Abstract

一种液晶面板(3)测试信号的转接板(1),其电连接于信号发生器(2)与液晶面板(3)的电路板之间。转接板(1)设有一组信号输入端子(10)和多组信号输出端子(12)。信号发生器(2)与信号输入端子(10)连接并向其输出信号,信号输入端子(10)通过连接线输出信号到多组信号输出端子(12),并通过不同的连接线连接关系改变信号顺序。将信号发生器(2)与液晶面板(3)的测试信号接入端(30)连接,设多个信号输出端子(12),以将不同的测试信号对应地接入不同的测试信号接入端(30),实现多种测试信号的接入,减少了液晶面板(3)上多个测试点接线的繁琐问题。可根据不同的液晶面板(3)、不同的测试点、不同的测试信号,来选取合适的接线板(1),降低了重新接线换线的难度,提高了信号检测的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于测试视频信号装置, 尤其是特指一种液晶面板测试信号的转接板。 背景技术
由于目前液晶显示器的制作越来越精细, 需要的测试点也越来越多,不同尺寸或规格的 液晶面板测试点种类、数量以及测试点的位置变化越来越多,而探针与信号发生器之间的接 线必须与相应的测试点对应,当出现产品换线时会出现测试点的顺序变化时,需要重新接线, 产品越复杂,换线难度却大,需要耗费大量的时间在换线上,严重浪费了设备的时间利用率。
因此,亟待于提供一种操作简单,接线简化且效率高的转接板来解决液晶面板上测试信 号的接线换线的问题。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种简化测试接线,提高接线效率的 液晶面板测试信号的转接板。
本发明提供了一种液晶面板测试信号的转接板,其电连接于信号发生器与液晶面板的电 路板之间, 其中, 所述转接板设有一组信号输入端子和多组信号输出端子, 信号发生器与所 述信号输入端子连接并向其输出信号,所述信号输入端子通过连接线输出信号到多组信号输 出端子, 并通过不同的连接线连接关系改变信号顺序。
优选地,所述转接板的正面和背面均布线,所述转接板的正面和背面的布线通过上下通 孔相导通。
优选地, 所述多组信号输出端子数量不相同, 也可以相同。
优选地,所述转接板上各组信号输出端子的正面布线顺序相同,而所述转接板上信号输 出端子的背面布线顺序与测试信号的顺序相同, 使得布线整齐, 也易于辨认及调整接线。
与现有技术相比,本发明液晶面板测试信号的转接板,将信号发生器与液晶面板的测试 信号接入端连接,设多个信号输出端子, 以将不同的测试信号对应地接入不同的测试信号接 入端, 实现多种测试信号的接入, 减少了液晶面板上多个测试点接线的繁琐问题, 可根据不 同的液晶面板、 不同的测试点、 不同的测试信号, 来选取合适的接线板, 换产品时, 只需要 更换对应的转接板和转接板到探针的接线即可,大大降低了重新接线换线的难度,提高了信 号检测的效率。

具体实施方式
参照图 1和图 2所示, 为了降低液晶面板与用于测试其信号的信号发生器的对接难度, 本发明提供了一种液晶面板测试信号的转接板 1, 其电连接于信号发生器 2与液晶面板 3的 电路板之间,通过转接板 1实现由液晶面板 3接入的多组不同测试信号,可转换后输出至信 号发生器 2中进行信号检测。
其中, 所述转接板 1设有一组信号输入端子 10和多组信号输出端子 12, 信号发生器 2 与所述信号输入端子 10连接并向其输出测试信号,所述信号输入端子 10通过连接线输出信 号到多组信号输出端子 12, 并通过不同的连接线连接关系改变信号顺序。 所述信号输出端 子 12设为多组,可分别与液晶面板 3电路板上的多组测试信号输入端子 30相对接,不同的 测试信号,信号连接线具有不同的接入顺序,通过改变液晶面板的测试信号输入端子和转接 板 1的信号输出端子 12之间的连接线的连接关系, 来改变测试信号, 实现多组相同或不同 的测试信号的接入。 信号发生器 2所产生的测试信号, 通过转接板 1的信号输入端子 10接 入,通过连接线电连接至多个信号输出端子 12中, 由多个信号输出端子 12通过连接线分别 接入液晶面板 3的电路板上不同的测试信号输入端子 30, 将输入的测试信号分至多种测试 信号, 接入液晶面板中, 以实现不同方式的信号输出显示测试。 这样, 无需将信号发生器 2 与液晶面板上的测试点直接对接,解决了液晶面板与信号发生器之间繁琐接线的问题,如需 更替测试信号,只需要更换转接板,或改变连接线的接线顺序即可,大大降低了换线的难度, 提高了换线的效率, 有利于多种测试信号的测试。
参照图 2所示, 优选地, 所述转接板的正面和背面均布线, 所述正面和背面的布线通过 上下通孔相导通。在本实施例中, 连接线由转接板的背面引出, 然后由其正面引入液晶面板 的测试信号输入端子 30。如信号发生器所输出的信号顺序为 12345678910, A产品需要的测 试信号顺序也是 12345678910,转接板上的输出 A与测试信号输入端子之间的接入顺序为一 一平行对接; 如 B产品需要的测试信号顺序变更为 13245679810, 这时, 通过在转接板的正 面和背面连接布线来完成, 实线为正面布线,虚线为背面布线, 虚实交界处的圆圈为上下通 孔, 通过通孔实现正反两面线路连接。优选地, 所述转接板上信号输出端子的背面布线顺序 与测试信号的顺序相同, 这样, 各组不同的测试输出信号, 在正面布线相同, 背面的布线则 更具测试信号的顺序来调整布线, 避免发生接线混乱的问题。
在本发明中,所述多组信号输入端子数量可以不相同,可以相同,根据测试信号的不同, 进行对应匹配连线。所述转接板上的信号输入端子为 2-4个, 可根据测试信号的个数来选取 合适的转接板。 本发明液晶面板测试信号的转接板, 将信号发生器与液晶面板的测试信号接入端连接, 设多个信号输出端子, 以将不同的测试信号对应地接入不同的测试信号接入端,实现多种测 试信号的接入, 减少了液晶面板上多个测试点接线的繁琐问题, 可根据不同的液晶面板、不 同的测试点、 不同的测试信号, 来选取合适的接线板, 换产品时, 只需要更换对应的转接板 和转接板到探针的接线即可, 大大降低了重新接线换线的难度, 提高了信号检测的效率。
