Abstract
L'invention concerne des substituts de tabac, notamment des compositions à fumer sans tabac, et est essentiellement destinée à être utilisée avec un narguilé. Le procédé de préparation de composition à fumer sans tabac pour narguilé consiste à préparer au préalable un matériau organique principal, et on utilise en qualité matériau organique principal de charge au moins un type de fruits, tandis que le liant consiste en un mélange de propylène glycol et de glycérine alimentaire dans une proportion de (1 :4) -(4:1); la préparation préalable du matériau organique principal de charge se fait par lyophilisation au cours de laquelle les fruits sont broyés en fraction de 3 à 12 mm, puis congelés dans de l'azote liquide à une température de -40 à -60°C, après quoi on observe un vide pendant 30-40 minutes jusqu'à obtenir le matériau de charge avec une humidité résiduelle de 1-6%; on l'imprègne ensuite du liant selon les proportions suivantes des composants en % en poids dans la composition : 10-55 de matériau organique principal de charge; le reste se composant du liant. Le résultat technique consiste en un procédé de préparation de composition à fumer sans tabac pour narguilé qui permet de ralentir la vitesse de combustion et de réduire les dépenses pour une recharge et d'améliorer sa qualité.
