとして良い。
　土台部１４は、図１に示すように、カップ部１０の内端付近からカップ部１０の内側の下周縁１０ｂを覆うように延在して形成される。この土台部１４を設けることで、ブラジャー１の着用時にアンダーバスト部分での安定感を向上させることができる。
　図１及び図３に示す例では、土台部１４は、カップ部１０の内側の下周縁１０ｂに延設されるが、カップ部１０の脇部まで延在していてもよい。具体的には、土台部１４は、カップ部１０の外側の下周縁１０ａまで延在していてもよい。この場合には、バック布１２は、カップ部１０に連結されるのではなく、土台部１４と連結される。また、バック布１２と土台部１４とは、一枚の布から形成されていてもよいし、別布で形成されてこれらが縫着されていてもよいが、土台部１４は、非伸縮であることが好ましく、バック布１２は、伸縮性を有することが好ましい。特に土台部１４の左右のカップ部１０の内側部分は、非伸縮であることが好ましい。
　肩ストラップ１５の取り付け方は限定されないが、図１及び図２に示す例では、一端が連結部１０５で保形布１０１の上端に取り付けられる。他端が連結部１２２でバック布１２の上端に取り付けられるエイト環の係止具１７を通って反転し、エイト環からなる長さ調節具１８に導入されることにより、長さ調節可能な状態に形成される。また、肩ストラップ１５の素材も限定されないが、例えば、布テープや紐で形成される。また、肩ストラップ１５はカップ部１０及びバック布１２を着用者の肩から吊り下げるものであれば、その態様は限定されない。また、図１及び図２に示すように、肩ストラップ１５は、複数の布テープや紐等のパーツが縫着されて形成されていてもよい。
　なお、着用感の観点からは、肩ストラップ１５は、幅が狭いよりも、幅が太い方が肌に食い込みにくく、肌あたりが気になりにくいために好ましい。ここで、一般的には、背面側よりも前側の方が衣類の肌触りが気になりやすい傾向がある。したがって、図１及び２に示す例では、着用者の前側に配置される保形布１０１に連結部１０５で連結される肩ストラップ１５の端部の幅は、着用者の背面側に配置されるバック布１２に連結部１２２で連結される他端部の幅よりも広く形成される。
　図４（ａ）は、図３に示すカップ部１０のＩ－Ｉ方向の断面図である。ブラジャー１の着用時には、図４（ａ）の紙面の右側が内側である着用者の肌側となり、紙面の左側が外側である表側となる。
　図４（ａ）に示す例では、カップ部１０は着用者の肌側の内側カップ部１０２と、表側に配置される装飾用のレース地１０３を有する。例えば、内側カップ部１０２は、非伸縮性素材によって形成される。また、内側カップ部１０２は、着用者の肌に接するため、肌触りのよい素材で形成されることが好ましい。図示を用いた説明は省略するが、例えば、内側カップ部１０２とレース地１０３のそれぞれが、上側カップ部１１ａのパーツと下側カップ部１１ｂのパーツとを有する。
　実施形態に係るブラジャー１のカップ部１０は、特に、図１及び図３に示すように、脇側上縁１０ｄに保形布１０１を有する点を特徴としている。保形布１０１は、布地を折り返して保形布折り返し部１０１ａが形成されており、保形布折り返し部１０１ａと対向する他端側である保形布縫着部１０１ｂがカップ部１０の脇側上縁１０ｄに縫着されている。また、保形布１０１は、少なくとも二重にされた布地によって保形布折り返し部１０１ａに縫着のないワサの状態である。さらに、この保形布１０１は、図４（ａ）に示すように、レース地１０３の表側に縫着されている。
　また、図４（ａ）に示す例では、保形布折り返し部１０１ａで折り返されることで二重に形成された保形布１０１の一方を保形布縫着部１０１ｂへ折り返すことで、この部分は三重に形成される。換言すれば、三重の部分は、図３に示すように、略帯状に形成してある。この保形布１０１は、例えば、パワーネット等の伸縮性素材によって、着用者にフィットするように形成される。
　カップ部１０に保形布１０１を取り付ける際には、図３及び図４（ａ）に示すように、保形布１０１の支持部１３への取り付け位置である保形布縫着部１０１ｂに、当て布となる布テープ１０４が配置されてもよい。布テープ１０４は、図３に示すように、略帯状に形成される。この布テープ１０４は、着用者の着用感を妨げないように、肌触りがよく、薄い素材であることが好ましい。
　また、保形布１０１および布テープ１０４は、支持部１３に縫着される際、図３に示すように、支持部１３が着用者の肌側になるように設けられることが好ましい。このように、保形布１０１および布テープ１０４が肌側に配置されないように縫着することで、保形布１０１の端部や布テープ１０４の端部が着用者の肌に触れるのを防止し、肌あたりがよくなる。
　図示を省略するが、一般的なブラジャーには、カップ部の脇側上縁に、カップ部を補強する補強テープが縫着される。このカップ部の脇側上縁に補強テープが縫着されると、着用時にカップ部を着用者のバストにフィットさせて安定させるとともに、バストがカップ部から流れ出るのを防止して着用者のバストを美しく造形することができる。
　これに対し、実施形態に係るブラジャー１のカップ部１０の脇側上縁１０ｄは、補強テープが縫着されない代わりに折り返しによってワサの状態で布地を二重にして形成される保形布１０１を有する。このように布地を二重にした保形布１０１を設けることで、カップ部１０の脇側上縁１０ｄの肌あたりを向上することができる。また、保形布１０１を設けることで、脇側上縁１０ｄを補強するとともに、カップ部１０を着用者のバストにフィットさせて安定させ、また、着用者のバストを美しく造形することができる。
　保形布１０１は、連結部１０５において、肩ストラップ１５と連結される。図３に示すように、保形布１０１の連結部１０５には、内側カップ部１０２の内側上縁１０ｃから連続した布テープ１０６が延設されることが好ましい。着用時、肩ストラップ１５と連結される保形布１０１には、肩ストラップ１５の他端側と連結されるバック布１２からブラジャー１の吊り下げによる張力がかかる。保形布１０１にこの張力がかかると、保形布１０１が破れやすくなる恐れがある。したがって、内側カップ部１０２の内側上縁１０ｃ及び保形布１０１の連結部１０５に延設される布テープ１０４に肩ストラップ１５を縫着することで、保形布１０１の肩ストラップ１５との連結部１０５を補強して縫着することができる。
　このように、実施形態に係るブラジャー１のカップ部１０は、脇側上縁１０ｄに補強テープの縫着がないため、着用感がよい。また、保形布１０１は、着用時に着用者の肌と接することのない表側に配置されるレース地１０３と接して縫着されるため、保形布１０１の縫着による着用感の低下を防止することができる。
　図４（ｂ）は、図３に示すバック布１２のII－II方向の断面図である。ブラジャー１の着用時には、図４（ｂ）の紙面の右側が着用者の肌側となり、紙面の左側が表側となる。
　バック布１２は、図４（ｂ）に示すように、布地を折り返してバック布折り返し部１２ａが形成されている。このバック布１２は、少なくとも二重にされた布地によってバック布折り返し部１２ａに補強テープ等の縫着のないワサの状態である。また、図４（ｂ）に示す例では、バック布折り返し部１２ａで折り返されることで二重に形成されたバック布１２の下縁１２ｂへ折り返すことで、この部分は三重に形成される。換言すれば、三重の部分は、図３に示すように、略帯状に形成される。このバック布１２は、例えば、パワーネット等の伸縮性素材によって着用者にフィットするように形成される。
　バック布１２の下縁１２ｂには、図３に示すように、着用者の肌側にテープ部材２０が縫着される。テープ部材２０は、左右のバック布１２、支持部１３及び土台部１４を下縁１２ｂで連結する。このテープ部材２０は、バック布１２よりも伸縮率の大きい伸縮性素材によって形成される。テープ部材２０は締め付け力を有するため、着用時に、ブラジャー１を着用者にフィットさせてずれないように安定させることができる。
　また、図３に示すように、バック布１２のバック布折り返し部１２ａに連続した外縁１２ｄには、着用者の肌側にテープ部材２１が縫着される。このテープ部材２１は、肩ストラップ１５の取り付けに利用される。着用時、肩ストラップ１５と連結されるバック布１２には、肩ストラップ１５の他端側と連結されるカップ部１０からブラジャー１の吊り下げによる張力がかかる。バック布１２にこの張力がかかると、バック布１２が破れやすくなる恐れがある。したがって、バック布１２の一部に配置されるテープ部材２１に肩ストラップ１５を縫着することで、バック布１２の肩ストラップ１５との連結部１２２を補強して縫着することができる。
　図示を省略するが、一般的なブラジャーでは、バック布の上辺およびこの上辺と連続する外縁の全域に補強テープが縫着される。一般的なブラジャーでは、このようにバック布の上辺および外縁の全域に補強テープを縫着し、着用時にブラジャーを着用者にフィットし易くする。
　これに対し、実施形態に係るブラジャー１のバック布１２のバック布折り返し部１２ａは、補強テープが縫着されず、代わりに折り返しによってワサの状態で布地を二重にして形成される。ブラジャー１のバック布１２は、このように布地を二重にすることで、肌あたりを向上することができる。また、布地を二重にすることで、バック布１２を補強するとともに、着用時に、ブラジャー１を着用者にフィットさせてずれないように安定させることができる。
　また、バック布１２は、図１及び図３に示すように、脇部に布地が三重に積層される脇抑え部１２３を有する。具体的には、この脇押え部１２３において、折り返しがされることで二重にされた布地の間に、別の布地が挿入される。図３に示す例では、脇押え部１２３で間に挿入される布地は、内側の端部１２３ａは外側の布地の内縁１２ｃとともに支持部１３に縫着される。また、脇押え部１２３の外側の端部１２３ｂはバック布折り返し部１２ａから下縁１２ｂに渡って外側の布地に縫着される。例えば、この脇押え部１２３の内側に挿入される布地はバック布１２と同一の布地を利用することができる。なお、ここでは、別の布を挿入して脇押え部１２３を形成するものとして説明したが、下縁１２ｂからの折り返しにより三重に積層されて脇押え部１２３が形成されても良い。
　図示を省略するが、一般的なブラジャーでは、バック布の脇部に上下方向に渡って型崩れ防止のための、いわゆるサイドボーン（芯材）が縫着されることがある。このようなサイドボーンは、着用者の脇部を支えてブラジャーによって造形されたバストの型崩れを防止し、着用者の脇部のシルエットを整えるとともに、脇部を締めてブラジャーが着用時にずれないように着用者に安定させるものである。しかしながら、このサイドボーンは、着用者の脇部にフィットするように縫着されているため、このサイドボーン自体が着用感を低下させることもあるし、サイドボーンの縫着部も着用感を低下させることがある。
　これに対し、実施形態に係るブラジャー１のバック布１２の脇部には、サイドボーンが縫着されない代わりに、バック布１２の脇部に布地を重ね合わせて脇押え部１２３が形成される。このように、脇部の布地を三重とした脇押え部１２３を設けることで、サイドボーンが縫着されない場合であっても、着用者の脇部のシルエットを整えるとともに、ブラジャー１を着用者にフィットさせてずれないように安定させることができる。
　ここで、バック布１２は布地の折り返しによって、布地を二重にするものとして説明したが、着用者の着用感を妨げることがなければ、三重や四重等の多層に形成されていてもよい。また、上述した例では、脇押え部１２３は、布地を三重にするものとして説明したが、着用者の着用感を妨げることがなく、バック布１２の他の部分より多い層に形成されていれば、三重に限られない。
　リフト布１９は、図３に示すように、リフト布折り返し部１９ａ、リフト布縫着部１９ｂ及び横縁１９ｃを有する略半月形状に形成される。このリフト布１９は、布地を折り返してリフト布折り返し部１９ａが形成されている。また、リフト布１９は、少なくとも二重にされた布地によってリフト布折り返し部１９ａに補強テープ等の縫着のないワサの状態である。
　図３に示すように、リフト布折り返し部１９ａと対向するリフト布縫着部１９ｂは、支持部１３と縫着される。また、横縁１９ｃは、カップ部１０の脇側上縁１０ｄに設けられる布テープ１０４と縫着される。これに対し、リフト布折り返し部１９ａは、カップ部１０に固定されず、遊離した状態である。このように形成された肌あたりのよいリフト布１９によって、下垂するバストを持ち上げるとともに、脇部側に流れやすいバストを補整することができる。
　肌と触れる衣類に固い縫着部があると、これらが着用時に擦れて、気になることがある。例えば、肌が敏感な着用者は、縫着部を不快に感じやすい。また、年齢を重ねると肌が敏感になりやすく、縫着部が気になりやすくなることがある。このような場合でも、実施形態に係るブラジャー１は、布地を折り返したワサの状態にすることで気になりやすい縫着部を減少させたため、着用感を良くすることができる。特に、脇部の周囲の縫着部は気になる着用者が多いが、ブラジャー１は、脇部の周囲の縫着部を減少することができるため、着用感を向上することができる。また、補強テープ等の着用時に違和感を覚えやすい構成に代えて、違和感の少ないワサの状態を多く利用することで、ソフトな着用感で着用時に快適に過ごすことができる。
　上述したように、本発明の実施形態に係るブラジャー１によれば、縫製の際に発生する縫着部の数を減少させることができる。着用の際に堅く肌あたりの悪い縫着部が少なくなるとともに、締め付けも弱くなるため、着用感を良くすることができる。
　なお、実施形態においては、カップ部を有する衣類としてブラジャー１を例に説明したが、カップ部を有する衣類であれば、これに限定されない。例えば、ブラキャミソールやボディースーツ等、カップ部を有する他の衣類にも適用することができる。
　以上、実施形態を用いて本発明を詳細に説明したが、本発明は本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではない。本発明の範囲は、請求の範囲の記載及び請求の範囲の記載と均等の範囲により決定されるものである。

Claims (3)

  1. 　カップ部を有する衣類であって、
    　左右のカップ部と、当該左右のカップ部の脇側に連結されて着用者の背面を覆うバック布を備え、
    　前記バック布は、布地を折り返したバック布折り返し部が上辺に形成されることで、少なくとも二重にされた布地によって当該バック布折り返し部に縫着のないワサの状態とし、
    　前記左右のカップ部の脇側上縁には保形布が設けられ、
    　当該保形布は、布地を折り返した保形布折り返し部が形成されることで、少なくとも二重にされた布地によって当該保形布折り返し部に縫着のないワサの状態とするとともに、当該保形布折り返し部と対向する他端側が前記カップ部の脇側上縁に縫着される
    　ことを特徴とするカップ部を有する衣類。
  2. 　前記カップ部の下周縁に配置される支持部と、
    　前記左右のカップ部の肌側に配置されるリフト布とを備え、
    　当該リフト布は、布地を折り返したリフト布折り返し部が形成されることで、少なくとも二重にされた布地によって当該リフト布折り返し部に縫着のないワサの状態とするとともに、当該リフト布折り返し部と対向する他端側が前記支持部に縫着される
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のカップ部を有する衣類。
  3. 　前記バック布には、前記カップ部の脇側から着用者の脇部にかけて少なくとも三重の布地で形成される脇押え部を有する
    　ことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のカップ部を有する衣類。
