- the structure of the prosthesis has the particularity of presenting a lateral recess that covers the upper or distal section and of smaller diameter of the aforementioned two different sections that the cylindrical body possesses; recessed that determines a lateral opening at the end of said cylindrical body of the interface element and that constitutes the key area thereof to achieve the previously described pursued angulation, since it is designed to facilitate the entry and inclined fixing of the screw as well as the inclined entry of the screwdriver up to an angle of 30 °, with respect to the axial axis of the cylindrical body that forms the interface, also allowing freedom of lateral movement of the screwdriver of up to 90 °.
- the total height of the interface element will depend on the implant placed and said height will mark the beginning of change of inclination of the entrance hole that is practiced in the structure, being able to reach, as indicated, up to 30 °.
- Said cylindrical body also has a base that determines a lower wing that protrudes perimetrically with respect to the sections with retentions described above and whose height will be between 0.05 mm and 10 mm. Depending on the area of the mouth where the implant is located, it will be necessary to use an interface piece with more or less height in said wing.
- the interface piece has a seat for fixing the screw, whose configuration will depend on the geometry of the head of said screw, being able to be with straight or conical settlement, adapting to achieve a correct fixation.
- the lower geometry of the interface base will also depend of the type of implant and said implant will adapt to the connection form.

- the manufacturing material of the interfaces is biocompatible metallic and can be made of Tilite, Gold, chromium / cobalt, Titanium Grade 5 alloys with or without a titanium nitride (TIN) bath or any dental alloy.
- the most important improvement that the innovative structural design of the inferred of the invention provides is that it allows correcting the incorrect positioning of the implant in the patient, since the screwdriver and the screw, which logically will be of appropriate design to be able to act in angulation.
- Another advantage of inferring from the present invention is that it allows flexibility when working, since it can also be used when no angulation has to be corrected.

- the geometry of said base (6), on the underside of the inferred element (1) also varies depending on the type of connection with which the implant to which it is fitted, can be either anti-rotary, as in the example of figure 6, where the form of connection of the implant is reproduced, to prevent the rotation of the system, or rotary, as in the example of figure 5, where only the perimeter of the connection is reproduced, being normally circular.
