일반적으로 한꺼번에 많은 수의 빨래를 건조시키기 위해 다양한 방식의 빨래 건조대를 이용하는데, 종래의 모든 빨래 건조대는 빨래를 건조봉에 올려서 양쪽을 늘여뜨려 놓아서 건조시키거나 빨래의 일부분을 빨래집게 등의 탄성체로 압박하여 파지하고 나머지 부분을 그냥 늘여뜨려서 빨래를 건조시키는 방식으로 되어 있다.
도 1, 도 2, 도 3, 도 4는 종래의 빨래 건조대를 도시한 것인데, 도 1은 건조대 프레임(55)을 천정에 고정하여 건조봉(51)을 수동이나 전동으로 천정쪽으로 올렸다 아래로 내렸다 하는 천정 빨래 건조대 중에서 손잡이(53)를 당겨서 수동으로 건조봉(51)을 올렸다 내렸다 조절하는 천정 빨래 건조대를 도시한 것이다. 천정에 연결되는 건조대 프레임(55)에 결합되는 X링크로 구성된 일명 자바라로 불리는 X링크 조합장치(52)가 접혀졌다 펴졌다 하면서 건조봉(51)이 올라갔다 내려갔다 한다.
도 2는 바닥에 세워 놓고 건조봉에 빨래를 걸어서 빨래의 양쪽을 늘여뜨려 놓아서 건조시키는 방식의 빨래 건조대를 도시한 것이다. 도 1의 천정 빨래 건조대나 도 2의 바닥에 세워 놓는 빨래 건조대는 모두 한꺼번에 많은 수의 빨래를 건조시키기 위해 간격을 두고 배열되는 복수의 건조봉(51)에 그냥 빨래를 올려서 건조봉(51)의 양쪽으로 늘여뜨린 상태에서 건조시키는 방식이다.
그러나 이러한 방식은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.
도시된 것처럼, 건조봉(51)을 지지하는 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)이 건조봉(51)과 거의 같은 평면을 이루고 있어 건조봉(51)에 빨래를 걸때 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)이 걸려서 이용자가 빨래를 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 바로 건조봉(51)에 걸어서 건조봉(51) 너머로 당길 수가 없고 일단 빨래를 건조봉(51)에 걸고 나서 다시 손을 뗐다가 건조봉(51)을 넘어간 부분을 다시 잡고 잡아 당겨야 되어서 매우 불편한 문제점이 있다.
또한, 빨래를 하나씩 건조봉(51) 상호간의 사이로 위로 밀어 올려서 건조봉(51)에 걸은 다음 다시 빨래를 아래로 잡아 당겨서 건조봉(51)의 양쪽으로 비슷하게 빨래가 늘여뜨려지게 해야 하므로 빨래를 널 때 불편하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 문제점이 있다.
그리고, 건조된 빨래를 걷을 때는 빨래를 하나씩 잡고 건조봉(51) 위로 잡아 당기거나 빨래의 한쪽을 잡아당겨서 빨래가 끝까지 건조봉(51)을 넘어오도록 해야 하므로 빨래를 걷을 때도 한꺼번에 걷을 수가 없고 하나씩 따로따로 걷어야 하므로 불편이 있으며, 시간이 많이 걸리는 문제점이 있다.
도 2의 확대 부분에는 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)과 건조봉(51)이 거의 같은 평면을 이루고 있음을 상세히 나타내고 있다. 도 2의 확대 부분을 참조하면, 건조봉(51)의 단부에 건조봉(51)과 직각으로 결합된 건조봉 지지 프레임(50) 때문에 이용자가 빨래를 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 바로 건조봉(51)에 걸어서 건조봉(51) 너머로 당길 수가 없고 일단 빨래를 건조봉(51)에 걸고 나서 다시 손을 뗐다가 건조봉(51)을 넘어간 부분을 다시 잡고 잡아 당겨야 하는 문제점이 있다. 때문에 이러한 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)은 건조봉(51)을 지지하는 중요한 기능이 있지만, 건조봉(51)에 빨래를 걸 때는 불편을 야기하는 장애물이 된다.
도 3과 도 4는 빨래의 일부분을 빨래집게 등의 탄성체로 압박하여 파지하고 나머지 부분을 그냥 늘여뜨려서 빨래를 건조시키는 방식을 도시한 것이다. 도 3 및 도 4에서 도시한 빨래 건조 방식은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.
빨래집게 프레임(56)에 복수의 빨래집게(54)가 결합되어 건조시키려고 하는 각각의 빨래의 한 부분을 빨래집게(54)로 집고, 빨래의 다른 쪽 부분을 다른 빨래집게(54)로 집어서 빨래를 걸어야 하므로, 빨래를 널때 힘이 많이 들어가서 불편하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 문제점이 있다. 그리고 건조된 빨래를 걷을 때는 각각의 빨래의 윗부분의 일측을 잡고 있는 빨래집게(54)를 벌려서 빨래를 빼내고 다시 같은 빨래의 윗부분의 다른 일측을 잡고 있는 다른 빨래집게(54)를 벌려서 빨래를 빼내야 하므로 빨래를 걷을 때도 불편하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 불편한 문제점이 있다.
특히, 빨래 건조시에 물에 젖어서 무거운 빨래가 흘러내리지 않을 만큼 강하게 빨래를 잡고 있어야 하므로 빨래집게(54)의 탄성력이 상당히 강하기 때문에 빨래를 걸거나 빨래를 걷기 위해 빨래집게(54)를 벌릴 때 힘이 많은 힘이 필요한 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 많은 수의 빨래를 한꺼번에 건조시키 위해 빨래를 빨래 건조대에 걸 때, 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)에 이용자의 손이나 빨래가 걸리지 않게 하여 이용자가 빨래를 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 빨래걸이(33)에 걸어서 바로 펼쳐질 수 있게 하고 건조된 빨래를 빨래 건조대에서 걷을 때는 빨래를 하나씩 잡고 건조봉(51) 위로 잡아 당기거나 빨래의 한쪽을 잡아당겨서 빨래가 끝까지 건조봉(51)을 넘어오도록 해서 빨래를 걷지 않고, 한꺼번에 여러 개의 빨래를 쉽게 걷을 수 있게 하며, 빨래가 이탈되지 않도록 강한 탄성력으로 빨래를 잡고 있지 않게 하여 빨래를 널기도 쉽고 걷기도 쉽게 하여 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치 및 이를 포함하는 빨래 건조대를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치 및 이를 포함하는 빨래 건조대는 많은 수의 빨래를 한꺼번에 건조시키기 위해 빨래를 빨래 건조대에 널 때 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)에 이용자의 손이나 빨래가 걸리지 않게 하여 이용자가 빨래의 윗부분의 양쪽을 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 빨래걸이(33)에 걸어서 바로 펼쳐질 수 있게 하고, 건조된 빨래를 빨래 건조대에서 걷을 때는 빨래를 하나씩 잡고 건조봉(51) 위로 잡아 당기거나 빨래의 한쪽을 잡아당겨서 빨래가 끝까지 건조봉(51)을 넘어오도록 해서 빨래를 걷지 않고 한꺼번에 여러개의 빨래를 쉽게 걷을 수 있게 하며, 빨래가 이탈되지 않도록 강한 탄성력으로 빨래를 잡고 있지 않게 하여 빨래를 널기도 쉽고 걷기도 쉽게 하여 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치 및 이를 포함하는 빨래 건조대를 제공하게 한다.

도 5와 도 6에 도시된 것처럼 두 개의 ㄷ자 모양의 장착 프레임(38)이 고정대(46)에 의해 상호간에 벌어진 상태로 서 있는 두 개의 지지대(45)에 회동 연결부(37)에 의해 회동 가능하게 결합되어 위로 올라가면서 좌우 양측으로 벌어져 비스듬히 기울어져 있다.
그리고 각각의 장착 프레임(38)은 각각 양쪽으로 장착 세로바(31)가 구비되고 각각의 장착 세로바(31)의 윗쪽 단부에 장착바 고정대(39)가 결합되어 있고 각각의 장착 세로바(31)의 아랫쪽 단부에 회동 연결부(37)가 결합되어, 아래에 위치 하면서 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)를 지지하는 지지대(45)와 회동 가능하게 결합되어 있다.
여기서 각각의 장착 프레임(38)은 두 개의 장착 세로바(31)와 장착바 고정대(39)로 구성될 수 있다. 그리고 각각의 장착 세로바(31)에는 복수의 빨래걸이(33)가 빨래가 걸리는 방향으로 즉 바깥쪽이면서 윗쪽으로 돌출되게 결합되어 있다.
여기서 각각의 장착 프레임(38)에 양쪽으로 구비되는 장착 세로바(31)에 각각 구비되는 빨래걸이(33) 중에서 수평한 위치로 서로 대응되는 빨래걸이(33)는 이용자가 빨래의 윗부분의 양쪽을 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 빨래를 펼쳐서 걸 수 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)를 형성하게 되는데 장착 프레임(38)에 양쪽으로 구비되는 장착 세로바(31)에는 세로방향으로 복수의 빨래걸이(33)가 구비되므로 장착 프레임(38)에는 복수의 빨래걸이 가로부(34)가 형성되어 이용자는 복수의 빨래를 각각 윗부분의 양쪽을 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 빨래를 펼쳐서 걸 수 있게 된다.
그리고 두 개의 회동 연결부(37) 사이에는 회동 연결부 축(29)이 구비되어 회동 연결부(37)가 견고히 결합된다. 또한, 장착 프레임(38)이 지지대(45)에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 일정 위치까지 회동된 상태에서 회동고정수단(49)으로 고정시킨다. 장착 프레임(38)과 지지대(45)의 회동을 고정시키는 방법은 여러가지로 다양한 방법이 있으나, 여기서는 회동고정수단 걸림돌기(44)에 회동고정수단(49)이 걸려서 장착 프레임(38)과 지지대(45)의 회동이 고정되는 방식을 예시하고 있다.
도 6의 세로방향으로 인접한 두 개의 빨래걸이(33)를 확대한 도면에서 도시한 바와 같이, 두 개의 빨래걸이(33) 사이에 빨래걸이(33) 사이의 진출입을 가로막는 장애물이 없어서 빨래를 건조시키기 위하여 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래를 걸 때 빨래를 잡은 이용자의 손과 이용자의 손에 잡힌 빨래가 C방향으로 자유롭게 출입될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

이처럼 본 발명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대는 각각의 장착 프레임(38)에 양쪽으로 구비되는 장착 세로바(31)에 각각 구비되는 빨래걸이(33) 중에서 수평한 위치로 서로 대응되는 빨래걸이(33)로 형성되는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)를 포함한다. 이용자가 이 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 양측 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래의 한쪽 부분의 양쪽을 두손으로 벌려서 걸면, 빨래의 반대쪽 부분은 빨래의 무게에 의해 저절로 아래로 늘여 뜨려지면서 펼쳐지고, 펼쳐진 빨래는 그대로 건조될 수 있다.
여기서, 위에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)에 이용자가 먼저 빨래를 걸고, 아래에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)에 나중에 걸려고 하는 경우, 위에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)에 걸려 있는 빨래가 아래로 늘여뜨려져 있어서 매우 불편하기 때문에, 이용자는 빨래를 아래에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)에 먼저 걸어 놓은 이후에, 위에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래를 걸어 놓는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 위에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)가 상대적으로 빨래 건조대의 바깥쪽으로 나와 있고, 아래에 있는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 빨래걸이(33)가 상대적으로 빨래 건조대의 중심쪽으로 들어가 있으므로, 아래로 늘여뜨려져 있는 빨래들이 서로 겹치지 않고 상호 떨어져 있기 때문에 효율적으로 건조될 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 빨래가 건조된 후 빨래를 걷을 때는 각각의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)에 걸려 있는 빨래의 아래로 내려뜨려져 있는 부분을 잡고 각각 도 10에 도시된 B방향과 B'방향으로 잡아당기면 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴지게 되어 빨래와 빨래걸이(33) 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 감소하여 쉽게 걷어질 수 있다. 이때, 각각의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)에 걸려 있는 여러 개의 빨래의 내려뜨려진 부분을 한꺼번에 잡고 각각 B방향과 B'방향으로 잡아당겨서 빨래를 한꺼번에 걷을 수 있어서 사용 편의성이 높다.
도 11은 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치가 거꾸로 기울어져 빨래가 내려지는 상태를 도시한 정면도이다.
도 11에서 도시한 바와 같이, 지지대(45)에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 있는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)가 각각 A방향과 A'방향으로 회동되어 빨래 건조 시에 위에 있던 장착 프레임(38)의 윗부분이 아래로 내려올 수 있다.
이 상태에서는 위를 향하여 돌출되어 있던 빨래걸이(33)의 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분이 모두 아래를 향하여 돌출된 상태가 되므로 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절상태에서 펴진 상태가 되어 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 급격히 감소함으로써 빨래가 저절로 아래로 떨어지게 되어 이용자는 쉽게 빨래를 걷을 수 있다.
여기서 장착 프레임(38)이 지지대(45)에 회동되는 것을 고정하는 회동고정수단(49)은 회동 고정수단 걸림돌기(44)에서 이탈되어 아래로 내려와 있음을 나타내고 있다.
건조된 빨래를 걷을 때는 이처럼 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)를 기울여서 빨래걸이(33)의 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분이 모두 아래를 향하게 하여 쉽게 걷을 수도 있다.
그리고 그냥 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)가 빨래 건조시와 같은 상태에서, 위를 향하여 돌출되어 있는 빨래걸이(33)에 걸려 있는 여러 개의 빨래의 아래로 늘여뜨려진 부분을 한꺼번에 잡고 빨래 건조대의 윗쪽 방향으로 비스듬히 잡아 당기면, 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려있던 빨래가 굴절상태에서 펴진 상태가 되어 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 급격히 감소하여 빨래가 쉽게 미끄러져 한꺼번에 여러 개의 빨래를 쉽게 걷을 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 다른 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 사시도이다.
도 12에서 도시한 바와 같이, 하나의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)가 수직 방향의 물체에 고정되는 수직지지대(47)에 회동 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 도시된 바와 같이, 이 경우에도 빨래를 건조시키기 위하여 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래를 걸 때, 빨래를 잡은 이용자의 손과 이용자의 손에 잡힌 빨래가 세로방향으로 인접한 빨래걸이(33) 상호간의 틈에 자유롭게 출입될 수 있다.

도 17 및 도 18에 도시한 바와 같이, 장착 프레임(38)에 복수의 장착 가로바(32)가 결합되어 있고 각각의 장착 가로바(32)에 각각 복수의 빨래걸이(33)가 구비되어 있다. 여기서 빨래걸이(33)가 도 18에 도시된 것처럼 장착 가로바(32)와 결합되는 부분에 가로바 삽입구멍(28)이 형성되어 있다. 가로바 삽입구멍(28)을 관통하여 장착 가로바(32)가 삽입되며 빨래걸이(33)는 장착 가로바(32)를 따라 가로방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된다.
여기서 하나의 장착 가로바(32)에 복수의 빨래걸이(33)가 구비되어 하나의 빨래걸이 가로부(34)에 여러 개의 빨래를 가로방향으로 펼쳐서 걸 때 빨래의 가로폭이 넓은 것을 걸 때는 빨래걸이(33) 사이를 벌려서 걸수 있다. 그리고 빨래의 가로폭이 좁은 것을 걸 때는 빨래걸이(33) 사이를 좁혀서 걸수 있기 때문에 효과적으로 많은 빨래를 걸 수 있다.

도 19 및 도 20에서 도시한 바와 같이, 장착 세로바(31)에 빨래걸이(33)가 결합된다. 본 발명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 특징은, 빨래 건조시에는 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리고, 빨래의 빨래걸이(33)에 걸리는 반대쪽 부분은 빨래의 무게에 의해 아래로 내려 뜨려지므로 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 커서 빨래가 미끄러지지 않는 것이다.
그리고, 빨래를 걷을 시에는 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴지게 하여 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 감소되게 하여 빨래가 빨래걸이(33)에서 쉽게 미끄러지게 함으로써, 빨래를 쉽고 간단한 동작으로 걸어서 건조시키고 건조된 빨래를 쉽고 간단한 동작으로 걷도록 하는 특징이 있다. 이러한 작용이 확실하게 이루어지기 위해서는 빨래가 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸릴 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 커야 되고, 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴질 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 확실하게 작아야 된다.
이러한 조건을 충족시키기 위하여 빨래걸이(33)의 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분에 빨래걸이 돌기(71)가 형성되어 있는 것이다. 빨래걸이 돌기(71)에 빨래가 접촉되어 굴절되면 빨래걸이 돌기(71)가 빨래의 표면에 삽입되어 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰은 매우 커지게 된다. 그리고 빨래를 걷을 시에 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴지게 되면 빨래의 표면에 삽입되어 있던 빨래걸이 돌기(71)가 빨래의 표면과 분리되므로 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 감소된다.
빨래걸이 돌기(71)는 빨래가 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸릴 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰을 크게 하고, 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴질 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰을 확실하게 작게 하도록 형성될 수 있으며 그 모양과 크기는 다양하게 할 수 있다.
도 21은 본 발명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 장착 프레임과 또 다른 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이의 사시도이다. 도 21에서 도시한 바와 같이, 장착 세로바(31)에 빨래걸이(33)가 결합될 수 있다. 그리고 각각의 빨래걸이(33)에는 캡(72)이 씌어질 수 있다.
캡(72)은 고무와 같이 마찰이 큰 재질로 형성되어 빨래걸이(33)의 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분에 씌우는 것이다. 캡(72)은 빨래가 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸릴 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰을 크게 하고, 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴질 때는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰을 감소시키는 한 그 크기와 모양과 재질은 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
도 22는 본 발명의 또 다른 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 사시도이다.
도 22에서 도시한 바와 같이, 빨래가 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 상태로 걸리도록 장착 프레임(38)에 두 개의 빨래걸이(33)가 가로 방향으로 구비되어 형성되는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 양측 빨래걸이(33) 사이에 연결와이어(73)가 구비될 수 있다.
연결와이어(73)는 빨래가 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 상태로 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 양측 빨래걸이(33)에 걸릴 때 빨래의 가운데 부분이 아래로 처지는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
도 23은 본 발명의 제 4의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 사시도이며, 도 24는 도 23에 도시된 본 발명의 제 4의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이의 정면도이다.
도 23 및 도 24에서 도시한 바와 같이, 빨래가 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 상태로 걸리도록 장착 프레임(38)에 두 개의 빨래걸이(33)가 가로 방향으로 구비되어 형성되는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 양측 빨래걸이(33) 사이에 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)이 구비될 수 있다.
빨래걸이 연결봉(74)은 빨래가 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 상태로 빨래걸이 가로부(34)의 양측 빨래걸이(33)에 걸릴 때 빨래의 가운데 부분이 아래로 처지는 것을 방지한다. 그리고, 도 23에 도시된 것처럼 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)은 양측 빨래걸이(33) 사이의 거리보다 더 길게 하여 양측 빨래걸이(33) 사이의 거리보다 더 넓게 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 상태로 빨래를 걸 때 양측 빨래걸이(33)의 사이가 아닌 바깥쪽으로 나오는 빨래의 부분도 아래로 처지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이는 도 2에 도시된 종래의 빨래 건조대와 비슷해 보이지만, 도 2에 도시된 종래의 빨래 건조대는 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.
먼저, 건조봉(51)을 지지하는 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)이 건조봉(51)과 거의 같은 평면을 이루고 있어 건조봉(51)에 빨래를 걸때 건조봉 지지 프레임(50)이 걸려서 이용자가 빨래를 두손으로 양쪽으로 벌려서 잡은 상태에서 바로 건조봉(51)에 걸어서 건조봉(51) 너머로 당길 수가 없다. 일단 빨래를 건조봉(51)에 걸고 나서 다시 손을 뗐다가 건조봉(51)을 넘어간 부분을 다시 잡고 잡아 당겨야 되는 것이고, 빨래를 하나씩 건조봉(51) 상호간의 사이로 위로 밀어 올려서 건조봉(51)에 걸은 다음 다시 빨래를 아래로 잡아 당겨서 건조봉(51)의 양쪽으로 비슷하게 빨래가 늘여뜨려지게 해야 하므로 빨래를 널때 불편하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 건조된 빨래를 걷을 때는 빨래를 하나씩 잡고 건조봉(51) 위로 잡아 당기거나 빨래의 한쪽을 잡아당겨서 빨래가 끝까지 건조봉(51)을 넘어오도록 해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
반면에, 도 23 및 도 24에 도시된 본 발명의 제 4의 일실시예는 장착 프레임(38)에 빨래걸이(33)가 돌출되어 있고 빨래걸이(33)가 돌출되어 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분에 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)이 결합되므로 장착 프레임(38)과 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분이나 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)이 같은 평면을 이루고 있지 않으므로, 이용자가 빨래를 건조시키기 위하여 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)에 빨래를 걸 때 빨래를 잡은 이용자의 손과 이용자의 손에 잡힌 빨래가 세로방향으로 인접한 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74) 상호간의 틈에 자유롭게 출입 되는 이점이 있다.
그리고, 빨래를 손에 잡은 상태에서 한번에 바로 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)에 걸고, 빨래를 걷을 시에는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)에 굴절되어 걸려있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴지게 하여 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)과 빨래 사이의 미끄럼 마찰이 감소되게 하여 빨래가 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)에서 쉽게 미끄러지게 하여 종래와 달리 한꺼번에 여러 개의 빨래를 걷을 수 있는 이점이 있다.
특히, 장착 프레임(38)에서 빨래걸이(33)의 빨래가 굴절되어 걸리는 부분과 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)까지의 간격이 클 수록 즉, 빨래걸이(33)의 길이가 길수록 빨래 건조시에 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이 연결봉(74)에 빨래가 깊이 걸릴 수 있기 때문에 미끄러지지 않고 견고히 걸려 있을 수 있다.
도 25는 본 발명의 제 5의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이와 압박 탄성체의 사시도이고, 도 26은 본 발명의 제 5의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이와 압박 탄성체의 정면도이다.
도 25 및 도 26에서 도시한 바와 같이, 장착 프레임(38)에 압박 탄성체(81)가 결합된다. 압박 탄성체(81)의 탄성이 빨래걸이(33)에 작용하게 된다. 압박 탄성체(81)는 장착 프레임(38)에는 고정 결합되고 빨래걸이(33)에는 결합되지 않고 탄력으로 접촉 가능하게 구성된다.
이용자가 빨래를 건조시키기 위해 빨래걸이(33)에 걸면서 빨래걸이(33)와 압박 탄성체(81) 사이로 빨래를 삽입하면, 압박 탄성체(81)가 탄성으로 빨래를 압박하면서 확실하게 굴절되도록 하여 빨래는 더욱 견고하게 빨래걸이(33)에 걸리게 된다. 그리고. 이용자가 건조된 빨래를 걷을 때는 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절 되어 걸려 있던 빨래가 굴절되지 않고 펴지게 되고 압박 탄성체(81)와 빨래걸이(33) 사이에 삽입되어 있던 빨래는 압박 탄성체(81)와 빨래걸이(33) 사이에서 빠져 나오게 된다.
압박 탄성체(81)의 탄성은 빨래 건조시 빨래가 견고하게 고정되게 하면서도 건조된 빨래를 걷을 때 압박 탄성체(81)와 빨래걸이(33) 사이에서 빨래가 쉽게 빠져 나올 수 있게 하는 적당한 탄성을 가지면 되는 것이고 모양과 크기는 다양하게 할 수 있는 것이다
그리고 압박 탄성체(81)가 빨래와 접촉되어 빨래를 압박하는 부분에 돌기를 형성하여 빨래를 더욱 견고하게 흘러내리지 않도록 할 수도 있다.

압박 탄성체(81)가 장착 프레임(38)의 내부에 삽입된다. 구체적으로 도 30에 도시된 압박 탄성체(81)는 도 29에 도시된 것처럼 장착 프레임(38)의 내부 수용 공간에 삽입되어 장착된다.
이러한 구조로 된 것도 작용은 도 25와 도26에 도시된 본 발명의 제 5의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이와 압박 탄성체의 작용과 큰 차이가 없는 것이고 장착 프레임(38)에 압박 탄성체(81)를 장착하기가 매우 용이한 것이다.
이처럼 압박 탄성체(81)는 장착 프레임(38)의 내부나 외부에 장착할 수 있고 다양한 모양으로 가능하며 예시된 것은 빨래의 한쪽 면만을 압박하는 것이지만 빨래의 양쪽 면을 압박하는 구조로 실시되어도 무방하다.
도 32는 본 발명의 제 7의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이와 압박 탄성체의 정면도이다.
도 32에서 도시한 바와 같이, 압박 탄성체(81)가 빨래걸이(33)에 결합되고 빨래걸이(33)에 굴절되어 걸리는 빨래가 압박 탄성체(81)와 빨래걸이(33)의 사이에 삽입되어 압박될 수 있다.
이처럼 빨래 건조 시에 빨래걸이(33)에 걸린 빨래를 압박 탄성체(81)가 탄성으로 압박하면서 확실히 굴절되도록 하여 빨래가 견고하게 빨래걸이(33)에 걸리고 흘러내리지 않게 하기 위해 압박 탄성체(81)가 장착 프레임(38)에 장착될 수도 있고 빨래걸이(33)에 장착될 수도 있는 것이다.
도 33은 본 발명의 제 8의 일실시예의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치의 일부분중 장착 프레임과 빨래걸이의 정면도인데 도시된 것처럼 빨래걸이(33)가 상당히 길고 장착 프레임(38)에 빨래걸이 회동축(35)으로 회동 가능하게 결합되어 빨래걸이(33)가 각각 D방향으로 회동 가능하게 될 수 있다.
또한, 빨래걸이(33)는 빨래 건조시 빨래가 걸려 있어야 하므로 회동 스토퍼(36)에 빨래걸이(33)가 걸려서 지나치게 D방향의 반대 방향으로 회동되지 못하게 되어 있다. 빨래걸이(33)가 길어서 빨래 건조를 마치고 빨래 건조대를 접어서 보관할 때 부피가 커지는 것을 방지하기 위해서 빨래걸이(33)가 회동되어 접어지면 부피가 작아져서 보관하기가 편리해 지는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 것처럼 종래의 건조봉에 빨래를 거는 빨래 건조대는 건조봉 지지 프레임(50) 때문에 빨래를 걸 때나 걷을 때 매우 불편하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 점을 빨래가 걸리는 빨래걸이(33)와 빨래걸이(33)가 결합되는 장착 프레임(38)이 동일한 평면을 이루지 않고 떨어지게 하여 불편을 해소한다.
그리고 빨래집게(54)등의 탄성체로 빨래를 파지하여 건조시키는 빨래 건조대는 강한 탄성으로 빨래를 압박해야 하므로 빨래를 걸 때나 걷을 때 빨래집게등의 탄성체를 벌리기 위해 힘이 많이 들고 시간이 많이 걸리는 점을 해소하여 편리성을 크게 높이는 빨래 건조대인 것이다.
특히, 본 빌명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대는 장착 프레임(38)에 가로 방향과 세로방향으로 각각 복수로 돌출되게 장착되는 빨래걸이(33)에 빨래 건조 시에 빨래가 굴절되게 걸려서 빨래가 미끄러지지 않게 하는 방식인데, 빨래걸이(33)가 장착 프레임(38)에서 돌출되는 거리가 길수록 즉 빨래걸이(33)의 길이가 길수록 빨래가 깊이 걸려서 미끄러지지 않게 되므로 빨래걸이(33)의 길이를 최대한 길게 하되 본 발명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대의 크기가 너무 커지지 않는 적절한 길이로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 포함한 빨래 건조대는 전술한 실시예에 국한하지 않고, 본 발명의 기술 사상이 허용되는 범위내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있는 것이다.

  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 빨래걸이 가로부(34)는 장착 가로바(32)가 상기 장착 프레임(38)에 가로 방향으로 걸쳐 결합되고, 적어도 둘의 상기 빨래걸이(33)가 상기 장착 가로바(32)에 상호 떨어져 결합하여 이루어지는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치.

  13. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 빨래걸이(33)는 상기 장착 프레임(38)에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치.
  14. 장착 프레임(38)과, 상기 장착프레임(38)에 하향하여 돌출 형성되고 가로 방향으로 상호 떨어져 배치되는 적어도 둘의 빨래걸이(33)로 이루어지는 빨래걸이 가로부(34)를 포함하고, 적어도 둘의 상기 빨래걸이 가로부(34)가 세로 방향으로 상호 떨어져 배치되는 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30);및.
    상기 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치를 지지하는 지지수단
    을 포함하는 빨래 건조대.
  15. 제14 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지수단은 회동 연결부(37)가 결합된 지지대(45)를 포함하고, 상기 회동 연결부(37)에 한 쌍의 상기 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)가 회동 가능하게 결합되는 빨래 건조대.
  16. 제14 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지수단은 외부 구조물에 고정되며 회동 연결부(37)가 결합된 수직지지대(47)를 포함하고, 상기 회동 연결부(37)에 상기 돌출 굴절 빨래걸이 건조장치(30)가 회동 가능하게 결합되는 빨래 건조대.
