为了实施第一坐垫6以及第二坐垫16的升降移动,保证第一按钮开关7以及第二按钮开关17的正常工作,第一坐垫6的第一底板11与第一导槽10的第一槽底12之间设有第一弹簧36,用于增加第一坐垫6复位的弹力;司机与第一坐垫6合计的重力大于第一弹簧36的弹力,以保证司机坐上司机儿童坐椅2时,第一坐垫6可以下降压第一按钮开关7闭合;第一弹簧36的弹力大于第一坐垫6的重力,以保证司机离开司机坐椅2后,第一坐垫6可以自动复位。第二坐垫16的第二底板21与第二导槽20的第二槽底22之间设有第二弹簧37,用于增加第二坐垫16复位的弹力。儿童与第二坐垫16合计的重力大于第二弹簧37的弹力,以保证儿童坐上儿童坐椅3时,第二坐垫16可以下降压第二按钮开关17闭合;第二弹簧 37的弹力大于第二坐垫16的重力,以保证儿童离开儿童坐椅3后,第二坐垫16可以自动复位。
校车儿童报警装置的工作原理是:司机打开车门31后,汽车的控制系统传输一个开车门信号给控制器1,校车儿童报警装置的控制器1进入自动控制状态;司机打开车门31未上车时,司机坐椅2的第一按钮开关7为常闭状态;儿童上车坐上儿童坐椅3后,儿童坐椅3的第二坐垫16在儿童人体重力的作用下,克服第二按钮开关17弹簧的弹力下降,使常开的第二按钮开关17闭合;第二按钮开关17将儿童坐上儿童坐椅3的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制第一报警指示灯32亮;同时,控制器1控制安全关门装置4的电动元件27通电,电动元件27的动力头30伸出,挡住车门31,使车门31不能关闭;司机上车坐上司机坐椅2后,司机坐椅2的第一坐垫6在司机人体重力的作用下,克服第一按钮开关7弹簧的弹力下降,使常闭的第一按钮开关7分断;第一按钮开关7将司机坐上司机坐椅2的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制切断电动元件27的电源,电动元件27的动力头30复位缩回,使校车可以关门;司机关闭车门后行车将儿童送到目的地,儿童下车离开儿童坐椅3后,儿童坐椅3的第二坐垫16在第二按钮开关17弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升,第二按钮开关17由闭合复位到常开状态,第二按钮开关17将儿童离开儿童坐椅3的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制第一报警指示灯32熄灭,使司机可以于控制器1的第一报警指示灯32了解到儿童离开儿童坐椅3的情况;司机离开司机坐椅2时,司机坐椅2的第一坐垫6在第一按钮开关7弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升,第一按钮开关7由分断复位到常闭状态,第一按钮开关7将司机离开司机坐椅2的信号传输给控制器1;司机离开司机坐椅2后,如果儿童坐椅3上还有儿童,儿童坐椅3上第二按钮开关17闭合,第二按钮开关17将儿童坐椅3还有儿童的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制安全关门装置4的电动元件27通电,电动元件27的动力头30伸出,挡住车门31,使车门31不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内,威胁儿童的生命。
为了实施对校车进行全方位的监控,防止儿童余留在车内,司机离开司机坐椅2时,万一第一按钮开关7失灵,司机坐椅2第一靠背8上的第一人体传感器9将司机离开司机坐椅2的信号传输给控制器1,如果儿 童坐椅3上还有儿童,万一第二按钮开关17失灵,儿童椅坐3第二靠背18上的第二人体传感器19将儿童还在儿童坐椅3的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制安全关门装置4的电动元件27通电,电动元件27的动力头30伸出,挡住车门31,使车门31不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。司机离开司机坐椅2时,如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐3第二座架15的底面时,第三人体传感器25将儿童的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制安全关门装置4的电动元件27通电,电动元件27的动力头30伸出,挡住车门31,使车门31不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。司机离开司机坐椅2时,如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐3第二座架15的侧面时,第四人体传感器26将儿童的信号传输给控制器1,控制器1控制安全关门装置4的电动元件27通电,电动元件27的动力头30伸出,挡住车门31,使车门31不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。电动元件27的动力头30伸出时,常闭的第一按钮开关7复位闭合,常开的第二按钮开关17闭合,电源由控制器1经第一按钮开关7以及第二按钮开关17送到电动元件27,再由电动元件27回到控制器1,形成一个回路。

Claims (10)

  1. 校车儿童报警装置,校车儿童报警装置安装于校车上,校车儿童报警装置包括有控制器(1)、司机坐椅(2)、儿童坐椅(3)以及安全关门装置(4);司机坐椅(2)包括有第一座架(5)、第一坐垫(6)、第一按钮开关(7)以及第一靠背(8),第一按钮开关(7)为常闭开关;儿童坐椅(3)包括有第二座架(15)、第二坐垫(16)、第二按钮开关(17)以及第二靠背(18),第二按钮开关(17)为常开开关;安全关门装置(4)由电动元件(27)构成,电动元件(27)的机座(28)与车门框(29)固定连接,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)面向车门(31);控制器(1)设有第一报警指示灯(32)以及第二报警指示灯(33);控制器(1)设有第一人体传感器(9)、第二人体传感器(19)、第三人体传感器(25)以及第四人体传感器(26);第一人体传感器(9)设于司机坐椅(2)的第一靠背(8)上,第二人体传感器(19)设于儿童坐椅(3)的第二靠背(18)上,第三人体传感器(25)设于儿童坐椅(3)第二座架(15)的底面,第四人体传感器(26)设于儿童坐椅(3)第二座架(15)的侧面;司机坐椅(2)的第一导槽(10)设有第一限位卡(34),第一限位卡(34)位于第一坐垫(6)的第一底板(11)的下方;儿童坐椅(3)的第二导槽(20)设有第二限位卡(35),第二限位卡(35)位于第二坐垫(16)的第二底板(21)的下方;第一坐垫(6)的第一底板(11)与第一导槽(10)的第一槽底(12)之间设有第一弹簧(36),第二坐垫(16)的第二底板(21)与第二导槽(20)的第二槽底(22)之间设有第二弹簧(37);其特征在于:所述的校车儿童报警装置的工作原理是:司机打开车门(31)后,汽车的控制系统传输一个开车门信号给控制器(1),校车儿童报警装置的控制器(1)进入自动控制状态;司机打开车门(31)未上车时,司机坐椅(2)的第一按钮开关(7)为常闭状态;儿童上车坐上儿童坐椅(3)后,儿童坐椅(3)的第二坐垫(16)在儿童人体重力的作用下,克服第二按钮开关(17)弹簧的弹力下降,使常开的第二按钮开关(17)闭合;第二按钮开关(17)将儿童坐上儿童坐椅(3)的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制第一报警指示灯(32)亮;同时,控制器(1)控制安全关门装置(4)的电动元件(27)通电,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸 出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭;司机上车坐上司机坐椅(2)后,司机坐椅(2)的第一坐垫(6)在司机人体重力的作用下,克服第一按钮开关(7)弹簧的弹力下降,使常闭的第一按钮开关(7)分断;第一按钮开关(7)将司机坐上司机坐椅(2)的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制切断电动元件(27)的电源,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)复位缩回,使校车可以关门;司机关闭车门后行车将儿童送到目的地,儿童下车离开儿童坐椅(3)后,儿童坐椅(3)的第二坐垫(16)在第二按钮开关(17)弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升,第二按钮开关(17)由闭合复位到常开状态,第二按钮开关(17)将儿童离开儿童坐椅(3)的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制第一报警指示灯(32)熄灭,使司机可以于控制器(1)的第一报警指示灯(32)了解到儿童离开儿童坐椅(3)的情况;司机离开司机坐椅(2)时,司机坐椅(2)的第一坐垫(6)在第一按钮开关(7)弹簧的弹力的作用下复位上升,第一按钮开关(7)由分断复位到常闭状态,第一按钮开关(7)将司机离开司机坐椅(2)的信号传输给控制器(1);司机离开司机坐椅(2)后,如果儿童坐椅(3)上还有儿童,儿童坐椅(3)上第二按钮开关(17)闭合,第二按钮开关(17)将儿童坐椅(3)还有儿童的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制安全关门装置(4)的电动元件(27)通电,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内,威胁儿童的生命。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的司机离开司机坐椅(2)时,万一第一按钮开关(7)失灵,司机坐椅(2)第一靠背(8)上的第一人体传感器(9)将司机离开司机坐椅(2)的信号传输给控制器(1),如果儿童坐椅(3)上还有儿童,万一第二按钮开关(17)失灵,儿童椅坐(3)第二靠背(18)上的第二人体传感器(19)将儿童还在儿童坐椅(3)的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制安全关门装置(4)的电动元件(27)通电,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的司机离开司机坐椅(2)时,如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐(3)第二座架(15)的底面时,第三人体传感器(25)将儿童的信号传输给控制器(1),控制 器(1)控制安全关门装置(4)的电动元件(27)通电,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的司机离开司机坐椅(2)时,如果有儿童位于儿童椅坐(3)第二座架(15)的侧面时,第四人体传感器(26)将儿童的信号传输给控制器(1),控制器(1)控制安全关门装置(4)的电动元件(27)通电,电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭,防止儿童被关在车内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的电动元件(27)的动力头(30)伸出时,常闭的第一按钮开关(7)复位闭合,常开的第二按钮开关(17)闭合,电源由控制器(1)经第一按钮开关(7)以及第二按钮开关(17)送到电动元件(27),再由电动元件(27)回到控制器(1),形成一个回路。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的司机与第一坐垫(6)合计的重力大于第一弹簧(36)的弹力,以保证司机坐上司机儿童坐椅(2)时,第一坐垫(6)可以下降压第一按钮开关(7)闭合;第一弹簧(36)的弹力大于第一坐垫(6)的重力,以保证司机离开司机坐椅(2)后,第一坐垫(6)可以自动复位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的儿童与第二坐垫(16)合计的重力大于第二弹簧(37)的弹力,以保证儿童坐上儿童坐椅(3)时,第二坐垫(16)可以下降压第二按钮开关(17)闭合;第二弹簧(37)的弹力大于第二坐垫(16)的重力,以保证儿童离开儿童坐椅(3)后,第二坐垫(16)可以自动复位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的第一底板(11)到第一限位卡(34)的距离大于第一按钮开关(7)的分断行程,以保证司机坐上司机坐椅(2)后,第一坐垫(6)下降可以将常闭的第一按钮开关(7)分断。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的第二底板(21)到第二限位卡(35)的距离大于第二按钮开关(17)的分断行程,以保证儿童坐上儿童坐椅(3)后,第二坐垫(16)下降时可以使 常开的第一按钮开关(7)闭合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的校车儿童报警装置,其特征在于:所述的儿童留在车内,电动元件(27)通电,动力头(30)伸出,挡住车门(31),使车门(31)不能关闭,用于防止儿童被关在车内。
