[第1実施形態]
===培養装置===
以下、図1乃至図4を参照して、本実施形態における培養装置について説明する。図1は、本実施形態における培養装置を示す斜視図である。図2は、本実施形態における外扉及び内扉が開かれた状態の培養装置を示す斜視図である。図3は、本実施形態における培養装置を示す断面図である。図4は、本実施形態における外扉が省略された状態の培養装置を示す断面図である。図3及び図4は、培養装置100の略中央を通るZY平面に平行な断面から+X方向へ見た状態の培養装置100を示している。
===内箱===
以下、図3、図5及び図6を参照して、本実施形態における内箱について説明する。図5は、本実施形態における外扉及び内扉が省略された状態の培養装置を示す正面図である。図6は、本実施形態における内箱を示す断面図である。尚、図6は、図1における培養装置100の略中央を通るZX平面に平行な断面から+Y方向へ見た状態の内箱20を示している。又、説明の便宜上、内箱20における側板22、23、背板24、底板25、天板26が夫々平面板として示されている。
===内箱の内部===
以下、図4、図5、図6乃至図10を参照して、本実施形態における内箱の内部について説明する。図7は、本実施形態における棚受を示す斜視図である。図8は、本実施形態における棚受を示す正面図である。図9は、本実施形態における棚受を示す側面図である。図10は、本実施形態における棚板が載置されている状態の棚受を示す側面図である。
=棚受=
複数の棚受5、6は、棚板3が載置される。複数の棚受5の棚受51乃至59は夫々、複数の棚受6の棚受61乃至69と対となって棚板3が略水平となるように棚板3を支持する。尚、複数の棚受5の棚受51乃至59は夫々、複数の棚受6の棚受61乃至69と同様な構成であるので、複数の棚受5についてのみ説明し、複数の棚受6についてはその説明を省略する。
図で示すように載置面511は、内箱20の側板23から遠ざかる方向(-X)に進むにつれて底板25に向かって傾斜している。この傾斜している載置面511に棚板3が置かれたとしても、棚板3の自重や後述する棚板の曲部や載置面の曲部の形状からほぼセンタリングされ、載置されている棚板3が水平となるように形成されている。
=突部=
水皿402(図4)を取り出すために、水皿402における開口21Aに近い側(-Y)の端部を、パッキン210の一部2Dよりも垂直方向における高さが高くなるように持ち上げる必要がある。例えば、水皿402に比較的多量の水が貯留されている場合、水皿402の-Y側の端部が急激に持ちあげられたときに、水皿402内の水がこぼれてしまうことがある。尚、パッキン210の一部2Dは、パッキン210における開口21Aの下側の縁に設けられている部分である。
===側板、パッキン===
以下、図18を参照して、本実施形態における側板及びパッキンについて説明する。図18は、本実施形態における培養装置の一部を示す断面図である。尚、図18は、図11における培養装置100の-Y側且つ-X側の一部の詳細と外扉11の一部の詳細と内扉21の一部の詳細とを示している。
===棚板===
以下、図10及び図11を参照して、本実施形態における棚板について説明する。図10は、本実施形態における棚板が載置されている状態の棚受を示す側面図である。図11は、本実施形態における培養装置と棚板とを示す図である。尚、図11は、棚板の平面図を示している。図11は、更に、図5の垂直方向(Z軸)における棚受51、52の間を通り且つXY平面に平行な断面から-Z方向に向かって見た培養装置100を示している。
===棚板の出し入れ===
以下、図2、図10及び図12を参照して、本実施形態における棚板の出し入れについて説明する。図12は、本実施形態における棚板と培養装置とを示す側面図である。尚、説明の便宜上、培養装置100における側板22、12は省略されている。
=棚板が入れられる場合=
外扉11及び内扉21が開かれて、開口21Aを介して内箱20内に棚板3を入れることが可能な状態となる。
=棚板が取り出される場合=
外扉11及び内扉21が開かれて、開口21Aを介して内箱20内の棚板3を取り出すことが可能な状態となる。
[第2実施形態]
本実施形態における培養装置100B(図1)は、複数の棚受5、6における各棚受を棚受501(図13)に変更したものである。培養装置100Bにおける棚受501以外の構成は、培養装置100の構成と同様である。
===棚受===
以下、図13を参照して、本実施形態における棚受について説明する。図13は、本実施形態における棚受を示す正面図である。尚、図8と同様な構成には、同様な符号を付しその説明については省略する。
[第3実施形態]
本実施形態における培養装置100C(図1)は、複数の棚受5、6における各棚受を棚受502(図14)に変更したものである。培養装置100Cにおける棚受502以外の構成は、培養装置100の構成と同様である。
===棚受===
以下、図14を参照して、本実施形態における棚受について説明する。図14は、本実施形態における棚受を示す正面図である。尚、図8と同様な構成には、同様な符号を付しその説明については省略する。

Claims (5)
- 外箱と、前記外箱の内側に配置される金属板からなる内箱と、前記外箱及び前記内箱の前面に形成される開口を開閉する扉と、を有し、前記内箱の内部で被培養体を培養する培養装置において、
前記内箱の両側板は、前記被培養体が載置される棚板の底面の両側部が載置される棚受がプレス加工で形成される隆起部を持つとともに、前記棚板の両側部が幅方向で対向する前記隆起部の面は前記開口の垂直方向に設けたパッキンに対して前記外箱の両側板から遠ざかる方向に位置してプレス加工される
ことを特徴とする培養装置。 - 前記棚板が載置される前記棚受の載置面は、前記内箱の両側板から遠ざかるにつれて前記内箱の底板に向かって傾斜する形状を呈する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の培養装置。 - 前記内箱の両側板は、前記棚板が垂直方向に複数配置されるように、前記棚受がプレス加工で複数形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の培養装置。 - 垂直方向に隣り合う上側の前記棚受と下側の前記棚受との間の距離は、上側の前記棚受が下側の前記棚受に載置されている前記棚板の垂直方向の移動を一定量に制限する距離に設定される
