S20, 第二移动终端根据支付请求, 提示用户是否同意支付, 在用户选 择同意支付时,将本地的第二支付账户信息发送至第一移动终端; 即用户 B 的手机在收到支付请求时, 在用户界面显示提示信息, 提示用户收到支付 请求, 并请确认是否同意支付。 如果用户同意支付, 则将用户 B的账户信 息(例如账号、 用户名、 支付密码等)发送给用户 A的手机。
S30, 第一移动终端将第一支付账户与第二支付账户绑定, 以供银行方 从第二支付账户扣款。 即用户 A的手机将用户 B的账户信息与自己的账户 信息绑定, 以便银行(例如 POS机等)从用户 B的账户扣取相应款项。 例 如, 如果用户 A第一次应支付的金额为 5元, 在账户绑定后, 用户 A通过 NFC再次进行支付时, POS机从用户 B的账户扣取 5元。
应当说明的是,本发明实施例中,第一移动终端与 POS机的交易规贝 'J , 可先与银行方进行约定。 本发明实施例所称的账户绑定, 即按与银行方所 约定的 NFC支付格式, 用第二支付账户替代第一移支付账户进行支付。
本发明在第一移动终端通过 NFC进行支付时, 若其第一支付账户余额 不足, 则向第二移动终端发送支付请求, 由第二移动终端发送账户信息至 第一移动终端, 实现了第二移动终端帮助第一移动终端完成 NFC支付, 给 用户带来了极大方便。
具体的, 参照图 2, 上述 S10中包括:
511 , 拦截与银行方的交易数据; 即通过手机的 CPU (中央处理器)拦 截 NFC与 POS机的交易数据, 例如交易类型、 交易金额、 交易时间等。
512, 在支付请求中携带所述交易数据, 发送至第二移动终端。 即 CPU 启动协议模块, 将上述交易数据发送至第二移动终端。
参照图 3, 上述 S20中具体可包括:
521 , 接收到所述支付请求时, 对其进行安全验证; 即第二移动终端在 接收到第一移动终端发送的帮助支付的请求时, 对第一移动终端进行身份 验证, 以避免发生支付错误。 对第一移动终端进行身份验证可以基于现有 移动终端间进行验证的处理来实现。
522, 验证通过时, 在显示界面提供选择框, 供用户选择; 例如, 在手 机的显示界面提供同意支付或者不同意支付的选择框, 供用户选择, 用户 如果选择同意, 则进行下一步操作, 第二移动终端将第二支付账户信息发 送给第一移动终端; 用户如果选择不同意, 则不发送第二支付账户信息, 第一移动终端只能取消交易。
523, 在接收到用户输入的同意支付的信号时,从第二移动终端的 NFC 模块中提取第二账户信息。 本发明实施例中, 第二移动终端也设有 NFC模 块, 该 NFC模块设有用以交易的账户信息, 即第二账户信息。 提取账户信 息后, 将其通过第二移动终端的协议模块发送至第一移动终端。
参照图 4, 本发明提供一种可实现上述方法的移动终端支付系统, 其包 括第一移动终端 100和第二移动终端 200, 第一移动终端 100设有 NFC模 块 101 , 用于移动支付, 其中,
第一移动终端 100还设有交易处理模块 102,用于在通过 NFC模块 101 进行支付时, 若本地的第一支付账户余额不足, 则向第二移动终端 200发 送支付请求; 例如, 前述方法实施例中, 支设用户 A用第一移动终端 100 中的 NFC模块 101进行消费 (例如刷公交卡或者购物 ) 时, 若因其支付账 户余额不足, 则第一移动终端 100中的交易处理模块 102与 NFC模块 101 进行数据交互, 将余额不足不能进行交易以及具体的交易金额、 交易类型、 交易时间等数据截取, 然后通过第一移动终端 100 中的协议模块以短信形 式发送给用户 B的第二移动终端 200, 请求用户 B替其完成支付。
第二移动终端 200设有支付请求处理模块 201 , 用于根据支付请求,提 示用户是否同意支付, 在用户选择同意支付时, 将本地的第二支付账户信 息发送至第一移动终端 100; 即用户 B的第二移动终端 200收到支付请求 时, 支付请求处理模块 201 在用户界面显示提示信息, 提示用户收到支付 请求, 并请确认是否同意支付。 如果用户同意支付, 则将用户 B的账户信 息(例如账号、 用户名、 支付密码等)发送给第一移动终端 100。
第一移动终端 100还设有账户绑定模块 103,用于将第一支付账户与第 二支付账户绑定, 以供银行方 300从第二支付账户扣款。 第一支付账户与 第二支付账户被账户绑定模块 103绑定后, 如果用户 A第一次应支付的金 额为 5元, 用户 A通过 NFC模块 101再次进行支付时, POS机从用户 B 的账户扣取 5元。 应当说明的是, 本发明实施例中, 第一移动终端 100除了上述 NFC模 块 101、 交易处理模块 102和账户绑定模块 103之外, 还至少包括 CPU、 协议模块等, 在此不——列举。 第一移动终端 100与 POS机的交易规则, 可先与银行方进行约定。 本发明实施例中的账户绑定模块 103具体用于按 与银行方所约定的 NFC支付格式, 用第二支付账户替代第一移支付账户进 行支付。
本发明在第一移动终端 100通过 NFC进行支付时, 若其第一支付账户 余额不足, 则向第二移动终端 200发送支付请求, 由第二移动终端 200发 送账户信息至第一移动终端 100,实现了第二移动终端 200帮助第一移动终 端 100完成 NFC支付, 给用户带来了极大方便。
参照图 5, 上述交易处理模块 102包括:
交易数据拦截子块 1021 , 用于拦截与银行方的交易数据; 该交易数据 拦截子块 1021可以是第一移动终端 100中的 CPU, 其在 NFC模块 101支 付失败时, 拦截其与 POS机的交易数据。
交易数据发送子块 1022, 用于在支付请求中携带所述交易数据, 发送 至第二移动终端 200。该交易数据发送子块 1022可以通过第一移动终端 100 中的协议模块发送交易数据。
支付请求处理模块 201包括:
验证子块 2011 , 用于接收到支付请求时, 对其进行安全验证; 即第二 移动终端 200在接收到第一移动终端 100发送的帮助支付的请求时, 验证 子块 2011对第一移动终端 100进行身份验证, 以避免发生支付错误。
提示子块 2012, 用于验证通过时, 在显示界面提供选择框, 供用户选 择。 例如, 提示子块 2012在移动终端的显示界面提供同意支付或者不同意 支付的选择框, 供用户选择, 用户如果选择同意, 则进行下一步操作, 将 第二支付账户信息发送给第一移动终端 100; 用户如果选择不同意, 则不发 送第二支付账户信息, 第一移动终端 100只能取消交易。
账户信息提取子块 2013,用于在接收到用户输入的同意支付的信号时, 从第二移动终端 200的 NFC模块中提取第二账户信息。 本发明实施例中, 第二移动终端 200也设有 NFC模块,该 NFC模块设有用以交易的账户信息, 即第二账户信息。 账户信息提取子块 2023提取第二账户信息后, 将其通过 第二移动终端 200的协议模块发送至第一移动终端 100。
本发明还提供一种移动终端, 可以构成上述系统实现上述方法。 该移 动终端包括前述第一移动终端 100和第二移动终端 200中的所有功能模块。 具体的,其包括前述 NFC模块 101、交易处理模块 102、账户绑定模块 103、 支付请求处理模块 201 , 进一步的, 交易处理模块 102包括交易数据拦截模 块 1021、 交易数据发送子块 1022; 支付请求处理模块 201包括: 验证子块 2011、 提示子块 2012和账户信息提取子块 2013。 此外, 该移动终端还设有 CPU和协议模块等。 本发明可以采用两具有相同结构的移动终端, 从而构 成上述系统。
本发明实施例中, 移动终端各模块的功能及实现原理具体请参照前述 实施例, 在此不作详述。
应当理解的是, 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 不能因此限制本发明 的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流 程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明 的专利保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端支付方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步驟:
第一移动终端在通过近场通信 NFC模块进行支付时, 若本地的第一支 付账户余额不足, 则向第二移动终端发送支付请求;
第二移动终端根据所述支付请求, 提示用户是否同意支付, 在用户选 择同意支付时, 将本地的第二支付账户信息发送至第一移动终端;
第一移动终端将第一支付账户与第二支付账户绑定, 以供银行方从第 二支付账户扣款。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一 移动终端在通过 NFC模块进行支付时, 若本地的第一支付账户余额不足, 则向第二移动终端发送支付请求具体为:
拦截与 4艮行方的交易数据;
在支付请求中携带所述交易数据, 发送至第二移动终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述 第二移动终端根据所述支付请求, 提示用户是否同意支付具体为:
接收到所述支付请求时, 对其进行安全验证;
验证通过时, 在显示界面提供选择框, 供用户选择;
在接收到用户输入的同意支付的信号时, 从第二移动终端的 NFC模块 中提取第二账户信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的移动终端支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述 第一移动终端将第一支付账户与第二支付账户绑定具体为:
按与银行方所约定的 NFC支付格式, 用第二支付账户替代第一移支付 账户进行支付。
5、 一种移动终端支付系统, 包括第一移动终端和第二移动终端, 所述 第一移动终端设有第一 NFC模块, 用于移动支付, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动终端还设有交易处理模块, 用于在通过 NFC模块进行支 付时, 若本地的第一支付账户余额不足, 则向第二移动终端发送支付请求; 第二移动终端, 设有支付请求处理模块, 用于根据所述支付请求, 提 示用户是否同意支付, 在用户选择同意支付时, 将本地的第二支付账户信 息发送至第一移动终端;
第一移动终端还设有账户绑定模块, 用于将第一支付账户与第二支付 账户绑定, 以供银行方从第二支付账户扣款。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的移动终端支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述交易 处理模块包括:
交易数据拦截子块, 用于拦截与 4艮行方的交易数据;
交易数据发送子块, 用于在支付请求中携带所述交易数据, 发送至第 二移动终端。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的移动终端支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述 支付请求处理模块包括:
验证子块, 用于接收到所述支付请求时, 对其进行身份验证; 提示子块, 用于验证通过时, 在显示界面提供选择框, 供用户选择; 账户信息提取子块, 用于在接收到用户输入的同意支付的信号时, 从 第二移动终端的 NFC模块中提取第二账户信息。
8、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的移动终端支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述 账户绑定模块具体用于:
按与银行方所约定的 NFC支付格式, 用第二支付账户替代第一移支付 账户进行支付。
9、 一种移动终端, 包括 NFC模块, 用于移动支付, 其特征在于, 所 述移动终端还包括:
交易处理模块, 用于在通过 NFC模块进行支付时, 若本地的第一支付 账户余额不足, 则向其他移动终端发送支付请求;
账户绑定模块, 用于将本地的第一支付账户与其他移动终端发送的第 二支付账户绑定, 以供银行方从第二支付账户扣款。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 支付请求处理模块, 用于根据接收到的支付请求, 提示用户是否同意 支付, 在用户选择同意支付时, 将第一支付账户信息发送至支付请求发送 方。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述交易处理模 块包括:
交易数据拦截子块, 用于拦截与 4艮行方的交易数据;
交易数据发送子块, 用于在支付请求中携带所述交易数据, 发送至第 二移动终端。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述支付请求处 理模块包括:
验证子块, 用于接收到所述支付请求时, 对其进行身份验证; 提示子块, 用于验证通过时, 在显示界面提供选择框, 供用户选择; 账户信息提取子块, 用于在接收到用户输入的同意支付的信号时, 从 第二移动终端的 NFC模块中提取第二账户信息。
13、 根据权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所 述账户绑定模块具体用于:
按与银行方所约定的 NFC支付格式, 用第二支付账户替代第一移支付 账户进行支付。
