所有工业及民用建筑的每层楼房在建造过程中必然要预先留出安装排水管的位置,传统的施工方式是在孔位上预先埋上一段相应排水管外径尺寸的预埋座(传统的预埋座为钢管,其内径略大于排水管、高度略高于混凝土楼板厚度),但其缺点在于与混凝土接触部分的金属易腐蚀渗漏、与排水管外壁的空隙防漏工艺复杂且效果不稳定,从而导致实践施工中费时费力返工率极高。
由于预埋座设置的方向不一定是标准竖直的,所以预埋座内壁与排水管之间的空隙便不均匀,预埋座和排水管之间存在垂直角度的偏差和水平中心偏差,这造成预埋座内壁与排水管外壁之间的密封困难。排水管按国标设计,但是,由于不同厂家的产品存在管径偏差(约为1mm),故,现有的预埋座内壁与排水管外壁之间的封水盖组件难以偏差较大或较小的排水管;

再安装排水管和封水盖组件,在安装排水管施工过程中,先将内轮3套于排水管1中,再将排水管穿过预埋座的内部并进行相关的安装,因预埋座内壁直径大于排水管直径,两者之间形成一定距离的空隙;接着用PVC胶水将内轮粘在预埋座的上端,在粘结的时候,可转动内轮,使其处于合适的位置以减少内轮内圈和排水管外壁的空隙,此时内轮内圈与排水管空隙尚存一定的水平偏心差距和垂直角度差距,再利用PVC胶水将夹心轮的第二圆弧轮41和第一圆弧轮42先后与排水管相粘结合,利用夹心轮不同心的内圈和外圈,内轮内圈和夹心轮外圈的球环面设计,相粘结合时,先将第二圆弧轮41的内圈和外圈分别与排水管1外壁和内轮内圈粘合,再将第一圆弧轮42用力压入排水管和内轮内圈之间,第一圆弧轮42和第二圆弧轮41就会自然的顺着空隙的方向将全部预留的空隙弥合,内轮和夹心轮内外圈均涂有PVC胶水,依同理在预埋座的下端安装另一封水盖组件(通常情况下,只需在预埋座的下端设置封水盖组件即可取得较佳的密封效果)。

- 根据权利要求3所述的一种排水管预埋装置,其特征在于:所述预埋座下部的周侧成型有法兰,法兰的周侧设置有若干个卡钉安装孔,所述法兰的上端面环设有一道以上的水泥沉降槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种排水管预埋座,其特征在于:所述预埋座的周侧呈放射状布置有若干个翼条。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种排水管预埋装置,其特征在于: 所述预埋座为上下贯通的圆环体,预埋座的顶部和底部分别套设一组封水盖组件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种排水管预埋装置,其特征在于:所述内轮的外端部设置有阻止内轮完全进入预埋座内的挡环,所述预埋座的内圈的外端部设置有与所述挡环配合的斜坡或台阶。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种排水管预埋装置,其特征在于:预埋座、封水盖组件均为塑料制件。
