技术领域
本专利发明涉及背衬载体(backing carrier)和防滑层的合成,背衬载体和防滑层使用粘合剂层一起形成单独/联合应用在曲棍球棍击球板(hockey stick blade)的正手和反手侧上的多层防滑紧凑结构。由于上述原因,本发明的主题属于体育比赛和娱乐的领域,尤其是使用曲棍球棍、冰球或球的团体比赛。
背景技术

从该技术直至目前的技术方案也是已知的,其中,通过应用具有不同坚硬颗粒含量的粘合剂层来提供曲棍球棍表面的粗糙化,例如在加拿大专利申请CA 984420和公开的国际专利申请WO 96/09096中所描述,也可以通过喷涂生成该粘合剂层。

发明人的工作目的是设计一种用于覆盖曲棍球棍击球板的条带或贴条,该条带或贴条将提供防滑效果,会是永久的、轻薄的,并且结果由单独/联合应用在曲棍球棍击球板的正手和反手侧上的背衬载体、防滑层和多层防滑紧凑结构所表现。根据本发明的所得产品应该是耐热的、防水的,以使得仅附着少量的冰或雪,并且粘合剂也不会在曲棍球棍上留下任何残留物,即使有物体落于曲棍球棍,但是也可以容易地拆卸和更换该曲棍球棍。这种复合的技术方案消除了以上在背景技术段落中提到的技术方案的缺点。
发明内容

从商业角度来看,曲棍球棍击球板上的防滑层的背衬载体的第二树脂/胶层可以是透明的,目的是为了可见放置在该层下的广告,也可能是第一层下的广告。
该半成品是防滑层的非常合适的载体,如果将粗化颗粒应用于该半成品,则该半成品可能是成品。

Claims (16)

1.一种单独/联合应用在曲棍球棍击球板的正手和反手侧上的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述多层防滑紧凑结构由背衬载体(A)和应用在所述背衬载体(A)上的防滑层(B)组成,
其中,所述背衬载体(A)由厚度最大0.3mm、抗张强度最小400N且重量最大130g/m2的第一层形成;在所述第一层上,应用第二树脂或胶层(3),所述第二树脂或胶层(3)厚度最大0.1mm,包含聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、有机树脂或合适的聚合物或它们的组合;并且
所述防滑层(B)由厚度最大0.1mm以及重量最大250g/m2的第三树脂层(5)形成,所述第三树脂层(5)包含环氧化物和/或苯酚或聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述第一层的厚度为0.04mm至0.3mm,所述第一层的重量为70至130g/m2,并且所述第三树脂层(5)的重量最大100g/m2
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述第二树脂或胶层(3)应用在所述第一层的两侧上,这意指从正侧和背侧。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述背衬载体(A)的第一层由聚合物的塑料膜(1)形成,或者由包含棉的纤维、人造丝、玻璃纤维或塑料纤维、优选聚酯、或它们的组合的网状结构(2)形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,纤维的网状结构(2)具有防水或疏水性浸渍和/或热处理,以实现尺寸稳定。

7.根据权利要求4所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,纤维的网状结构(2)的经线和纬线的线数(每1cm)为15至45。
8.根据权利要求4所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,纤维的网状结构(2)的经线和纬线的TEX为15至50。
9.根据权利要求4所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,纤维的网状结构(2)是平针织法,并且经线和纬线的线数(每1cm)为15至45,并且经线和纬线的TEX为15到50。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,纤维的网状结构(2)的捻度(每1m)最大500。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述塑料膜(1)的相对于聚合物的背侧或所述网状结构(2)的相对于纤维的背侧具有热阻为-15℃至+40℃的粘合剂层(4)。
12.根据权利要求1所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述第二树脂或胶层(3)是透明的。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述第三树脂层(5)包含覆盖所述第三树脂层(5)的表面最大50%的粗化颗粒(6)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述粗化颗粒(6)的最大尺寸为200微米,并且重量为5g/m2至40g/m2
15.根据权利要求1或2以及13或14所述的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述第三树脂层(5)涂覆有合成的耐磨层(7)。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的单独/联合应用在曲棍球棍击球板的正手和/或反手侧上的多层防滑紧凑结构,其特征在于,所述背衬载体(A)和应用在所述背衬载体(A)上的树脂的防滑层(B)具有条带或贴片的形状。
