- 구강 내에 삽입되어 상악잇몸과 하악잇몸의 형태를 채득할 수 있도록 상악 트레이와 하악 트레이로 구성되는 일회용 무치악 트레이에 있어서,상기 상악 트레이(10)는 재단 가능한 합성수지 재질로 인체의 구강과 유사한 형태로 이루어지며 일측이 개방된 바가지 형태를 갖으며 내부에 인상재가 수용되는 수용부(11)와, 외부에 높이와 경사가 입술근육의 움직임을 유도할때 방해가 되지 않는 위치에 형성되고 끝부분이 외측방향으로 돌출된 손잡이(13)가 일체로 형성되고,하악 트레이(20)는 재단 가능한 합성수지 재질로 인체의 구강과 유사한 형태로 이루어지며 일측이 개방된 말굽 형태를 갖으며 내부에 인상재가 수용되는 수용부(21)와, 외부에 높이와 경사가 입술근육의 움직임을 유도할때 방해가 되지 않는 위치에 형성되고 끝부분이 외측방향으로 돌출된 손잡이(23)가 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 일회용 무치악 트레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상악 트레이(10)와 하악 트레이(20)의 수용부(11, 21)에 조직학적, 해부학적으로 압력이 가해지는 부분을 지시한 압력부(12)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 무치악 트레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상악 트레이(10)와 하악 트레이(20)의 하면에는 인상채득시 상악트레이(10)와 하악 트레이(20)의 가압이 변형 없이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 위치를 체크한 가압위치부(14)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 무치악 트레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상악트레이(10)와 하악 트레이(20)의 수용부(11, 21)에 인상재용 접착제(impression material adhesive)를 도포하여 인상재가 자연분리되는 것이 방지되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 무치악 트레이.
- 제1항의 구성으로 제작된 일회용 트레이 중 환자의 구강형태와 가장 유사한 트레이를 선택하여 환자의 구강에 삽입하고 구강내에 맞추어보아 가장자리 길이가 길면 즉석에서 트레이의 가장자리를 잘라 환자의 구강 형태와 유사하게 조절하는 트레이 선택 및 미세조절단계(S1);미세조절된 상악 트레이와 하악 트레이의 수용부에 제1인상재를 주입하고 제1인상재 표면에 제2인상재를 도포한 상태에서 인삭채득하여 얇고 섬세하게 인상채득하는 인상채득단계(S2);환자의 구강형태와 동일하게 인삭채득된 트레이를 이용하여 주모형(master cast)를 제작하는 주모형 제작단계(S3);를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 일회용 무치악 트레이를 이용한 총의치 제작방법.
