Abstract

本发明公开了一种显示图像的方法和装置,属于互联网通信领域。该方法包括:获取源图像和所述源图像对应的用户图像,所述用户图像为用户模仿所述源图像产生的动作图像;对所述源图像和所述用户图像进行处理;将处理后的所述源图像和用户图像发送给终端,使所述终端同时显示所述源图像和所述用户图像。该装置包括:获取模块、处理模块和发送模块。本发明中通过终端将源图像和用户图像同时呈现给用户,使得用户能直观地比较用户图像与源图像的不同,方便用户模仿源图像,加快用户的学习速度。

本发明涉及互联网通信领域, 特別涉及一种显示图像的方法和装置。 背景技术
随着生活质量的提高, 用户在业余时间开始进行一些娱乐活动; 例如, 学 习瑜伽或者舞蹈等。 但是去专业的培训结构学习时, 需要用户抽出特定的时间 到特定的地点, 而且还需要花费一笔培训费用; 因此, 在家庭中通过电视设备 学习瑜伽或者舞蹈成为用户不错的选择。
其中, 用户在家庭中通过电视设备学习瑜伽或者舞蹈的过程为: 电视设备 上显示瑜伽或者舞蹈画面, 用户根据电视设备显示的瑜 或者舞蹈画面进行形 体模仿以学习瑜伽或者舞蹈。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 用户根据电视设备显示的瑜伽或者舞蹈画面进行形体模仿以学习瑜伽或 者舞蹈时, 用户一方面观看电视设备画面的动作, 一方面进行身体动作, 注意 力分散在两个方面, 导致用户的学习速度慢, 学习效果差。 发明内容
为了使解决现有技术的问题, 本发明提供了一种显示图像的方法和装置。 所述技术方案如下:

本发明实施例提供了一种显示图像的方法。 其中, 本实施例的执行主体为 任一具备机顶盒功能的设备, 例如, 具备机顶盒功能的手机、 平板电脑等; 在 本发明实施例中以执行主体为机顶盒为例进行说明。 参见图 1, 其中, 该方法 包括:
101 : 机顶盒获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 用户图像为用户模仿 源图像产生的动作图像;
102: 机顶盒对源图像和用户图像进行处理;

其中, 源图像是指被数字图像编辑和压缩应用程序访问的原始图像, 源图 像可以为录像带、 激光盘或者数字图像文件等。 用户图像为用户模仿源图像产 生的动作图像。
其中, 机顶盒获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像的操作, 可以为: 机顶盒接收数字视频广播服务器或者 IP ( Internet Protocol, 网络之间互连 的协议) 网络服务器发送的图像流, 并根据已存储的解密密码对该图像流进行 解密处理, 得到源图像。 机顶盒获取源图像对应的时间戳; 并根据该时间戳接 收图像采集设备发送的该时间戳对应的用户图像。
其中, 需要说明的是, 机顶盒接收数字视频广播服务器或者 IP 网络服务 器发送的图像流之前或者之后, 数字视频广播服务器或者 IP 网络服务器发送 图像流的解密密码给机顶盒, 机顶盒接收视频广播服务器或者 IP 网络服务器 发送的解密密码并存储该解密密码。
进一步地, 机顶盒获取源图像之后, 机顶盒发送源图像给终端, 终端接收 机顶盒发送的源图像, 并显示源图像; 用户可以根据终端显示的源图像模仿源 图像, 图像釆集设备通过摄像或扫描生成用户图像。
其中, 在本发明实施例中, 用户图像是用户模仿源图像产生的动作图像, 终端显示源图像后, 用户根据终端显示的源图像模仿图像上的动作, 图像采集 设备通过摄像或扫描生成用户图像; 因此用户图像和源图像并不是完全同步 的, 用户图像和源图像常常存在一定的延迟, 则机顶盒根据该时间戳接收图像 采集设备发送的该时间戳对应的用户图像的操作, 可以为:
机顶盒根据源图像对应的时间戳, 获取该时间戳预设时间后的用户图像。 其中, 预设时间为用户的反应时间和用户模仿源图像的时间, 且预设时间 可以根据用户需要进行设置并更改, 在本发明实施例中, 对预设时间不作具体 限定。

事先建立一个三维的人体图像模型, 将人体的主要肢体部分进行跟踪, 如 头、 臂、 肩和脚等主要肢体部分建立模型进行跟踪, 以图像时间为坐标, 跟踪 头、臂、肩和脚等主要肢体部分的动作变化幅度、 角度和方向等重要形体信息。
其中, 当源图像中有多个个体图像时, 建立人体图像模型时, 机顶盒可以 选择任一一个人体图像作为人体图像模型; 优选地, 机顶盒可以选择画面中央 或者占据主要画面的人体图像作为人体图像模型, 也可以提示焦点让用户选择 人体图像模型。
例如, 机顶盒根据源图像和人体图像模型以图像时间为坐标, 跟踪源图像 中的头、 臂、 肩和脚等主要肢体部分的动作变化幅度、 角度和方向等重要形体 信息, 在某一时间戳时机顶盒获取源图像的描述信息为: 左臂与水平线成 45 度角度, 右臂竖直向下; 在同一时间戳时机顶盒获取用户图像的描述信息为左 臂与水平线成 30度角度, 右臂竖直向下。

307: 机顶盒接收服务器发送的源图像的描述信息、 用户图像的描述信息 和用户图像与源图像的不同点;
308: 机顶盒将源图像以及源图像的描述信息、 用户图像以及用户图像的 描述信息和用户图像与源图像的不同点发送给终端;
其中, 终端可以为任一具有显示功能的终端, 例如终端可以为电视设备、 手机终端或者 PC ( personal computer, 个人计算机)终端等。 在本发明实施例 中对终端不做具体限定。

310: 终端同时显示源图像以及源图像的描述信息、 用户图像以及用户图 像的描述信息, 以及在用户图像上标记用户图像与源图像的不同点。
具体地, 终端在同一个显示界面中同时显示源图像和用户图像, 并显示源 图像的描述信息以及用户图像的描述信息; 以及在用户图像上标记用户图像与 源图像的不同点。
其中, 终端也可以在源图像上标记用户图像与源图像的不同点, 以及在终 端上显示用户图像与源图像不同点的描述信息。
在本发明实施例中, 机顶盒获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 并对源 图像和用户图像进行处理, 将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 终端接 收机顶盒发送的源图像和用户图像, 并同时显示源图像和用户图像, 通过终端 将源图像和用户图像同时呈现给用户,使得用户能直观地比较用户图像与源图 像的不同, 方便用户模仿源图像, 加快用户的学习速度。 并且, 机顶盒将源图 像和用户图像发送给服务器, 由服务器生成源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描 述信息, 以及由服务器确定出用户图像与源图像的不同点, 减轻了机顶盒的负 担。 实施例 4
本发明实施例提供了一种显示图像的装置。 参见图 4, 其中, 该装置包括: 获取模块 401 , 用于获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 用户图像为用 户模仿源图像产生的动作图像;
处理模块 402, 用于对源图像和用户图像进行处理;
发送模块 403 , 用于将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 使终端同 时显示源图像和用户图像。
进一步地, 参见图 5 , 处理模块 402, 包括:
第一获取单元 4021 , 用于获取源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描述信息; 确定单元 4022 ,用于根据源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描述信息确定出 用户图像与源图像的不同点;
或者, 参见图 6, 处理模块 402, 包括:
发送单元 4023 , 用于将源图像和用户图像发送给服务器,使服务器根据源 图像和用户图像生成源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描述信息, 以及使服务器 确定出用户图像与源图像的不同点;
第一接收单元 4024, 用于接收服务器发送的源图像的描述信息、用户图像 的描述信息以及用户图像与源图像的不同点。
进一步地, 参见图 7, 处理模块 402, 包括:
设置单元 4025 ,用于将用户图像的图像大小和源图像的图像大小设置为同 等大小。
进一步地, 发送模块 403 , 用于将源图像以及源图像的描述信息、 用户图 像以及用户图像的描述信息和用户图像与源图像的不同点发送给终端, 使终端 同时显示源图像以及源图像的描述信息、 用户图像以及用户图像的描述信息, 以及使终端在用户图像上标记用户图像与源图像的不同点。
进一步地, 参见图 8, 获取模块 401 , 包括: 第二获取单元 4011 , 用于获取源图像和源图像对应的时间戳;
第二接收单元 4012, 用于接收图像釆集设备发送的时间戳对应的用户图 像。
在本发明实施例中, 机顶盒获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 并对源 图像和用户图像进行处理, 将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 终端接 收机顶盒发送的源图像和用户图像, 并同时显示源图像和用户图像, 通过终端 将源图像和用户图像同时呈现给用户,使得用户能直观地比较用户图像与源图 像的不同, 方便用户模仿源图像, 加快用户的学习速度。 并且, 机顶盒将源图 像和用户图像发送给服务器, 由服务器生成源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描 述信息, 以及由服务器确定出用户图像与源图像的不同点, 减轻了机顶盒的负 担。 实施例 5
本发明实施例提供了一种显示图像的装置。 参见图 9, 其中, 该装置包括: 存储器 501和处理器 502, 用于执行以下显示图像的方法:
获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 用户图像为用户模仿源图像产生的 动作图像;
对源图像和用户图像进行处理;
将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 使终端同时显示源图像和用户 图像。
进一步地, 对源图像和用户图像进行处理, 包括:
获取源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描述信息, 根据源图像的描述信息和 用户图像的描述信息确定出用户图像与源图像的不同点;
或者, 将源图像和用户图像发送给服务器, 使服务器根据源图像和用户图 像生成源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描述信息, 以及使服务器确定出用户图 像与源图像的不同点; 接收服务器发送的源图像的描述信息、 用户图像的描述 信息以及用户图像与源图像的不同点。
进一步地, 对源图像和用户图像进行处理, 包括:
将用户图像的图像大小和源图像的图像大小设置为同等大小。
进一步地, 将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 使终端同时显示源 图像和用户图像, 包括: 将源图像以及源图像的描述信息、 用户图像以及用户图像的描述信息和用 户图像与源图像的不同点发送给终端,使终端同时显示源图像以及源图像的描 述信息、 用户图像以及用户图像的描述信息, 以及使终端在用户图像上标记用 户图像与源图像的不同点。
进一步地, 获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 包括:
获取源图像和源图像对应的时间戳;
接收图像釆集设备发送的时间戳对应的用户图像。
进一步地, 该装置为机顶盒设备。
在本发明实施例中, 机顶盒获取源图像和源图像对应的用户图像, 并对源 图像和用户图像进行处理, 将处理后的源图像和用户图像发送给终端 , 终端接 收机顶盒发送的源图像和用户图像, 并同时显示源图像和用户图像, 通过终端 将源图像和用户图像同时呈现给用户,使得用户能直观地比较用户图像与源图 像的不同, 方便用户模仿源图像, 加快用户的学习速度。 并且, 机顶盒将源图 像和用户图像发送给服务器, 由服务器生成源图像的描述信息和用户图像的描 述信息, 以及由服务器确定出用户图像和源图像的不同点, 减轻了机顶盒的负 担。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通 过硬件来完成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储 于一种计算机可读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘 或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的 保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种显示图像的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取源图像和所述源图像对应的用户图像, 所述用户图像为用户模仿所述 源图像产生的动作图像;
对所述源图像和所述用户图像进行处理;
将处理后的所述源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 使所述终端同时显示所述 源图像和所述用户图像。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述源图像和所述用 户图像进行处理, 包括:
获取所述源图像的描述信息和所述用户图像的描述信息, 根据所述源图像 的描述信息和所述用户图像的描述信息确定出所述用户图像与所述源图像的 不同点;
或者, 将所述源图像和所述用户图像发送给服务器, 使所述服务器根据所 述源图像和所述用户图像生成所述源图像的描述信息和所述用户图像的描述 信息, 以及使所述服务器确定出所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点; 接收所 述服务器发送的所述源图像的描述信息、 所述用户图像的描述信息以及所述用 户图像与所述源图像的不同点。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述源图像和所述用 户图像进行处理, 包括:
将所述用户图像的图像大小和所述源图像的图像大小设置为同等大小。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将处理后的所述源图像 和用户图像发送给终端, 使所述终端同时显示所述源图像和所述用户图像, 包 括:
将所述源图像以及所述源图像的描述信息、 所述用户图像以及所述用户图 像的描述信息和所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点发送给所述终端, 使所述 终端同时显示所述源图像以及所述源图像的描述信息、 所述用户图像以及所述 用户图像的描述信息, 以及使所述终端在所述用户图像上标记所述用户图像与 所述源图像的不同点。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取源图像和所述源图 像对应的用户图像, 包括:
获取源图像和所述源图像对应的时间戳;
接收图像采集设备发送的所述时间戳对应的用户图像。
6、 一种显示图像的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
获取模块, 用于获取源图像和所述源图像对应的用户图像, 所述用户图像 为用户模仿所述源图像产生的动作图像;
处理模块, 用于对所述源图像和所述用户图像进行处理;
发送模块, 用于将处理后的所述源图像和用户图像发送给终端, 使所述终 端同时显示所述源图像和所述用户图像。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 包括: 第一获取单元, 用于获取所述源图像的描述信息和所述用户图像的描述信 息;
确定单元, 用于根据所述源图像的描述信息和所述用户图像的描述信息确 定出所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点;
或者, 发送单元, 用于将所述源图像和所述用户图像发送给服务器, 使所 述服务器根据所述源图像和所述用户图像生成所述源图像的描述信息和所述 用户图像的描述信息, 以及使所述服务器确定出所述用户图像与所述源图像的 不同点;
第一接收单元, 用于接收所述服务器发送的所述源图像的描述信息、 所述 用户图像的描述信息以及所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 包括: 设置单元, 用于将所述用户图像的图像大小和所述源图像的图像大小设置 为同等大小。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 用于将所述源图像以及所述源图像的描述信息、 所述用户 图像以及所述用户图像的描述信息和所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点发 送给所述终端, 使所述终端同时显示所述源图像以及所述源图像的描述信息、 所述用户图像以及所述用户图像的描述信息, 以及使所述终端在所述用户图像 上标记所述用户图像与所述源图像的不同点。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块, 包括: 第二获取单元, 用于获取源图像和所述源图像对应的时间戳;
第二接收单元, 用于接收图像采集设备发送的所述时间戳对应的用户图
11、一种显示图像的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 存储器和处理器, 用于执行如权利要求 1-5任一权利要求所述的显示图像的方法。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置为机顶盒设备。
