Description

运动用品握把带 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种运动用品握把带,特别是指一种无溶剂环保握把带产品,可保护使用者不受溶剂侵害,同时可确保握把带实用功效。
背景技术
常见的运动用品握把带,使用时缠绕在网球拍、羽球拍及高尔夫球杆握把以及自行车手把的握把上,其基本功能就是提供使用者在握持这些运动用品时,可以提高握持的控制度,就是防滑,再来就是提供柔软舒适的握感,另外可以吸收击球的震动,早期以动物皮革来包覆,近年则以多种材质复合贴附构成,例如以人造皮革贴合PU泡棉为最常见。
如中国台湾实用新型专利第092217262号“握把带”,其是采用一片状基材,其上散布有多个穿通两个侧面的穿孔;该基材的材质为第一材料,该第一材料为EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate),属于高分子化合物,为矩阵状排列纵横交错经线及纬线所构成的芯网,该芯网的各网目分别对应该基材的穿孔;渗附材,覆盖该基材的至少一个侧面并渗填该等穿孔;该渗附材的材质为第二材料,该第二材料为PU(Polyurethane),亦属于高分子化合物,且不同于该第一材料,该渗附材仅覆盖该片状基材的单一侧面,该片状基材未受该渗附材覆盖的侧面另外贴合有片状不织布底材,其能在良好地保有两种材料物性的前提下具有较薄的厚度,而且其所使用的原料体积较少,可降低生产成本,同时,前述两种材料间的接合结构较为紧密。
另按,现有握把带如中国台湾第092222325号实用新型专利所揭露的“球拍之握把带改良”,其是由至少二种以上不同性质的带体所组成的握把带,其中一种带体为聚胺聚甲酸脂类合成的人造皮,人造皮底面具有不织布层,另一种带体为棉质制品的布料,将人造皮的带体与棉质制的带体相结合;据此,以人造皮的带体具有粘、涩、耐磨的特性,以棉制的带体具有柔软、吸汗、触感佳的特性,使多种特性集于握把带上。
技术问题
上述所揭结构中,前者是将EVA材质的矩阵状排列纵横交错经线及纬线所构成的芯网作为片状基材,再以PU渗附材覆盖该片状基材的单一侧面,该片状基材未受该渗附材覆盖的侧面另外贴合有一层片状不织布底材,此握把带在贴附不织布底材时须使用有机溶剂清除贴附双方的贴附面,以确保贴附粘着的表面不受污染,可以得到最佳粘着效果,后者人造皮的带体与棉质制的带体相结合时一样需要使用有机溶剂,整体加工时间耗费时间且不环保。
技术解决方案
针对前述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种具实用创新的运动用品握把带,可以减少或取消有机溶剂的使用,以保护使用者不受有机溶剂侵害。
有鉴于此,本发明所采用的主要技术方案是:
一种运动用品握把带,其为一块片状纤维布,基本是由高熔点短纤维与低熔点短纤维交错熔喷制成的预定厚度的不织布基础层所直接构成的,所形成的握把带为无溶剂的环保产品,利用高熔点短纤维密布于握把带表面形成粗糙的防滑握持表面,低熔点短纤维则提供柔软的弹性与吸震功能。
并可视功能需求,利用加热使握把带中的低熔点短纤维部分熔融而与同系列材质的机能性布层粘着,不需使用有机溶剂来完成贴合,例如由相同聚酯系的高分子化学材料或是生物可分解材料制成,可以使用不织布基础层贴附一层透气布层,之后再经由加热使不织布基础层中部分低熔点的短纤维熔融而与透气布层粘着形成具有进一步透气功能的握把带,握把带与透气布层都使用相同的可回收材料,利用加热使两者粘着,不需使用有机溶剂来完成贴合,即可制成无溶剂环保又具有透气功能的握把带;握把带除了提供运动用品握把带防滑、吸震及弹性结构,因为两种纤维喷熔在一起,两种纤维交相穿插,所以具有抗拉伸功效。
外加的透气布层除了提供透气效果之外,另外可以使用吸湿材料处理之后让透气布层具有吸湿效果;透气布层也可利用不织布基础层本身具有摸起来有点粘性但又不粘手的材料特性,让使用者在缠绕运动器具的握把时利用该特性及握把带张力就可以贴附在握把上而不需在全部握把布的内层里都加贴自粘胶带只需在末端固定即可,就可以跟握把粘着贴附;另外可以在透气布层或自粘性不织布上事先压出固定间隔的横断凹沟,可以让使用者利用凹沟将握把带在预设的长度撕断,不需使用剪刀或裁刀,也可以在握把带上压上防滑颗粒或纹路,增加握持防滑效果,提高使用者运用的方便性。
有益效果
本发明有益效果之一是:所述运动用品握把带是由不同熔点的短纤维交错混成熔喷制成的预定厚度的不织布基础层所直接构成的,无须使用溶剂,不需粘胶粘着,达到了极佳的创新性及实用便利性。
本发明有益效果之二是:所述运动用品握把带利用加热使不织布基础层中部分低熔点低短纤维熔融而与同系列材质的机能性布层结合形成具有特定机能的握把带,不需粘胶粘着,所以不需使用有机溶剂,让制造者与使用者都不会受到溶剂污染,具有保护环境的功效。
本发明有益效果之三是:所述运动用品握把带的不织布基础层与机能性布层都使用相同的可回收材料,利用加热使两者粘着,没有使用有机溶剂,产品不会变质,因此在使用过后的产品也可以回收,进一步确保不造成环境的危害

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参照图1和图2,为本发明第一实施例,握把带10为片状纤维布,是由高熔点短纤维13与低熔点短纤维12交错熔喷制成预定厚度的不织布基础层11所直接构成,所形成的握把带10为无溶剂的环保产品,利用高熔点短纤维13密布于握把带10表面形成粗糙的防滑握持表面,低熔点短纤维12则提供柔软的弹性与吸震功能。
握把带10可为不织布基础层11,是由不同熔点的短纤维交错混成熔喷制成预定厚度的不织布层,如图3及图4所示,为本发明第二实施例,不织布基础层11贴附一层透气布层14,经由加热使不织布基础层11中部分低熔点短纤维12熔融而与透气布层13熔合形成具有透气功能的握把带10。
而本发明所提供的握把带10,其中透气布层14 也可利用不织布基础层11本身具有摸起来有点粘性但又不粘手的材料特性,让使用者在缠绕运动器具的握把时利用该特性及握把带10张力就可以贴附在握把上,而不需如现有握把带内层加贴自粘胶带,仅需如同现有握把带于末端固定即可,减少自粘胶带的使用,也是本发明另一环保功效。
另外可以如图7所示,在透气布层14或自粘性不织布上事先压出固定间隔的横断凹沟15,可以让使用者利用凹沟15将握把带在预设的长度撕断,不需使用剪刀或裁刀,提高使用者运用的方便性,图8及图9所示,为握把带上压上防滑颗粒(图8)或凹纹(图9),增加握持防滑效果。
为供进一步了解本发明的构造特征、运用技术手段及所预期达成的功效,兹将本发明使用方式加以叙述如下:
本发明握把带10可由一层不织布基础层11单独使用于缠绕在球拍20及高尔夫球杆30握把以及自行车的手把等运动器具用品的握把上,或与机能性布层结合,不织布基础层11与机能性布层都由相同系列的高分子化学材料或是生物可分解材料或是可堆肥材料制成,例如PET聚酯和聚酯系弹性体、 NYLON聚酰胺和聚酰胺系弹性体、RUBBER 橡胶系列弹性体(SBS-OE、SBS-NOE、SIS、SEBS)、或PE聚酰烃和TPE 聚酰烃系弹性体。
握把带10的不织布基础层11是由不同熔点的短纤维交错混成熔喷制成预定厚度的不织布层,不织布基础层11可以与具有透气功能的透气布层14经由加热使不织布基础层11中部分低熔点低短纤维12熔融而与同系列材质的透气布层14结合,形成具有透气功能的握把带10,不织布基础层11与透气布层14都使用上述相同的可回收材料,利用加热使两者粘着,不需使用有机溶剂来完成贴合,即可制成无溶剂环保的握把带10。
而上述透气布层14也可利用不织布基础层11 是由不同熔点的短纤维交错混成熔喷制成预定厚度的不织布层,其本身具有摸起来有点粘性但又不粘手的材料特性,让使用者在缠绕运动器具的握把时利用该特性及握把带张力就可以直接与球拍20及高尔夫球杆30握把缠绕粘贴,不需再使用双面胶带等介质来协助握把带与握把贴合。
本发明以加热取代胶合的工作程序,降低人工涂胶的成本,也免除有机溶剂的使用,例如不织布基础层11与上透气布层14都由相同聚酯系的高分子化学材料或是生物可分解材料或是可堆肥材料制成,因为不织布基础层11是由不同熔点的短纤维交错混成熔喷制成,提供握把带10基础的韧性及弹性结构,让握把带10具有抗拉伸以及吸震功效,透气布层14除了提供透气效果之外,另外可以加上吸湿效果,达到极佳创新性及实用便利性者。
其中,单一的不织布基础层11或透气布层14都控制其厚度在0.2mm~1.2mm之间,让整体握把带10厚度与天然皮革接近,如图5及图6所示,缠绕在网球拍、羽球拍及高尔夫球杆握把上,也可以缠绕于自行车手把的握把上,甚至钓竿的握把或是登山杖等任何手持部份需要止滑特性的用品上,让使用者的握持手感得以精确控制握把。
综合上述,本发明所揭露的运动用品握把带,是提供一种单一的不织布基础层11的握把带,或是与具有机能性的布层例如透气布层14,经由加热使不织布基础层11中部分熔点低的短纤熔融而与透气布层14结合形成具有透气机能的握把带10,无需使用有机溶剂贴合,环保且实际具有其实用功效,使整体确具产业实用性及创新效益,且其构成结构又未曾见于诸书刊或公开使用,诚符合发明专利申请要件,恳请钧局明鉴,早日准予专利,至为感祷。
需陈明者,以上所述乃是本发明的具体实施例及所运用的技术原理,若依本发明的构想所作的改变,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的范围内,合予陈明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运动用品握把带,其特征在于:为一块片状纤维布,基本是由高熔点短纤维与低熔点短纤维交错形成的预定厚度的不织布基础层所直接构成的。
  2. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层结合有透气布层,二者是借助加热结合的。
  3. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层为聚酯和聚酯系弹性体材质制成的。
  4. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层为聚酰胺和聚酰胺系弹性体材质制成的。
  5. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层为橡胶系列弹性体材质制成的。
  6. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层为聚酰烃和聚酰烃系弹性体制成的。
  7. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层的厚度为0.4mm至1.2mm。
  8. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层于表面适当间距压有凹纹以方便撕断。
  9. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层于表面压有凸粒以防滑。
  10. 依据权利要求1所述的运动用品握把带,其特征在于:所述不织布基础层于表面压有凹纹以增加摩擦系数。
