现今科技蓬勃发展, 信息商品种类推陈出新, 满足了大众不同的需 求。 早期显示器多半为阴极射线管 (Cathode Ray Tube, CRT )显示器, 由 于其体积庞大与耗电量大, 而且所产生的辐射对于长时间使用显示器的使 用者而言, 有危害身体的问题。 因此, 现今市面上的显示器渐渐将由液晶 显示器 ( Liquid Crystal Display , LCD )取代 i日有的 CRT显示器。
液晶显示器具有机身薄、 省电、 无辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应 用。 现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器, 其包括壳体、 设于壳体内的液晶显示面板及设于壳体内并相对液晶显示面板设置的背光 模组(backlight module ) 。 液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃 基板当中放置液晶分子, 并在两玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶分子 的旋转, 从而将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
目前液晶显示面板制造技术日益成熟, 液晶显示面板的生产需要经过 "前段阵列 (Ai'ray )制程、 中段成盒( Ceii )制程、 后段模组组装" 三个 复杂的过程。 先分别制作有图形的有源阵列基板 ( TFT基板) 与彩色滤光 片基板(CF基板) , 并将两者在液晶滴注 ( One Drop Filling, ODF )制程 中进行贴合。 在两片基板相应的位置上涂布边框胶, 并在涂布好边框胶的 有源阵列基板上的边框胶内注入液晶材料, 将两基板贴合, 并在加热作用 的同时釆用 UV光照射边框胶, 从而使得边框胶固化, 进而密封住液晶材 料。
涂布边框胶一般使用框胶涂布机来完成, 框胶涂布机针头在对一定数 量的基板完成涂胶后, 容易在针头位置产生胶材的堆积, 如图 1 所示, 图 中示出了: 针管 100, 针头 200, 及堆积的胶材 300, 该堆积的胶材 300会 造成以下影响:
a、 框胶涂布机涂布边框胶的过程中出现异常, 产生缺口 (gap ) , 机 台停止, 用无尘布擦拭针头 200后再进行涂布, 间断地完成涂布动作会影 响产品品质。 b > 框胶涂布机针头 200运动过程中会因加速减速而使得堆积的胶材 300掉落在液晶显示面板的显示区内, 造成产品报废。
c、 清洁框胶涂布机针头 200 时需打开设备门, 人工使用无尘布擦拭 针头 200, 增加产品粒子问题( particle issue ) 的风险。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针头清洁装置, 可根据设定自动清洁针 头, 无需人工清洁, 提高工作效率。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 可根 据设定自动清洁涂胶组件的针头, 无需人工清洁, 提高工作效率的同时, 减少打开设备门清洁针头带来的粒子问题, 减少框胶涂布机针头上的堆积 的胶材对产品造成的不良影响。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种针头清洁装置, 包括: 相对设置的 两导轨、 分别可滑动安装于两导轨上的两支撑杆 , 分别固定连接所述两支 撑杆的两马达。 以及分别安装于两支撑杆上且相对设置的两挡片, 所述两 挡片相对两侧面分别对应设置一凹部, 所述支撑杆在马达的驱动下沿着导 轨来回运动, 带动两档片相互靠近或背离, 进而使两凹部闭合形成一通孔 或打开, 在所述两凹部打开时, 待清洁的针头移动到两凹部之间 , 接着两 档片在在两马达的驱动下相互靠近移动, 直至将待清洁的针头收容于所述 两凹部形成的通孔内, 然后待清洁的针头沿通孔轴线向外移动, 在待清洁 的针头向外移动的过程中, 所述档片刮掉待清洁的针头上的积胶, 完成对 待清洁的针头的清洁动作。
每一所述挡片包括: 一端与支撑杆连接的连接部及与连接部另一端连 接的清洁部, 每一所述清洁部包括一底部以及与该底部相连的顶部, 所述 两清洁部的两底部相对的侧面为斜面, 所述两凹部分别设于所述两清洁部 的两顶部相对的侧面的中部, 所述两清洁部的两底部呈楔形, 两凹部呈相 对称的半圓形。
所述两挡片的材盾为不发尘的塑料, 所述两凹部闭合时形成的通孔的 孔径大于待清洁的针头的直径。
还包括位于两导轨之间的容器, 所述容器用于接收从待清洁的针头上 刮落的积ll
本发明还提供一种带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 包括: 胶框涂布装 置及设于所述胶框涂布装置上的针头清洁装置, 所述胶框涂布装置包括涂 胶组件, 所述涂胶组件具有涂胶头, 所述涂胶头包括一针管及安装于所述 针管一端的针头; 所述针头清洁装置包括: 相对设置的两导轨、 分别可滑 动安装于两导轨上的两支撑杆、 分别固定连接所述两支撑杆的两马达、 以 及分别安装于两支撑杆上且相对设置的两挡片, 所述两挡片相对两侧面分 别对应设置一凹部, 所述支撑杆在马达的作用下沿着导轨来回运动, 带动 两档片相互靠近或背离, 进而使两凹部闭合形成一通孔或打开, 所述两凹 部打开时, 涂胶头的待清洁的针头移动到两凹部之间, 接着两档片在两马 达驱动下相互靠近移动, 直至将待清洁的针头收容于所述两 GO部形成的通 孔内, 然后涂胶头的待清洁的针头沿通孔轴线向外移动, 在该待清洁的针 头向外移动的过程中, 所述档片刮掉该待清洁的针头上的积胶, 完成对待 清洁的针头的清洁动作。
所述胶框涂布装置还包括: 机台平台、 及设于机台平台外围的机台外 框, 所述涂胶组件安装于机台外框上, 所述机台平台通过真空吸 †的方式 来固定基板; 所述涂胶组件包括安装于机台外框上的龙门架以及对称安装 于龙门架上的两涂胶头; 所述针头清洁装置的两导轨安装于机台外框上并 相对涂胶组件设置, 所述针头清洁装置还包括位于两导轨之间的容器, 所 述容器用于接收从.待清洁的针头上刮落的积胶。
所述带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机具有两个针头清洁装置, 所述两针 头清洁装置对称安装于机台外框相对两侧的中部位置上; 所述龙门架包 括: 两安装脚以及两端分别与两安装脚连接的涂胶头安装部, 所述涂胶头 安装部的长度大于两针头清洁装置的距离。
每一所述挡片包括: 一端与支撑杆连接的连接部及与连接部另一端连 接的清洁部, 每一所述清洁部包括一底部以及与底部连接的顶部, 所述两 清洁部的两底部相对的侧面为斜面, 所述两凹部分别设于所述两清洁部的 顶部相对的侧面的中部; 所述两清洁部的两底部呈楔形, 两 GO部呈相对称 的半圓形。
所述两挡片的材质为不发尘的塑料, 所述两 部闭合时形成的通孔的 孔径大于所述涂胶头的针头的直径。
所述机台外框的两侧对应所述龙「架的两安装脚还分别设有一机台导 轨, 所述龙 Π架通过该两机台导轨安装于所述机台外框上, 所述龙 Π架在 该机台导轨上沿着第一方向来回运动, 所述两涂胶头在龙门架上沿着垂直 于第一方向的第二方向来回运动, 所述涂胶头沿着垂直于第一、 第二方向 构成的平面的方向在龙门架上作上下运动。
本发明还提供一种带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 包括: 胶框涂布装 置及设于所述胶框涂布装置上的针头清洁装置, 所述胶框涂布装置包括涂 胶组件, 所述涂胶组件具有涂胶头, 所述涂胶头包括一针管及安装于所述 针管一端的针头; 所述针头清洁装置包括: 相对设置的两导轨、 分别可滑 动安装于两导轨上的两支撑杆、 分别固定连接所述两支撑杆的两马达。 以 及分别安装于两支撑杆上且相对设置的两挡片, 所述两挡片相对两侧面分 别对应设置一凹部, 所述支撑杆在马达的作用下沿着导轨来回运动, 带动 两档片相互靠近或背离, 进而使两凹部闭合形成一通孔或打开, 所述两凹 部打开时, 涂胶头的待清洁的针头移动到两凹部之间, 接着两档片在两马 达驱动下相互靠近移动, 直至将待清洁的针头收容于所述两凹部形成的通 孔内, 然后涂胶头的待清洁的针头沿通孔轴线向外移动, 在该待清洁的针 头向外移动的过程中, 所述档片刮掉该待清洁的针头上的积胶, 完成对待 清洁的针头的清洁动作;

本发明的有益效果: 本发明的针头清洁装置及带该装置的框胶涂布 机, 通过在机台外框上设置针头清洁装置, 利用挡片根据设定自动刮下涂 布一定数量的基板后堆积在针头上的胶材, 无需人工清洁, 提高工作效率 的同时, 减少打开设备门清洁针头带来的粒子问题, 减少框胶涂布机针头 上的堆积的胶材对产品造成的不良影响, 提高产品品质。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2 至图 5 , 本发明提供一种针头清洁装置, 可根据设定自动 清洁针头, 无需人工清洁, 提高工作效率。 该针头清洁装置具体包括: 相 对设置的两导轨 52、 分别可滑动安装于两导轨 52上的两支撑杆 56、 分别 固定连.接所述两支撑杆 56的两马达 54、 以及分别安装于两支撑杆 56上且 相对设置的两挡片 57, 所述两挡片 57 相对两侧面分别对应设置一凹部 69 , 所述支撑杆 56在马达 54的驱动下能够沿着导轨 52来回运动, 带动 两档片 57相互靠近或背离, 进而使两凹部 69闭合形成一通孔或打开, 在 所述两凹部 69打开时, 待清洁的针头 48移动到两凹部 69之间, 接着两 档片 57在两马达 54驱动下相互靠近移动, 直至将待清洁的针头 48收容 于所述两凹部 69形成的通孔内, 然后待清洁的针头 48沿通孔轴线向外移 动, 在待清洁的针头 48向外移动的过程中, 所述档片 57刮掉待清洁的针 头 48上的积胶, 完成对待清洁的针头 48的清洁动作。 所述针头清洁装置具体还包括位于两导轨 52之间的容器 58 , 所述容 器 58用于接收从待清洁的针头 48上刮落的积胶, 所述容器 58能够单独 从针头清洁装置 50中取出, 进而可以单独对该容器 58进行清洗。

在本实施例中, 所述两清洁部 64的两底部 66优选呈楔形。 所述两凹 部 69分别设于所述两清洁部 48的顶部 68相对的側面的中部, 所述.两凹 部 69呈相对称的半圆形, 所述两凹部 69在两档片 57相互靠近时闭合形 成一通孔, 所述通孔的直径略大于该针头清洁装置中待清洁的针头 48 的 直径, 可以避.免挡片 57闭合时对待清洁的针头 48造成损伤。
请参阅图 6, 并结合参阅图 2 至图 5 , 本发明提供一种带针头清洁装 置的框胶涂布机, 无需打开设备门, 而且可以设定在涂布一定数量的基板 后自动进行针头清洁, 提高生产效率的同时, 减少了框胶涂布机针头堆积 的胶材对产品产生的不良影响, 减少开门清洁针头带来的粒子问题。

所述机台平台 20通过真空吸附的方式来固定基板。 所述龙门架 42包 括: 两安装脚以及两端分别与两安装脚连接的涂胶头安装部 (均未图 示) , 所述安装部的长度大于两针头清洁装置 50之间的距离, 这保证了 两涂胶头 44可移动到针头清洁装置 50处, 也即是保证了涂胶头 44的待 清洁的针头 48可伸进针头清洁装置 50中, 所述.机台外框 30的两側对应 所述龙门架 42的两安装脚还分别设有一机台导轨 80, 所述龙门架 42通过 该两机台导轨 80安装于所述机台外框 30上, 在对应的马达作用下, 所述 龙门架 42在该机台导轨 80上沿着第一方向 (以 Y轴方向为例, 如图 6所 示)来回运动, 所述两涂胶头 44在龙门架 42上沿着垂直于第一方向的第 二方向 (以 X轴方向为例, 如图 6所示) 来回运动, 所述涂胶头 44沿着 垂直于第一、 第二方向构成的平面的方向 (以 Z轴方向为例, 如图 2 所 示:)在龙门架 42上作上下运动。
所述针头清洁装置 50还包括位于两导轨 52之间的容器 58, 所述容器 58用于接收从待清洁的针头 48上刮落的积胶, 所述容器 58能够单独从针 头清洁装置 50中取出, 进而可以单独对该容器 58进行清洗。 所述挡片 57 的材质为不发尘的塑料, 避免使用过程中产生尘, 影响产品质量„
具体的, 每一所述挡片 57 包括: 一端与支撑軒 56连接的连接部 62 及与连.接部 62 另一端连.接的清洁部 64 , 每一所述清洁部 64 包括一底部 66以及与该底部 66连接的顶部 68, 所述两清洁部 64的两底部 66相对的 侧面为斜面。 本发明中所述两清洁部 64的两底部 66相对的側面只要具有 一定的斜面即可, 从而可以使刮下的胶材由于重力顺着斜面设计而下流, 避免刮下的胶材一直堆积在挡片 57与待清洁的针头 48可能接触的地方, 影响清洁效杲。
在本实施例中, 所述两清洁部 64的两底部 66优选呈楔形。 两凹部 69 呈相对称的半圓形, 所述两凹部 69在两档片 57相互靠近时闭合形成一通 孔, 所述通孔的直径略大于所述涂胶头 44的针头 48的直径, 可以避免挡 片 57闭合时对该针头 48造成损伤。
综上所述, 本发明的针头清洁装置及带该装置的框胶涂布机, 通过在 机台外框上设置针头清洁装置, 利用挡片根据设定自动刮下涂布一定数量 的基板后堆积在针头上的胶材, 无需人工清洁, 提高工作效率的同时, 减 少打开设备 Π清洁针头带来的粒子问题, 减少框胶涂布机针头上的堆积的 胶材对产品造成的不良影响, 提高产品品质。

9、 如权利要求 5 所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 所述 两挡片的材质为不发尘的塑料, 所述两凹部闭合时形成的通孔的孔径大于 所述涂股头的针头的直径。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 所述 机台外框的两侧对应所述龙门架的两安装脚还分别设有一机台导轨 , 所述 龙 Π架通过该两机台导轨安装于所述机台外框上, 所述龙 Π架在该机台导 轨上沿着第一方向来回运动, 所述两涂胶头在龙门架上沿着垂直于第一方 向的第二方向来回运动, 所述涂股头沿着垂直.于第一、 第二方向构成的平 面的方向在龙门架上作上下运动。
I 一种带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 包括: 胶框涂布装置及设于 所述胶框涂布装置上的针头清洁装置, 所述胶框涂布装置包括涂胶组件, 所述涂胶组件具有涂胶头, 所述涂胶头包括一针管及安装于所述针管一端 的针头; 所述针头清洁装置包括: 相对设置的两导轨、 分别可滑动安装于 两导轨上的两支撑杆、 分别固定连接所述两支撑杆的两马达、 以及分别安 装于两支撑杆上且相对设置的两挡片, 所述两挡片相对两侧面分别对应设 置一凹部, 所述支撑杆在马达的驱动下沿着导轨来回运动, 带动两档片相 互靠近或背离, 进而使两凹部闭合形成一通孔或打开, 所述两凹部打开 时, 涂胶头的待清洁的针头移动到两凹部之间, 接着两档片在两马达驱动 下相互靠近移动, 直至将待清洁的针头收容于所述两凹部形成的通孔内, 然后涂胶头的待清洁的针头沿通孔轴线向外移动, 在该待清洁的针头向外 移动的过程中, 所述档片刮掉该待清洁的针头上的积胶, 完成对待清洁的 针头的清洁动作;
其中, 所述胶框涂布装置还包括: 机台平台、 及设于机台平台外围的 机台外框, 所述涂胶组件安装于机台外框上, 所述机台平台通过真空吸附 的方式来固定基板; 所述涂胶组件包括安装于机台外框上的龙门架以及对 称安装于龙 ίΊ架上的两涂胶头; 所述针头清洁装置的两导轨安装于机台外 框上并相对涂胶组件设置, 所述针头清洁装置还包括位于两导轨之间的容 器, 所述容器用于接收从待清洁的针头上刮落的积胶„
12 , 如权利要求 11 所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 所 述带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机具有两个针头清洁装置, 所述两针头清洁 装置对称安装于机台外框相对两倒的中部位置上; 所述龙 Π架包括: 两安 装脚以及两端分别与两安装脚连接的涂胶头安装部, 所述涂胶头安装部的 长度大于两针头清洁装置的距离。
13 , 如权利要求 11 所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 每 一所述挡片包括: 一端与支撑杆连接的连接部及与连接部另一端连接的清 洁部, 每一所述清洁部包括一底部以及与底部连接的頂部, 所述两清洁部 的两底部相对的倒面为斜面, 所述两凹部分别设于所述两清洁部的顶部相 对的侧面的中部, 所述两清洁部的两底部呈楔形, 两凹部呈相对称的半圓 形。
14、 如权利要求 1 1 所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 所 述两挡片的材质为不发尘的塑料, 所述两 部闭合时形成的通孔的扎径大 于所述涂胶头的针头的直径。
15、 如权利要求 12 所述的带针头清洁装置的框胶涂布机, 其中, 所 述机台外框的两倒对应所述龙门架的两安装脚还分别设有一机台导轨, 所 述龙门架通过该两机台导轨安装于所述机台外框上 , 所述龙门架在该机台 导轨上沿着第一方向来回运动, 所述两涂胶头在龙门架上沿着垂直于第一 方向的第二方向来回运动, 所述涂胶头沿着垂直于第一、 第二方向构成的 平面的方向在龙 Π架上作上下运动。
