For example, the control unit 21 requests the server 10 for search result data indicating a list of the first eight products among the products satisfying the search condition.
- control unit 11 of the server 10 executes a search process (S102). That is, the control unit 11 obtains a list of products that satisfy the search condition by accessing the database 15.
- search result data indicating a list of products satisfying the search condition is transmitted to the user terminal 20 (S103).
- search result data indicating a list of the first eight products among the products satisfying the search condition is transmitted to the user terminal 20.
- This search result data includes information related to products that satisfy the search conditions (for example, product ID, product name, sales price, link information to product images, link information to product pages, display priority information, etc.). It is.
- the control unit 21 of the user terminal 20 receives the search result data and stores the search result data in the storage unit 22. Further, the control unit 21 determines whether or not the aggregation check box 34 is checked (S104). When the aggregation check box 34 is not checked, the control unit 21 updates the list screen 30 based on the search result data (S108). In this case, the product images 35 are not aggregated.
- the control unit 21 executes the aggregation process (S105). In other words, a plurality of identical or similar product images 35 are collected and grouped into one group.
- step S105 the control unit 21 acquires link information to the product image 35 of each product from the search result data, and acquires the product image 35 of each product. And the control part 21 determines whether those product images 35 are the same or similar by comparing the one product image 35 with the other product image 35.
- FIG. When one product image 35 and another product image 35 are the same or similar, the control unit 21 aggregates the product images 35. In this case, a group (product image group) of a plurality of product images 35 that are the same or similar is acquired.
- a known method can be adopted as a method for determining whether or not the product images 35 are the same or similar.
- step S105 the control unit 21 acquires the product ID of each product from the search result data. And the control part 21 determines whether the goods ID of one goods and the goods ID of another goods are the same. When the product ID of one product is the same as the product ID of another product, the control unit 21 aggregates the product images 35 of those products. In this case, a group of product images 35 (product image group) associated with the same product ID is acquired.
- the aggregation result data indicating the result of the aggregation process executed as described above is stored in the storage unit 22. Steps S106 to S108 described later are executed based on the aggregation result data.
- step S105 the control unit 21 determines a representative product image for each product image group acquired by the aggregation process of step S105 (S106). Specifically, the control unit 21 determines the product image having the highest display priority among the product images 35 included in the product image group as the representative product image in the product image group.
- step S106 the control unit 21 (display target setting unit 52) determines a display target on the product screen 40 for each product image group acquired by the aggregation process of step S105 (S107).
- step S107 the control unit 21 sets probability information indicating a probability that each product image 35 included in the product image group is determined as the display target. That is, the control unit 21 sets the probability information so that the product image 35 having a higher display priority has a higher probability. Based on the probability information, the control unit 21 determines one of the product images 35 included in the product image group as the display target.
- step S107 the control unit 21 (first display control unit 50) updates the list screen 30 based on the search result data and the aggregation result data (S108).
- control unit 21 executes the following display control process for each product image group acquired by the aggregation process in step S105. That is, the control unit 21 displays the product image 35 set as the representative product image of the product image group on the list screen 30 and the product not set as the representative product image among the product images 35 included in the product image group. The image 35 is not displayed on the list screen 30. Further, the control unit 21 adds, to the product image 35 set as the representative product image of the product image group, link information to the product page of the product corresponding to the product image 35 set as the display target of the product image group. Associate. Thereby, when the product image 35 set as the representative product image is pressed, the product screen of the product corresponding to the product image 35 set as the display target is displayed on the display unit 25.
- step S101 the control unit 21 requests the server 10 for a list of the next eight products that satisfy the search condition.
- steps S ⁇ b> 102 and S ⁇ b> 103 the control unit 11 acquires search result data indicating a list of the next eight products that satisfy the search condition, and transmits the search result data to the user terminal 20.
- the control unit 21 satisfies the search condition.
- the server 10 is requested to obtain a list of products whose display order is “9” to “16”.
- the control unit 11 transmits search result data indicating a list of products whose display order is “9” to “16” among the products satisfying the search condition to the user terminal 20.
- the newly received search result data for example, a list of products whose display order is “9” to “16”
- the search result data stored in the storage unit 22 for example, the display order is “ Steps S104 to S108 are executed on the basis of the list of products 1 ”to“ 8 ”.
- the search result data stored in the storage unit 22 for example, a list of products whose display order is “1” to “8”
- the amount of data communication is reduced.
- FIG. 15 shows an example of processing executed when any of the product images 35 displayed on the list screen 30 is selected by the user.
- the control unit 21 of the user terminal 20 corresponds to the product image 35 selected by the user.
- the product page of the product is requested to the server 10 (S201).
- the control part 11 of the server 10 transmits a goods page to the user terminal 20 (S202).
- the control unit 21 of the user terminal 20 receives the product page and displays the product screen 40 on the display unit 25 (S203).
- a plurality of identical or similar product images 35 are collected into one representative product image on the list screen 30 (see FIG. 5). Although the number of product images 35 that can be displayed on the list screen 30 is limited, the electronic commerce system 1 can increase the number of types of product images 35 displayed on the list screen 30.

- the product to be displayed on the product screen 40 is the display priority of the product image 35 (that is, the representative product image) displayed on the list screen 30 among the product images 35 aggregated in the representative product image.
- the display priority of the product image 35 not displayed on the list screen 30 is determined in consideration. ing.
- a list of product images 35 aggregated in the representative product image is displayed (See FIG. 9).
- the user can refer to the product screen 40 of the product corresponding to the product image 35 other than the representative product image by selecting the product image 35 other than the representative product image from the list.
- the user needs to perform two operations: an operation of pressing the sign 36 associated with the representative product image, and an operation of selecting a product image 35 other than the representative product image from the list.
- the product screen 40 of the product corresponding to the product image 35 other than the representative product image is displayed.
- the number of operations to be performed by the user is smaller than in the above case.
- the electronic commerce system 1 can reduce such unfairness.
- a determination process for determining whether or not the product images are the same or similar may be executed in advance, and data indicating the determination result may be stored in the database 15. That is, data indicating a combination of products having the same or similar product images may be stored in the database 15 in advance. And based on this data, you may make it perform the aggregation process in step S105 (FIG. 14). In this way, it is possible to reduce the processing load of the aggregation process in step S105.
- step S106 the most beautiful product image 35 among the product images 35 included in the product image group may be determined as the representative product image in the product image group. That is, the most beautiful product image 35 among the aggregated product images 35 may be set as the representative product image.
- the most beautiful product image 35 is determined by evaluating the product image 35 according to a predetermined evaluation standard. Since the product image 35 is registered by each store, for example, a text or decoration such as “free shipping” or “very popular” may be added to the product image 35. For this reason, the product image 35 with the smallest amount of text or decoration may be determined as “the most beautiful product image”. For example, when there is a product image 35 to which the text or decoration is not added, the product image 35 may be determined as “the most beautiful product image”. A known method can be adopted as a method for detecting the text or decoration added to the product image 35.
- step S107 may be executed immediately before executing step S201 (FIG. 15). That is, step S107 may be omitted in FIG. Then, when any of the product images 35 displayed on the list screen 30 is selected by the user, the process shown in FIG. 16 may be executed instead of the process shown in FIG.
- control unit 21 determines whether or not the product image 35 selected by the user is a representative product image. Is determined (S301).
- control unit 21 requests the product page of the product corresponding to the product image 35 selected by the user from the server 10 (S303).
- the control unit 21 determines one of the product images 35 included in the product image group as a display target (S302), and the product of the product corresponding to the product image 35 determined as the display target.

- the control unit 21 of the user terminal 20 receives the product page and displays the product screen 40 on the display unit 25 (S305).
- step S105 (FIG. 14) may be executed by the server 10 after step S102 is executed.
- step S101 information indicating whether or not the aggregation check box 34 is checked (that is, whether or not aggregation processing should be executed) is also transmitted to the server 10.
- step S102 the control unit 11 of the server 10 executes a search process to acquire a list of products that satisfy the search condition. Thereafter, if the aggregation check box 34 is checked, the control unit 11 executes the aggregation process. Then, the control unit 11 transmits the search result data and the aggregation result data to the user terminal 20.
- step S106 may also be executed by the server 10 after step S102 is executed.
- the control unit 11 of the server 10 determines a representative product image for each product image group acquired by the aggregation process. And the control part 11 transmits the determination result data which show the determination result to the user terminal 20 with search result data and aggregation result data.

- the display size of the product image 35 is not constant. In other words, the product image 35 having a longer vertical length than the other product images 35 is displayed.
- the display target setting unit 52 displays the probability information indicating the probability that each product image 35 aggregated in the representative product image is determined as a display target on the product screen 40, and the display size information of each product image 35. Set based on. Specifically, the display target setting unit 52 sets the probability information such that a product with a larger display size of the product image 35 has a higher probability of being determined as the display target.
- the probability information setting method is the same as that for setting probability information based on the display priority information of the product image 35.
- the display target setting unit 52 determines any one of the plurality of product images 35 collected in the representative product image as a display target.
- the probability is higher than zero set in each of the aggregated product images 35. Based on this, the link destination of the representative product image is set. Thereby, the opportunity to display stochastically about all the some product images 35 collected by the representative product image can be set. The probability is determined based on an element (that is, a display size) that affects the visibility of the user when the product image 35 is displayed without being aggregated.
- the product image 35 having a large display size is displayed large on the list screen 30. Therefore, the product image 35 having a large display size is a product image 35 that is conspicuous when displayed on the list screen 30 (that is, when displayed without being aggregated).
- the product screen 40 of the product corresponding to the product image 35 is preferentially selected from the aggregated product images 35 in which the probability of the product image 35 is set high. Will be displayed. As a result, it is possible to reduce unfairness caused by collecting the product images 35.
