- 一种交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征包含:至少一个交易确认装置、至少一个中继设定装置及一个后端管理平台,该交易确认装置用以产生欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该交易确认装置至少包含一资料产生模组及一与该资料产生模组相连接的资讯输出入模组;该中继设定装置,与该交易确认装置及该后端管理平台相连接,并能够接收欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该中继设定装置包含:一运作模式选择及配对模组,用以决定与交易确认装置的资料产生模组或其他中继设定装置相连接,并设定与该中继设定装置的协同运作模式,且将设定内容回传至该后端管理平台,以进行后续管理作业;一交易行为及凭证选择模组,用以选择该中继设定装置能够对应的相关交易行为及可开立的交易凭证;一中央处理模组,与该交易确认装置的资料产生模组及资讯输出入模组及该运作模式选择及配对模组相连接,该交易确认装置能够通过该中央处理模组,进行资料查询与资料验证,并将欲开立交易凭证的资料输入该中央处理模组;一凭证样板管理模组,与该交易行为及凭证选择模组及中央处理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并依据该中央处理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行相对应的交易凭证选择;一凭证规则及资料验证模组,与该凭证样板管理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证样板管理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行确认资料的正确性;一凭证开立模组,与该凭证规则及资料验证模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证规则及资料验证模组所传输的已确认正确性的欲开立交易凭证的资料,由该凭证开立模组依据凭证资讯及欲开立交易凭证的资料进行交易凭证开立作业;一资料储存模组,与该中央处理模组、该凭证开立模组及签章加密模组相连接,用以储存交易凭证开立后的资讯,而该中央处理模组更能够将交易凭证开立后的资讯传送至该交易确认装置及该后端管理平台;该后端管理平台,与该中继设定装置进行连线,该后端管理平台包含:一运作管理模组,与该中继设定装置的运作模式选择及配对模组及交易行为及凭证选择模组相连接,用以控管该中继设定装置,并能够通过该运作模式选择及配对模组设定与验证该中继设定装置的运作模式,且该运作管理模组更能够指定该中继设定装置能够对应的交易行为;一核心资讯管理模组,与该运作管理模组相连接,用以管理该后端管理平台的任何处理程序;一凭证样板管理及发布模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的凭证样板管理模组、凭证规则及资料验证模组、凭证开立模组相连接,用以设计交易凭证样板、开立规则、交易凭证版本管理规则及欲开立交易凭证的资料的资料栏位对应;以及一凭证资讯储存模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的中央处理模组相连接,用以将该中继设定装置所产生的资料上传至该凭证资讯储存模组进行储存,后续并视需求回传资料至中继设定装置。
- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该交易确认装置的资料产生模组为电脑、收银机或是手持式电子设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该交易确认装置的资讯输出入模组为键盘、读卡机、近距离无线通讯装置、显示屏幕、列表机或是扫描器。
- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该中继设定装置的运作模式选择及配对模组所设定该中继设定装置的运作模式为单机运作、多机协同运作或与其他资讯设备连接运作。
- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证样板管理模组接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯为交易行为定义、交易凭证样板、凭证版本管理及凭证生效规则管理。
- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证规则及资料验证模组接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯为开立凭证的资料的正确性验证规则。

- 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该后端管理平台更包含有一与该核心资讯管理模组相连接的签章加密管理及发布模组,用以针对电子签章凭证的有效性进行管理及派送,并能够针对资料传输加密方式进行设计、管理及派送。
- 如权利要求13所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该中继设定装置更包含有一与该签章加密管理及发布模组、该中继设定装置的中央处理模组及资料储存模组相连接的签章加密模组,用以接收该签章加密管理及发布模组所设定的签章加密方式及规则,以进行交易凭证开立规则中所指定需进行的签章动作,并做资料传输的加密方法选择及处理。
