본 발명은 옷걸이, 바지걸이, 빨래걸이 등과 같이 각종 물건을 걸어 놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이에 관한 것이다.
옷걸이, 바지걸이, 빨래걸이 등과 같이 각종 물건을 걸어 놓을 수 있는 다양한 형태의 걸이가 안출되어 사용되고 있다.
한국공개특허공보 10-2004-0052755호(2004. 06. 23.공개)에는 당김줄에 의해 옷걸이 걸편의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 된 사물함용 옷걸이 걸이구조가 제시되어 있다.
또, 한국공개특허공보 10-2006-0105946호(2006. 10. 12.공개)에는 이중관 형태로 형성되어 내측관의 삽탈에 의해 걸이대의 길이가 조절되고, 표지판 등을 매달 수 있도록 길이조절이 가능한 공사현장용 콘걸이대가 제시되어 있다.
그런데 종래의 걸이는 크거나 무거운 물건을 걸어놓는 것이 매우 어렵고 불편하며, 사용 공간의 크기나 형태 등에 영향을 크게 받는 문제점이 있는 것이었다.
구체적인 예로 설명하면, 크고 무거운 침구류 등과 같은 물건을 세탁 후 건조하기 위해 천장 부착식 걸이(건조대)에 걸어놓아 건조하고 있는 실정이다.
그런데 침구류가 무거울 뿐만 아니라 크기 때문에 천장 부착식 걸이(건조대)에 걸어 놓는 것에 상당한 어려움이 있었던 것이다.
특히, 침구류를 걸어두는 것이 주로 여성이기 때문에 남성보다 키도 작고 힘도 약한 여성으로서는 침구류를 걸어놓는 것이 매우 어렵고 불편하였던 것이다.
세탁된 침구류를 걸어놓는 과정에서 세탁된 침구류가 바닥이나 지저분한 물체에 닿기라도 하면 세탁된 침구류가 더러워져 다시 세탁해야 하기 때문에 침구류를 걸어 놓을 때 매우 조심해야 하는 불편함도 발생되었다.
침구류를 잘 걸어놓았을 경우에도 침구류의 양쪽 면이 햇볕을 골고루 받아 고르게 건조되도록 하기 위해서는 일정시간 경과 후 침구류를 뒤집어서 걸어줄 필요성이 있는데 이러한 작업도 매우 어려워 뒤집는 작업 자체를 포기하는 경우가 많았다.(침구류의 한쪽 면만 햇볕을 받으면 햇볕에 의한 살균, 소독이 한쪽만 이루어지고 침구류가 고르게 건조되지도 못하는 문제점이 발생된다.)

이로 인해 종종 아파트 외부의 난간 지지대 등에 침구류를 거는 경우도 있는데 바람 등의 영향을 받아 침구류가 난간에서 이탈되어 낙하하는 경우도 있고, 벽면의 이물질에 접촉되기도 하는 등 여러 가지 문제점이 발생되고 있는 실정이었던 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하려는 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 힘이 약한 사람도 크고 무거운 물건을 걸어놓는 것이 용이하고, 좁고 다양한 형태를 갖는 공간에서도 사용이 가능한 걸이를 제공하려는데 목적이 있다.
또, 걸어놓은 물건의 앞, 뒤가 바뀌도록 하는 것이 용이하도록 하려는 목적도 있다.
본 발명에서는 걸이의 길이 조절이 가능하도록 하여 침구류와 같이 크고 무거운 물건도 용이하게 걸어 놓을 수 있도록 한다.
이러한 본 발명의 걸이는, 복수 개의 지지마디로 이루어져 있되 각각의 지지마디와 지지마디가 힌지 결합되어 좌, 우로 접철됨으로써 길이 조절이 가능한 접철식지지대;

이하, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 첨부된 도면을 사용하여 더욱 구체적으로 설명한다.
그러나 첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 일 예에 불과하므로 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 첨부된 도면의 형태에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명에서는 크고 비교적 무거운 물건을 소정의 장소에 걸어놓는 것이 용이하도록 하기 위하여 걸이의 길이 조절이 가능하도록 한다.
즉, 침구류 등의 물건을 본 발명의 걸이에 고정시킬 때, 걸어 놓을 장소로 올길 때, 소정의 장소에 본 발명의 걸이를 위치시켜 놓는 과정에서는 침구류 등의 부피를 줄여서 작업할 수 있도록 하고, 원하는 장소에 본 발명의 걸이를 걸어놓은 후 본 발명의 걸이에 고정된 물건을 펼쳐놓을 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 걸이는 도 1과 같은 형태로 구현되거나 도 2와 같은 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
도 1은, 외측 관(11) 내에 내측 관(12)이 삽입되어 있고, 내측 관(12)이 외측 관(11)의 내, 외부로 이동되어 길이 조절이 가능하도록 되어 있는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 가지고 있다.
또, 하부는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 연결되고, 상부는 물체에 걸어놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이수단(20)을 가지고 있다.
또, 어느 한쪽은 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽은 물건을 매달 수 있도록 된 복수 개의 고정수단(30)을 가지고 있다.
즉, 도 1의 경우 고정수단(30)에 침구류 등의 물건을 고정(물건을 바닥에 놓고 고정하면 작업이 용이함) 후 본 발명의 걸이를 걸어놓을 장소(베란다 등)으로 이동하고, 걸이수단(20)을 사용해서 천장부착식건조대 등에 본 발명의 걸이를 걸어 놓을 수 있다.
이러한 상태에서 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 길게 펼치면(내측 관(12)을 외측 관(11)의 외부로 이동시키는 방식임) 고정수단(30)에 고정된 물건(침구류 등)이 펼쳐지게 되므로 크고 무거운 물건을 펼쳐서 걸어 놓는 것이 용이한 것이다.
도 2는, 도 1의 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 대신하여 접철식지지대(40)를 가지고 있다.
이러한 접철식지지대(40)는 복수 개의 지지마디(41)로 이루어져 있되 각각의 지지마디(41)와 지지마디(41)가 힌지 결합되어 좌, 우로 접철됨으로써 길이 조절이 가능한 구조이다.
도 2의 걸이를 사용해서 침구류 등의 물건을 걸어놓는 방법도 도 1의 경우와 같다.
다만, 도 2의 경우 접철식지지대(40)를 길게 펼침에 있어서 각각의 지지마디(41)가 펴지도록 하는 방법을 사용한다.
그러나 도 1의 경우 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 좌, 우 직선상으로 펼쳐지기 때문에 공간활용도가 낮은 반면, 도 2의 경우는 각각의 지지마디(41)가 직선이 아니라 소정의 각도로 꺽인 상태로 펼쳐질 수 있기 때문에 도 1보다 공간활용도가 우수하다.
즉, 좁은 공간에서도 물건을 펼쳐놓을 수 있는 것이다.
도 3은 도 1과 같은 방식이되 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 상, 하로 조절이 가능한 구조이다.
즉, 높낮이조절로프(51)를 조작함으로써 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 상, 하로 이동시킬 수 있는 구조이다.
또, 걸이수단(20)이 생략되고 앙카볼트나 나사못 등에 의해 천장 등에 부착, 고정되는 구조이다.(앵커볼트나 나사못 등을 사용해서 물체를 천장 등에 고정하는 구조는 이미 널리 공지된 것이므로 구체적인 구성의 도시는 생략하였음)
그러나 도 3과 달리 도 1이나 도 2에서와 같은 걸이수단(20)을 최상부에 구비할 수도 있다.(도시하지 않음)
본 발명의 구성요소인 고정수단(30)은 물건을 고정할 수 있는 클램프, 집게, 고리 등 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
그러나 복수 개의 가압판을 가짐으로써 가압판 사이에 물건이 위치되도록 한 후 물건을 가압하여 고정하는 집게(31) 형태로 구현되는 것이 물건의 손상도 적고 다양한 형태의 물건을 고정할 수 있어 바람직하다.
집게의 구조는 이미 널리 공지된 것이고, 본 발명에 종래 공지된 집게(31)의 구조를 적용할 수 있는 것이므로 집게(31)의 구조 등에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
상기와 같은 고정수단(30)은 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)나 접철식지지대(40)를 따라 좌, 우로 이동 가능하도록 구현하는 것이 바람직하다.
이는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)나 접철식지지대(40)의 길이 조절 및 물건의 크기에 적절히 대응할 수 있기 때문이다.
고정수단(30)이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 삽입되어 있고, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 따라 고정수단(30)이 좌, 우 이동되도록 구현할 수 있다.
이러한 경우에는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에서 고정수단(30)이 이탈되는 것을 방지할 필요성이 있다.
즉, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 끝부분을 통해 고정수단(30)이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에서 빠져나오는 것을 방지할 필요성이 있는 것이다.
이를 위해 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 양쪽 끝부분에는 고정수단(30)이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지수단(60)을 구비할 수 있다.
이러한 이탈방지수단(60)은 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 삽입된 고정수단(30)이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에서 빠져나오지 못하도록 하는 걸림턱을 갖는 형태로 구현하는 것이 바람직하다.
걸림턱을 형성하는 방법은 도 1에서와 같이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 끝부분에 캡(61)을 씌워 고정하고, 이 캡(61)에 고정수단(30)이 걸리도록 하는 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
즉, 캡(61)을 갖는 이탈방지수단(60)이 되는 것이며, 캡(61)이 걸림턱의 역할을 하는 것이다.
또 다른 형태로서, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 끝부분 직경을 늘리거나 납작하게 가압하여 삽입된 고정수단(30)이 걸리는 걸림턱을 형성하는 형태로 구현할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 구성요소인 접철식지지대(40)와 걸이수단(20)이 연결됨에 있어 접철식지지대(40)가 걸이수단(20)을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 구현하면 걸어놓은 물건의 앞, 뒤가 바뀌도록 하는 것이 용이하다.
즉, 걸이수단(20)이 물체에 걸어져 있는 상태에서 고정수단(30)에 고정된 침구류 등의 물건 앞, 뒤가 바뀌도록 할 때 접철식지지대(40)를 회전시켜주면 침구류 등의 물건 앞, 뒤가 바뀌도록 할 수 있는 것이다.
물론, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)와 걸이수단(20)이 연결됨에 있어서도 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 걸이수단(20)을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 구현할 수 있다.
회전 가능한 각도는 최대 360°이상이 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하지만 최대 90°정도가 되도록 하여도 물건의 방향을 90°까지는 바꿀 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
다중관삽탈식지지대(10)나 접철식지지대(40)를 회전 시킬 수 있는 구조에서 본 발명의 걸이를 위치시킨 장소가 아파트의 베란다와 같이 폭이 좁은 공간이라면, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)나 접철식지지대(40)의 길이를 줄인 상태에서 회전시킨 후 다시 길이를 늘려 침구류 등의 물건이 펼쳐지도록 할 수 있어 작업이 매우 용이하다.
본 발명의 구성요소인 걸이수단(20)은 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
구체적인 예로 설명하면, 물체에 걸어 고정하기 위해 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 형태로 구현할 수 있다.
또, 유연한 합성수지에 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추가 부착되어 있어 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추를 통해 접철식지지대(40)를 물체에 걸어 놓을 수 있는 형태로 구현할 수도 있다.
물론, 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 것을 제1걸이로 하여 구비하고, 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추가 부착되어 있어 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추를 통해 접철식지지대(40)를 물체에 걸어 놓을 수 있는 것을 제2걸이로 구비할 수도 있다.(도 2참조)
즉, 본 발명의 걸이에 2개의 걸이수단(20)(제1걸이 및 제2걸이)이 구비되도록 할 수도 있는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 길이가 조절되도록 함에 있어서는 첨부된 도면에서와 같이 수동으로 이루어지도록 할 수도 있지만 모터, 감속기, 유압실린더를 사용한 동력사용 방식으로 구현할 수도 있다.
또, 본 발명의 걸이에 있어서, 고정수단(30)을 통해 본 발명의 걸이를 걸어두었을 때나 사용하는 과정에서 각종 구조물 등에 접촉될 수 있는 부분에는 고무 등의 완충재를 구비하여 본 발명의 걸이가 파손되는 방지할 수 있다.(도시하지 않음)
특히, 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 고무 등의 충격완화를 위한 완충재를 결합시킬 필요성이 있다.
이것은, 베란다에 본 발명의 걸이가 위치되어 있고, 베란다의 창문 근처에서 바람이 불어 본 발명의 걸이가 흔들리는 경우에 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 창문의 유리 등에 손상을 주는 것을 방지할 수 있기 때문이다.
완충재는 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 전, 후, 좌, 우 등에 모두 구비할 수도 있고 일부에만 구비할 수도 있다.
또, 접철식지지대(40)의 경우 힌지(42)가 결합된 쪽이 닿을 수 있는 점을 고려하여 힌지(42) 주변에 완충재를 결합시킬 수 있고, 힌지(42) 자체를 완충재로 구현하고 접철식지지대(40)의 앞, 뒤쪽으로 돌출시켜 완충재로 활용할 수도 있다.
접철식지지대(40)의 지지마디(41)를 3개, 5개, 7개, 9개 등 홀수로 하고, 접었을 때 좌, 우측 끝단의 지지마디(41)에 위치된 완충재가 좌, 우측을 끝단부를 각각 향하도록 할 수도 있다.
이때 가장 바깥쪽에 있는 지지마디(41)의 길이를 다른 지지마디(41)보다 길게 하여 완충의 효과를 증진시킬 수 있다.
접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 앞, 뒤쪽에 돌출부들을 형성함으로써 건물 벽면 등에 본 발명의 걸이를 위치시킬 때 고정수단(30)에 고정된 물건이 벽면에 닿지 못하도록 하는 간격을 형성할 수 있다.
물론, 이러한 돌출부가 완충재를 역할을 하도록 할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 걸이를 이루는 각종 구성요소는 금속이나 목재나 플라스틱 등으로 구현될 수 있다.
또, 접철식지지대(40)의 지지마디(41)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)는 사각기둥이나 원기둥 형상 등 다양하게 구현할 수 있다.
본 발명의 걸이가 커텐을 걸기 위한 것이고, 높낮이 조절식으로 구현된 경우 고정수단(30)인 집게(31)를 걸기 위하여 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 커텐을 걸기 위한 고정수단(30)과 별도로 각종 물품을 걸어놓을 수 있는 고정수단(30)을 구비하여 사용할 수 있다.
이러한 경우 커텐 본래의 기능을 발휘하면서 물품 걸이의 기능을 겸할 수 있다.
이러한 구성은 커텐이 아니라 화상비춤용 화면 등을 걸어 사용할 수 있는 경우에도 적용 가능하다.
본 발명의 걸이를 벽면에 걸어서 사용하고, 고정수단(30)에 침구류 등의 빨래가 걸려 있도록 할 때 벽면의 이물질이 침구류 등의 빨래에 묻는 것을 방지하기 위해 걸이의 일측에 합성수지판이나 비닐 등을 결합시킨 후 그 위쪽에 빨래가 위치되도록 할 수 있다.
물론, 빨래의 앞쪽면과 뒤쪽면 모두에 합성수지판이나 비닐이 결합되도록 할 수도 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 복수 개의 고정수단(30)이 구비되도록 하되 일부는 분리가 불가능하도록 하고, 일부는 분리, 결합이 가능하도록 구현할 수도 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 상, 하에 복수 개 위치된 형태로 구현할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 걸이는 길이조절이 가능한 접철식지지대나 다중관삽탈식지지대를 갖기 때문에 침구류와 같이 크고 무거운 물건도 용이하게 걸어 놓을 수 있다.
특히, 접철식지지대가 복수 개의 지지마디로 이루어져 있되 각각의 지지마디와 지지마디가 힌지 결합되어 좌, 우로 접철됨으로써 길이 조절이 가능한 경우 침구류와 같이 크고 무거운 물건을 물체에 걸어놓는 것이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 공간 활용도가 우수하다.
또, 길이조절이 가능한 접철식지지대 또는 다중관삽탈식지지대와 물체에 걸어 놓기 위한 걸이수단이 연결됨에 있어 접철식지지대 또는 다중관삽탈식지지대가 걸이수단을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 연결되어 있는 경우 걸어놓은 물건의 앞, 뒤가 바뀌도록 하는 것이 용이하다.

이는 좁은 공간에서도 적은 힘으로 용이하게 물건을 걸수 있는 구조이다.
도 2에서는 3개의 지지마디(41)를 갖기 때문에 2개의 힌지(42)가 구비되어 있는데 그중 하나는 앞면이 전방으로 향하고 다른 하나는 앞면이 후방을 향하도록 되어 있다.
이것은 좌, 우 양측의 지지마디(41)가 중앙부의 지지마디(41)에 원활하게 겹쳐지도록 하기 위한 것이다.
힌지(42)의 뒷면에는 접철고정쇠(43)의 파인 부분을 고정쇠멈치(44)에 돌려서 걸어놓음으로써 지지마디(41)가 펴진 상태를 유지하도록 할 수 있다.
또, 접철고정쇠(43)는 회전이 가능토록 지지마디(41)에 리벳이나 나사 등으로 유격을 두고 탈거되지 않도록 결합한 것이다.
(접철고정쇠(43)가 뒷부분에 형성되어 잘 보이지 않아 조작이 불편할 수 있으므로 지지마디(41)의 윗면이나 아랫면에 접철고정쇠(43)를 위치시킬 수도 있음)
갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 걸이수단(20)은 천공된 지지마디(41)에 걸이수단(20)을 끼워넣고 아래를 구부러서 빠지지 않도록 한 것이다.(아래쪽을 암나사로 막는 방법 등을 사용할 수도 있음)
갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 걸이수단(20)은 각각의 지지마디(41) 전부에 위치되어 있다.(그러나 상기와 같은 걸이수단(20)이 일부의 지지마디(41)에만 구비되도록 할 수도 있으며, 한 개의 지지마디(41)에 복수 개의 걸이수단(20)이 구비되도록 할 수도 있음)
도 2에서의 걸이수단(20)은 도 3에서와 같은 본 발명의 걸이에 구비된 다중관삽탈식지지대(10), 로프, 봉, 홀, 건조대, 빨래줄, 나뭇가지, 고리, 기타 걸림턱이 있는 구조물 등에 걸어놓을 수 있다.
도 2에서 벨크로(22)를 갖는 걸이수단(20)을 활용하면 굵은 기둥, 나무, 기타 다양한 장소에 걸어두는 것이 가능하며, 걸려있는 장소로부터 유동과 이탈을 방지할 수 있다.
(도 2에서는 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 고정수단(30)이 모두 동일한 높이를 갖는 것이지만 접철식지지대(40)의 중간부분에 위치한 지지마디(41)에 결합된 고정수단(30)이 다른 고정수단(30)에 비하여 더 높이 돌출되어 있도록 할 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 의하면, 본 발명의 걸이를 물체에 걸때나 접철식지지대(40)를 회전시킬 때 각종 구성요소가 다른 물체에 걸리는 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 회전동작이 더 용이하다.)
도 2에 형성된 돌출고리(45)는 도 3에서와 같은 상하이동로프(52) 등을 걸어놓는 것이 용이하도록 하기 위한 것이다.(돌출고리(45)는 지지마디(41)의 상, 하, 좌, 우에 여러 개 형성시킬 수 있음)
도 2에서는 고정수단(30)인 집게(31)를 지지마디(41)의 아래 쪽에 통상의 방법으로 결합한 것이다.(로프 등을 사용해서 결합시킬 수 있으며, 필요시 집게(31)에 결합된 로프나 기타 걸 수 있도록 된 구조인 경우에는 접철식지지대(40)에 걸어서 사용하는 구성도 가능함)
실시예 1)
도 1의 구조로서 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 가지고 있다.
집게(31) 등의 고정수단(30)을 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 분리, 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
걸이수단(20)은 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 가지고 있는 것으로서 도 2에서와 같은 구조이다.
실시예 2)
도 3의 구조로서 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 갖는 또 다른 형태이다.
도 3에서는 천장 등에 고정되는 부분의 아래로 늘어져 높낮이가 조절되는 상하이동로프(52)의 하부에 분리, 결합 가능한 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 형성되고, 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 상, 하 이동시킬수 있는 높낮이조절로프(51)가 구비되어 있다.(상기와 같은 높낮이조절로프(51)와 상하이동로프(52)을 갖는 구성은 커텐이나 브라인드 등 각종 산업분야에 적용되고 있는 기술이므로 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.)
또, 집게(31) 등의 고정수단(30)을 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 분리, 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
높낮이조절로프(51)의 조작에 의하여 상하이동로프(52)의 하부에 결합된 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 높낮이가 조절되고 그 설정된 높이가 고정되도록 한 것이다.
도면은 높낮이조절로프(51) 중의 1개를 당기면 롤이 돌아가면서 상하이동로프(52)이 감겨 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 상부로 올라가고, 또 다른 높낮이조절줄을 당기면 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 하부로 내려가는 형태이다.
빨래건조대 등 소정의 높이에 지지대를 고정하기 위한 기존의 기술들을 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 적용한 것이라 할 수 있다.
(도 3에서는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 높낮이 조절이 수동으로 이루어지는 구조이지만, 모터나 감속기 등을 구비하여 동력에 의한 자동, 반자동으로 이루어지도록 할 수도 있음)
다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에는 다수 개의 유동감소턱(13)이 형성되어 있다.
이러한 유동감소턱(13)은 상하이동로프(52), 집게(31) 등의 고정수단(30), 그리고 도 2와 같은 걸이의 걸이수단을 걸때 그러한 것들이 좌, 우로 유동되는 것을 방지한다.
(물론, 유동감소턱(13)의 조건에 따라 넓게 구현할 수도 있고 좁게 구현할 수도 있음)
도 3과 같은 구조의 걸이가 천장에 고정되어 있는 경우라면, 옥내에서 크고 넓은 물건도 펴서 걸어두는 것이 용이하다.
실시예 3)
도 4의 구조로서 접철식지지대(40)를 갖는 구조로서, 도 2와 매우 유사하다.
다만, 파이프를 절곡 후 용접하여 각각의 지지마디(41)를 형성한 것이다.
또, 고정수단(30)이 집게 형태로 구현되고 지지마디(41)를 따라 좌, 우 이동이 가능하도록 되어 있다.
또, 힌지(42)의 한쪽에 위치되어 회전 가능하도록 된 고정쇠멈치(44)가 회전되어 힌지의 다른 쪽에 걸리면 펼쳐진 지지마디(41)가 펼쳐진 상태를 유지하도록 되어 있다.
또, 걸이수단(20)은 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 것이며, 각각의 지지마디를 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 되어 있다.
본 발명의 걸이는 빨래걸이, 옷걸이, 바지걸이, 수건걸이, 커텐걸이, 영상용 스크린 걸이 등 다양한 물품을 걸어놓는 용도로 사용할 수 있다.

  1. 각종 물건을 걸어놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이에 있어서,
    복수 개의 지지마디(41)로 이루어져 있되 각각의 지지마디(41)와 지지마디(41)가 힌지 결합되어 좌, 우로 접철됨으로써 길이 조절이 가능한 접철식지지대(40);
    하부는 상기 접철식지지대(40)에 연결되고, 상부는 물체에 걸어놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이수단(20); 및
    어느 한쪽은 상기 접철식지지대(40)에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽은 물건을 매달 수 있도록 된 복수 개의 고정수단(30);를 포함하여 구성된, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  2. 각종 물건을 걸어놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이에 있어서,
    외측 관(11) 내에 내측 관(12)이 삽입되어 있고, 내측 관(12)이 외측 관(11)의 내, 외부로 이동되어 길이 조절이 가능하도록 되어 있는 다중관삽탈식지지대(10);
    하부는 상기 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 연결되고, 상부는 물체에 걸어놓을 수 있도록 된 걸이수단(20); 및
    어느 한쪽은 상기 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽은 물건을 매달 수 있도록 된 복수 개의 고정수단(30);를 포함하여 구성된, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 고정수단(30)은 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에 삽입되어 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)를 따라 좌, 우 이동이 가능하도록 되어 있고,
    상기 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)의 양쪽 끝부분에는 상기 고정수단(30)이 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)에서 빠져나와 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지수단(60)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 고정수단(30)은 복수 개의 가압판 사이에 물건을 위치시킨 후 가압하여 물건을 고정하는 집게(31)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)와 걸이수단(20)이 연결됨에 있어 접철식지지대(40)나 다중관삽탈식지지대(10)가 걸이수단(20)을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 연결된, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이수단(20)은 물체에 걸어 고정하기 위해 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이수단(20)은 물체에 걸어 고정하기 위해 갈고리 형상으로 된 부분(21)을 갖는 제1걸이를 가지며, 유연한 합성수지에 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추가 부착되어 있어 벨크로(22)나 똑딱단추를 통해 접철식지지대(40)를 물체에 걸어 놓을 수 있는 제2걸이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 길이 조절이 가능한 걸이.
