本专利申请要求2013年9月17日申请的,申请号为201310425289.7,名称为“储液箱及除湿机”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用电器,特别是涉及一种储存液体的箱体,还涉及一种包括储液箱的家用电器,例如除湿机。
背景技术
现有技术中,除湿机为保证储液箱的顺利安装和拆卸,在储液箱与外壳、底盘之间存在预留的装配间隙,安装储液箱后,在除湿机运行过程中,储液箱的不规则震动,储液箱的上下左右各方向的运动会与外壳、底盘之间碰撞,产生极大的噪音。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明人经过长时间的研究和实践终于获得了本发明创造。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种减小噪音的储液箱及除湿机。
本发明的一种储液箱,包括储液箱箱体与紧固结构;
所述紧固结构具有弹性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述紧固结构包括弹片;
所述弹片为薄片,截面形状为弧形、波浪形或折线形。
在其中一个实施例中,所述紧固结构的一端固定在所述储液箱箱体的外表面上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹片与所述储液箱箱体为一体注塑成型或组装。
一种除湿机包括所述的储液箱与用于放置所述的储液箱的安装腔;
所述储液箱安装于所述安装腔时,所述紧固结构置于所述储液箱与所述安装腔的腔壁之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的除湿机还包括底盘;
所述紧固结构置于与所述储液箱箱体的下表面接触的所述底盘上;
所述紧固结构的一端与所述底盘固定连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的除湿机还包括外壳;
所述紧固结构置于与所述储液箱箱体的上表面接触的所述外壳上;
所述紧固结构的一端与所述外壳固定连接。

与现有技术比较本发明的有益效果在于:由于在储液箱或除湿机中安装有具有弹性的紧固结构,储液箱在安装到位后能很好地被紧固结构顶住,起到卡紧限位的作用,从而缓冲使用过程中发生的振动,减小噪音。

具体实施方式
为了解决储液箱与外壳、底盘碰撞产生极大的噪音的问题,提出了一种紧密固定的储液箱及除湿机来实现。
以下结合附图,对本发明上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
请参阅图1和图2所示,图1为本发明的除湿机的分解状态的立体示意图,图2为本发明的除湿机的安装状态的立体示意图,所述除湿机100包括储液箱110、底盘120及外壳130。
所述储液箱110包括储液箱箱体112及紧固结构114。所述储液箱箱体112置于所述底盘120上;所述紧固结构114具有弹性,受到外力产生形变,外力解除时可恢复原形。
所述除湿机100还包括用于放置所述储液箱110的安装腔,所述储液箱110安装于所述安装腔时,所述紧固结构114置于所述储液箱110与所述安装腔的腔壁之间,所述除湿机100工作时,所述紧固结构114能起到紧固限位的作用,缓冲所述储液箱110与所述安装腔的腔壁之间碰撞,减小噪音。
所述外壳130覆盖在所述储液箱箱体112的外周,并固定在所述底盘120上。所述外壳130的侧面具有箱体开口,使用者能从所述箱体开口中将所述储液箱箱体112从侧面抽出所述安装腔。
请参阅图3和图4所示,图3为本发明的不装储液箱箱体的除湿机的局部立体示意图,图4为本发明的除湿机的安装状态的剖视立体示意图,所述紧固结构114包括弹片;所述弹片为薄片,所述弹片为金属薄片或者塑料薄片,所述弹片的截面形状为弧形、波浪形或折线形。这样设计结构简单,便于装配,更换维修方便。
本实施例中,所述紧固结构114置于所述底盘120与所述储液箱箱体112的下表面之间,所述紧固结构114的弹片为弧形,在所述底盘120上突出为拱形。所述弹片的一端与所述底盘120固定连接。本实施例中,所述弹片与所述底盘120均为塑料件,一体注塑成型,所述弹片的其中一边与所述底盘120相连接,其余各边与所述底盘120相割离,保证所述弹片具有足够的弹性。
所述弹片还可以采取组装的方式与所述底盘120固定,例如铆接或螺钉连接。
请参阅图5和图6所示,图5为本发明的除湿机的安装状态的储液箱箱体上表面的剖视立体示意图,图6为本发明的除湿机的安装状态的储液箱箱体下表面的剖视立体示意图。
所述弹片的弧形突起作用在所述储液箱箱体112的下表面,如图6所示,所述储液箱箱体112在安装状态时,由于所述底盘120上固定的所述弹片的紧固作用,所述储液箱箱体112被顶起,其上表面与所述外壳130之间的预留间隙消除,如图5所示。所述除湿机100运行时,所述储液箱箱体112就不会发生过大的上下方向的震动,所述弹片起到缓冲震动的目的,从而避免产生较大的噪音。
作为可实施的一种实施例,所述紧固结构114置于所述外壳130与所述储液箱箱体112的上表面之间,所述紧固结构114的弹片的一端通过一体成型或组装方式固定在所述外壳130上。这样设置,当所述储液箱箱体112储存的液体过多时,产生的重力不会持续作用于所述紧固结构114,避免所述弹片发生过度的形变或者长期处于形变状态而导致的弹性失效,能延长所述弹片的使用寿命,具有更优的使用效果。
为便于所述外壳130与所述底盘120的制作,可以只在与所述储液箱箱体112上表面接触的所述外壳130上对应的位置设置所述弹片,或者只在与所述储液箱箱体112下表面接触的所述底盘120上对应的位置设置所述弹片。
为了方便所述弹片的检查或维修,所述弹片的一端还可通过一体成型或组装方式固定在所述储液箱箱体112的外表面上,这样只需抽出所述储液箱箱体112,即可检查或维修安装在所述储液箱箱体112上的所述弹片,极大地方便了使用者。
所述紧固结构114的弹片设计,可以广泛使用于具有储液箱的家用电器中,储液箱在安装到位后能很好地被所述紧固结构114顶住,并卡紧限位,从而避免使用过程中发生振动,减小噪音。
作为可实施的一种实施例,为了得到更好的紧固效果,在所述储液箱箱体112的侧面与所述外壳130之间可设置所述紧固结构114;所述紧固结构114的弹片的通过一体成型或组装方式固定在所述外壳130或所述储液箱箱体112上。这样设计所述储液箱箱体112在左右方向的震动也会受到限制,避免所述储液箱箱体112的侧面与所述外壳130的左右方向碰撞,减小噪音。

  1. 一种储液箱,包括储液箱箱体,其特征在于,还包括紧固结构;
    所述紧固结构具有弹性。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储液箱,其特征在于,所述紧固结构包括弹片;
    所述弹片为薄片,截面形状为弧形、波浪形或折线形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的储液箱,其特征在于,所述紧固结构的一端固定在所述储液箱箱体的外表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的储液箱,其特征在于,所述弹片与所述储液箱箱体为一体注塑成型或组装。
  5. 一种除湿机,包括储液箱与用于放置所述储液箱的安装腔;其特征在于,所述储液箱是权利要求1至4中任一项所述的储液箱;所述储液箱安装于所述安装腔时,所述紧固结构置于所述储液箱与所述安装腔的腔壁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于,还包括底盘;
    所述储液箱的紧固结构置于与所述储液箱箱体的下表面接触的所述底盘上;
    所述紧固结构的一端与所述底盘固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于,还包括外壳;
    所述储液箱的紧固结构置于与所述储液箱箱体的上表面接触的所述外壳上;
    所述紧固结构的一端与所述外壳固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于,还包括外壳;
    所述储液箱的紧固结构置于与所述储液箱箱体的侧面接触的所述外壳上;
    所述紧固结构的一端与所述外壳固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述紧固结构包括弹片;
    所述弹片为薄片,截面形状为弧形、波浪形或折线形;
    所述弹片与所述底盘或所述外壳为一体成型或组装。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述弹片的一边与所述底盘或所述外壳一体连接,其余各边与所述底盘或所述外壳相割离。
