所述短距离无线通信模块为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等模块, 所述 短距离无线通信方式为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等。 本发明提供的手机支付系统, 所述支付方手机终端与被支付方手机 或 P0S机终端通过红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等方式建立连接, 被支付方 手机或 P0S机终端向支付方手机终端通过红外、蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等方 式发送支付请求, 支付请求包括支付金额、 被支付方的账号、 交易代码、 交易明细等信息; 支付方手机终端接收所述支付请求, 并根据支付请求 通过公网无线通信方式向银行网络支付转账服务器发送支付指令, 支付 指令包括支付金额、 支付双方的账号、 支付方账号密码、 交易代码等信 息; 银行网络支付转账服务器接收所述支付指令, 处理相关账务信息, 并将操作结果分别发送给所述被支付方手机或 P0S机终端和支付方手机 终端。
本发明提供的手机支付系统, 支付方通过红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC 等方式建立的无线链路接收被支付方手机或 P0S机终端支付请求信息, 并通过银行网络实现支付转账; 利用红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等方式传 送支付信息数据, 与现有手机支付模式相比, 一方面, 支付请求信息可 以自动传输到支付方手机终端中, 减少了人工输入信息、 降低了出错概 率, 提高了支付效率; 另一方面, 利用红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等方式 传送信息, 支付双方不需要提供手机号码, 保护了个人隐私。
如图 3 所示, 本发明提供的一种手机终端的实施例, 所述手机终端 包括支付请求发送和接收单元、 支付指令发送单元、 支付结果接收单元 及处理单元;
支付请求发送和接收单元, 设置有短距离无线通信模块, 用于手机 终端通过短距离无线通信方式发送或接收支付请求; 该短距离无线通信 模块为红外、蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等模块,该短距离无线通信方式为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等;
支付指令发送单元, 用于支付方手机终端向银行网络支付转账服务 器发送支付指令; 支付结果接收单元, 用于接收银行网络支付转账服务器发送的支付 处理结果;
处理单元, 用于处理支付请求发送和接收单元发送或接收的信息, 并通过支付指令发送单元发送支付指令, 并处理支付结果接收单元接收 的支付结果。
本发明实施例提供的手机终端, 既可以用于支付方手机终端, 也可 以用于被支付方手机终端。
如图 4所示, 本发明还提供一种 P0S机终端的实施例, 所述 P0S机 终端包括:
支付请求发送单元,设置有短距离无线通信模块, 用于被支付方 P0S 机终端通过短距离无线通信方式发送支付请求; 该短距离无线通信模块 为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC等模块, 该短距离无线通信方式为红外、 蓝 牙、 Wi_Fi或 NFC等;
支付结果接收单元, 用于接收银行网络支付转账服务器发送的支付 处理结果;
处理单元, 用于处理支付请求发送单元发送的信息, 并处理支付结 果接收单元接收的支付结果。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护 范围并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明 揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本 发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要 求所界定的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种手机支付方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤:
被支付方手机或 P0S机终端向支付方手机终端通过短距离无线通信 方式发送支付请求;
支付方手机终端向银行网络支付转账服务器发送支付指令; 银行网络支付转账服务器向支付方手机终端和被支付方手机或 P0S 机终端分别发送支付完成信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的手机支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述被支付 方手机或 P0S机终端向支付方手机终端发送支付请求步骤之前, 还包括 如下步骤:
支付方手机终端与被支付方手机或 P0S机终端通过短距离无线通信 方式建立连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的手机支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述短 距离无线通信方式包括红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的手机支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述支付请 求包括支付金额、 被支付方的账号、 交易代码、 交易明细; 所述支付指 令包括支付金额、 支付双方的账号、 支付方账号密码、 交易代码。
5、 一种手机支付系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 支付方手机终端、 被支 付方手机或 P0S机终端及银行网络支付转账服务器;
所述被支付方手机或 P0S机终端, 用于向支付方手机终端通过短距 离无线通信方式发送支付请求;
所述支付方手机终端, 用于接收所述支付请求, 并根据支付请求向 银行网络支付转账服务器发送支付指令; 所述银行网络支付转账服务器, 接收所述支付指令, 处理相关账务 信息, 并将操作结果分别发送给所述被支付方手机或 P0S机终端和支付 方手机终端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的手机支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述支付方 手机终端、 被支付方手机或 P0S机终端设置有短距离无线通信模块; 所 述支付方手机终端与被支付方手机或 P0S机终端通过短距离无线通信方 式建立连接。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的手机支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述短 距离无线通信方式为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC, 所述短距离无线通信模 块为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC模块。
8、 一种手机终端, 其特征在于, 包括支付请求发送和接收单元、 支 付指令发送单元、 支付结果接收单元及处理单元;
支付请求发送和接收单元, 设置有短距离无线通信模块, 用于手机 终端通过短距离无线通信方式发送或接收支付请求; 该短距离无线通信 模块为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC模块, 该短距离无线通信方式为红外、 蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC;
支付指令发送单元, 用于支付方手机终端向银行网络支付转账服务 器发送支付指令;
支付结果接收单元, 用于接收银行网络支付转账服务器发送的支付 处理结果;
处理单元, 用于处理支付请求发送和接收单元接收的信息, 并通过 支付指令发送单元发送支付指令, 并处理支付结果接收单元接收的支付 结果。
9、 一种 P0S机终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
支付请求发送单元,设置有短距离无线通信模块, 用于被支付方 P0S 机终端通过短距离无线通信方式发送支付请求; 该短距离无线通信模块 为红外、蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC模块,该短距离无线通信方式为红外、蓝牙、 Wi-Fi或 NFC;
支付结果接收单元, 用于接收银行网络支付转账服务器发送的支付 处理结果;
处理单元, 用于处理支付请求发送单元发送的信息, 并处理支付结 果接收单元接收的支付结果。
