Description

预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟花底座及对应固定基座,特指一种使用安全方便,节省发射药数量并且能提高点火可靠性与效果一致性的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应带电路导出接插口的固定基座。
背景技术
在烟花燃放中,除开礼花弹,单发烟花的精确燃放对于燃放节奏控制起着至关重要的作用。由于其点火精度要求较高,燃放时多用电点火头直接引燃发射药的方式实现瞬间点火。目前单发烟花接驳电点火头的方式主要有三种:第一种是通过在烟花筒壁上开孔,装入带电点火头接驳空位的塑料件,直通发射药部分。该法效果最差,为了防止发射药外漏,过火孔较小,易堵塞,导致点火失败;第二种是预置带电点火头接驳空位的塑料底座,代替底泥装在单发烟花底部,仍需要在筒壁对应底座空位处打孔。该法也有其缺点,一是筒壁打孔精度要求较高,须与底座上孔位完全对应,二是部分发射药会落入电点火头空位中,占据一定空间,导致电点火头难以插入;第三种是将电点火头接驳空位放在底部的塑料底座,在接驳空位上部有一通孔到发射药部分,该方法保证了筒壁的完整性,但是也存在过火孔过小的问题。
由于采用电点火头点火,当前所有单发烟花点火都有或大或小的过火孔,导致发射时,发射力并未全部作用到效果部件的升空上,部分力量通过过火孔外泻,升空高度的一致性难以保证,厂家多通过增加发射药含量来弥补,相应也增加了该类产品的危险性。
当前行业内的单发烟花,均以单体形式存在,要实现燃放,必须完成二个步骤:现场装配电点火头和按需要的角度固定单发烟花。由于燃放中单发烟花用量非常多,所以装配电点火头和连接到燃放设备的工作量巨大;单发烟花均为多角度燃放,固定方式一般采用木框架插入式或金属扇形架绑定式,操作耗时,而且难以保证精确的发射角度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使发射药作用力完全用在效果部件的升空上且安全系数高、性能稳定可靠、节省发射药数量、使用方便快捷的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,包括塑料底座、发热电阻丝和二根金属导体,塑料底座顶部设有发热电阻丝槽,所述的发热电阻丝固定位于所述的发热电阻丝槽中且其两端分别与二根所述的金属导体电连接,二根所述的金属导体的另一端与二块板状电极分别电连接并固定在所述的塑料底座的底部,所述的塑料底座的底部设有上卡接结构,固定基座设有下卡接结构,所述的下卡接结构与所述的塑料底座的上卡接结构对应卡接,所述的固定基座顶部设有二个弹性电极,二个所述的弹性电极分别对正所述的塑料底座的二块所述的板状电极并电连接,所述的弹性电极电连接到固定在所述的固定基座上的接插口。
所述的塑料底座的顶部为周边高、中间底的碗状,所述的发热电阻丝槽设在所述的塑料底座的碗状底部。
在所述的发热电阻丝上覆有亲焊金属层,达到可靠焊接与保护作用。
所述的发热电阻丝涂覆有一层抗氧化保护膜,所述的抗氧化保护膜将所述的发热电阻丝固定在所述的电路板上。

与传统单发烟花相比,由于发射药腔体完全密封,碗状的塑料底座结构将发射药作用力更好地作用到效果部件的上升方向,因而本实用新型仅需要一半的发射药即可达到同样的发射高度,减轻了产品重量,减少了发射时的烟雾量,降低了发射音量,提高安全性,而且性能稳定可靠;预置的发热电阻丝没有任何危险成分,不会因为摩擦、撞击而产生误触发现象,保证了该实用新型生产、贮藏、运输和使用中的安全性;固定基座可重复使用,提高资源利用率,减少使用成本;装配和使用简单快捷,仅需将装配固定基座的平直木板调整角度,就可实现多个单发烟花的精确角度装配,而且将单发烟花卡接固定在基座上即实现可靠电连接,节省大量人力资源。
综上所述,本发明是一种使发射药作用力完全用在效果部件的升空上且安全系数高、性能稳定可靠、使用方便快捷的预装发热电阻丝的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座。

参见图4,固定基座2上部有多个不同直径尺寸且互不干扰的下卡接结构8,与塑料底座1的上卡接结构17对应对接,固定基座2上有二个弹性电极5,本实施例中弹性电极5是由铜柱与弹簧焊接组成,铜柱与塑料底座1的板状电极13接触部分可镀金或加不锈钢帽以防止氧化,弹簧焊接在导出电路板上。本实施例中将四个固定基座2一字排开组合在一体,二边有螺丝固定孔位9。本实施例中使用二个RJ45网络接口作为接插口10焊接在导出电路板上,分别位于固定基座2二端侧面,固定基座2上有弹性定位片7。
参见图5,装配单发烟花时,将塑料底座1插入单发烟花的炮筒19中,通过胶水或钉子将炮筒19与塑料底座1固定,从炮筒19另一端填入发射药21并落入塑料底座1项部的碗中,与发热电阻丝3良好接触,然后按序填入带孔隔离纸片20、效果部件18与密封纸片。
使用时,先将固定基座2沿螺丝孔位9固定在不同角度的木板上,用CAT5导线插入到RJ45接插口10中,将固定基座上的弹性电极5导出连接到燃放设备。将装配有塑料底座1的单发烟花沿塑料底座1的上卡接结构17与固定基座2的下卡接结构8卡接固定,固定基座2上的弹性定位片7卡入到塑料底座1的定位卡槽11中,固定基座2上的弹性电极5与塑料底座1上的板状电极13可靠接触,将发热电阻丝3的电路沿金属导体12、板状电极13、弹性电极5、接插口10、导线到燃放设备。燃放时,设备将电流导通到发热电阻丝3上并瞬间发热,直接引燃发射药21,从而实现单发烟花燃放。

Claims (8)

1 、一种预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,包括塑料底座(1)、发热电阻丝(3)和二根金属导体(12),其特征是:塑料底座(1)顶部设有发热电阻丝槽(4),所述的发热电阻丝(3)固定位于所述的发热电阻丝槽(4)中且其两端分别与二根所述的金属导体(12)电连接,二根所述的金属导体(12)的另一端与二块板状电极(13)分别电连接并固定在所述的塑料底座(1)的底部,所述的塑料底座(1)的底部设有上卡接结构(17),固定基座(2)设有下卡接结构(8),所述的下卡接结构(8)与所述的塑料底座(1)的上卡接结构(17)对应卡接,所述的固定基座(2)顶部设有二个弹性电极(5),二个所述的弹性电极(5)分别对正所述的塑料底座(1)的二块所述的板状电极(13)并电连接,所述的弹性电极(5)电连接到固定在所述的固定基座(2)上的接插口(10)。
2 、根据权利要求1所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:所述的塑料底座(1)的顶部为周边高、中间底的碗状,所述的发热电阻丝槽(4)设在所述的塑料底座(1)的碗状底部。
3 、根据权利要求1或2所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:在所述的发热电阻丝(3)上覆有亲焊金属层。
4 、根据权利要求1或2所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:所述的发热电阻丝(3)涂覆有一层抗氧化保护膜,所述的抗氧化保护膜将所述的发热电阻丝(3)固定在所述的电路板(15)上。
5 、根据权利要求1或2所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:所述的塑料底座(1)上设有定位卡槽(11),所述的固定基座(2)上设有弹性定位片(7),所述的弹性定位片(7)卡在所述的定位卡槽(11)内。
6 、根据权利要求1所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:不少于一个的所述的固定基座(2)组合成整体。
7 、根据权利要求1所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:所述的固定基座(2)上设有多个不同直径尺寸且互不干扰的下卡接结构(8)。
8 、根据权利要求1所述的预装发热电阻丝的单发烟花底座及对应固定基座,其特征是:所述的发热电阻丝(3)为电热转换能力良好的螺旋状电阻丝。
