Abstract
Description
前記住宅内であって、少なくとも前記居室の所定の2か所に設けられた温度センサー(sensor)と、
前記住宅内の所定の位置に設けられた空調装置と、
複数の前記温度センサーが取得した室温データ(data)の平均値である第1平均室温を目標室温にして前記居室以外の部屋に設けられた前記空調装置を制御する制御装置とを備えていることを特徴とする。
実施例1の住宅の室温調整装置を適用した2階建ての住宅は、図1及び図2に示すように、1階に居室として、居間11、食堂12、及び台所13が設けられており、居室以外の部屋として、浴室21、洗面・脱衣室22、便所23、及び玄関24が設けられている。また、この住宅は、2階に居室として3部屋の寝室(主寝室14、子供用寝室15、予備の寝室16)が設けられており、居室以外の部屋として、便所25、廊下26、及び納戸27が設けられている。
実施例2の住宅の室温調整装置は、図5に示すように、室温制御方法が実施例1と相違する。他の構成は、実施例1と同様であり、同一の構成は同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
(1)実施例1及び2では、10部屋の夫々に空調装置及び温度センサーが設けられているが、温度センサーは少なくとも少なくとも居室の所定の2か所に設ければよい。
(2)実施例1及び2では、1階の便所、洗面・脱衣室、及び2階の便所の空調装置を制御したが、居室以外の部屋の少なくとも一部屋の空調装置を制御すればよい。
(3)実施例1及び2において、特定の温度以上、例えば30℃以上の室温データ、及び特定の温度以下、例えば10℃以下の室温データを異常値として削除し、残った室温データの平均値を目標値にしてもよい。
(4)実施例1及び2では、各部屋に一つずつ空調装置と温度センサーとを設けたが、一部屋に複数個の空調装置又は温度センサーを設けてもよい。
(5)実施例2では、第1平均室温との温度差が5℃以上である室温データを異常値としたが、室温データが異常値であると判断する第1平均室温との温度差は5℃に限らない。
(6)実施例1及び2では、住宅の室温調整装置を2階建の住宅に適用したが、2階建に限らず、任意の間取りに適用できる。
(7)実施例1及び2では、空調装置と温度センサーとが別体であるが、空調装置内に温度センサーを組み込み一体にしてもよい。
(8)実施例1及び2では、予備の寝室と2階の廊下に空調装置及び温度センサーが設けられていないが、予備の寝室と2階の廊下に空調装置及び温度センサーを設けてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 居室及びこの居室以外の部屋を有する住宅の室温調整装置であって、
前記住宅内であって、少なくとも前記居室の所定の2か所に設けられた温度センサーと、
前記住宅内の所定の位置に設けられた空調装置と、
複数の前記温度センサーが取得した室温データの平均値である第1平均室温を目標室温にして前記居室以外の部屋に設けられた前記空調装置を制御する制御装置とを備えていることを特徴とする住宅の室温調整装置。 - 前記制御装置は、複数の前記温度センサーが取得した室温データの内、前記第1平均室温に対して設定した温度範囲内の室温データのみの平均値である第2平均室温を前記目標室温にすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の住宅の室温調整装置。
