一种可加热的玻璃复合锅
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锅,尤其涉及一种可加热的玻璃复合锅。
背景技术
现有的锅一般是采用铝合金或者不锈钢制作,常用于日常烧水或煲汤等,但现有的锅在烧水过程中不能透过锅体观察到内部的情况。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,该复合锅能用于加热烧水,还能透过玻璃了解锅内的情况。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,包括采用透明或半透明玻璃制的锅体,锅体底部开口并安装有覆盖开口的金属制的加热板,锅体在开口处向内翻形成一圈围边,围边上至少设置有一圈下凹的填充槽,加热板安装在围边上方并覆盖填充槽,加热板上设置有向下凸出的凸圈与填充槽相配合,凸圈和填充槽之间填充有用于将加热板固定在围边上的粘合剂。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述加热板为不锈钢板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述加热板中部向上凸起形成凸台,凸台下方紧贴加热板设置有导热片,导热片优选为铝片或者铁片。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述导热片外覆盖有不锈钢制的保护板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述填充槽为弧形凹槽或V型凹槽或U型凹槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述粘合剂为硅酮密封胶。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的复合锅锅体采用玻璃制作,既美观又能透过玻璃观察到内部的情况,锅体底部设置有金属制的加热板,能直接放置在炉具上加热,解决了玻璃不能加热的问题,增加了锅的实用性。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
参照图1,本发明提供的一种优选实施例,包括采用透明玻璃制的锅体1,锅体1底部设有开口4,锅体1在开口4处向内翻形成一圈围边5,围边5上方固定安装有不锈钢制的加热板6,加热板6覆盖开口4。
围边5上设置有一圈下凹的填充槽51,填充槽51优选为弧形凹槽。加热板6上靠近边缘处设置有向下凸出的凸圈61,凸圈61可与加热板6一次注模成型,或可在加热板6上冲压而成,凸圈61的形状为弧形,且比填充槽51略小。加热板6安装在围边5上时,凸圈61嵌入到填充槽51内,初步固定加热板6,;凸圈61与填充槽51之间的间隙填充有粘合剂,粘合剂优选为硅酮密封胶,能把不锈钢的加热板6粘紧在玻璃锅体1上,并且防水防漏,无毒环保。
加热板6通过冲压使中部向上凸起形成凸台62,凸台62下方紧贴加热板6设置有导热片7,导热片7优选为铝片。导热片7外覆盖有不锈钢制的保护板8。
实施例二:
本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,锅体1采用半透明玻璃制作,其它与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,围边5上设置有两道填充槽51,且填充槽51的截面形状为U型;加热板6上对应设置有两道凸圈61,其它与实施例一相同。
实施例四:
本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,导热片7为铁片而非铝片,其它与实施例一相同。
本发明的复合锅的锅体1采用玻璃制作,既美观又能透过玻璃观察到锅内的情况;锅体1底部通过卡槽结构和粘合剂固定有金属制的加热板6,使其能够直接放置在炉具上加热,解决了玻璃不能加热的问题,增加了锅的实用性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:包括采用透明或半透明玻璃制的锅体,锅体底部开口并安装有覆盖开口的金属制的加热板,锅体在开口处向内翻形成一圈围边,围边上至少设置有一圈下凹的填充槽,加热板安装在围边上方并覆盖填充槽,加热板上设置有向下凸出的凸圈与填充槽相配合,凸圈和填充槽之间填充有用于将加热板固定在围边上的粘合剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述加热板为不锈钢板。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述加热板中部向上凸起形成凸台,凸台下方紧贴加热板设置有导热片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述导热片为铝片或者铁片。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述导热片外覆盖有不锈钢制的保护板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述填充槽为弧形凹槽或V型凹槽或U型凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可加热的玻璃复合锅,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为硅酮密封胶。
