Description

交易凭证运作及管理系统 技术领域
本发明关于一种交易凭证运作及管理系统,特别是指一种不需更改原有设备的架构,仅需连接一与后端平台连线的中继装置,即可使原有设备具有开立任一种交易凭证的功能。
背景技术
目前常见交易皆必须开立交易凭证(发票、收据、扣缴凭单、商业票证及其他票证),交易凭证为一种赋税稽征手段、帐务处理及交易双方确认交易的依据,企业利用政府单位核可的凭证样式作为进销货及各项费用杂支报帐的凭证,或作为后续兑付及其他验证行为的依据,政府亦借此机制作为查核税捐的依据,以增加国库税收。
技术问题
发票为最主要的销货交易凭证,现有发票开立的方式是由收银机打印纸本的统一发票,一份由消费者留存,另一份由商家交予政府单位作为查核税捐的依据。而电子发票则是由营业人利用个人电脑,通过网际网络传输统一发票给买受人的作业制度。在目前所实施的电子发票作业流程中,开立电子发票的营业人可列印电子发票的存根联,买受方则可列印收执联,且双方均可下载储存相关档案备查。而其他交易凭证(扣缴凭单、收据、汇款单及其他种种交易单据)目前绝大多数仍以纸本开立为主,难以达到版本维护及管理、环保、资讯快速流通及应用等目的。
然而不论是法定交易凭证及其他营业人自订的商业交易凭证,由于开立的样板会随法规或营业人自订的规定而更改,甚至导入不同形态的凭证(收据、票券及其他单据)都很可能会使得营业人必须更改原设备的系统架构来符合新的规定,甚至于不同国家所制定的交易凭证(发票)样板及规则皆有所不同,因此必须根据规则与样式的改变,或是根据新的交易型态所导入的新交易凭证,皆将使得管理及所需使用设备、软件的规划皆有所不同,对于一些需要导入或更新凭证(发票)样板及规则的营业人来说,任何变动均将造成不小的麻烦与成本;另外,对于一些跨国企业而言,不同地区、不同国家必须使用不同的交易凭证(发票)样板及规则,也必须使用不同的设备规划与管理方式,甚至内建的软件亦需要大幅更动以符合当地需求,这对于企业来讲,皆是不小的成本支出。
因此,若能够不需更改原有设备的主要架构,仅需连接一与后端平台连线的中继装置,即可使原有设备扩增具有开立任一种交易凭证的功能,且更能够随时由后端平台设计及自动进行更新凭证(发票)样板,同时兼顾各凭证性质的一致性(例如法定凭证)及差异化(例如商业凭证),以快速达到交易凭证电子化及衍伸应用的终极目的,如此应为一最佳解决方案。
技术解决方案
本发明即在于提供一种交易凭证运作及管理系统,不需更改原有设备的主要架构,仅需连接一与后端平台连线的中继装置,只要原有设备可产生必要资讯,即可使原有设备扩增具有开立任一种交易凭证的功能。
可达成上述交易凭证运作及管理系统,包含至少一个交易确认装置、至少一个中继设定装置及一后端管理平台,其中该交易确认装置,用以产生欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该交易确认装置至少包含一资料产生模组及一与该资料产生模组相连接的资讯输出入模组;该中继设定装置,与该交易确认装置及一后端管理平台相连接,并能够接收欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该中继设定装置包含一运作模式选择及配对模组,用以决定与交易确认装置的资料产生模组或其他中继设定装置相连接,并设定与该中继设定装置的协同运作模式,且将设定内容回传至该后端管理平台,以进行后续管理作业;一交易行为及凭证选择模组,用以选择该中继设定装置能够对应的相关交易行为及可开立的交易凭证;一中央处理模组,与该交易确认装置的资料产生模组及资讯输出入模组及该运作模式选择及配对模组相连接,该交易确认装置能够通过该中央处理模组,进行资料查询与资料验证,并将欲开立交易凭证的资料输入该中央处理模组;一凭证样板管理模组,与该交易行为及凭证选择模组及中央处理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并依据该中央处理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行相对应的交易凭证选择;一凭证规则及资料验证模组,与该凭证样板管理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证样板管理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行确认资料的正确性;一凭证开立模组,与该凭证规则及资料验证模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证规则及资料验证模组所传输的已确认正确性的欲开立交易凭证的资料,由该凭证开立模组依据凭证资讯及欲开立交易凭证的资料进行交易凭证开立作业;一资料储存模组,与该中央处理模组、该凭证开立模组及签章加密模组相连接,用以储存交易凭证开立后的资讯,而该中央处理模组更能够将交易凭证开立后的资讯传送至该交易确认装置或资讯输出入模组、其他中继设定装置及该后端管理平台;
而该后端管理平台与该中继设定装置进行连线,该后端管理平台包含一运作管理模组,与该中继设定装置的运作模式选择及配对模组及交易行为及凭证选择模组相连接,用以控管该中继设定装置,并能够通过该运作模式选择及配对模组设定与验证该中继设定装置的运作模式,且该运作管理模组更能够指定该中继设定装置能够对应的交易行为;一核心资讯管理模组,与该运作管理模组相连接,用以管理该后端管理平台的任何处理程序;一凭证样板管理及发布模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的凭证样板管理模组、凭证规则及资料验证模组、凭证开立模组相连接,用以设计交易凭证样板、开立规则、交易凭证版本管理规则及欲开立交易凭证的资料的资料栏位对应;以及一凭证资讯储存模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的中央处理模组相连接,用以将该中继设定装置所产生的资料上传至该凭证资讯储存模组进行储存,后续并视需求回传资料至中继设定装置,以进行后续验证行为。
更具体的说,所述交易确认装置的资料产生模组为电脑、收银机、手持式电子设备或其他任何可产生交易资讯的设备。

而该后端管理平台13包含一运作管理模组131、一核心资讯管理模组132、一凭证样板管理及发布模组133、一凭证资讯储存模组134以及签章加密管理及发布模组135,其中该运作管理模组131主要目的为了确保该中继设定装置12的安全性,以防有心人士窃取后乱开凭证,因此该运作管理模组131能够用以控管该中继设定装置12(管理中继设定装置12的ID及介接模式),并能够通过该运作模式选择及配对模组121设定与验证该中继设定装置12的运作模式,运作模式为单机运作、多台中继设定装置协同运作或与其他资讯设备连接运作,而设备I/O运作模式的设定范例如图4A所示,能够将模式分类为“单机运作”及“设备协同”,而更能够进一步分类并以设备模式代码区隔;另外该运作管理模组131更能够指定该中继设定装置12能够对应的交易行为,以限制中继设定装置12可选择及开立的凭证、限制中继设定装置12是否可开立凭证、或仅做查验及同步交易凭证资料使用。

该凭证资讯储存模组134用以将该中继设定装置12所产生的资料上传至该凭证资讯储存模组134进行储存,而该签章加密管理及发布模组135能够针对电子签章凭证的有效性进行管理及派送,并能够针对资料传输加密方式进行设计、管理及派送。
该后端管理平台13的凭证样板管理及发布模组133用以设计各种交易凭证样板(法定、商业、个人…交易凭证等)、凭证版本规则、设定凭证开立及验证的规则、欲开立交易凭证的资料的资料栏位对应、凭证版本管理及凭证生效规则管理,并进行相关版本管理及配送等设定;因此交易凭证可由平台服务提供者提供公版样式,亦可由交易凭证发行者进行设计;而该凭证样板管理及发布模组133包含一设定行为定义模组1331、一设计凭证规则模组1332、一管理凭证版本模组1333及一验证凭证规则模组1334;
其中该设定行为定义模组1331能够针对各种交易行为进行设定相关定义及代号,以便对应相关交易凭证样式,如图4B所示,为行为定义的设定范例,以本设定范例来说行为分类可分为买卖、缴费、给付与兑换,更能够以行为分类细分并再进行行为代码的区隔。
其中该验证凭证规则模组1334能够设定凭证开立规则与开立凭证的资料是否正确的验证规则,由于凭证开立有其凭证开立规则,以避免外接资讯产生设备时,因资讯由外接设备(交易确认装置11)产生,带入的资讯有误时,将会造成凭证开立错误。

由图4C及图4D所示,图4C是设定为台湾的法定凭证样板管理示意,而图4D则是设定为厂商的商业凭证样板管理示意,由图4C中可知,不同的凭证(发票、扣缴凭单、进出口凭单)所使用的法定凭证样板皆不同,而由图中可知,版本亦会不断更新,因此将会需要管理凭证版本模组进行控管,另外如图4D所示,由于商业用有更多不同类型的商业凭证,如入场券、折价券与收据,而应用于不同厂商产生的商业凭证样板亦不同,因此若没有本系统的控管,因为不同的商业凭证或是不同国家所对应的交易凭证种类非常繁多,故管理起来是非常困难,但通过本系统的控管,不论任何种类的凭证,皆可借助后端管理平台进行管控。
而该交易确认装置11则必须要通过该中继设定装置12,才能够将欲开立交易凭证的资料传入该中继设定装置12,并由该中继设定装置12应用该后端管理平台13所设定的凭证样板开立交易凭证,该中继设定装置12包含一运作模式选择及配对模组121、一交易行为及凭证选择模组122、一中央处理模组123、一凭证样板管理模组124、一凭证规则及资料验证模组125、一凭证开立模组126、一资料储存模组127以及一签章加密模组128,其中该运作模式选择及配对模组121能够依据该交易确认装置11的资料产生模组111,借助该运作管理模组131所设定的运作模式,选择该中继设定装置12的运作模式,且将设定内容回传至该后端管理平台13,以进行后续管理作业(指定特定协同设备、限制交易行为及相关开立凭证的选择性等等);而该交易行为及凭证选择模组122通过该后端管理平台13的运作管理模组131连接至该核心资讯管理模组132,以选择该中继设定装置12能够对应的相关交易行为及可开立的交易凭证,其不限制只能从远端管理,具有该中继设定装置12的管理者,亦可离线并以非网络传输方式进行交易行为的选择及可对应的交易凭证。
该中央处理模组123与该交易确认装置11的资料产生模组111及资讯输出入模组112相连接,该交易确认装置11能够通过该中央处理模组123,进行资料查询与资料验证,并将欲开立交易凭证的资料输入该中央处理模组123,因此该中央处理模组123为该中继设定装置12的主要I/O处理模组,不论是通过网络传输、或是特定资讯设备的介接及传输,均须通过该中央处理模组123进行处理。
该凭证样板管理模组124能够接收该后端管理平台13所设定的凭证样板、版本管理及凭证生效规则管理(例如上传平台MIG、与终端设备间传输的MIG、列印样式等等),并再依据欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行相对应的交易凭证选择;由于交易凭证开立前,必须检验所接收的外部资料是否符合特定规则(例如开立发票是否符合税额计算逻辑及特定资讯检验;又或者开立娱乐电影票券是否有带入特定场次资讯、且载具号码规则验证无误),因此由该凭证规则及资料验证模组125接收该后端管理平台13的验证凭证规则模组1334所设定的凭证资讯(开立凭证的资料的正确性验证规则)与欲开立交易凭证的资料,用以确认欲开立交易凭证的资料的正确性。
该凭证开立模组126能够接收该后端管理平台13所设定的凭证开立规则与已确认正确性的欲开立交易凭证的资料,因此当上述资料正确无误后,即依据凭证开立规则及欲开立交易凭证的资料进行交易凭证开立作业;而该资料储存模组127则能够储存交易凭证开立后的资讯,该中央处理模组123更能够将交易凭证开立后的资讯传送至该交易确认装置11的资料产生模组111及该后端管理平台13;另外该签章加密模组128能够接收该签章加密管理及发布模组135所设定的签章加密方式及规则,以做为凭证开立后所需进行的签章动作,而签章后能够再回传至该资料储存模组127及中央处理模组123,并做资料传输的加密方法选择及处理。
为了更清楚阐述本发明的技术内容,于下提供一用于娱乐票券的实施例说明,如图5所示,当厂商取得该中继设定装置221,222后,依其需求可设定为单机运作,或做为其他设备的外接传输设备(具备特定功能,而非只能做传输用途),例如电影业者取得两台中继设定装置(第一中继设定装置221、第二中继设定装置222),第一中继设定装置221用在结帐柜台做为交易凭证开立机,第二中继设定装置222则是用在验票入口作为验票机。而为了要与厂商自有的POS(交易确认装置211的资料产生模组2111)介接,做为开立手续费发票(法定交易凭证)及电影票券(商业交易凭证)使用,故将第一中继设定装置221代号设定为B2-3,另外为了将第二中继设定装置222规划仅与第一中继设定装置221做为终端区域内的合作设备,故将第一中继设定装置代号设定为B2-1。
于设定完成后,第一中继设定装置221及第二中继设定装置222均回传设备资讯(B2-3及B2-1)给后端管理平台23,并回复其他合作的中继设定装置的相关资讯(例如Machine ID、介接模式等等),例如该后端管理平台23会再传回终端区域的合作设备系统资讯(第二中继设定装置222的系统资讯)给第一中继设定装置221,以及传合作设备系统资讯(第一中继设定装置221的系统资讯)给第二中继设定装置222,藉此使第一中继设定装置221与第二中继设定装置222能够再互相连线确认。
之后,再指定中继设定装置221,222可对应的交易行为(此例为购买行为及票券开立及兑换),例如该后端管理平台23另传回第一中继设定装置221(传送001-1、001-2代号及相关讯息),以及传给第二中继设定装置222仅可做兑换行为(传送004-1代号及相关讯息)。
之后,可再限制设备可开立的凭证,例如后端管理平台23设定行为代号对应的凭证关系,此例为001-1对应法定凭证I-R-01,001-2对应商业凭证B-I-R-01,004-1对应商业凭证B-I-R-01,另外该后端管理平台23会另传回当下(例如2012/11/10)最新的凭证样式给第一中继设定装置221(传送L1-01-2、 B1-A-01代号及相关讯息),以及传给第二中继设定装置222(传送B1-A-01代号及相关讯息)。两种代号并与相关的交易行为进行媒合确认。
以上过程皆是设备设定与管理的程序,接下来进行叙述本实施例的设计发票及票券两种凭证样板及各项规则设定以及派送发票及票券两种凭证样板、规则及生效日,其中凭证样式管理内容如下:
1、设计发票及票券两种凭证样板
(a) 政府单位或平台管理者,可设计相关公版样式供业者选择,例如L1-01-3,其中其样板可能包含了行为代号(001-1)、发票资讯栏位(载具号码、发票号码、开立时间、品名、数量、销售额、税额、总计等等)、发票列印样式(纸张大小规格、栏位排版等等)、相关配号规则(前两轨为英文字,后八码为数字),而L2-01-1的样板可能包含了行为代号(003-1)、所得资讯栏位(载具号码等)、扣缴凭单列印栏位、扣缴凭单配号规则。
(b) 厂商可设计自有的商业票证,例如入场券,以B1-A-01来说,其中样版包含了行为代号(001-2)、交易内容栏位(载具号码、票券号码、开立日期、场次、座位等等)、票券列印样式(纸张大小、栏位排版等等)及相关配号规则。
(c) 符合设计凭证开立及检核的资讯检核规则,由于各种法定凭证有其规定的检核规则,例如发票L1-01-3规定台湾营业税税额=销售额*5%…。各种商业凭证亦有其自订的检核规则,例如入场券B1-A-01的场次及座位不得为空值…等。
2、派送发票及票券两种凭证样板、规则及生效日
(a) 厂商于建置系统时,可于后端管理平台23设定相关需求(例如样板派送时间点),并派送当下最新的版本、及其他规则(例如下传法定凭证发票配号AA00000000~AA99999999,及商业凭证入场券配号Z000~Z999)。
(b) 各版本凭证样板可定义其存续期间,以避免离线使用过久,而造成凭证样式及资料过期,故可选择强迫停机更新。例如发票第二版存续期间为月初到月尾,则2013/4~12将每个月进行检查是否有新样板发布。
(c) 后续样板有版本变动时(例如发票第三版样板预计于2012/12/14上线),则将于样板生效日前一段时间,进行版本派送,并由系统自动判别生效日期及时点,将样板自动转换(例如发票第二版于2012/12/13的23:59:59自动切换为第三版,并以新版格式自动接续开立)。
以上过程是叙述凭证样式管理内容,接下来进行叙述本实施例交易凭证产生的过程,过程顺序内容如下:
1、读取识别码记录;
2、传送基本行为资讯;
3、确认行为代号及相对应的凭证样板;
4、确认相关凭证资讯正确性;
5、传送相关资讯,并开立相关凭证;
6、储存凭证相关资讯;
7、凭证签章及加密;
8、回抛资料给交易确认装置、其他中继设定装置,并上传至后端管理平台;
9、其他中继设定装置储存资料。
本实施例中先由消费者持NFC手机(载具号码A1B2C3)至柜台刷读,并购买电影票一张(须加收十元手续费),而上述行为可区分为购买行为及票券交付,因此交易确认装置211的资讯输出入模组2112经过扫描读取后,再由该交易确认装置211的资料产生模组2111(PC/NB/POS/Mobile Device/…)产生的资讯传入第一中继设定装置221,资讯共有两笔交易内容,分为第一笔交易内容(载具号码:A1B2C3、行为代号 :001-1、日期:2013/5/1、品名:手续费、数量:1、销售额:10元、税额:1元等等)及第二笔交易内容(载具号码:A1B2C3、行为代号:004-1、日期:2013/5/1、场次:99场、座位:2排6号);
之后先确认行为代号及相对应的凭证样板,因此可由厂商自行确认行为分类后,传入的资料已含行为代号,故第一中继设定装置221可去找相关的凭证样板,例如001-1设定对应的法定凭证为I-R-01,而其对应的最新凭证样板为L1-01-3,而001-2对应商业凭证B-I-R-01,而其对应的最新凭证样板为B1-A-01;确认完行为代号及相对应的凭证样板后,则确认相关凭证资讯正确性,例如由中继设定装置检核传入的资讯是否正确,则能够检核发票验证税额1是否等于销售额10元的5%、入场券验证场次及座位是否不为空值。
确认上述资讯验证无误后,则将相关资讯整理并对应法定凭证样板所需的资讯排序方式,并传入凭证开立模组,之后凭证再将上述资料,结合其他凭证开立规则(例如配号规则)依序开出相关凭证。以此实施例来说,将开出发票,其中一张内容为:载具号码:A1B2C3;发票号码:AA00000099;行为代号:001-1;日期:2013/5/1;品名:手续费;数量:1;销售额:10元;税额:1元,而另外一张内容为:载具号码:A1B2C3;票券号码:Z555;行为代号:004-1;日期:2013/5/1;场次:99场;座位:2排6号)。
而凭证开立后,则先将上述开立的凭证原文资讯传入资料储存模组进行储存,并依需求选择签章及加密方式后,资料可再回抛至资料储存模组,并依事前设定的同步路径,再将资料回抛给第二中继设定装置222及后端管理平台23储存。另外可依需求抛给该交易确认装置211的资料产生模组2111,以此实施例来讲,由于消费者NFC手机亦具有储存模组,因此交易确认装置211亦可回抛相关讯息给消费者。另外,第二中继设定装置222亦能够再将资料进行储存,以供后续验证时,避免资料查询即时性的效率(例如查询时断线)问题,以及做为资料备份的配套。
最后,则是进行交易凭证验证,因此当消费者持NFC手机刷读,兑换入场券进场时,则会传输识别码资讯,并由与第二中继设定装置222连接的交易确认装置212,本实施例中,与第二中继设定装置222连接的交易确认装置212仅使用资讯输出入模组2121,即为一读卡机,因此借助读卡机判断载具号码为A1B2C3;读取完成后,进行查询、兑换确认,而当该中央处理模组判读载具号码规格无误后,则读取该资料储存模组是否有相关资料(若查无资料,则连线至该第一中继设定装置及后端管理平台进行查询);但若查有资料(例如载具号码:A1B2C3、票券号码:Z555等等),则判断相关条件值无误后(例如可兑换场次时间是否正确),通过凭证开立模组并经签章及加密模组写入兑换注记(兑换注记:已兑换、载具号码:A1B2C3、票券号码:Z555)后存入该资料储存模组。之后,则回复票券状态、并同步票券资讯,因此将上述已兑换资讯(兑换注记:已兑换、载具号码:A1B2C3、票券号码:Z555),再同步至第一中继设定装置221及后端管理平台23的凭证资料储存模组,以确保整体架构的资料完整性,同时避免消费者及厂商及验证单位(政府、会计师、…)等查询的资料有所不一致。
本发明所提供的交易凭证运作及管理系统,与其他习用技术相互比较时,其优点如下:
1、本发明能够不需更改原有设备的主要架构,仅需连接一与后端管理平台连线的中继设定装置,即可使原有设备具有开立任一种交易凭证的功能,且更能够由后端平台自动进行更新交易凭证(发票)样板。
2、 本发明对于一些跨国企业来讲,由于不同业务、不同地区、不同国家必须使用不同的凭证(发票)样板,因此使用本发明的技术,则跨国企业不需使用不同的设备规划与管理方式,仅需连接中继设定装置,即可借助后端管理平台的设定来符合当地的需求,这对于企业来讲,将能够节省不小的成本支出。
借助以上较佳具体实施例的详述,希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神,而并非以上述所揭露的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具相等性的安排于本发明所欲申请的专利范围的范畴内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征包含:
    至少一个交易确认装置、至少一个中继设定装置及一个后端管理平台,该交易确认装置用以产生欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该交易确认装置至少包含一资料产生模组及一与该资料产生模组相连接的资讯输出入模组;
    该中继设定装置,与该交易确认装置及该后端管理平台相连接,并能够接收欲开立交易凭证的资料,而该中继设定装置包含:
    一运作模式选择及配对模组,用以决定与交易确认装置的资料产生模组或其他中继设定装置相连接,并设定与该中继设定装置的协同运作模式,且将设定内容回传至该后端管理平台,以进行后续管理作业;
    一交易行为及凭证选择模组,用以选择该中继设定装置能够对应的相关交易行为及可开立的交易凭证;
    一中央处理模组,与该交易确认装置的资料产生模组及资讯输出入模组及该运作模式选择及配对模组相连接,该交易确认装置能够通过该中央处理模组,进行资料查询与资料验证,并将欲开立交易凭证的资料输入该中央处理模组;
    一凭证样板管理模组,与该交易行为及凭证选择模组及中央处理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并依据该中央处理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行相对应的交易凭证选择;
    一凭证规则及资料验证模组,与该凭证样板管理模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证样板管理模组所传输的欲开立交易凭证的资料,进行确认资料的正确性;
    一凭证开立模组,与该凭证规则及资料验证模组相连接,能够接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯,并将凭证规则及资料验证模组所传输的已确认正确性的欲开立交易凭证的资料,由该凭证开立模组依据凭证资讯及欲开立交易凭证的资料进行交易凭证开立作业;
    一资料储存模组,与该中央处理模组、该凭证开立模组及签章加密模组相连接,用以储存交易凭证开立后的资讯,而该中央处理模组更能够将交易凭证开立后的资讯传送至该交易确认装置及该后端管理平台;
    该后端管理平台,与该中继设定装置进行连线,该后端管理平台包含:
    一运作管理模组,与该中继设定装置的运作模式选择及配对模组及交易行为及凭证选择模组相连接,用以控管该中继设定装置,并能够通过该运作模式选择及配对模组设定与验证该中继设定装置的运作模式,且该运作管理模组更能够指定该中继设定装置能够对应的交易行为;
    一核心资讯管理模组,与该运作管理模组相连接,用以管理该后端管理平台的任何处理程序;
    一凭证样板管理及发布模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的凭证样板管理模组、凭证规则及资料验证模组、凭证开立模组相连接,用以设计交易凭证样板、开立规则、交易凭证版本管理规则及欲开立交易凭证的资料的资料栏位对应;以及
    一凭证资讯储存模组,与该核心资讯管理模组、该中继设定装置的中央处理模组相连接,用以将该中继设定装置所产生的资料上传至该凭证资讯储存模组进行储存,后续并视需求回传资料至中继设定装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该交易确认装置的资料产生模组为电脑、收银机或是手持式电子设备。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该交易确认装置的资讯输出入模组为键盘、读卡机、近距离无线通讯装置、显示屏幕、列表机或是扫描器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该中继设定装置的运作模式选择及配对模组所设定该中继设定装置的运作模式为单机运作、多机协同运作或与其他资讯设备连接运作。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证样板管理模组接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯为交易行为定义、交易凭证样板、凭证版本管理及凭证生效规则管理。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证规则及资料验证模组接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯为开立凭证的资料的正确性验证规则。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证开立模组接收该后端管理平台所设定的凭证资讯为凭证开立规则及交易凭证样版。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该凭证样板管理及发布模组包含一设定行为定义模组、一设计凭证规则模组、一管理凭证版本模组及一验证凭证规则模组。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其中该设定行为定义模组能够针对各种交易行为进行设定相关定义及代号。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该设计凭证规则模组能够针对各种电子交易凭证设计凭证规则,设计资料栏位对应,并形成交易凭证样板。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该管理凭证版本模组能够将交易凭证样板,依据新版凭证的资料栏位变动进行转换,并设定新版凭证生效及存续日期,以便派送至该中继设定装置时,该中继设定装置能够自动依设定转换交易凭证样板。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该验证凭证规则模组能够设定凭证开立规则、开立凭证的资料的正确性验证规则、以及后续确认交易凭证时的验证规格。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该后端管理平台更包含有一与该核心资讯管理模组相连接的签章加密管理及发布模组,用以针对电子签章凭证的有效性进行管理及派送,并能够针对资料传输加密方式进行设计、管理及派送。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的交易凭证运作及管理系统,其特征在于:该中继设定装置更包含有一与该签章加密管理及发布模组、该中继设定装置的中央处理模组及资料储存模组相连接的签章加密模组,用以接收该签章加密管理及发布模组所设定的签章加密方式及规则,以进行交易凭证开立规则中所指定需进行的签章动作,并做资料传输的加密方法选择及处理。
