Abstract

Offenbart wird ein Leistungsmodul (LM) für einen Stromrichter (SR), das aufweist: eine erste Stromschiene (SS11) mit einer ersten (O11) und einer zweiten Oberfläche (O12); einen ersten Halbleiterschalter (T1) auf der ersten Oberfläche (O11) der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) mit einer ersten Oberfläche (O21) mit einem ersten elektrischen Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (C1), der über den Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (C1) mit der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) elektrisch, flächig und mechanisch verbunden ist; einen zweiten Halbleiterschalter (T2) auf der zweiten Oberfläche (O12) der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) mit einer ersten Oberfläche (O31) mit einem ersten elektrischen Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (E2), der über den Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (E2) mit der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) elektrisch, flächig und mechanisch verbunden ist; ein erstes Halbleiterventil (D1) auf der ersten Oberfläche (O11) der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) mit einer ersten Oberfläche (O41) mit einem ersten elektrischen Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (K1), der über den Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (K1) mit der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) elektrisch, flächig und mechanisch verbunden ist; ein zweites Halbleiterventil (D2) auf der zweiten Oberfläche (O12) der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) mit einer ersten Oberfläche (O51) mit einem ersten elektrischen Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (A2), der über den Oberflächenkontaktanschluss (A2) mit der ersten Stromschiene (SS11) elektrisch, flächig und mechanisch verbunden ist.
