1 为玻璃, 2 为隔条, 3 为后腔, 4 为前腔, 5 为转轴, 6 为卷帘, 7 为轴承, 8 为封盖, 9 为齿轮, 10 为同步带, 11 为第一拉绳, 12 为第二拉绳, 13 为固定轮, 14 为内置手动驱动开关, 15 为固定座, 16 为张力弹簧, 17 为外置手动驱动开关, 18 为磁铁, 19 为滚动轴承, 20 为导槽, 21 为限位竖框, 22 为底梁, 23 为缓冲条, 24 为分割柱
本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图 1-4 所示,本发明实施例1所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,包括呈前层、中层、后层布置的三层玻璃 1 ,所述三层玻璃 1 的外边缘之间嵌置有隔条 2 ,所述三层玻璃 1 和隔条 2 之间形成中空的前、后腔 4 、 3 ,所述前腔 4 内设有一组卷帘拉伸机构,所述卷帘拉伸机构包括设于前腔 4 内的转轴 5 ,所述转轴 5 上连接有卷帘 6 ,所述前腔 4 内右侧设有与转轴 5 相连的拉伸机构,所述三层玻璃 1 的后层玻璃的一侧设有外置手动驱动开关 17 ,所述外置手动驱动开关 17 与拉伸机构连接并控制其拉伸。所述卷帘拉伸机构通过齿轮 9 与拉伸机构连接,所述齿轮 9 设于对应于所述拉伸机构处的转轴 5 的外表面。通过前腔内设置卷帘的设计,能够有效阻隔阳光,而后腔能够再次阻隔前腔向室内传递热量,解决了二次传导的问题,具有很好的隔热,隔音、保温和节能效果;通过齿轮和拉伸机构连接的设计,能够在卷帘向上拉伸的过程越来越省力,延长其使用寿命。
所述外置手动驱动开关 17 通过内置手动驱动开关 14 与拉伸机构连接,,所述内置手动驱动 4 开关设于与外置驱动开关 17 相对应的位置;所述外置驱动开关 17 和内置驱动开关 14 通过相对一面相互配合的磁铁 18 相连接,所述外置驱动开关 17 和内置驱动开关 14 通过相对一面上的磁铁 18 均为顺序连接的三块磁铁 18 。所述外置驱动开关 17 和内置驱动开关 14 相对一面还均设有两组滚动轴承 19 ,所述两组滚动轴承分别连接在磁铁 19 的两端。采用磁铁驱动方式,驱动方便,结构简单,行程短;并且能够有效地将磁力从后腔传递至前腔,顺利,简单地拉动卷帘。
所述拉伸机构包括同步带 10 、第一、二拉绳 11 、 12 和固定轮 13 ,所述第一、二拉伸绳 11 、 12 的一端分别与所述内置驱动开关 14 的上、下两端通过张力弹簧 16 相连,所述固定轮 13 固定于前腔 4 内底部的固定座 15 上,所述第二拉绳 12 的另一端通过固定轮 13 与同步带 10 的一端相连,所述同步带 10 的另一端通过齿轮 9 与第一拉绳 11 的另一端相连。该同步带的设计能够降低磨损,提供该三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃的整体使用寿命。
所述框体和三层玻璃 1 之间还设有用于卡装三层玻璃 1 的隔条 2 ,所述隔条 2 为铝隔条。
所述位于三层玻璃 1 的前层玻璃的隔条上 2 设有与卷帘 6 相适配的导轨,能够将卷帘卡住,使卷帘能够更为有效地遮光。
所述三层玻璃 1 的后层玻璃的一侧导槽 20 ,所述外置驱动开关的一侧还设有限位块,所述限位块设于导槽 20 内,从而能够更为自如地驱动控制外置手动开关。
所述三层玻璃 1 的中层玻璃一侧还设有限位竖框 21 ,所述内置驱动开关 14 设于限位竖框 21 内,从而能够更为自如地驱动控制内置手动开关。
所述卷帘 6 的底部设有底梁 22 ,所述底梁 22 的底部嵌置有缓冲条 23 ,卷帘底部底梁和缓冲条的设计能够防止拉伸卷帘过快的磨损,延长其使用时间。所述后腔 3 底部设有塑料插脚,该插脚为塑料插脚。
所述三层玻璃 1 的内层玻璃的厚度为 ≤ 5mm 。
所述顶腔内设有第二组卷帘拉伸机构。
实施例2
如图 5-7所示,本发明实施例 2 所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,与实施例 1 不同为,所述顶腔内还设有第二组卷帘拉伸机构,所述卷帘拉伸机构的结构与实施例 1 中的卷帘拉伸机构相同,所述第二组卷帘拉伸机构对应的拉伸系统设置在顶腔内的右端,所述两组卷帘拉伸系统之间设有横向布置的分割柱 24 ,该分割柱 24 位于卷帘 6 引出处。
使用时,将该三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃的前腔置于朝向室外的一面,后腔置于朝向室内的一面,前腔内设置卷帘,能够有效阻隔阳光,而后腔能够再次阻隔前腔向室内传递热量,解决了二次传导的问题,具有很好的隔热,隔音、保温和节能效果;通过齿轮和拉伸机构连接,以及磁力驱动开关的设计,能够在卷帘向上拉伸的过程越来越省力,延长其使用寿命。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,包括呈前层、中层、后层布置的三层玻璃,所述三层玻璃的外边缘之间嵌置有隔条,所述三层玻璃和隔条之间形成中空的前、后腔,其特征在于,所述前腔内设有一组卷帘拉伸机构,所述卷帘拉伸机构包括设于前腔内的转轴,所述转轴上连接有卷帘,所述前腔内一侧设有与转轴相连的拉伸机构,所述三层玻璃的后层玻璃的一侧设有外置手动驱动开关,所述外置手动驱动开关与拉伸机构连接并控制其拉伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述卷帘拉伸机构通过齿轮与拉伸机构连接,所述齿轮设于对应于所述拉伸机构处的转轴的外表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述外置手动驱动开关通过内置手动驱动开关与拉伸机构连接,所述内置手动驱动开关设于与外置驱动开关相对应的位置;所述外置驱动开关和内置驱动开关通过相对一面相互配合的磁铁相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述外置驱动开关和内置驱动开关相对一面还均设有两组滚动轴承,所述两组滚动轴承分别连接在磁铁的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述拉伸机构包括同步带、第一、二拉绳和固定轮,所述第一、二拉伸绳的一端分别与所述内置驱动开关的上、下两端相连,所述固定轮固定于前腔内底部,所述第二拉绳的另一端通过固定轮与同步带的一端相连,所述同步带的另一端通过齿轮与第一拉绳的另一端相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述顶腔内设有第二组卷帘拉伸机构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述位于三层玻璃的后层玻璃的隔条上设有与卷帘相适配的导轨。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述三层玻璃的后层玻璃的一侧导槽,所述外置驱动开关的一侧还设有限位块,所述限位块设于导槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述三层玻璃的中层玻璃一侧还设有限位竖框,所述内置驱动开关设于限位竖框内。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述卷帘的底部设有底梁,所述底梁的底部嵌置有缓冲条。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述转轴通的两端通过轴承卡装在前腔顶部两端。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃,其特征在于,所述三层玻璃的内层玻璃的厚度为≤5mm。
