通过设置上述各弯折片, 一方面能够增加盒盖侧壁相应部位的厚度, 使侧壁更加牢 固, 另一方面使盒盖更加美观。
本发明 ώ一形成有若干折痕的预制板(通常为纸板)折叠而成, 折叠后无需再借助 胶水粘贴固定, 制作工艺简单, 制作成本低; 在储存、 运输等过程中可展开后叠放, 占 用空间较小, 储运成本低; 折叠成型后, 盖板部位和侧壁均为多层结构, 因此采用较薄 的纸板制作即能使整个折叠盒盖具有较好的强度, 而采用较薄的纸板有利于在折叠盒体 表面印刷更加精美的图案。

( 2 ) 然后使后外侧板 8向盖板 1弯折, 再使后内侧板 9翻折, 使后内侧板 9叠置 在后外侧板 8内侧, 此时后侧壁左加强锁扣板 14、 后侧壁右加强锁扣板 19均处于后外 侧板 8与后内侧板 9之间, 后压片 22叠置在左衬板 11及右衬板 16上; 然后使前外侧 板 6向盖板 1弯折, 再使前内侧板 7翻折, 使前内侧板 7叠置在前外侧板 6内侧, 此时 前侧壁左加强锁扣板 12、前侧壁右加强锁扣板 17均处于前外侧板 6与前内侧板 7之间; 然后使盒盖加强板 21叠置在左衬板 11、右衬板 16及后压片 22上, 第一插片 23插入对 应的第一插孔 24 中, 从而形成所需的折叠盒盖, 该折叠盒盖的盖板部位和侧壁均为三 层结构。
本实施例的折叠盒盖可用作包装盒的上盒盖或下盒盖(通常又称盒体), 盖板 1、左 外侧板 2、左内侧板 3、右外侧板 4、右内侧板 5、前外侧板 6、前内侧板 7、后外侧板 8、 后内侧板 9等板块的尺寸可根据需要确定。

权利要求述
1、 一种折叠盒盖, 包括盖板、 左侧壁、 右侧壁、 前侧壁和后侧壁, 左侧壁、 右侧 壁、 前侧壁和后侧壁分别设于盖板的左边缘、 右边缘、 前边缘和后边缘, 其特征是: 所 述左侧壁包括左外侧板和左内侧板, 右侧壁包括右外侧板和右内侧板, 前侧壁包括前外 侧板和前内侧板, 后侧壁包括后外侧板和后内侧板, 盖板左边缘通过折痕连接左外侧板 下边缘, 左外侧板上边缘通过折痕连接左内侧板上边缘, 盖板右边缘通过折痕连接右外 侧板下边缘, 右外侧板上边缘通过折痕连接右内侧板上边缘, 盖板前边缘通过折痕连接 前外侧板下边缘, 前外侧板上边缘通过折痕连接前内侧板上边缘, 盖板后边缘通过折痕 连接后外侧板下边缘, 后外侧板上边缘通过折痕连接后内侧板上边缘; 左内侧板下边缘 通过折痕连接有左衬板, 左衬板前边缘通过折痕连接有前侧壁左加强锁扣板, 前侧壁左 加强锁扣板的左边缘通过折痕连接有左侧壁前加强锁扣板,左衬板后边缘通过折痕连接 有后侧壁左加强锁扣板, 后侧壁左加强锁扣板的左边缘通过折痕连接有左侧壁后加强锁 扣板; 右内侧板下边缘通过折痕连接有右衬板, 右衬板前边缘通过折痕连接有前侧壁右 加强锁扣板, 前侧壁右加强锁扣板的右边缘通过折痕连接有右侧壁前加强锁扣板, 右衬 板后边缘通过折痕连接有后侧壁右加强锁扣板,后侧壁右加强锁扣板的右边缘通过折痕 连接有右侧壁后加强锁扣板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述折叠盒盖还包括盒盖加强板, 盒盖加强板形状及尺寸与盖板相匹配; 盒盖加强板通过折痕连接后内侧板下边缘或前内 侧板下边缘。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述折叠盒盖还包括前压片, 盒 盖加强板后边缘通过折痕连接后内侧板下边缘, 前内侧板下边缘通过折痕连接前压片前 边缘。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述盒盖加强板前边缘设有至少 一个第一插片, 前内侧板上与前压片邻接的部位设有至少一个第一插孔, 第一插孔与第 一插片数量相同且一一对应作插接配合。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述折叠盒盖还包括后压片, 盒 盖加强板前边缘通过折痕连接前内侧板下边缘,后内侧板下边缘通过折痕连接后压片后 边缘。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述盒盖加强板后边缘设有至少 一个第一插片, 后内侧板上与后压片邻接的部位设有至少一个第一插孔, 第一插孔与第 一插片数量相同且一一对应作插接配合。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述左衬板或右衬板由自左至右 排列的多个衬板单元组成, 或者左衬板和右衬板均 ώ自左至右排列的多个衬板单元组 成; 左右相邻接的两个衬板单元之间设有纵向分隔壁, 纵向分隔壁 ώ左纵隔板和右纵隔 板构成, 左纵隔板下边缘通过折痕连接左边的衬板单元的右边缘, 左纵隔板上边缘通过 折痕连接右纵隔板上边缘, 右纵隔板下边缘通过折痕连接右边的衬板单元的左边缘。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述折叠盒盖还包括盒盖加强板, 盒盖加强板通过折痕连接后内侧板下边缘或前内侧板下边缘, 盒盖加强板上与所述纵向 分隔壁对应的部位设有纵向切缝。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述盒盖加强板 自前至后排列 的多个盒盖加强板单元组成; 前后相邻的两个盒盖加强板单元之间设有横向分隔壁, 横 向分隔壁 ώ ϊίί横隔板和后横隔板构成, 前横隔板下边缘通过折痕连接前边的盒盖加强板 单元的后边缘, 前横隔板上边缘通过折痕连接后横隔板上边缘, 后横隔板下边缘通过折 痕连接后边的盒盖加强板单元的前边缘。
10、 根据权利要求 1一 9任一项所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述前侧壁左加强锁 扣板上设置有通过左衬板左前角的第一辅助折痕,后侧壁左加强锁扣板上设置有通过左 衬板左后角的第二辅助折痕,前侧壁右加强锁扣板上设置有通过右衬板右前角的第三辅 助折痕, 后侧壁右加强锁扣板上设置有通过右衬板右后角的第四辅助折痕; 前侧壁左加 强锁扣板上位于第一辅助折痕右侧的部位与前外侧板粘接, 前侧壁右加强锁扣板上位于 第三辅助折痕左侧的部位与前外侧板粘接, 后侧壁左加强锁扣板上位于第二辅助折痕右 侧的部位与后外侧板粘接,后侧壁右加强锁扣板上位于第四辅助折痕左侧的部位与后外 側板粘接。
11、 根据权利要求 1 9任一项所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述前外侧板左端通 过折痕连接有一第一弯折片, 前外侧板右端通过折痕连接有一第二弯折片, 后外侧板左 端通过折痕连接有一第三弯折片, 后外侧板右端通过折痕连接有一第四弯折片。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的折叠盒盖, 其特征是: 所述左外侧板前端通过折痕连 接有一第五弯折片, 第五弯折片下端通过折痕连接第一弯折片下端; 左外侧板后端通过 折痕连接有一第六弯折片, 第六弯折片下端通过折痕连接第三弯折片下端; 右外侧板前 端通过折痕连接有一第七弯折片, 第七弯折片下端通过折痕连接第二弯折片下端; 右外 侧板后端通过折痕连接有一第八弯折片, 第八弯折片下端通过折痕连接第四弯折片下 端。
