歩骤 b. l、 收付方移动通信终端将获取的支付方移动通信终端账户信息和 支付金额加密后发送至支付管理服务器;
歩骤 b.2、 支付管理服务器将获取的支付金额和收付方移动通信终端账户 信息解密后, 再加密发送至支付方移动通信终端;
歩骤 b.3、 支付方移动通信终端将接收到的支付金额和收付方移动通信终 端账户信息进行解密, 判断收付方移动通信终端账户信息和支付金额是否正 确, 并将判断后的信息加密反馈至支付管理服务器; 歩骤 b.4、 支付管理服务器接收支付方移动通信终端反馈的信息并进行解 密, 若支付金额和收付方移动通信终端账户信息错误, 则发送错误提示信息 至支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端, 支付过程结束, 若支付金额 和收付方移动通信终端账户信息正确, 则进入下一歩骤。
进一歩的, 所述歩骤 b.l〜歩骤 b.4中加密过程采用非对称加密算法。 与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下有益效果: (1 ) 本发明的移动通信终 端包括主板及 wifi模块、 蓝牙模块、 数据传输接口、 耳机插孔及无线通信模 块, 整体结构简单, 便于实现, 成本低, 本发明的移动通信终端可基于手机 或电脑实现, 携带便捷, 不仅可用于企业对企业和企业对个人的支付, 还可 用于个人对个人的支付, 便于推广应用。
(2 )本发明应用时在账户信息和支付金额确认时可通过蓝牙模块或 wifi 模块实现, 但在进行具体支付与支付管理服务器之间进行信息传输时加密信 息通讯,本发明将支付过程交由支付管理服务器和银行系统执行,安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明做进一歩的详细说明, 但本发明的实施 方式不限于此。
实施例 1
如图 1及图 2所示, 移动通信支付系统, 包括支付管理平台、 银行系统 及移动通信终端, 其中, 移动通信终端的数量为多个, 移动通信终端基于手 机或电脑实现, 支付管理平台包括支付企业总线账户信息服务器、 支付管理 服务器及支付日志服务器, 账户信息服务器、 支付管理服务器及支付日志服 务器均与支付企业总线连接, 账户信息服务器用于存储移动通信终端的账户 信息, 移动通信终端的账户信息包括账号、 昵称、 密码及手机号, 账户信息 服务器保证每个移动通信终端所对应的账号、 昵称及手机号在其内唯一, 支 付管理服务器用于支付方移动通信终端、 收付方移动通信终端及银行系统之 间进行信息传输并做出控制指令。 支付企业总线通过银行专线与银行系统连 接, 移动通信终端包括主板及与主板连接的 Wlfl模块、 蓝牙模块、 数据传输 接口、 耳机插孔。 支付管理平台和移动通信终端均设有无线通信模块, 支付 管理平台的无线通信模块与支付企业总线连接, 移动通信终端的无线通信模 块与主板连接。 为了提高安全性, 支付管理平台还包括与支付企业总线连接 的支付企业防火墙。
如图 3所示, 移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法, 包括以下歩骤: 歩 骤一、 在支付管理平台上注册移动通信终端账户信息, 并登录; 歩骤二、 支 付对象认定; 歩骤三、 支付金额认定; 歩骤四、 确认支付; 歩骤五、 进行支 付并发送支付成功与否的信息至支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终 端。 其中, 在支付管理平台上注册移动通信终端账户信息时, 支付管理平台 中的账户信息服务器存储所有注册移动通信终端的账户信息, 其中, 账户信 息服务器保证其内存储的账户信息的每个账号唯一。 在支付方移动通信终端 上和收付方移动通信终端上均登录各自的账户信息, 使支付方移动通信终端 和收付方移动通信终端均与支付管理平台建立无线连接; 本实施例中进行支付对象认定时的具体过程为:支付方移动通信终端和收 付方移动通信终端均同时打开 Wifi模块或蓝牙模块, 支付方移动通信终端或 收付方移动通信终端搜索一定范围内的移动通信终端设备, 找到对方并建立 连接。
本实施例中进行支付金额认定的具体过程为:采用一根数据线,两端分别 连接确认信息发送方的耳机插孔和确认信息接收方的数据接口, 其中, 支付 方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端两者中任意一方作为确认信息发送 方, 另一方作为确认信息接收方; 确认信息发送方将其账户信息和支付金额 编码并调制入音乐, 再通过其耳机插孔向确认信息接收方播放; 确认信息接 收方通过其数据接口收录音乐, 并将收录的音乐解调解码, 得到确认信息发 送方的账户和支付金额信息, 支付方认定确认信息发送方的账户和支付金额 信息是否正确, 若正确则发送认定成功的反馈信息至确认信息发送方, 完成 认定, 若错误则发送认定失败的反馈信息至确认信息发送方, 再重新认定或 撤回。
本实施例中确认支付的具体过程为: 收付方移动通信终端将获取的支付 方移动通信终端账户信息和支付金额加密后发送至支付管理服务器; 支付管 理服务器将获取的支付金额和收付方移动通信终端账户信息解密后, 再加密 发送至支付方移动通信终端; 支付方移动通信终端将接收到的支付金额和收 付方移动通信终端账户信息进行解密, 判断收付方移动通信终端账户信息和 支付金额是否正确, 并将判断后的信息加密反馈至支付管理服务器; 支付管 理服务器接收支付方移动通信终端反馈的信息并进行解密, 若支付金额和收 付方移动通信终端账户信息错误, 则发送错误提示信息至支付方移动通信终 端和收付方移动通信终端, 支付过程结束, 若支付金额和收付方移动通信终 端账户信息正确, 则由支付管理服务器将支付方移动通信终端的账户信息、 收付方移动通信终端的账户信息、 以及支付金额通过银行专线发送至银行系 统。 其中, 在确认支付过程中的加密过程采用非对称加密算法, 本实施例优 选采用 RSA算法。
为了提高本实施例应用时的安全性, 在支付方移动通信终端判断收付方 移动通信终端账户信息和支付金额正确时, 支付管理平台向支付方移动通信 终端发送一串信息, 用户通过这个信息进行简单算法或计算由支付方移动通 信终端发送至支付管理平台, 完成信息的再次确认后, 由支付管理服务器向 银行系统发送信息。 在确认过程中算法可如下: 支付管理平台向用户发送一 串数字串, 由用户找出某个数值在该串数字串的具体位置并输入验证。
本实施例进行支付并发送支付成功与否的信息至支付方移动通信终端和 收付方移动通信终端的具体过程为: 银行系统判断支付方移动通信终端内金 额是否充足, 若不充足则停止转账, 将因金额不足而支付未成功的信息反馈 至支付管理服务器, 再由支付管理服务器加密后反馈至支付方移动通信终端 和收付方移动通信终端, 若金额充足则完成转账, 并将转账成功的信息反馈 至支付管理服务器, 再由支付管理服务器加密后反馈至支付方移动通信终端 和收付方移动通信终端。
实施例 2
本实施例与实施例 1的区别在于支付金额的认定方式不同, 本实施例中 支付金额的认定包括以下歩骤: 采用一根数据线, 两端分别连接支付方移动 通信终端的数据接口和收付方移动通信终端的数据接口, 支付方移动通信终 端和收付方移动通信终端分别作为确认信息发送方和确认信息接收方, 确认 信息发送方发送其账户信息和支付金额至确认信息接收方, 确认信息接收方 认定确认信息发送方的账户和支付金额信息是否正确, 若正确则发送认定成 功的反馈信息至确认信息发送方, 完成认定, 若错误则发送认定失败的反馈 信息至确认信息发送方, 再重新认定或撤回。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明作的进一歩详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施方式只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域 的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明的技术方案下得出的其他实施方式, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1. 移动通信支付系统, 其特征在于, 包括支付管理平台、银行系统及多个移 动通信终端,所述支付管理平台包括支付企业总线及与支付企业总线连接 的账户信息服务器和支付管理服务器,所述账户信息服务器用于存储移动 通信终端的账户信息,支付管理服务器用于支付方移动通信终端、收付方 移动通信终端及银行系统之间进行信息传输并做出控制指令,所述支付企 业总线通过银行专线与银行系统连接,所述移动通信终端包括主板及与主 板连接的 Wlfl模块、 蓝牙模块、 数据传输接口、 耳机插孔; 所述支付管 理平台和移动通信终端均设有无线通信模块,支付管理平台的无线通信模 块与支付企业总线连接, 移动通信终端的无线通信模块与主板连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动通信支付系统,其特征在于,所述支付管理平 台还包括与支付企业总线连接的用于存储交易记录的支付日志服务器。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的移动通信支付系统,其特征在于,所述移动通 信终端为手机或电脑。
4. 移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下歩骤: 歩骤一、支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端均在支付管理平台上 注册, 支付管理平台中的账户信息服务器存储所有注册移动通信终端的账户 信息, 其中, 账户信息服务器保证其内存储的账户信息的每个账号唯一; 歩骤二、在支付方移动通信终端上和收付方移动通信终端上均登录各自的 账户信息, 使支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端均与支付管理平台 建立无线连接;
歩骤三、支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端认定支付对象和支付 金额;
歩骤四、支付管理服务器获取支付方移动通信终端的账户信息、收付方移 动通信终端的账户信息及支付金额;
歩骤五、支付管理服务器将支付方移动通信终端的账户信息、收付方移动 通信终端的账户信息、 以及支付金额通过银行专线发送至银行系统;
歩骤六、银行系统判断支付方移动通信终端内金额是否充足,若不充足则 停止转账, 将因金额不足而支付未成功的信息反馈至支付管理服务器, 再由 支付管理服务器加密后反馈至支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端, 若金额充足则完成转账, 并将转账成功的信息反馈至支付管理服务器, 再由 支付管理服务器加密后反馈至支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法,其特征在 于,所述歩骤三中支付对象的认定包括以下歩骤:支付方移动通信终端和 收付方移动通信终端均同时打开 wifi模块或蓝牙模块, 支付方移动通信 终端或收付方移动通信终端搜索一定范围内的移动通信终端设备,找到对 方并建立连接。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法,其特征在 于, 所述歩骤三中支付金额的认定包括以下歩骤:

8. 根据权利要求 4所述的移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法,其特征在 于, 所述移动通信终端的账户信息包括账号、 昵称、 密码及手机号。
9. 根据权利要求 4〜8中任意一项所述的移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的 方法,其特征在于,所述歩骤四中支付管理服务器获取账户信息和支付金 额包括以下歩骤:
歩骤 b. l、 收付方移动通信终端将获取的支付方移动通信终端账户信息和 支付金额加密后发送至支付管理服务器;
歩骤 b.2、 支付管理服务器将获取的支付金额和收付方移动通信终端账户 信息解密后, 再加密发送至支付方移动通信终端; 歩骤 b.3、 支付方移动通信终端将接收到的支付金额和收付方移动通信终 端账户信息进行解密, 判断收付方移动通信终端账户信息和支付金额是否正 确, 并将判断后的信息加密反馈至支付管理服务器; 歩骤 b.4、 支付管理服务器接收支付方移动通信终端反馈的信息并进行解 密, 若支付金额和收付方移动通信终端账户信息错误, 则发送错误提示信息 至支付方移动通信终端和收付方移动通信终端, 支付过程结束, 若支付金额 和收付方移动通信终端账户信息正确, 则进入下一歩骤。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的移动通信支付系统用于费用支付的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述歩骤 b.l〜歩骤 b.4中加密过程采用非对称加密算法。
