리필 가능한 화장품용기
본 발명은 리필 가능한 화장품용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 내용물이 담긴 이너하우징을 간편하게 교체할 수 있는 리필 가능한 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 소비자들로 하여금 상품을 저렴한 가격으로 구입 사용할 수 있게 한 리필용 제품들이 다양하게 출시되고 있다.
리필용 제품은 내용물을 정품용기에 보충하여 사용하는 것이 있는가 하면, 내용물이 수용되어 있는 내용기를 외용기에 교체 사용할 수 있도록 된 제품이 있다.
상기 정품용기에 내용물을 보충 사용하도록 된 대표적인 제품으로는 입욕 용품과 세제류 등을 예로 들을 수 있고, 내용물이 수용된 내용기를 외용기에 리필 사용하도록 된 제품으로는 화장품류를 예로 들을 수 있다.
실용신안등록 제282756호의 "리필 화장품 용기"는 하부가 개방된 외용기에 내용물이 수용된 내용기를 아래에서 위로 밀어 넣은 후, 상기 외용기의 하부 외주면에 형성된 나사산에 마감캡을 체결하여서 내용기가 외용기에 장착 유지되어지도록 한 것이다.
상기와 같이 외용기에 내용기를 리필하여 하나의 용기가 이루어질 수 있게 함과 동시에 내용물을 외용기에 보충하여 쓰는 것이 아니고 내용기를 외용기에 리필 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 청결함을 유지하여야 하는 기초 화장품인 로션이나 스킨 등의 리필 사용이 가능해 졌으며, 외용기에 의한 디자인의 변경이 자유롭게 이루어져 소비자들에게 상품의 이미지를 항상 새롭게 어필할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 비교적 비싼 화장품을 소비자들에게 저렴한 가격으로 제공할 수 있는 이점을 가지고 있다.
상기와 같은 이점을 가지고 있는 선등록 고안은 외용기에 리필된 내용기를 장착 유지시키는 마감캡이 나사체결 되어지도록 구성된 것이어서, 내용기를 리필하기 위하여 마감캡을 분리 장착할 때 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 마감캡을 외용기에 정확하게 일치시키지 않은 상태에서 강제로 체결할 경우 나사산에 마모가 발생하여 외용기에 내용기를 리필 사용할 수 없는 문제가 초래되었다.

본 발명은 내용물이 담긴 이너하우징을 간편하게 교체할 수 있는 리필 가능한 화장품용기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 일측면은 내부에 삽입공간(11)이 형성된 아우터조립체(10); 내부에 내용물이 저장되고, 상기 삽입공간(11)에 삽입되며, 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 탈착되는 이너조립체(20); 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 결합되어 상기 이너조립체(20)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키고, 사용자의 조작력에 의해 작동되어 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림이 해제시키는 버튼(40)을 포함하는 리필 가능한 화장품용기를 제공한다.
상기 버튼(40)은 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 결합된 상태에서 상기 아우터조립체(10) 및 이너조립체(20)에 각각 상호 걸림을 형성시키고, 사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 대하여 상대 이동될 경우, 상기 아우터조립체(10)와의 상호 걸림을 해제시키면서 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림도 함께 해제시키도록 구성될 수 있다.
상기 버튼(40)은 상기 이너조립체(20)가 상기 아우터조립체(10)에서 분리될 때, 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 잔류되도록 구성될 수 있다.
상기 아우터조립체(10)에 지지되어 상기 버튼(40)에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재(45)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 버튼(40)은 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 대하여 수평방향으로 상대 이동되도록 배치되고, 상기 이너조립체(20)와 수직방향으로 상호 걸림을 형성시키도록 배치될 수 있다.
상기 버튼(40)은 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 설치되는 버튼바디(42); 상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성되고, 상기 이너조립체(20)와 상호 걸림을 발생시키는 버튼걸림부(43); 상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성되고, 외부로 노출되어 사용자의 조작력을 상기 버튼바디(42)에 전달하며, 상기 아우터조립체(10)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 버튼헤드(44)를 포함할 수 있다.
사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 버튼(40)이 이동될 때, 상기 버튼헤드(44) 및 상기 아우터조립체(10)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되고, 상기 버튼걸림부(43) 및 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되도록 구성될 수 있다.
사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 버튼(40)이 이동될 경우, 상기 버튼걸림부(43)는 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림을 해제시킨 후, 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 형성된 버튼해제부(78)에 삽입되도록 배치될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 리필 가능한 화장품용기는 버튼의 조작을 통해 내용물이 담긴 이너조립체(20)를 간편하게 아우터조립체(10)와 분리할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 명세서에서 제1, 제2 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하는데 사용될 수 있지만, 상기 구성요소들은 상기 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안 된다. 상기 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하는 목적으로만 사용된다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 권리범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 제1 구성요소는 제2 구성요소로 명명될 수 있고, 유사하게 제2 구성요소도 제1 구성요소로 명명될 수 있다. 및/또는 이라는 용어는 복수의 관련된 기재된 항목들의 조합 또는 복수의 관련된 기재된 항목들 중의 어느 항목을 포함한다.

다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 가진 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
또한, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성 요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.

도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 리필 가능한 화장품용기는 내부에 삽입공간(11)이 형성된 아우터조립체(10)와, 내부에 내용물이 저장되고, 상기 삽입공간(11)에 삽입되며, 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 결합되는 이너조립체(20)와, 상기 이너조립체(20)의 상측을 감싸고 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 결합되는 캡(30)과, 상기 이너조립체(20)가 상기 아우터조립체(10)에서 탈착될 수 있도록 상기 이너조립체(20)에 결합되어 사용자의 조작력에 의해 이동되고, 상기 아우터조립체(10)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 버튼(40)을 포함한다.
본 실시예에서는 내용물이 저장되는 이너조립체(20)를 상기 아우터조립체(10)에서 분리하여 교체할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 이너조립체(20)는 내부에 내용물이 저장되고, 일측이 개방되며, 상기 삽입공간(11)에 삽입되는 이너바디(22)와, 상기 이너바디(22)에 결합되고 상기 버튼(40)이 결합되는 이너캡(50)과, 상기 이너캡(50)과 결합되어 상기 이너캡(50)을 차폐시키는 토출캡(26)을 포함한다.
상기 이너바디(22)는 상기 삽입공간(11)에 대응하도록 본 실시예에서 원통형으로 형성되고, 상측이 개방되어 형성된다.
상기 이너캡(50)은 상기 이너바디(22)와 끼움 결합되어 상기 이너바디(22)를 고정하고, 상기 버튼(40)과 결합되어 상기 버튼(40)의 수평 방향 이동을 안내한다.
상기 이너캡(50)은 상기 이너바디(22) 내부와 연통되도록 중공(51)이 형성된 이너캡바디(52)와, 상기 이너캡바디(52)에 형성되고 상기 이너조립체(20)의 탈착 시 선택적으로 상기 버튼(40)과 걸림을 형성시키는 이너캡스토퍼(54)를 포함한다.
그리고 상기 이너바디(22)는 본 실시예에서 상기 이너캡바디(22)에 끼움 고정되고, 이를 위해 상기 이너캡바디(52)의 저면은 상기 이너바디(22)가 끼움 고정되는 이너캡끼움부(56)가 더 형성된다.
또한, 상기 이너캡(50)과 상기 토출캡(26)은 본 실시예에서 나사 결합되는 바, 상기 이너캡바디(52)의 외주면과 상기 토출캡(26)의 내주면에는 각각 나사산이 형성된다.
상기 버튼(40)은 상기 이너캡바디(52)를 감싸도록 형성된 버튼바디(42)와, 상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성되고 사용자의 조작력을 상기 버튼바디(42)에 전달하는 버튼헤드(44)를 포함한다.
상기 버튼바디(42)는 호형상으로 형성되고, 상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성된 버튼걸림부(43)가 상기 이너캡스토퍼(54)에 위치된다.
여기서 사용자의 조작력이 가해지지 않을 때에는 상기 이너캡스토퍼(54)와 상기 버튼걸림부(43)가 상호 걸림 상태를 유지하고, 사용자의 조작력이 가해진 후에는 상기 버튼걸림부(43)가 수평방향으로 이동되어 상기 이너캡스토퍼(54)와의 상호 걸림이 해제된다.
본 실시예에서 상기 버튼(40)을 원위치 시키기 위해 상기 버튼(40)에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재(45)가 배치되고, 상기 탄성부재(45)는 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 지지되어 상기 버튼바디(42)를 탄성 지지한다.
즉 사용자의 조작력이 상기 버튼(40)에 가해지지 않을 때, 상기 탄성부재(45)에 의해 상기 버튼(40)이 지지되면서 상기 이너캡(50)과 상호 걸림을 형성시키고, 이를 통해 상기 이너조립체(20)가 상기 아우터조립체(10)로부터 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
그리고 상기 버튼(40)이 수평방향으로 이동되어 상기 버튼걸림부(43)와 상기 이너캡바디(52)의 걸림이 해제되면, 상기 이너조립체(20)는 상기 아우터조립체(10)로부터 분리될 수 있다.
여기서 상기 버튼(40)은 다양한 방식으로 상기 이너캡바디(52)와 상호 간섭을 형성시킬 수 있고, 본 실시예에서는 상기 이너조립체(20)의 수직방향에 대해서 상호 간섭을 형성시키도록 상기 버튼걸림부(43) 및 이너캡스토퍼(54)가 배치된다.
그래서 상기 버튼의 수직방향 이동 시 상기 이너캡바디(52)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되도록 구성할 수도 있고, 상기 버튼의 회전 시 상기 이너캡바디(52)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되도록 구성할 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 아우터조립체(10)에는 상기 이너조립체(20)와 상호 간섭을 발생시키는 버튼(40)이 작동하기 위한 구조가 설치된다.
상기 아우터조립체(10)는 상기 삽입공간(11)이 형성된 아우터바디(12)와, 상기 아우터바디(12)에 결합되고, 선택적으로 상기 버튼(40)과 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 숄더(60)와, 상기 아우터바디(12)에 형성되고 상기 숄더(60)가 결합되어 고정되며, 상기 버튼(40)이 설치되는 버튼하우징(70)을 포함한다.
상기 아우터바디(12)는 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 상기 삽입공간(11)은 상기 이너바디(22)와 대응되는 형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 숄더(60)는 상기 이너조립체(20)가 삽입되기 위하여 링형태로 형성된 숄더바디(62)와, 상기 숄더바디(62)에 형성되고 상기 버튼헤드(44)가 삽입되어 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 버튼걸림부(64)와, 상기 버튼하우징(70)과 결합되는 숄더결합부(66)를 포함한다.
상기 버튼걸림부(64)는 홈 형태로 형성되고, 상기 아우터바디(12) 측을 향하도록 형성된다.
상기 숄더결합부(66)는 상기 버튼하우징(70)과 상호 결합되고, 본 실시예에서는 상기 숄더바디(62)의 내측면에 홈 형태로 형성된다.
상기 버튼헤드(44)는 상기 버튼걸림부(64)를 통해 노출되고, 사용자는 상기 버튼헤드(44)를 눌러 상기 숄더(60)와의 상호 걸림을 해제시킨다.
상기 버튼하우징(70)은 상기 아우터바디(12)에 형성되고, 상기 숄더바디(62)와 상호 결합되는 버튼하우징바디(72)와, 상기 버튼하우징바디(72)에 형성되고 상기 숄더결합부(66)와 상호 결합되는 버튼하우징결합부(76)와, 상기 버튼하우징바디(72)에 형성되고 상기 버튼걸림부(64)와 연통되어 상기 버튼헤드(44)가 삽입되는 버튼관통부(74)와, 상기 버튼(40)의 작동 시 상기 버튼바디(42)의 버튼걸림부(43)가 삽입되는 버튼해제부(78)를 포함한다.
상기 버튼하우징바디(72)는 본 실시예에서 상기 아우터바디(12)의 상측면에 형성되고, 상측으로 돌출되어 형성된다.
상기 버튼하우징바디(72)는 상기 숄더(60) 내부에 삽입되기 위해 링형태로 형성된다.
상기 버튼하우징결합부(76)는 본 실시예에서 돌기 형태로 형성되고, 홈 형태로 형성된 상기 숄더결합부(66)에 삽입되어 상기 숄더(60)를 상기 버튼하우징바디(72)에 고정시킨다.
여기서 상기 버튼하우징결합부(76)는 상기 버튼하우징바디(72)의 외측면에서 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되어 형성된다.
그리고 상기 버튼해제부(78)는 본 실시예에서 상기 버튼(40)의 버튼걸림부가 삽입될 수 있도록 홈형태로 형성되고, 상기 버튼해제부(78)의 반경반향 외측으로 상기 버튼하우징결합부(76)가 배치된다.
여기서 상기 버튼해제부(78) 외측으로 상기 버튼하우징결합부(76)를 배치함으로서 홈형태의 버튼해제부(78)로 인한 버튼하우징바디(72)의 두께를 최대로 확보할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 아우터바디(12)에는 상기 버튼헤드(44)를 지지하는 버튼지지부(75)가 더 형성될 수 있고, 본 실시예에서 상기 버튼지지부(75)는 상기 탄성부재(45)를 지지한다.
여기서 상기 버튼지지부(75)에 지지된 탄성부재(45)가 상기 버튼헤드(44)의 내측면을 지지하고, 이를 통해 사용자의 조작력이 없을 때 상기 버튼헤드(44)를 반경방향 외측으로 밀어서 버튼걸림부(64)로 노출되게 한다.
이하 본 발명의 1 실시예에 따른 화장품용기의 작동과정을 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 조립된 상태에서 버튼(40)의 버튼헤드(44)는 숄더(60)를 관통하여 노출되고, 양 버튼걸림부(43)는 이너캡스토퍼(54)에 걸린 상태로 유지된다.
그래서 상기 이너조립체(20)를 아우터조립체(10)에서 분리시키려 할 때, 상기 버튼헤드(44)는 아우터조립체(10) 측에 고정된 숄더(60)에 상호 걸림된 상태이고, 버튼걸림부(43)는 이너조립체(20) 측에 고정된 이너캡스토퍼(54)에 상호 걸림된 상태이기 때문에 분리되지 않는다.
다음으로 사용자가 상기 버튼헤드(44)를 내측으로 밀어 넣을 경우, 상기 버튼헤드(44)가 숄더(60) 내측으로 이동되면서 상기 숄더(60)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되고, 상기 양 버튼걸림부(43)가 버튼해제부(78)로 삽입되어 이너캡스토퍼(54)와의 상호 걸림도 해제된다.
여기서 사용자에 의해 조작되어 이동된 버튼(40)은 이너캡(50)과 걸림 해제되어 상기 버튼하우징(70) 내부에 수납된 상태이기 때문에, 상기 이너조립체(20)를 상기 아우터조립체(10)로부터 분리시킬 수 있다.
그리고 상기 이너조립체(20)와 분리된 버튼(40)은 버튼하우징(70) 내부에 위치된다.
그래서 사용자는 상기 버튼(40)의 조작을 통해 상기 이너조립체(20) 만을 아우터조립체(10)로부터 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있고, 리필용 이너조립체(20)를 다시 장착하여 내용물을 간편하게 교체할 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 삽입공간(11)이 형성된 아우터조립체(10);
    내부에 내용물이 저장되고, 상기 삽입공간(11)에 삽입되며, 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 탈착되는 이너조립체(20);
    상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 결합되어 상기 이너조립체(20)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키고, 사용자의 조작력에 의해 작동되어 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림이 해제시키는 버튼(40)을 포함하는 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 버튼(40)은
    상기 아우터조립체(10)에 결합된 상태에서 상기 아우터조립체(10) 및 이너조립체(20)에 각각 상호 걸림을 형성시키고, 사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 아우터조립체(10)에 대하여 상대 이동될 경우, 상기 아우터조립체(10)와의 상호 걸림을 해제시키면서 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림도 함께 해제시키도록 구성된 가능한 화장품용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 버튼(40)은
    상기 이너조립체(20)가 상기 아우터조립체(10)에서 분리될 때, 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 잔류되도록 구성된 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 아우터조립체(10)에 지지되어 상기 버튼(40)에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재(45)를 더 포함하는 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 버튼(40)은
    상기 아우터조립체(10)에 대하여 수평방향으로 상대 이동되도록 배치되고, 상기 이너조립체(20)와 수직방향으로 상호 걸림을 형성시키도록 배치된 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  6. 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼(40)은
    상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 설치되는 버튼바디(42);
    상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성되고, 상기 이너조립체(20)와 상호 걸림을 발생시키는 버튼걸림부(43);
    상기 버튼바디(42)에 형성되고, 외부로 노출되어 사용자의 조작력을 상기 버튼바디(42)에 전달하며, 상기 아우터조립체(10)와 상호 걸림을 형성시키는 버튼헤드(44)를 포함하는 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 버튼(40)이 이동될 때,
    상기 버튼헤드(44) 및 상기 아우터조립체(10)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되고,
    상기 버튼걸림부(43) 및 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림이 해제되도록 구성된 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 버튼(40)이 이동될 경우,
    상기 버튼걸림부(43)는 상기 이너조립체(20)와의 상호 걸림을 해제시킨 후, 상기 아우터조립체(10) 측에 형성된 버튼해제부(78)에 삽입되도록 배치된 리필 가능한 화장품용기.
