在本实施例, 支撑架 4是枢设于跑步台 2的外侧, 但在本发明其他的实 施例, 支撑架 4也可以枢设于跑步台 2的内侧。
定位装置 6的主要元件包含控制组件 62以及滑杆 64, 其中滑杆 64连接支 撑架 4, 控制组件 62用于锁住或释放滑杆 64。 如图 1所示, 当控制组件 62锁 住滑杆 64在第一位置, 支撑架 4无法旋转; 如图 8所示, 当控制组件 62释放 滑杆 64 , 则支撑架 4可以轴 22为中心旋转而收折至收纳位置, 并带动滑杆 64 移动至第二位置。 关于以上各元件的构造与操作, 详细说明如下。
请参见图 2A至图 2C, 其显示根据本发明较佳实施例的控制组件 62以及 滑杆 64 , 其中图 2A为组装图, 图 2B为分解图, 图 2C为剖开示意图。 如图, 控制组件 62的主要元件有外管 620、固定件 621、扭力弹簧 622、扭力弹簧 623。 滑杆 64的主要元件是杆体 640。
其中, 部分的杆体 640、 扭力弹簧 622、 扭力弹簧 623设置于外管 620内。 外管 620具有开口 6202, 部分的固定件 621穿过开口 6202 , 与杆体 640接触。 滑杆 64的杆体 640穿过扭力弹簧 622和扭力弹簧 623, 扭力弹簧 622的一端与 外管 620的内壁固定, 另一端与固定件 621固定, 如此可提供固定件 621在 xz 平面上顺时针旋转的扭力, 使得固定件 621下压锁住杆体 640。 同理, 扭力 弹簧 623的一端与外管 620的内壁固定, 另一端与固定件 621固定, 如此可提 供固定件 621在 xz平面上顺时针旋转的扭力, 使得固定件 621下压锁住杆体 640。 当固定件 621下压抵住杆体 640, 杆体 640无法移动。 如果固定件 621被 施力往上离开杆体 640, 则杆体 640可以在外管 620内移动。 在本发明其他实 施例, 扭力弹簧的数量可以是单个。
根据本发明实施例, 外管 620与跑步台 2固定, 以及滑杆 64的一端固定 及 /或枢设于支撑架 4。 借此, 当固定件 621下压抵住滑杆 64 , 则支撑架 4无 法被旋转; 当固定件 621离开滑杆 64 , 则支撑架 4可旋转, 并带动滑杆 64移 动。 说明如下。
为了使得滑杆 64的一端固定及 /或枢设于支撑架, 滑杆 64可再包含 U型 件 641、 螺母 642。 为了使外管 620与跑步台 2固定, 控制组件 62可再包含圆 柱 624。 为了限制杆体 640的移动距离, 滑杆 64可再包含螺母 643和螺帽 644。
图 3A和图 3B分别显示根据本发明实施例, 支撑架 4无法被旋转, 而滑杆 64位于第一位置的局部放大图以及从跑步机底部视角的局部放大图。 参见 图 2A至图 2C和图 3A至图 3B, 杆体 640的一端具有螺紋 6402, U型件 641的底面 6411的孔 6413具有对应的螺纹, 使得杆体 640的一端与螺母 642和 U型件 641 固定。 杆体 640的另一端具有螺纹 6404 , 使得杆体 640的另一端与螺母 643和 螺帽 644固定。
此外, U型件 641的两侧面 6412各具有轴孔 6414, 支撑架 4可再包含角体 44 , 角体 44固定于支撑架 4 , 且角体 44的轴 440对应 U型件 641的轴孔 6414 , 使得 U型件 641, 亦即滑杆 64的一端, 可枢设于支撑架 4的角体 44。 此外, 外 管 620可利用圓柱 624与跑步台 2固定。 如图 3A所示, 当固定件 621下压抵住 杆体 640, 使得滑杆 64无法移动, 则支撑架 4无法以轴 22为中心旋转, 此时 滑杆 64的位置定义为第一位置。
为了使固定件 621离开滑杆 64, 必须施力抵消扭力弹簧 622/623所施加 的力。如图 3A和图 3B所示, 定位装置 6可再包含操作组件 66,其包含把手 662 以及线材 664。 线材 664的一端连接把手 662, 另一端连接固定件 621。 线材 664可以是但不限于钢索。
图 4显示根据本发明较佳实施例跑步机的底部视图。 如图 4所示, 在本 较佳实施例, 支撑架 4可具有第一立管 42A和第二立管 42B。 而跑步机可具有 两个定位装置 6/6,, 分别设于跑步台 2两侧下方。 定位装置 6, 和定位装置 6 具有相同的结构, 而前述的 4巴手 662可连接线材 664和 664,, 以分别、 同时 W 操作定位装置 6和定位装置 6,。 在本发明另一个实施例, 定位装置 6' 和线 材 664, 可以省略。
图 5和图 6显示根据本发明实施例跑步机定位装置的操作情形。 如图 5所 示, 当使用者扳动把手 662, 则线材 664会拉动固定件 621 , 使得固定件 621 以如图 6所示的箭头方向离开滑杆 64 , 滑杆 64因此可在外管 620内移动。 如 图 6所示, 此时与滑杆 64连接的支撑架 4 , 不再受滑杆 64的羁絆, 可以轴 22 为中心旋转, 收折至收纳位置
图 7显示根据本发明实施例跑步机收折至收纳位置的局部放大图。 支撑 架 4收折至收纳位置, 通过角体 44, 带动滑杆 64移动至如图的位置, 此时的 位置定义为第二位置。 螺母 643和螺帽 644可用于限制滑杆 64移动的距离, 或提供移动距离的上限值。
图 8显示根据本发明实施例跑步机收折至收纳位置的立体图。 在本实施 例, 跑步机还可具有操作台 8以及收折装置 81, 操作台 8连接支撑架 4, 收折 装置 81用于收折操作台 8。 而在一个实施例中, 跑步机可不具有操作台 8以 及收折装置 81。 此外, 本实施例并未限制收折装置 81的细节, 例如, 其可 为申请人任何其他发明的定位装置。例如, 中国台湾专利 M432443,题为 "跑 步机立架定位装置" 所揭露的定位装置。 该专利的说明书并入本文, 视为 本案说明书的一部分。
图 9显示根据本发明实施例跑步机收折至收纳位置的底部视角立体图。 如图 9所示, 在本较佳实施例, 使用者扳动把手 662, 可同时控制定位装置 6 与定位装置 6,, 使滑杆 64与滑杆 64, 同时移动至第二位置。
图 10A至图 10C显示根据本发明另一个实施例折叠式跑步机的操作组 件。 如图 10A所示, 本实施例与前述实施例的差别在于, 操作组件 66的把手 662被拉销 668取代, 此外, 操作组件 66还包含外壳 669、 滑座 667, 和弹簧 665。 滑座 667设置于外壳 669内, 并可在外壳 669内移动。 拉销 668的一端穿 过外壳 669的开口 669a并与滑座 667以及弹簧 665的一端固定。 线材 664和线 材 664, 的一端连接滑座 667, 另一端连接固定件 621。 如图 10B所示, 当使 用者拉动拉销 668, 拉销 668带动线材 664和线材 664,, 而释放定位装置 6和 定位装置 6' 的滑杆 64/64'。 如图 10C所示, 使用者可转动拉销 668, 使拉销 668的杆 668a抵靠在外壳 669的开口 669a, 以避免拉销 668受弹簧 665的力而 回到图 1 OA的位置。
本发明所揭露的折叠式跑步机, 不仅收折后的体积小, 收折方法也更 方便、 迅速。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明做任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明, 任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内, 当可 利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例, 但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施 例所做的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范 围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于包含:
跑步台, 供使用者跑步或走路;
支撑架, 枢设于该跑步台; 以及
第一定位装置, 包含控制组件以及滑杆, 该滑杆的一端连接该支撑架, 该控制组件用于锁住或释放该滑杆, 当该控制组件锁住该滑杆于第一位置, 该支撑架无法旋转; 当控制组件释放该滑杆, 则该支撑架能够旋转而收折 至收纳位置, 并带动该滑杆移动至第二位置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该滑杆的一 端枢设于该支撑架。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该支撑架与 角体固定, 而该滑杆的一端枢设于该角体的轴。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该控制组件 包含-.
外管, 其管壁具有开口, 部分的该滑杆设置于该外管内;
固定件, 部分的该固定件穿过该开口与该滑杆接触; 以及
至少一个扭力弹簧, 套设该滑杆, 其一端固定于该外管的内壁, 另一 端固定于该固定件, 借此提供扭力, 使该固定件下压锁住该滑杆。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该至少一个 扭力弹簧的数量为两个, 分别设置于该外管内以及该固定件的两侧。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该滑杆的一 端枢设于该支撑架, 另一端包含螺帽, 以限制该滑杆的移动距离。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该第一定位 装置还包含操作组件, 用于操控该固定件, 该操作组件包含:
4巴手或拉销; 以及
线材, 该线材的一端连接该把手, 另一端连接该固定件, 使用者扳动 该 4巴手或拉动该 4巴手, 通过该线材拉动该固定件, 克^ J亥至少一个扭力弹 簧的扭力而释放该滑杆。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于尚包含第二定位 装置, 该第二定位装置与该第一定位装置具有相同的元件, 该第二定位装 置与该第一定位装置分别设置于该跑步台的两侧。
9、 一种折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于包含:
跑步台, 供使用者跑步或走路;
支撑架, 包含第一立管和第二立管, 分别枢设于该跑步台;
第一定位装置, 包含第一控制组件以及第一滑杆, 该第一滑杆的一端 连接该支撑架, 该第一控制组件用于锁住或释放该第一滑杆;
第二定位装置, 包含第二控制组件以及第二滑杆, 该第二滑杆的一端 连接该支撑架, 该第二控制组件用于锁住或释放该第二滑杆;
借此, 当该第一控制组件和该第二控制组件分别锁住该第一滑杆和该 第二滑杆于第一位置, 该支撑架无法旋转; 当第一控制组件和该第二控制 组件分别释放该第一滑杆和该第二滑杆, 则该支撑架能够旋转而收折至收 纳位置, 并带动该第一滑杆和该第二滑杆移动至第二位置。
1 0、 根据权利要求 9 所述的折叠式跑步机, 其特征在于其中该第一滑 杆和该第二滑杆的一端枢设于该支撑架。
