本实用新型涉及一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，它包括前、中、后布置的三层玻璃1，三层玻璃1的外边缘之间嵌置有隔条2，三层玻璃1与隔条2之间形成后腔3和前腔4两个中空的腔体，所述前腔4内设置有一组卷帘拉伸装系统，该卷帘拉伸系统包括位于前腔4顶部设的转轴5，所述转轴5上卷设有卷帘6，所述转轴5的两端通过轴承7架设于前腔4顶部两端，所述前腔4内的右端设置有拉伸机构。该三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃具有隔热效果较好，使用寿命较高，驱动方便的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，属于建筑领域。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高，对于自身的住宅条件也提出了更高的要求。为了解决房屋内采光问题，节约室内空间以及美观性问题，开发出一种内置卷帘玻璃。在目前市场中，已存在各种的内置卷帘玻璃产品，对于卷帘的控制，有两种基本控制方式：电机直接控制和磁铁不接触传动控制两类，在现有的技术中，如中国专利申请号200510065390.1，名称为《一类用于中空玻璃内滚动卷帘的制作方法》，中国专利申请号03205764.4，名称为《内置可调薄膜中空玻璃》，以及中国专利申请号03144041.X，名称为《内置可调薄膜中空玻璃的制作方法及传动结构》，介绍了一类在中空玻璃内设置磁控卷帘的基本结构，从实用效果来看，这类结构存在一些缺陷，如外置磁传动件尽管是固定在中空玻璃外指定的地方，但外形体积需占用一定的空间，当采用手驱动结构使用时，在安装和使用时有一些不方便，例如安装在推拉窗或推拉门时，会影响到这些窗、门的正常使用。为避免这一问题，在中国专利申请200810122157.6，名称为《带窗帘的夹层玻璃》，提出一种采用磁滑块控制的夹层玻璃卷帘结构。从实用的角度来看，这种结构有可能存在两点不足，一是卷帘轴内部采用弹簧复位，二是在工作时磁滑块传动件工作行程太长。而且传统的内置百叶玻璃由于是双玻单腔的，在隔热性能方便效果较差，为此，有必要发展一种隔热效果较好，结构简单，驱动方便的内置卷帘玻璃。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种隔热效果较好，使用寿命较高，驱动方便的三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型由于内置手柄、外置手柄的磁性驱动，驱动方便，同步带的设计降低磨损，提高整体使用寿命。三玻两腔的设计使得前腔能够有效阻隔阳光，后腔能够再次阻隔前腔向室内热量的传递。该三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃具有隔热效果较好，使用寿命较高，驱动方便的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例一、参见图1~图5，本实用新型涉及的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，它包括前、中、后布置的三层玻璃1，三层玻璃1的外边缘之间嵌置有隔条2，所述隔条2为铝隔条，三层玻璃1与隔条2之间形成后腔3和前腔4两个中空的腔体，所述前腔4内设置有一组卷帘拉伸装系统，该卷帘拉伸系统包括位于前腔4顶部设的转轴5，所述转轴5上卷设有卷帘6，所述转轴5的两端通过轴承7架设于前腔4顶部两端的封盖8上，所述前腔4内的右端设置有竖向布置的拉伸机构，对应拉伸机构处的转轴5外表面设置有齿轮9，所述拉伸机构包括同步带10、第一拉绳11、第二拉绳12、固定轮13以及内置手柄14，所述内置手柄14的上下两端分别与第一拉绳11和第二拉绳12的一端相连，所述固定轮13固定于前腔4内的底部的一个固定座15上，所述第二拉绳12的另一端绕过固定轮13与同步带10的一端相连，所述同步带10的另一端绕过齿轮9与第一拉绳11的另一端相连，所述内置手柄14的上下两端与第一拉绳11或者第二拉绳12之间连接有张力弹簧16，后方的一块玻璃1的后侧设置有外置手柄17，所述外置手柄17的位置与内置手柄14的位置相互对应，所述外置手柄17与内置手柄14相对的一面设置有相互配合的三块磁铁18，所述外置手柄17和内置手柄14相对的一面均还设有两组滚动轴承19，两组滚动轴承19分别设置于磁铁18的上方以及下方，后方的一块玻璃1的后侧还设置有竖向布置的导槽20，外置手柄17的右侧边设置有一个限位块，该限位块嵌置于导槽20内。中间的一块玻璃1的右侧设置有一个限位竖框21，内置手柄14设置于限位竖框21内，限位竖框21可以防止内置手柄14在竖向移动时的侧移。所述卷帘6的底部设有底梁22，所述底梁22的底部嵌置有缓冲条23。所述外腔4内的底部左右均设置有插脚，该插脚为塑料插脚。
实施例二、参见图6~图8，实施例二与实施例一的区别在于：所述前腔4内还设置有第二组卷帘拉伸装系统，第二组组卷帘拉伸系统的结构与上述的一组卷帘拉伸装系统相同，第二组卷帘拉伸装系统对应的拉伸机构与齿轮设置于前腔4内的右端，两组卷帘拉伸系统的之间设置有横向布置的分割柱24，该分割柱24位于卷帘引出处。

Claims (6)

1.一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，它包括前、中、后布置的三层玻璃1，三层玻璃1的外边缘之间嵌置有隔条2，三层玻璃1与隔条2之间形成后腔3和前腔4两个中空的腔体，所述前腔4内设置有一组卷帘拉伸装系统，该卷帘拉伸系统包括位于前腔4顶部设的转轴5，所述转轴5上卷设有卷帘6，所述转轴5的两端通过轴承7架设于前腔4顶部两端，所述前腔4内的右端设置有拉伸机构，对应拉伸机构处的转轴5外表面设置有齿轮9，所述拉伸机构包括同步带10、第一拉绳11、第二拉绳12、固定轮13以及内置手柄14，所述内置手柄14的上下两端分别与第一拉绳11和第二拉绳12的一端相连，所述固定轮13固定于前腔4内的底部，所述第二拉绳12的另一端绕过固定轮13与同步带10的一端相连，所述同步带10的另一端绕过主动齿轮与第一拉绳11的另一端相连，后方的一块玻璃1的后侧设置有外置手柄17，所述外置手柄17的位置与内置手柄14的位置相互对应，所述外置手柄17与内置手柄14相对的一面设置有相互配合的磁铁18。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，其特征在于所述前腔4内还设置有第二组卷帘拉伸装系统。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，其特征在于所述外置手柄17和内置手柄14相对的一面均还设有两组滚动轴承19。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，其特征在于后方的一块玻璃1的后侧还设置有竖向布置的导槽20，外置手柄17的右侧边设置有一个限位块，该限位块嵌置于导槽20内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，其特征在于中间的一块玻璃1的右侧设置有一个限位竖框21，内置手柄14设置于限位竖框21内。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种三玻两腔内置卷帘玻璃，其特征在于所述卷帘6的底部设有底梁22，所述底梁22的底部嵌置有缓冲条23。
