具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
图1A-2B示出本发明的一次性防窃启锁扣的结构立体图。如图1A-2B所示,一次性刚性防窃启锁扣100包括手柄部10、定位部20、可折叠部30以及锁定部40和撕裂部50,手柄部10和定位部20通过可折叠部30与锁定部40和撕裂部50连接。较佳地,手柄部10、定位部20、可折叠部30以及锁定部40和撕裂部50形成为一体件。较佳地,该一体的刚性防窃启锁扣由高强度塑料材料注塑制成。
一次性防窃启锁扣100中,手柄部10上设有卡钩12,定位部20上设有定位销21,锁定部40上设有刚性锁定结构,本实施例中刚性锁定结构为刚性卡扣结构42,撕裂部50上设有撕裂条52和销定位孔53,销定位孔53用于与定位销21配合使锁扣无法移动。锁定时,防窃启锁扣100的刚性卡扣结构42卡入被锁物体上的锁定孔61(见图3A),手柄部10和定位部20能够围绕可折叠部30旋转,从而将定位销21插入撕裂部50上的销定位孔53和被锁物体上的被锁物定位孔62(见图3A),同时手柄部10上的卡钩12与撕裂条52卡配,由此完成被锁物的锁定。当需要解锁时,拉动手柄部10并进而带动卡钩12,卡钩12将撕开撕裂条52,此时,防窃启锁扣100可从被锁物移走,从而被锁物解锁。
手柄部10是主要操作部分,用于安装与开启作用。手柄部10为板状体,其一面上设有防滑槽或防滑条11,以便于手持操作。另一面上可设有防伪编码(未图示),例如通过喷涂来设置,从而实现防窃启效果,下文将更详细说明。在手柄部20的靠近定位部的位置的两侧设有卡钩12,为倒钩状结构。卡钩12 用于与撕裂部配合,从而在解开锁扣时撕开撕裂部上的撕裂条,下文将更详细说明。卡钩12的形状不限于钩状,而是可具有任何合适形状,只要其能够在锁定时卡入撕裂部并能够在解锁时撕开撕裂条即可。
定位部控制锁扣移动,用于使锁定部处于锁定状态或可移动状态。定位部20为板状体,其上设置的定位销21为圆柱销,但应注意,定位销21也可为横截面为方形、椭圆形等合适形状的销。
锁定部40具有板状本体41,板状本体41上设有从其延伸出的刚性卡扣结构42,该刚性卡扣结构42用于锁定单件或多件被锁物。图1所示的实施例中,刚性卡扣结构42为一柱状件,在柱状件的外周上设有凸起43,凸起43距离板状本体41的距离稍大于被锁物在锁定处的厚度。
撕裂部50具有板状本体51,撕裂条52位于本体51两侧,销定位孔53在板状本体51的中间位置,撕裂条52与销定位孔53之间设有通槽54,使得卡钩12能够分别插入通槽54,与撕裂条52卡配,撕裂时的抗拉强度必须小于可折叠部或手柄主体的抗拉强度,保持撕裂部50撕裂时可折叠部30不被破坏。较佳地,在撕裂部50的端部还设有定位凸起55,用于在使用过程中,与被锁物上的对应结构63(见图3A)配合,实现定位。
销定位孔53到折叠部30的距离设置成当定位部20围绕可折叠部30旋转并折叠时,定位销21能够插入销定位孔53中。同时,通槽54到折叠部30的距离设置成当定位部20围绕可折叠部30旋转并折叠时,卡钩12能够卡入通槽54中,并能够沿通槽54左右移动。
图3A-3D示出图1A-2B的一次性防窃启锁扣安装到被锁物的过程的示意图。如图3A-3D所示,被锁物60上设有锁定孔61和被锁物定位孔62(见图3A),锁定孔61和被锁物定位孔的形状分别与刚性卡扣结构42和定位销形状相符。本实施例中,被锁物锁定孔61的形状与刚性卡扣结构42上的设有凸起的位置处的横截面形状一致。
在锁定过程中,先将刚性卡扣结构插入锁定孔61中,当刚性卡扣结构42的凸起43超过被锁物内部时,旋转防窃启锁扣100旋转一定角度,使得刚性卡扣结构42无法从被锁物上的锁定孔61脱离,被锁物锁紧,此时,锁扣无定位。接下来,折叠锁扣的可折叠部30,将定位部20上的定位销21穿过撕裂部上的销定位孔53,同时手柄部10上的卡钩12扣合到撕裂部,锁扣定位并锁紧。
在锁扣解锁过程中,拉手柄部10,在手柄部10上的卡钩12拉力作用下,撕裂部50的撕裂条53被拉撕裂,手柄部10拉起,定位部20上的定位销21脱离被锁物定位孔62和销定位孔40,锁扣100可以移动,将锁扣100移动到刚性卡扣结构42能够从被锁物上的锁定孔脱离的位置,拉出锁扣100,解锁完成。
本发明的一次性刚性防窃启锁扣,在撕裂部上的撕裂条被撕开后,撕裂部仍然与其它部分连接在一起,由此方便回收
本发明的一次性防窃启锁扣应用范围广,只需在所要锁定的产品(被锁物)上开孔与锁扣配合便可安装。开启时,必须破坏锁扣的撕裂部,并且撕裂后无法复原,因此,如果最终用户发现锁扣受到破坏或锁扣上的防伪编码与原来设定的不一致,则说明被锁定物体可能被开启过,用户可因此拒收或进一步详细查看,防窃启效果佳。而且,在撕裂部上的撕裂条被撕开后,撕裂部仍然与其它部分连接在一起,方便回收,具有很好的环保效果。另外,本发明的一次性防窃启锁扣结构简单、拆装方便快捷、易生产、且成本低。
此外,由于采用了高强度的刚性卡扣结构,在受力时不会产生弹性变形,由此保证了货物在运输过程中,锁扣不会意外损坏或掉落。
图6-7C示出根据本发明的第二实施例的一次性防窃启锁扣及其安装到被锁物的过程的示意图。本实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于本实施例的被锁物上的锁定孔64结构,其余部分相同,在此不再详述。应注意,根据需要,被锁物上的锁定孔的结构可以根据需要设置成不同结构,相应地,刚性卡扣结构的具体结构也可根据需要来设定,只要在锁定和/或解锁过程中,刚性卡扣结构能够插入锁定孔,并能够在锁定孔中移动(平移或转动)一段距离(或角度)之后,不能从锁定孔脱出即可。
图8A和8B示出根据本发明的第三实施例的一次性防窃启锁扣100’的从两个方向看的立体图。如图8A和8B所示,防窃启锁扣的锁定部40'具有板状本体,刚性锁定结构为从板状本体延伸出的刚性卡扣结构42’,刚性卡扣结构为柱状件,在该柱状件的外周上设有凸起43’。手柄部10’上形成有同时用作撕裂条52’和定位结构42’的特征,该特征能够插入被锁物的被锁物定位孔中,从而使用时,当刚性锁定结构处于不能够脱离锁定孔的状态时,该特征插入被锁物定位孔,刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态,从而防窃启锁扣锁紧;开启时,撕裂条被撕裂,该特征与被锁物的被锁物定位孔分离,刚性锁定结构处于能够脱离锁定孔的状态并可移动以使防窃启锁扣脱离被锁物。图8A和8B所示的防窃启锁扣100’中, 该特征为条状件,其上设有用于卡扣到被锁物上的卡钩52a’。
图9A-9C示出根据本发明的第三实施例的一次性防窃启锁扣安装到被锁物60’的过程的示意图。被锁物中设有用于与刚性卡扣结构42’配合的锁定孔61’和与上述特征配合的定位孔62’。图9B示出未插入的状态,图9A示出插入之后但未移动的状态,图9C示出安装完成时的状态。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,包括手柄部、定位部、以及锁定部和撕裂部,所述一次性防窃启锁扣为一体件,其中,
    所述撕裂部上设有撕裂后不能还原的撕裂条;
    所述锁定部上设有刚性锁定结构,所述刚性锁定结构能够插入被锁物的锁定孔中,并能够在所述锁定孔中移动,以在能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态与不能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态之间转换;以及
    所述定位部上设有定位结构,所述定位结构用于与被锁物上的被锁物定位孔配合,控制所述刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态或可移动状态;
    使用时,当所述刚性锁定结构处于不能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态时,所述定位结构插入所述被锁物定位孔,所述刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态,从而所述防窃启锁扣锁紧;
    开启时,所述撕裂条被撕裂,所述定位结构与被锁物的被锁物定位孔分离,所述刚性锁定结构处于能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态并可移动以使所述防窃启锁扣脱离被锁物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,
    所述防窃启锁扣还包括可折叠部,所述手柄部和所述定位部通过所述可折叠部与所述锁定部和所述撕裂部连接,使得手柄部和所述定位部能够相对于所述锁定部和所述撕裂部转动;
    所述手柄部设有能够与所述撕裂条配合以在开启锁扣时撕开所述撕裂条的结构;以及
    所述撕裂部上还设有销定位孔,所述定位部上的定位结构是定位销,所述定位销用于与所述销定位孔和被锁物上的被锁物定位孔配合,控制所述刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态或可移动状态;
    使用时,当所述刚性锁定结构处于不能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态时,所述定位销插入所述销定位孔,所述刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态,从而所述防窃启锁扣锁紧;
    开启时,所述撕裂条被撕裂,所述定位销与所述销定位孔和被锁物的被锁物定位孔分离,所述刚性锁定结构处于能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态并可移动以 使所述防窃启锁扣脱离被锁物。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述防窃启锁扣由高强度塑料材料注塑制成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述手柄部为板状体,其一面上设有防滑槽或防滑条,另一面上设有防伪编码;以及所述能够与所述撕裂条配合以在开启锁扣时撕开所述撕裂条的结构是卡钩,所述卡钩设置在所述手柄部的靠近所述定位部的位置的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述锁定部具有板状本体,所述刚性锁定结构为从所述板状本体延伸出的刚性卡扣结构,用于锁定单件或多件被锁物。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述刚性卡扣结构为柱状件,在该柱状件的外周上设有凸起,所述凸起距离板状本体的距离稍大于被锁物在锁定处的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述定位部为板状体,所述定位销是从板状本体上凸出的销;所述撕裂部具有板状本体,所述撕裂条位于板状本体的两侧,所述销定位孔在板状本体的中间位置,所述撕裂条与所述销定位孔之间设有通槽,使得所述卡钩能够插入所述通槽,从而与所述撕裂条卡配,以能够在开启时撕裂所述撕裂条。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述撕裂条撕裂时的抗拉强度小于所述可折叠部和手柄部的抗拉强度,由此所述撕裂条被撕裂时保持所述可折叠部和手柄部不被破坏。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,所述销定位孔到所述折叠部的距离设置成当所述定位部围绕所述可折叠部旋转并折叠时,所述定位销能够插入所述销定位孔中,同时,所述通槽到所述可折叠部的距离设置成当所述定位部围绕所述可折叠部旋转并折叠时,所述卡钩能够卡入所述通槽中,并与所述撕裂部卡合固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性防窃启锁扣,其特征在于,
    所述锁定部具有板状本体,所述刚性锁定结构为从所述板状本体延伸出的刚性卡扣结构,所述刚性卡扣结构为柱状件,在该柱状件的外周上设有凸起;以及
    所述手柄部上形成有同时用作所述撕裂条和所述定位结构的特征,该特征能够插入被锁物的被锁物定位孔中,从而使用时,当所述刚性锁定结构处于不能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态时,该特征插入所述被锁物定位孔,所述刚性锁定结构处于锁定状态,从而所述防窃启锁扣锁紧;开启时,所述撕裂条被撕裂,该特征与被锁物的被锁物定位孔分离,所述刚性锁定结构处于能够脱离所述锁定孔的状态并可移动以使所述防窃启锁扣脱离被锁物。
