为了保证第一按钮开关 7 以及第二按钮开关 17工作的可靠性, 司机 坐椅 2设有多个第一按钮开关 7, 司机坐椅 2上所有的第一按钮开关 7并 联连接; 儿童坐椅 3设有多个第二按钮开关 17, 儿童坐椅 3上所有的第二 按钮开关 17并联连接;校车上所有的儿童坐椅 3安装有第二按钮开关 17; 第二报警指示灯 33设有多个, 第一按钮开关 7设有多个, 每个第一按钮 开关 7对应设有一个第二报警指示灯 33。
为了实施第一坐垫 6 以及第二坐垫 16的升降移动, 保证第一按钮开 关 7以及第二按钮开关 17的正常工作, 第一坐垫 6的第一底板 11与第一 导槽 10的第一槽底 12之间设有第一弹簧 36,用于增加第一坐垫 6复位的 弹力; 司机与第一坐垫 6合计的重力大于第一弹簧 36的弹力, 以保证司 机坐上司机儿童坐椅 2时, 第一坐垫 6可以下降压第一按钮开关 Ί闭合; 第一弹簧 36 的弹力大于第一坐垫 6的重力, 以保证司机离开司机坐椅 2 后, 第一坐垫 6可以自动复位。第二坐垫 16的第二底板 21与第二导槽 20 的第二槽底 22之间设有第二弹簧 37, 用于增加第二坐垫 16复位的弹力。 儿童与第二坐垫 16合计的重力大于第二弹簧 37的弹力, 以保证儿童坐上 儿童坐椅 3时, 第二坐垫 16可以下降压第二按钮开关 17闭合; 第二弹簧 37的弹力大于第二坐垫 16的重力, 以保证儿童离开儿童坐椅 3后, 第二 坐垫 16可以自动复位。
校车儿童报警装置的工作原理是: 司机打开车门 31 后, 汽车的控制 系统传输一个开车门信号给控制器 1, 校车儿童报警装置的控制器 1进入 自动控制状态; 司机打开车门 31未上车时, 司机坐椅 2的第一按钮开关 7 为常闭状态; 儿童上车坐上儿童坐椅 3后, 儿童坐椅 3的第二坐垫 16在 儿童人体重力的作用下, 克服第二按钮开关 17 弹簧的弹力下降, 使常开 的第二按钮开关 17闭合; 第二按钮开关 17将儿童坐上儿童坐椅 3的信号 传输给控制器 1, 控制器 1控制第一报警指示灯 32亮; 同时, 控制器 1控 制安全关门装置 4的电动元件 27通电, 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出, 挡住车门 31, 使车门 31不能关闭; 司机上车坐上司机坐椅 2后, 司机坐 椅 2的第一坐垫 6在司机人体重力的作用下, 克服第一按钮开关 7弹簧的 弹力下降, 使常闭的第一按钮开关 7分断; 第一按钮开关 7将司机坐上司 机坐椅 2的信号传输给控制器 1, 控制器 1控制切断电动元件 27的电源, 电动元件 27的动力头 30复位缩回, 使校车可以关门; 司机关闭车门后行 车将儿童送到目的地, 儿童下车离开儿童坐椅 3后, 儿童坐椅 3的第二坐 垫 16在第二按钮开关 17弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升,第二按钮开关 17 由闭合复位到常开状态, 第二按钮开关 17将儿童离开儿童坐椅 3的信号 传输给控制器 1, 控制器 1控制第一报警指示灯 32熄灭, 使司机可以于控 制器 1的第一报警指示灯 32了解到儿童离开儿童坐椅 3的情况; 司机离 开司机坐椅 2时, 司机坐椅 2的第一坐垫 6在第一按钮开关 7弹簧的弹力 的作用下复位上升, 第一按钮开关 7由分断复位到常闭状态, 第一按钮开 关 7将司机离开司机坐椅 2的信号传输给控制器 1 ; 司机离开司机坐椅 2 后, 如果儿童坐椅 3上还有儿童, 儿童坐椅 3上第二按钮开关 17闭合, 第二按钮开关 17将儿童坐椅 3还有儿童的信号传输给控制器 1, 控制器 1 控制安全关门装置 4的电动元件 27通电, 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出, 挡住车门 31, 使车门 31不能关闭, 防止儿童被关在车内, 威胁儿童的生 命。
为了实施对校车进行全方位的监控, 防止儿童余留在车内, 司机离 开司机坐椅 2时, 万一第一按钮开关 7失灵, 司机坐椅 2第一靠背 8上的 第一人体传感器 9将司机离开司机坐椅 2的信号传输给控制器 1, 如果儿 童坐椅 3上还有儿童, 万一第二按钮开关 17失灵, 儿童椅坐 3第二靠背 18上的第二人体传感器 19将儿童还在儿童坐椅 3的信号传输给控制器 1, 控制器 1控制安全关门装置 4的电动元件 27通电, 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出, 挡住车门 31, 使车门 31不能关闭, 防止儿童被关在车内。 司机 离开司机坐椅 2时, 如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐 3第二座架 15的底面时, 第三人体传感器 25将儿童的信号传输给控制器 1,控制器 1控制安全关门 装置 4的电动元件 27通电, 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出, 挡住车门 31, 使车门 31不能关闭, 防止儿童被关在车内。 司机离开司机坐椅 2时, 如 果有儿童位于儿童椅坐 3第二座架 15的侧面时, 第四人体传感器 26将儿 童的信号传输给控制器 1,控制器 1控制安全关门装置 4的电动元件 27通 电, 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出, 挡住车门 31, 使车门 31不能关闭, 防止儿童被关在车内。 电动元件 27的动力头 30伸出时, 常闭的第一按钮 开关 7复位闭合, 常开的第二按钮开关 17闭合, 电源由控制器 1经第一 按钮开关 7以及第二按钮开关 17送到电动元件 27,再由电动元件 27回到 控制器 1, 形成一个回路。

1.校车儿童报警装置, 校车儿童报警装置安装于校车上, 校车儿童报 警装置包括有控制器 (1)、 司机坐椅 (2)、 儿童坐椅 (3) 以及安全关门 装置 (4); 司机坐椅 (2) 包括有第一座架 (5)、 第一坐垫 (6)、 第一按 钮开关 (7) 以及第一靠背 (8), 第一按钮开关 (7) 为常闭开关; 儿童坐 椅 (3) 包括有第二座架 (15)、 第二坐垫 (16)、 第二按钮开关 (17) 以 及第二靠背 (18), 第二按钮开关 (17) 为常开开关; 安全关门装置 (4) 由电动元件 (27) 构成, 电动元件 (27) 的机座 (28) 与车门框 (29) 固 定连接, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 面向车门 (31); 控制器 (1) 设 有第一报警指示灯 (32) 以及第二报警指示灯 (33); 控制器 (1) 设有第 一人体传感器 (9)、 第二人体传感器 (19)、 第三人体传感器 (25) 以及 第四人体传感器 (26); 第一人体传感器 (9) 设于司机坐椅 (2) 的第一 靠背(8)上, 第二人体传感器(19) 设于儿童坐椅(3) 的第二靠背(18) 上, 第三人体传感器 (25) 设于儿童坐椅 (3) 第二座架 (15) 的底面, 第四人体传感器 (26) 设于儿童坐椅 (3) 第二座架 (15) 的侧面; 司机 坐椅 (2) 的第一导槽 (10) 设有第一限位卡 (34), 第一限位卡 (34) 位 于第一坐垫(6)的第一底板(11)的下方; 儿童坐椅(3)的第二导槽(20) 设有第二限位卡 (35), 第二限位卡 (35) 位于第二坐垫 (16) 的第二底 板 (21) 的下方; 第一坐垫 (6) 的第一底板 (11) 与第一导槽 (10) 的 第一槽底(12)之间设有第一弹簧(36), 第二坐垫(16)的第二底板(21) 与第二导槽 (20) 的第二槽底 (22) 之间设有第二弹簧 (37); 其特征在 于: 所述的校车儿童报警装置的工作原理是: 司机打开车门 (31) 后, 汽 车的控制系统传输一个开车门信号给控制器 (1), 校车儿童报警装置的控 制器 (1) 进入自动控制状态; 司机打开车门 (31) 未上车时, 司机坐椅 (2) 的第一按钮开关 (7) 为常闭状态; 儿童上车坐上儿童坐椅 (3) 后, 儿童坐椅 (3) 的第二坐垫 (16) 在儿童人体重力的作用下, 克服第二按 钮开关 (17) 弹簧的弹力下降, 使常开的第二按钮开关 (17) 闭合; 第二 按钮开关 (17) 将儿童坐上儿童坐椅 (3) 的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控 制器 (1) 控制第一报警指示灯 (32) 亮; 同时, 控制器 (1) 控制安全关 门装置 (4) 的电动元件 (27) 通电, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 伸 出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31)不能关闭; 司机上车坐上司机坐椅(2) 后, 司机坐椅 (2) 的第一坐垫 (6) 在司机人体重力的作用下, 克服第一 按钮开关 (7) 弹簧的弹力下降, 使常闭的第一按钮开关 (7) 分断; 第一 按钮开关 (7) 将司机坐上司机坐椅 (2) 的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控制 器 (1) 控制切断电动元件 (27) 的电源, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 复位缩回, 使校车可以关门; 司机关闭车门后行车将儿童送到目的地, 儿 童下车离开儿童坐椅 (3) 后, 儿童坐椅 (3) 的第二坐垫 (16) 在第二按 钮开关 (17) 弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升, 第二按钮开关 (17) 由闭合 复位到常开状态, 第二按钮开关 (17) 将儿童离开儿童坐椅 (3) 的信号 传输给控制器 (1), 控制器 (1) 控制第一报警指示灯 (32) 熄灭, 使司 机可以于控制器 (1) 的第一报警指示灯 (32) 了解到儿童离开儿童坐椅
(3) 的情况; 司机离开司机坐椅(2) 时, 司机坐椅(2) 的第一坐垫 (6) 在第一按钮开关 (7) 弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升, 第一按钮开关 (7) 由分断复位到常闭状态, 第一按钮开关 (7) 将司机离开司机坐椅 (2) 的 信号传输给控制器 (1); 司机离开司机坐椅 (2) 后, 如果儿童坐椅 (3) 上还有儿童, 儿童坐椅 (3) 上第二按钮开关 (17) 闭合, 第二按钮开关
(17) 将儿童坐椅 (3) 还有儿童的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控制器 (1) 控制安全关门装置 (4) 的电动元件 (27) 通电, 电动元件 (27) 的动力 头 (30) 伸出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31) 不能关闭, 防止儿童被关 在车内, 威胁儿童的生命。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的司 机离开司机坐椅 (2) 时, 万一第一按钮开关 (7) 失灵, 司机坐椅 (2) 第一靠背 (8) 上的第一人体传感器 (9) 将司机离开司机坐椅 (2) 的信 号传输给控制器 (1), 如果儿童坐椅 (3) 上还有儿童, 万一第二按钮开 关 (17) 失灵, 儿童椅坐 (3) 第二靠背 (18) 上的第二人体传感器 (19) 将儿童还在儿童坐椅 (3) 的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控制器 (1) 控制安 全关门装置 (4) 的电动元件 (27) 通电, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 伸出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31) 不能关闭, 防止儿童被关在车内。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的司 机离开司机坐椅 (2) 时, 如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐 (3) 第二座架 (15) 的底面时, 第三人体传感器 (25) 将儿童的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控制 器 (1) 控制安全关门装置 (4) 的电动元件 (27) 通电, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 伸出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31) 不能关闭, 防止儿 童被关在车内。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的司 机离开司机坐椅 (2) 时, 如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐 (3) 第二座架 (15) 的侧面时, 第四人体传感器 (26) 将儿童的信号传输给控制器 (1), 控制 器 (1) 控制安全关门装置 (4) 的电动元件 (27) 通电, 电动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 伸出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31) 不能关闭, 防止儿 童被关在车内。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的电 动元件 (27) 的动力头 (30) 伸出时, 常闭的第一按钮开关 (7) 复位闭 合, 常开的第二按钮开关 (17) 闭合, 电源由控制器 (1) 经第一按钮开 关(7) 以及第二按钮开关(17)送到电动元件(27), 再由电动元件(27) 回到控制器 (1), 形成一个回路。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的司 机与第一坐垫 (6) 合计的重力大于第一弹簧 (36) 的弹力, 以保证司机 坐上司机儿童坐椅 (2) 时, 第一坐垫 (6) 可以下降压第一按钮开关 (7) 闭合; 第一弹簧 (36) 的弹力大于第一坐垫 (6) 的重力, 以保证司机离 开司机坐椅 (2) 后, 第一坐垫 (6) 可以自动复位。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的儿 童与第二坐垫 (16) 合计的重力大于第二弹簧 (37) 的弹力, 以保证儿童 坐上儿童坐椅 (3) 时, 第二坐垫 (16) 可以下降压第二按钮开关 (17) 闭合; 第二弹簧 (37) 的弹力大于第二坐垫 (16) 的重力, 以保证儿童离 开儿童坐椅 (3) 后, 第二坐垫 (16) 可以自动复位。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的第 一底板 (11) 到第一限位卡 (34) 的距离大于第一按钮开关 (7) 的分断 行程, 以保证司机坐上司机坐椅 (2) 后, 第一坐垫 (6) 下降可以将常闭 的第一按钮开关 (7) 分断。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的第 二底板 (21) 到第二限位卡 (35) 的距离大于第二按钮开关 (17) 的分断 行程, 以保证儿童坐上儿童坐椅 (3) 后, 第二坐垫 (16) 下降时可以使 常开的第一按钮开关 (7) 闭合。
10, 根据权利要求 1所述的校车儿童报警装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 儿童留在车内, 电动元件(27)通电, 动力头(30)伸出, 挡住车门 (31), 使车门 (31) 不能关闭, 用于防止儿童被关在车内。
