但是, JT技术在 WLAN中的应用遇到如下问题: WLAN与 LTE有所不同, LTE 使用的是授权的确定频段, 基站可以对确定的时频资源进行调度, 保证 各基站间的协作管理; 而 WLAN使用的是免费的非授权频段, 其信道接入机制 是基于竞争的接入机制, AP和 STA通过竞争接入信道。 这种竞争机制带来的 是对信道使用的不确定性,需要协作传输数据的各 AP不确定具体何时可以接 入信道, 难以保证同时获得信道的使用权, 从而难以满足联合发送的同步性 要求, 各 AP间的不同步会大大降低联合发送的性能。 因此, WLAN的信道竞 争机制的不确定性使得 JT技术在 WLAN中实施比较困难。 发明内容 本发明提供一种联合发送方法和设备, 以保证联合发送时各 AP的同步传 输。 第一方面, 提供一种联合发送方法, 包括:
发起接入点 AP向终端 STA发送用于联合发送的请求发送消息,所述请求 发送消息中包括联合发送指示、以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址 信息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息, 以使得所述协作 AP 根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据;
所述发起 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后,根据所述允许发送消息向所 述 STA发送数据, 实现与所述协作 AP同时向 STA发送数据。

本发明提供的联合发送方法和设备的技术效果是:发起 AP通过由 STA向 协作 AP发送允许发送消息,来通知协作 AP与发起 AP—起根据该允许发送消 息同时向 STA发送数据, 使得协作 AP和发起 AP能够依据该允许发送消息实 现同步发送, 保证了联合发送时参与协作的各 AP的同步传输。 附图说明 图 1为本发明联合发送方法实施例适用的一种可选场景;

具体实施方式 本发明实施例提供了一种联合发送 JT方法,该方法可以适用于基于竞争 获得信道的 WLAN中。图 1为本发明联合发送方法实施例适用的一种可选场景, 如图 1所示, STA1关联于 API , AP2和 AP3是 API的协作 AP, AP1、 AP2和 AP3 属于同一协作集合内相互协作的 AP, 建立了参与联合发送的协作关系, 能够 协作共同向 STA1发送数据。 本发明实施例的联合发送方法, 将以图 1为例, 描述 AP1、 AP2和 AP3之间如何能够保证同时向 STA1传输数据, 满足 JT的同 步性要求。 其中, 为方便描述, 将 API称为发起 AP, 即 STA1是关联于 API 的, API将发起本次 JT, 请求 AP2和 AP3与其协作向 STA1发送数据; 而将 AP2和 AP3称为协作 AP, 主要是协作 API同时传输数据。
实施例一
图 2为本发明联合发送方法一实施例的流程示意图, 该方法可以是发起 AP执行, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:
201、 发起接入点 AP向终端 STA发送用于联合发送的请求发送消息, 所 述请求发送消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP 的地址信息;
其中, 发起 AP比如图 1中的 API , 其可以在竞争到信道资源后, 向 STA1 发送请求发送消息; 在该请求发送消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与 联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息。在后续的本实施例中, 例如该请求发送消息 可以是用于联合发送的请求发送 JT-RTS控制帧, 以 JT-RTS控制帧为例来描 述本发明的方案; 当然在具体实施中, 该请求发送消息也可以是其他名称的 控制帧或者其他方式。
例如, 本实施例中, 在 JT-RTS控制帧中包括所述的联合发送指示, 这样 就使得 STA在接收到 JT-RTS控制帧后, 根据该联合发送指示, 得知接下来进 行的是联合发送方式, 从而可以执行后续相应的处理, 比如询问协作 AP是否 能参与该联合发送等。 预定参与联合发送的协作 AP, 是由发起 AP与建立协 作关系的 AP预先交互好的, 比如 API由于已经预先建立了与 AP2和 AP3的协 作关系, 所以其可以将 AP2和 AP3作为预定参与联合发送的协作 AP, 并且将 AP2和 AP3的地址信息携带在 JT-RTS控制帧中通知 STA。
STA在接收到 JT-RTS控制帧后, 根据所述联合发送指示, 可以确定接下 来 STA要做的处理就是, 向所述 JT-RTS控制帧中包括的地址信息对应的协作 AP以及发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送 JT-CTS控制帧。
本实施例中, JT-RTS控制帧中的作用主要是, 由发起 AP在竞争到信道 后, 通过向 STA发送该 JT-RTS控制帧, 来通知 STA协作 AP的信息, 比如可 能有多少协作 AP参与本次联合发送, 以及这些协作 AP的地址信息。 JT-CTS 控制帧的作用主要是, 由 STA向参与联合发送的各 AP发送该 JT-CTS控制帧, 各 AP在接收到该 JT-CTS控制帧后, 就可以据此进行同步数据传输。
202、 发起 AP在接收到允许发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据, 实现与所述协作 AP同时向 STA发送数据。
其中, 允许发送消息中也会包括联合发送指示, 以及参与联合发送的 AP 的地址信息; 需要说明的是, 这里所述的参与联合发送的 AP, 可以是预定参 与联合发送的 AP, 也可以是确定参与联合发送的 AP, 在后面的实施例中将详 细说明。 在后续的本实施例中, 例如该允许发送消息可以是 JT-CTS控制帧, 以 JT-CTS控制帧为例来描述本发明的方案; 当然在具体实施中, 该允许发送 消息也可以是其他名称的控制帧或者其他方式。
协作 AP在接收到所述 JT-CTS控制帧后,根据所述 JT-CTS控制帧中包括 的联合发送指示,在确定所述 JT-CTS控制帧中包括自己的地址信息且自己具 有参与所述联合发送的信道资源时, 根据所述 JT-CTS控制帧同时向所述 STA 发送数据。 所述的具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源, 这里的信道资源可能 是预留的, 也可以是竞争得到的。
可选的, 所述 JT-CTS控制帧中可以包括发起 AP的地址信息, 也可以不 包括发起 AP的地址信息。发起 AP在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧后, 根据该控制帧 向 STA传输数据即可, 比如是与接收到 JT-CTS控制帧的时间间隔某个固定时 间 (例如间隔短帧间距 (Short Inter-Frame Space , 简称: SIFS ) , 可以将 该发起 AP间隔的 SIFS称为第一固定时间)后向 STA传输数据。发起 AP可以 不需要如协作 AP那样进行地址信息等的判断, 可以直接在接收到 JT-CTS控 制帧后间隔固定时间即开始向 STA传输数据。
进一步的,发起 AP与协作 AP根据所述 JT-CTS控制帧同时向 STA发送数 据, 可以是在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧, 并且间隔相同的固定时间 (例如发起 AP与协作 AP均在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧间隔 SIFS , 其中, 可以将发起 AP间 隔的 SIFS称为第一固定时间, 将协作 AP间隔的 SIFS称为第二固定时间)之 后, 同时开始向 STA传输数据。
进一步的, JT-CTS控制帧中也可以包括参与联合发送的 AP个数, 这种 情况下, 发起 AP与协作 AP根据所述 JT-CTS控制帧同时向 STA发送数据, 也 可以是在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧, 并且间隔相同的固定时间之后, 按照与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式, 同时开始向 STA传输数据。
比如, 当共有两个 AP参与本次 JT时, 可以按照联合发送协作模式 Ml进 行发送; 当共有三个 AP参与本次 JT时, 可以按照联合发送协作模式 M2进行 发送; 这样采用与 AP个数适应的协作模式, 可以提高联合发送的性能。 具体 实施中, 发起 AP与协作 AP都可以各自保存联合发送通信模式信息, 该模式 信息可以是在之前交互的, 所述的联合发送通信模式信息中包括不同的协作 AP个数、 以及与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式。
本实施例的联合发送方法, 通过由 STA向协作 AP发送 JT-CTS控制帧, 来通知协作 AP与发起 AP—起根据该 JT-CTS控制帧同时向 STA发送数据,使 得协作 AP和发起 AP能够依据该 JT-CTS控制帧实现同步发送, 比如, 发起 AP和协作 AP均在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧间隔 SIFS时间后开始同步传输, 从 而保证了参与协作的各 AP的同步传输, 提高了 WLAN的联合发送性能。

图 3为本发明联合发送方法另一实施例的流程示意图, 该方法可以是协 作 AP执行, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:

其中,协作 AP比如图 1中所示的 AP2和 AP3,将接收到 STA1发送的 JT-CTS 控制帧,该 JT-CTS控制帧是 STA在接收到发起 AP发送的 JT-RTS控制帧后发 送的, 具体可以参见实施例一。本实施例的 JT-CTS控制帧中包括联合发送指 示、 以及参与联合发送的 AP的地址信息; 该参与联合发送的 AP, 可以是预 定参与联合发送的 AP, 也可以是确定参与联合发送的 AP。

或者,协作 AP和发起 AP也可以在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧后,与所述 JT-CTS 控制帧间隔相同的固定时间之后,根据 JT-CTS控制帧中包括的参与联合发送 的 AP个数, 按照与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式, 同时向 STA发送 数据。 这种情况时, 协作 AP在接收 STA发送的 JT-CTS控制帧之前, 还可能 接收到 STA发送的联合发送请求消息, 该联合发送请求消息例如是联合发送 请求控制帧 JTR帧, 该 JTR帧是用于 STA询问协作 AP是否参与联合发送的, 所述 JTR帧中包括联合发送指示、以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地 址信息。协作 AP在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述 JTR帧中, 且自己具有参 与所述联合发送的信道资源时, 则向 STA回复联合发送请求确认消息, 该消 息例如是联合发送请求确认 JTRA控制帧, 这样 STA就可以根据 JTRA控制帧 确定参与联合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包括在 JT-CTS控制帧中。
实施例三
图 4为本发明联合发送方法又一实施例的流程示意图, 该方法可以是终 端 STA执行, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的方法可以包括:
401、 终端 STA接收发起 AP发送的请求发送消息, 所述请求发送消息中 包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息; 其中, 预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP是由发起 AP确定的, 发起 AP已 经预先与这些协作 AP之间建立了协作关系, 获知了该协作 AP的地址信息, 能够将协作 AP的地址信息携带在 JT-RTS控制帧中发送给 STA。 发起 AP可以 是在确定自己竞争到信道资源后给 STA发送 JT-RTS控制帧的。
402、 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及 所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息;
其中, STA在接收到发起 AP发送的 JT-RTS控制帧后, 根据该 JT-RTS控 制帧中包括的联合发送指示, 得知要进行联合发送; 则 STA可以向 JT-RTS控 制帧中的地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送 JT-CTS控制帧, 以使 得发起 AP和协作 AP根据该 JT-CTS控制帧同时向 STA发送数据。
进一步的, 如果协作 AP的信道资源是基于竞争得到的; 那么 STA在接收 发起 AP发送的 JT-RTS控制帧之后, 向协作 AP以及发起 AP发送 JT-CTS控制 帧之前, STA还可以向 JT-RTS控制帧中的地址信息对应的协作 AP发送 JTR 帧, 所述 JTR帧是 STA用于询问协作 AP是否参与联合发送的, 该 JTR帧中包 括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息。 协作 AP在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述 JTR帧中, 且自己具有参与所述联合发 送的信道资源 (该资源比如是预留的或者是竞争得到的) 时, 可以向 STA返 回 JTRA控制帧, 确认其可以参与本次 JT。 STA根据其接收到的 JTRA控制帧 就可以确定参与联合发送的 AP个数及地址信息, 并将所述 AP个数和地址信 息包括在所述 JT-CTS控制帧中。
当然, 上述的 STA通过发送 JTR控制帧来询问协作 AP是否参与 JT、 以 及协作 AP通过回复 JTRA控制帧来通知 STA自己可以参与, 这些方式都是可 选的方式。 在具体实施中, STA与 AP之间的交互也可以采用其他方式。
403、STA接收所述发起 AP和所述协作 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息同时发送的数据。
进一步的,当 JT-CTS控制帧中包括能够参与联合发送的各 AP的 AP个数 时,发起 AP和协作 AP在接收到所述 JT-CTS控制帧后,将按照与所述 JT-CTS 控制帧中包括的 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式,同时向所述 STA发送的数 据, 这样可以提高联合发送的性能。
在以下的几个实施例中, 将列举两种可选的联合发送方式; 其中, 在如 下的描述中,将涉及到本发明实施例为 WLAN中的联合发送方法使用到的几种 控制帧, 比如 JT-RTS控制帧、 JT-CTS控制帧、 JTR控制帧、 JTRA控制帧, 首先通过一个实施例对这几种控制帧的结构进行说明。
实施例四
本实施例主要描述联合发送方法中使用到的控制帧的帧结构, 主要描述 两种可选的帧结构:
一种帧结构如下: JT-RTS控制帧或者 JT-CTS控制帧, 可以用目前的 MAC 层帧结构中的 MAC帧头中指示, 参见图 5, 图 5为本发明联合发送方法又一 实施例中的 MAC层帧头控制字段结构示意图。 可以用帧头中的子类型字段 subtype的取值表示该帧是 JT-RTS控制帧或者 JT-CTS控制帧。 图 6为本发 明联合发送方法又一实施例中的 CTS帧结构示意图, 参见图 6, 可以将协作 AP的地址信息设置在帧头 (MAC Header) 的接收地址字段 RA中。 这样, STA 或者 AP在接收到帧时,就可以根据帧中的 subtype确定该帧是联合发送方式 中的 JT-RTS控制帧或者 JT-CTS控制帧。
另一种帧结构如下: 引入了新的控制帧, 具体的, 图 5中的 subtype取 值是 0000-0110时是保留字段 (Reserved) , 本实施例据此引入一个控制子 类: HEW Indication, 可以定义 HEW Indication的 subtype取值是 0110, 如表 1所示, 在该 HEW Indication子类的控制帧下设置联合发送所需要的控 制帧。 需要说明的是, 本实施例仅是举例, 在具体实施中可以进行变更; 比 如, 引入的控制子类也可以是 HEW Indication之外的其他名称; 此外, HEW Indication的 subtype取值也可以是保留字段 0000-0101中的其他任何一个 值。 表 1 引入 HEW Indication后控制帧的各子类型描述

HEW Indication控制帧也包括帧头和帧体, 子类型字段 subtype在帧头 中, 该 HEW Indication控制帧的帧头可以设计为如现有的控制帧头的格式完 全一致, 而将具体的控制信息放在帧体 (Frame body) 中, 这样传统的 STA 也可以从 HEW Indication控制帧的 MAC帧头中获取相关信息,比如 NAV信息, 以避免干扰和隐终端问题, 实现后向兼容。
HEW Indication控制帧的帧体结构可以参见图 7, 图 7为本发明联合发 送方法又一实施例中的 HEW Indication帧体字段结构示意图, 帧体包括类别 段 category、指不字段 indication禾口指不兀素字段 indication elements。 其中, 类别字段 category的取值用于指示 HEW Indication的类别, 如表 2 所示, 本实施例中的 category的取值用于表示联合发送指示, 即用于指示 JT;如果在下一代 WiFi网络中需要引入其它类别的控制帧,可以在 Category 中引入其它的类别, 最多可以引入 256种类别。

由上述的表 4-表 7也可以看到, 对于 JTR控制帧或者 JTRA控制帧, 也 是由类别字段 category的取值用于表示联合发送指示, 所述指示字段 indication的取值用于表示该帧是所述 JTR控制帧或者所述 JTRA控制帧。 协作 AP的地址信息设置在指示元素字段 indication elements, 参见上述表 格中的 MAC Address of Coordinated APs。
本实施例通过引入新类型的控制帧 HEW Indication, 以及该控制帧下的 采用新格式定义的 JT_RTS、 JT-CTS, JTR以及 JTRA, 不仅使得该控制帧能够 后向兼容, 而且能够通过该控制帧实现联合发送方法中的更多的信令交互, 以及传递更多的信息比如协作 AP的数目等, 为 WLAN中的联合发送方法的实 现提供支持。
实施例五
图 8为本发明联合发送方法又一实施例中的传输过程示意图, 如图 8所 示, 以图 1所示场景中的 AP1、 AP2和 AP3为例, 本实施例假设 API (发起 AP) 与 AP2和 AP3 (参与联合发送的协作 AP) 建立协作关系并且做好了联合发送 的信息交互。 并且, 本实施例中, AP2和 AP3的信道资源可以是为本次联合 发送预留的; 而 API的信道资源可以是预留或者竞争得到的。
API在竞争获得信道使用权后, 向 STA1发送 JT-RTS控制帧, 该 JT-RTS 控制帧中包括联合发送指示、以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信 息, 也可以包括这些协作 AP的个数。 具体的 JT-RTS控制帧的格式可以参见 上一个实施例所述,不再详述;比如可以将 HEW Indication帧体中的 category 字段取值为 0,该 0表示 JT,相当于联合发送指示;并且将帧体中的 Indication 字段取值为 0, 该 0表示 JT-RTS控制帧; 协作 AP的地址信息和个数可以设 置在 Indication Elements字段中。
STA1在接收到 JT-RTS控制帧后, 根据联合发送指示得知接下来进行的 是联合发送,并且得知该帧是 JT-RTS控制帧; STA1可以发送 JT-CTS控制帧, 该 JT-CTS控制帧可以是广播的, 协作 AP和发起 AP都可以接收到, 即 AP1、 AP2和 AP3都能够接收到 STA1发送的 JT-CTS控制帧。 在 JT-CTS控制帧中, STA1可以设置联合发送指示以及参与联合发送的各 AP的地址信息。
对于 JT-CTS控制帧中包括的参与联合发送的各 AP的地址信息,具体的, 其中的各 AP, 可以包括协作 AP和发起 AP。 而对于协作 AP, JT-CTS控制帧中 包括的协作 AP是 STA1从 JT-RTS控制帧中得到的,是 API确定的预定参与本 次 JT的协作 AP, 比如 AP2和 AP3; 如果协作 AP的信道资源是预留的, 那么 其实 STA1发送 JT-CTS控制帧后, 这些协作 AP也是都能够参与本次 JT的; 如果协作 AP的信道资源不是预留的, 而是竞争得到的, 那么 STA1在 JT-CTS 控制帧中携带的从 JT-RTS控制帧中得到的所述预定参与的协作 AP, 在 STA1 发送 JT-CTS控制帧后, 也不一定能够参与本次 JT, 比如 AP2接收到 JT-CTS 控制帧, 但是其没有竞争到信道资源, 也不会参与联合发送。
具体的,发起 AP与协作 AP在接收到 JT-CTS控制帧后,都会根据该 JT-CTS 控制帧中包括的联合发送指示得知本次是联合发送, 并进一步判断该 JT-CTS 控制帧中的地址信息是否包括自己的地址信息;如果 JT-CTS控制帧包括自己 的地址信息且自己具有参与本次 JT的信道资源, 才会开始向 STA发送数据。
比如图 8中所示的, AP1、 AP2和 AP3都可以接收到 STA1发送的 JT-CTS 控制帧, 并且都确定该帧中包括自己的地址信息以及自己具有参与的信道资 源, 则 AP1、 AP2和 AP3均在与所述 JT-CTS控制帧间隔相同的固定时间之后, 同时向 STA发送数据。 图 8中示出的是 API、 AP2和 AP3均在与 JT-CTS控制 帧间隔 SIFS之后传输数据, 比如所示的 PLCP协议数据单元 (PLCP Protocol Data Unit , 简称: PPDU) for STA1 , 即为开始传输数据给 STA1。
可选的, 上述的 JT-CTS控制帧中可以包含发起 AP的地址 (如上述方案 所述的),也可以不包含发起 AP的地址。如果不包含,则发起 AP在发送 JT-RTS 之后, 接收到的 JT-CTS就默认为是回应 JT-RTS的帧, 据此向 STA传输数据 即可。
本实施例的联合发送方法, 通过由 STA1向参与联合发送的各 AP发送 JT-CTS控制帧, 各 AP可以在接收到该控制帧后间隔固定时间同时向 STA1传 输数据即可, 实现了联合发送的同步性。
实施例六
图 9为本发明联合发送方法又一实施例中的传输过程示意图, 如图 9所 示, 本实施例仍以图 1所示场景中的 AP1、 AP2和 AP3为例, 只是本实施例的 描述是基于竞争的联合发送过程,协作 AP比如 AP2和 AP3的信道资源也是基 于竞争得到的, 而非如实施例五中的协作 AP的信道资源是提前预留。
本实施例中, AP1、 AP2和 AP3首先建立协作关系, 建立协作关系后, 如 果 API想通过联合发送的协作方式向 STA1发送数据,则 API需要与 AP2、 AP3 交互联合发送通信模式信息, 包括联合发送给 STA1的数据, 以及不同的协作 AP个数、 与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式等信息。 此外, 这几个 AP 之间还交互是否参与本次联合发送, 即是否参与协作。
本实施例要维护与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式的信息,是因为
AP2和 AP3用于联合发送的传输资源也是基于竞争的,这种竞争导致了在 API 竞争到信道使用权的时刻, AP2和 AP3不一定能够有传输资源供联合发送使 用。 而不能够以预计的 AP数目进行联合发送, 会大大降低联合发送的性能。 例如, AP1、 AP2和 AP3建立协作关系后, API想通过联合发送的方式向 STA1 发送数据, 则 API与 AP2和 AP3沟通能否进行联合发送。 AP2和 AP3只能判 断是否愿意进行联合发送以及当前是否有传输资源进行联合发送。 由于 API 竞争信道资源的不确定性, 当 API竞争到信道使用权时, AP2或 AP3可能没 有传输资源供联合发送使用, 因此无法参与联合发送。 如果原计划 AP1、 AP2 和 AP3三个 AP进行联合发送, 但是当 API竞争到信道使用权时, AP3无法参 加联合发送, 因而只剩下 API和 AP2联合发送。 这时, 如果 API和 AP2仍然 按照原来三个 AP都参与联合发送时的发射功率和 MCS进行发送数据,则会导 致联合发送的性能大大降低。因此要维护与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作 模式, 最后有几个 AP参与联合发送, 就按照几个 AP联合发送的功率和 MCS 进行发送数据, 以保证联合发送的性能。
上述发起 AP与协作 AP交互联合发送的相关信息之后, API开始竞争信 道使用权。 当 API竞争到信道以后, 向 STA1发送 JT-RTS控制帧, 用来指示 接下来要进行联合发送, 预定参与联合发送的协作 AP个数及其地址信息。
STA1收到 JT-RTS帧之后, 向 JT-RTS里指示的协作 AP发送 JTR控制帧, 用来询问这些协作 AP能否参与接下来的联合发送;所述 JTR帧中包括联合发 送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息。 由于是同时给多 个 AP发送, STA1可以将 JTR帧广播出去。
接收到 JTR帧的协作 AP会检査自己的地址是否在 STA1发送的 JTR控制 帧中。 如果存在, 则判断自己当前能否参与接下来的联合发送, 即判断自己 是否具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源, 比如是否预留资源或者竞争到资源。 如果可以参加, 则可以向 STA1回复一个 JTRA控制帧。 如果无法参加, 则不 回复 JTRA控制帧。
STA1统计接收到的 JTRA控制帧的数目、 以及发送这些 JTRA的 AP的地 址, 判断有多少个 AP参与接下来的联合发送, 即确定参与联合发送的 AP个 数。 然后, STA1将有多少个 AP参加联合发送即参与联合发送的 AP个数, 以 及这些 AP的地址信息放入 JT-CTS控制帧中, 广播出去。
接收到 JT-CTS控制帧的 AP, 根据 JT-CTS控制帧中指示的参与联合发送 的总共 AP的个数和地址信息,判断自己的地址信息是否在 JT-CTS控制帧中, 如果在且自己具有参与联合发送的信道资源, 则 AP (包括发起 AP和协作 AP ) 将按照与 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式,在与 JT-CTS控制帧间隔 SIFS之 后同时向 STA1发送数据。 STA1接收发起 AP和协作 AP按照所述的 AP个数对 应的联合发送协作模式发送的数据。
可选的, 本实施例不限制 AP回复 JTRA的方式, 可以是 TDMA、 CDMA或者 其他多址接入方式。
实施例七
图 10为本发明发起 AP实施例的结构示意图,该发起 AP能够执行本发明 任意方法实施例的方法, 该实施例仅对发起 AP的结构做简单说明, 其具体的 工作原理可以结合参见方法实施例。 如图 10所示, 本实施例的发起 AP可以 包括: 信息收发单元 1001和数据传输单元 1002;
信息收发单元 1001,用于向终端 STA发送用于联合发送的请求发送消息, 所述请求发送消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对 应的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息, 以使得所 述协作 AP根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据; 以及, 接收所述允许 发送消息;

信息收发单元 1101, 用于接收终端 STA发送的允许发送消息, 所述允许 发送消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及参与联合发送的 AP的地址信息; 所述允 许发送消息是所述 STA在接收到发起 AP发送的请求发送消息后发送的;
信息处理单元 1102,用于根据所述允许发送消息中包括的联合发送指示, 判断所述允许发送消息中的所述地址信息是否包括自己的地址信息且自己是 否具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源;

该 STA还包括: 信息处理单元 1203, 用于根据所述联合发送请求确认消 息确定参与联合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包括在允许发送消息中。 所述数据接收单元 1202, 具体用于接收所述发起 AP和协作 AP在接收到 所述允许发送消息后,按照与所述允许发送消息中包括的 AP个数对应的联合 发送协作模式, 同时向所述 STA发送的数据。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤; 而 前述的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的 介质。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种联合发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
发起接入点 AP向终端 STA发送用于联合发送的请求发送消息,所述请求 发送消息中包括联合发送指示、以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址 信息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息, 以使得所述协作 AP 根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据;
所述发起 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后,根据所述允许发送消息向所 述 STA发送数据, 实现与所述协作 AP同时向 STA发送数据。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述协作 AP的信道资源 是预留的或者是竞争得到的。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起 AP根据所述允 许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据, 包括:
所述发起 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息间隔第一固定时间之后, 向所述 STA发送数据, 所述第一固定时间与第二固定时间相同, 所述第二固定时间 是所述协作 AP向所述 STA发送数据时与接收到所述允许发送消息间隔的时 间。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起 AP向所述 STA 发送数据, 包括:
所述发起 AP按照与参与所述联合发送的 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模 式, 向所述 STA发送数据。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述发起 AP接收到所 述允许发送消息之前, 还包括:
所述发起 AP与所述协作 AP之间交互联合发送通信模式信息, 所述联合 发送通信模式信息中包括不同的 AP个数、 以及与所述 AP个数对应的联合发 送协作模式。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求发送消息 或者所述允许发送消息是控制帧, 包括帧头和帧体;
所述帧头包括子类型字段 subtype , 所述帧体包括类别字段 category、 指不字段 indication禾口指不兀素字段 indication elements; 所述子类型字段 subtype的取值用于指示所述请求发送消息或者所述允 许发送消息是 HEW Indication帧; 所述类别字段 category的取值用于表示 联合发送指示,所述指示字段 indication的取值用于表示所述控制帧是用于 联合发送的请求发送控制帧或者用于联合发送的允许发送控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述指示元素字段 indication e l ement S o
7、 根据权利要求 1-5任一所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述请求发送消息或者所述允许发送消息是控制帧, 所述控制帧通过帧 头的子类型字段 subtype的取值表示所述控制帧是用于联合发送的请求发送 控制帧或者用于联合发送的允许发送控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述帧头的接收地址字段 RA中。
8、 一种联合发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
协作 AP接收终端 STA发送的允许发送消息,所述允许发送消息中包括联 合发送指示、 以及参与联合发送的 AP的地址信息; 所述允许发送消息是所述 STA在接收到发起 AP发送的请求发送消息后发送的;
所述协作 AP根据所述允许发送消息中包括的联合发送指示,在确定所述 允许发送消息中的所述地址信息包括自己的地址信息且自己具有参与所述联 合发送的信道资源时, 根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据, 以实现 与所述发起 AP同时向 STA发送数据。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述协作 AP的信道资源 是预留的或者是竞争得到的。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述协作 AP接收终端 STA发送的允许发送消息之前, 还包括:
所述协作 AP接收所述 STA发送的联合发送请求消息,所述联合发送请求 消息是用于 STA询问所述协作 AP是否参与联合发送,所述联合发送请求消息 中包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息; 所述协作 AP在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述联合发送请求消息中,且 自己具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源时, 则向所述 STA回复联合发送请求 确认消息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联合发送请求确认消息确定所述参与联 合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包括在所述允许发送消息中;
所述根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据, 包括: 所述协作 AP根 据所述允许发送消息中包括的所述参与联合发送的 AP个数, 按照与所述 AP 个数对应的联合发送协作模式, 向所述 STA发送数据。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述联合发送请求消息 或者联合发送请求确认消息是控制帧, 包括帧头和帧体;
所述帧头包括子类型字段 subtype, 所述帧体包括类别字段 category、 指不字段 indication禾口指不兀素字段 indication elements;
所述子类型字段 subtype的取值用于指示所述联合发送请求消息或者所 述联合发送请求确认消息是 HEW Indication帧; 所述类别字段 category的 取值用于表示联合发送指示,所述指示字段 indication的取值用于表示所述 控制帧是联合发送请求控制帧或者联合发送请求确认控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述指示元素字段 indication e l ement S o
12、 一种联合发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端 STA接收发起 AP发送的请求发送消息,所述请求发送消息中包括联 合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息;
所述 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所 述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息;
所述 STA接收所述发起 AP和所述协作 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息同时发送的数据。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端 STA接收发起 AP发送的请求发送消息之后, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所述发起
AP发送允许发送消息之前, 还包括:
所述 STA向所述协作 AP发送联合发送请求消息,所述联合发送请求消息 是用于 STA询问所述协作 AP是否参与联合发送,所述 JTR帧中包括联合发送 指示、 以及所述预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息;
所述 STA接收所述协作 AP返回的联合发送请求确认消息,所述联合发送 请求确认消息是所述协作 AP在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述联合发送请 求消息中, 且自己具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源时发送的;
所述 STA根据所述联合发送请求确认消息确定参与联合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包括在所述允许发送消息中;
所述 STA接收所述发起 AP和所述协作 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息同时发送的数据, 包括:
所述 STA接收所述发起 AP和协作 AP在接收到所述允许发送消息后, 按 照与所述允许发送消息中包括的 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式,同时向所 述 STA发送的数据。
14、 一种发起接入点 AP, 其特征在于, 包括:
信息收发单元, 用于向终端 STA发送用于联合发送的请求发送消息, 所 述请求发送消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP 的地址信息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应 的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息, 以使得所述 协作 AP根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据; 以及, 接收所述允许发 送消息;
数据传输单元, 用于在所述信息收发单元接收到所述允许发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息向所述 STA发送数据, 实现与所述协作 AP同时向 STA 发送数据。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的发起 AP, 其特征在于,
所述数据传输单元, 具体用于在所述信息收发单元接收到所述允许发送 消息间隔第一固定时间之后, 向所述 STA发送数据, 所述第一固定时间与第 二固定时间相同,所述第二固定时间是所述协作 AP向所述 STA发送数据时与 接收到所述允许发送消息间隔的时间。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的发起 AP, 其特征在于,
所述数据传输单元,具体用于按照与参与所述联合发送的 AP个数对应的 联合发送协作模式, 向所述 STA发送数据。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的发起 AP, 其特征在于,
所述信息收发单元, 还用于在接收到所述允许发送消息之前, 与所述协 作 AP之间交互联合发送通信模式信息,所述联合发送通信模式信息中包括不 同的 AP个数、 以及与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式。
18、 根据权利要求 14-17任一所述的发起 AP, 其特征在于, 所述请求发 送消息或者所述允许发送消息是控制帧, 包括帧头和帧体;
所述帧头包括子类型字段 subtype, 所述帧体包括类别字段 category、 指不字段 indication禾口指不兀素字段 indication elements; 所述子类型字段 subtype的取值用于指示所述请求发送消息或者所述允 许发送消息是 HEW Indication帧; 所述类别字段 category的取值用于表示 联合发送指示,所述指示字段 indication的取值用于表示所述控制帧是用于 联合发送的请求发送控制帧或者用于联合发送的允许发送控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述指示元素字段 indication e l ement S o
19、 根据权利要求 14-17任一所述的发起 AP, 其特征在于,
所述请求发送消息或者所述允许发送消息是控制帧, 所述控制帧通过帧 头的子类型字段 subtype的取值表示所述控制帧是用于联合发送的请求发送 控制帧或者用于联合发送的允许发送控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述帧头的接收地址字段 RA中。
20、 一种协作接入点 AP, 其特征在于, 包括:
信息收发单元, 用于接收终端 STA发送的允许发送消息, 所述允许发送 消息中包括联合发送指示、 以及参与联合发送的 AP的地址信息; 所述允许发 送消息是所述 STA在接收到发起 AP发送的请求发送消息后发送的;
信息处理单元, 用于根据所述允许发送消息中包括的联合发送指示, 判 断所述允许发送消息中的所述地址信息是否包括自己的地址信息且自己是否 具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源;
数据传输单元, 用于在所述信息处理单元的判断结果为是时, 根据所述 允许发送消息向 STA发送数据, 以实现与所述发起 AP同时向 STA发送数据。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的协作 AP, 其特征在于,
所述信息收发单元, 还用于在接收终端 STA发送的允许发送消息之前, 接收所述 STA发送的联合发送请求消息, 所述联合发送请求消息是用于 STA 询问所述协作 AP是否参与联合发送,所述联合发送请求消息中包括联合发送 指示、 以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息;
所述信息处理单元, 还用于在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述联合发送 请求消息中, 且自己具有参与所述联合发送的信道资源时, 指示所述信息收 发单元向所述 STA回复联合发送请求确认消息, 以使得所述 STA根据所述联 合发送请求确认消息确定所述参与联合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包 括在所述允许发送消息中;
所述数据传输单元, 具体用于在接收到所述允许发送消息间隔第二固定 时间之后, 根据所述允许发送消息中包括的所述参与联合发送的 AP个数, 按 照与所述 AP个数对应的联合发送协作模式, 向所述 STA发送数据; 所述第二 固定时间与第一固定时间相同, 所述第一固定时间是所述发起 AP向所述 STA 发送数据时与接收到所述允许发送消息间隔的时间。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的协作 AP, 其特征在于,
所述联合发送请求消息或者联合发送请求确认消息是控制帧, 包括帧头 和帧体;
所述帧头包括子类型字段 subtype, 所述帧体包括类别字段 category、 指不字段 indication禾口指不兀素字段 indication elements;
所述子类型字段 subtype的取值用于指示所述联合发送请求消息或者所 述联合发送请求确认消息是 HEW Indication帧; 所述类别字段 category的 取值用于表示联合发送指示,所述指示字段 indication的取值用于表示所述 控制帧是联合发送请求控制帧或者联合发送请求确认控制帧;
所述协作 AP的地址信息设置在所述指示元素字段 indication e l ement S o
23、 一种终端 STA, 其特征在于, 包括:
信息收发单元, 用于接收发起 AP发送的请求发送消息, 所述请求发送消 息中包括联合发送指示以及预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息; 以 及, 根据所述联合发送指示, 向所述地址信息对应的协作 AP以及所述发起 AP发送用于联合发送的允许发送消息;
数据接收单元, 用于接收所述发起 AP和所述协作 AP在接收到所述允许 发送消息后, 根据所述允许发送消息同时发送的数据。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的 STA, 其特征在于,
所述信息收发单元, 还用于当所述协作 AP的信道资源是基于竞争得到 时, 向所述协作 AP发送联合发送请求消息, 所述联合发送请求消息是用于 STA询问所述协作 AP是否参与联合发送, 所述 JTR帧中包括联合发送指示、 以及所述预定参与所述联合发送的协作 AP的地址信息; 以及, 接收所述协作 AP返回的联合发送请求确认消息,所述联合发送请求确认消息是所述协作 AP 在确定自己的地址信息包括在所述联合发送请求消息中, 且自己具有参与所 述联合发送的信道资源时发送的;
还包括: 信息处理单元, 用于根据所述联合发送请求确认消息确定参与 联合发送的 AP个数, 并将所述 AP个数包括在所述允许发送消息中; 所述数据接收单元, 具体用于接收所述发起 AP和协作 AP在接收到所述 允许发送消息后,按照与所述允许发送消息中包括的 AP个数对应的联合发送 协作模式, 同时向所述 STA发送的数据。
