본 발명은 빨래건조대에 관한 것으로서 사이즈가(size)가 큰 대형 세탁물이나 소형 세탁물을 간편하게 널거나 수거할 수 있고, 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 세탁물을 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있는 도구나 수단, 보조건조대 및 빨래건조대에 관한 것이다.
통상 사용하는 빨래건조대는 H형, X형, Z형, T형, Y형,병풍형 등 여러가지 형태를 이루며,보통 다수의 프레임과 걸이봉으로 구성되어 있어 작은 공간을 사용하여 세탁물을 건조시키기에 유용하도록 구성되어 있으며, 많은 경우 접철식으로 구성되어 있어 상기 건조대의 사용공간을 선택할 수 있거나 간편하게 접어 세워 놓을 수 있는 편리함이 있다. 그러나 많은 경우 식탁보나 이불 등 대형 세탁물을 펴서 널기에는 걸이봉의 길이가 충분치 않아 활짝 펴 놓은 상기 건조대 본체 위에 넓게 걸쳐서 널기도 한다. 이런 경우 많은 걸이봉을 상기 세탁물이 덮고 있어 다른 일반 세탁물을 함께 널기 어려울 수 있다. 또 가족이 많거나 세탁물을 한꺼번에 모아서 빨 경우 걸이봉이 모자랄 경우가 종종 있다.
또한 주로 베란다 전용으로 사용되고 있는, 세탁물 걸이봉이 승하강되는 빨래건조대를 포함한 소수 개의 걸이봉으로 구성된 건조대는 주로 큰 세탁물을 널기에 적합하여 소형이나 많은 일반 세탁물을 널기에는 어려움이 있을 수 있다. 따라서 일반 세탁물을 많이 널기 위해서는 일일이 옷걸이에 걸고 난 후 다시 상기 걸이봉에 걸어야하는 불편함이 있으며 여전히 양말, 속옷 등의 소형세탁물을 널기에는 불편함이 따르고 있다.
또한 바쁜 현대 생활로 인해서나 세탁기 사용으로 인해서, 일반적으로 세탁물을 모아 놓았다가 한꺼번에 세탁하는 것이 일반적이라 할 수 있다.. 이에 따라 개인이나 가족의 쌍(a pair)으로 된 양말이나 속옷도 적지않은 양을 차지하게 되는데, 이를 걸이대에 일일이 널 때 일반 세탁물을 널 때보다 오히려 많은 시간이 소모될 수 있어 바쁘게 생활하는 현대인에게는 번거러운 일이 될 수 있다. 특히 유아 등 어린이들의 소형 양말을 걸이대에 널 때 양말이 작고 가볍기 대문에 균형감이 없어 안정되게 널기에 어려움이 따르고, 빨래 너는 도중 건조대에 조그만 흔들림이 있어도 바닥에 떨어져 일의 양과 시간을 더 요구하거나 마음이 불안한 상태에서 일을 할 수 있고 상기 세탁물을 다시 세탁해야 하는 번거러움이 발생할 수 있다.
또한 일반 세탁을 할 경우 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 의류 및 스웨터는 보통 손빨래나 울세탁을 하고, 상기 세탁물의 형태의 변형을 방지하기 위해 약한 탈수를 하여 일반 탈수한 것과 달리 보통 상기 세탁물에 물기가 더 남아 있을 수 있다. 이때 상기 세탁물을 일반 빨래건조대의 걸이봉이나 옷걸이에 널 경우 세탁물에 남아 있는 물의 양으로 인해 상기 의류가 축 아래로 늘어져 상기 의류의 모양이 변형되거나,건조 후 걸이봉 및 옷걸이의 자국이 상기 의류에 남아 있을 수 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 앞서 언급한 단점을 해소하기 위한 복수개의 실시예를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명은 상술한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 지지대나 프레임, 걸이봉 등으로 이루어진 통상의 빨래건조대에 있어서 일반 세탁물을 대형 세탁물과 함께 동일한 시간에 널어 건조시킬 수 있도록 프레임이나 걸이봉을 더 구비하며, 작은 사이즈(size)의 세탁물을 널거나 수거하는데 시간적으로나 일의 양으로나 효율적으로 관리할 수 있으며 빨래를 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있는 제품을 제공하는데 목적이 있으며 아울러 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시키는데 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명을 위한 실시예의 일측면에 따르면, 침대커버, 식탁보 등 사이즈(size)가 큰 세탁물을 널 수 있도록, 상기 빨래건조대의 장측으로 거치봉을 더 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 또 다른 측면에 따르면, 건조대에 보조건조대를 채광이나 통풍에 방해받지 않도록 설치하여 많은 일반 세탁물을 널 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 또 다른 측면에 따르면,건조대의 일정위치에 상방위나 측방을 향한 다수의 작은 지지부들을 설치할 수 있어서 소형의 양말이나 속옷 등이 지지부에서 흔들려 떨어지지 않도록 하며 손쉽게 꽂아 널 수 있도록 하고,또 소형의 세탁물을 널거나 수거하기 쉽게 하며 의류의 모양이 변형되지 않도록 시트나 판 등을 포함한 널이대를 구비하여 사용하거나 상기 널이대를 빨래건조대의 일정부위에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 실시예에 의해 상기 빨래건조대 장측으로 거치봉을 더 포함할 수 있기 때문에 일반 세탁물을 너는 자리(걸이봉)를 침범하지 않고도 따로 대형이나 특대형 세탁물을 널 수 있는 장점이 있고, 큰 세탁물이 없을 때에는 상기 거치봉에 빨래를 직접 널거나 옷걸이에 걸어 건조시킬 수 있어,더 많은 양의 세탁물을 안정되게 널 수 있는 다용도로도 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 제품이다.
또 상기 빨래건조대의 프레임과 거치봉에 단축확장부를 더 형성함으로써 세탁물 사이의 간격을 단축, 확장함으로 빨래건조대의 사용 공간의 면적을 조절할 수 있어 편리하며 좁은 공간에서도 사용이 용이하며, 거치봉을 형성한 보조건조대를 본체에서 분리할 수 있어 공간활용도가 높고 타 걸이대나 타 건조대에도 사용할 수 있는 호환성이 있는 제품이다.
또한 건조대의 일정 위치에 작은 지지부들을 설치함으로 양말을 손쉽게 꽂을 수 있어서 양말이 땅에 떨어질 염려가 없어 편리하여 일의 효율을 높일 수 있고, 이로 인해 빨래건조대에 더 많은 세탁물을 널 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있다.
또한 널이대를 형성할 수 있어서, 양말 등 소형 세탁물을 일일이 걸이봉에 걸지 않고 던져놓아 펴서 널 수 있어 빨래를 너는 시간이 단축되는 효과가 더 있고, 또 양말 등 소형 세탁물이 아래로 떨어질 염려가 없어 편안한 마음으로 일할 수 있으며, 빨래를 일일이 수거할 필요가 없어 시간을 크게 단축시켜 주어 일의 효율성을 높이고, 빨래를 상기 널이대나 시트에 싸고 운반할 수 있는 편리함도 있어 빨래를 흘리는 일을 방지할 수 있으며,스웨터를 포함한 털옷류, 울세탁용 의류 등 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 세탁물을 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있어 옷의 늘어짐을 방지할 수 있으며 상기 의류에 옷걸이 등으로 인한 자국이 생길 염려가 없고 옷의 모양을 유지시켜줄 수 있는 특징도 있는 다용도 면에서 유익한 제품이다.
상기 널이대는, 걸이대 등에 올려놓고 세탁물을 그 위에 쌓아 놓고 빨래를 널 수 있어 세탁물이 걸이봉 사이로 빠져나갈 염려가 없는 장점이 있고, 수거하여 운반할 때 빨래바구니 대용으로 사용할 수 있는 장점도 있다. 또한 이미 결속되어 있는 위치에서 타 위치의 걸이대에 쉽게 이동 설치할 수 있어 세탁물의 종류에 따라 원하는 위치에 설치하여 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한 상기 널이대는 빨래건조대가 형성한 폐공간을 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. 상기 널이대는 독립적인 제품이 될 수 있고 보조건조대의 역할을 할 수 있고, 타 빨래건조대 등 어떤 형태의 건조대에도 설치 가능한 유용함이 있다.
상기 널이대는 야채나 등 식품을 건조시킬 때도 건조대에 결속시켜 다용도로 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있고 여분의 갯수를 더 마련할 수 있고, 이때 그 효과를 더 할 수 있다. 또한 통풍과 채광을 고려한 본 실시예에 따른 보조건조대는 세탁물이 많거나 건조대 사이즈가 작아 건조대가 더 필요할 경우, 또는 상기 보조건조대를 설치할 대(stick)가 있는 곳이면 어디에든 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있는 제품이다.

더 많은 세탁물을 널기 위한 실시예가 도 16에서 도시된다. 도시된 걸이봉(f1,f2)은 도2에 도시된 본 걸이대(B, D)에 설치된 걸이봉, 또는 이와 유사한 또는 세탁물을 널기 위한 걸이대나 걸이봉이라 할 수 있다. 도 20a에 실시한 바에 의하면, 고정부를(g) 형성한 보조건조대(104)를 형성하여 상기 본 걸이봉(f1)에 걸 수 있으며 본 실시예에 따라 상기 고정부는 고리 형상일 수 있으나 여기에 한정하지는 않는다. 이때, 상기 보조건조대(104)의 프레임(100) 일정 부위(710)와, 미리 준비된 제2고정부(g')가 형성되어 있는 지지부(700)를 포개어 나사못을 포함한 결합부재 또는 연결부재로 연결시킬 수 있다. 상기 지지부에 형성되어 있는 제2고정부(g')는 본 걸이봉(f2)를 위로 감싸면서 결속시키며, 상기 건조대(104)를 수직 방향에서 옆으로 더 이격시켜 밀면서 지지하게 되어, 상기 본 걸이대와 보조 건조대 사이에 각도(R)가 형성되어 상기 건조대의 걸이봉(102)에 빨래를 널 때 각 걸이봉에(102)에 걸쳐 있는 세탁물들이 겹치지 않게 되어 통풍과 채광이 원활하게 되는 특징이 있다. 상기 걸이대(104)는 세탁물이 많을 경우 본 걸이대나 걸이봉에 걸어 필요할 때 사용하고, 필요하지 않을 때는 걷어서 한 쪽에 세워놓거나 상기 본 건조대에 걸어서 일체로 접어 놓을 수 있는 편리함이 있다.또한 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 필요가 있을 때에는 상기 보조걸이대를 복수개로 선택해서 본 건조대의 아무 걸이봉에나 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있는 제품이다. 상기 보조 건조대(104)는 건조대 본체의 양 날개 걸이대에도 설치할 수 있고 상기 걸이봉(f1,f2) 외에, 세탁물의 종류나 사이즈 또는 상기 보조건조대를 설치할 장소의 면적에 따라 다른 걸이봉(f3,f4..)에 설치해서 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
또한 상기 실시예는 도15에서 도시된 소수개의 걸이봉으로 구성된 승하강 등의 건조대나 일반 걸이봉에도 동일하게 설치할 수 있음을 밝혀 두며(도 17), 세탁물이 많을 경우, 상기 보조 건조대를 더 사용할 수 있고(예컨대,걸이봉의 점선 부분의 보조건조대) 사용하지 않을 때에는 상기 복수개의 보조 건조대를 포개어 세워서 간단히 보관하거나, 상기 보조건조대를 벽쪽에 있는 걸이봉(f3)에 상기 연결봉을 아래로 내려놓아 보조건조대를 벽과 수평이 되도록 걸어 놓아 보관함으로써 사용공간을 활용할 수 있는 편리함이 있다.또한 세탁물을 널 때 세탁물의 양에 따라 상기 보조건조대를 벽에 가까운 쪽의 걸이봉(f2나 f3)에 설치하여 사용하면 앞쪽의 사용공간을 넓힐 수 있다. 상기 보조 걸이대를 소수개의 걸이봉만으로 구성된 베란다 전용 건조대에나 승하강 건조대에 사용할 경우 본 걸이봉에 큰 세탁물도 널면서 상기 보조건조대에 많은 일반 세탁물도 함께 널 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 특별히,베란다 전용 건조대처럼 걸이봉이 소수 개로 구성되어 있는 여타 건조대에서는 많은 일반 세탁물을 널기에는 어려움이 있어 보통 옷걸이에 걸어 상기 걸이봉에 걸쳐놓는 이중의 수고와 시간이 소요되는 불편이 있을 수 있는데, 도 17의 실시예에 따라, 옷걸이에 걸어서 널지 않아도 많은 일반 세탁물을 손쉽게 널 수 있어서 노동과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 편리함이 있고, 세탁물이 많을 때와 적을 때, 또 큰 세탁물과 작은 세탁물에 따라 상기 보조건조대를 적절히 배치하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있고 아울러 상술한 바와 같이 상기 지지부(700)가 상기 보조건조대의 프레임(100)을 밀어서 지지해 줄 수 있어서 상기 걸이봉(102)들에 걸려 있는 세탁물들이 서로 이격되어 있게 됨으로써 세탁물 간에 통풍과 채광의 효과가 있다. 특히 상기 보조건조대는 베란다용 걸이봉이나 접철식 건조대 등 일반 어느 건조대에나 자유롭게 설치할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
또한 상기 보조건조대에서(도16, 도17) 그 지지부(700) 일정 위치에 단축확장부(400)를 설치하여 상기 지지부의 길이를 단축 또는 확장하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 실시예에 따라 상기 단축확장부의 구성이 도 18에 도시되며 그 사용방법은 도6에 따라 실시예 3에서 실시한 내용 중 제2연결구와 제3연결구에서 속조임부와 겉조임부(410,420)로 결합하며 내설되어 있는 스톱바로 확장되는 길이를 한정할 수 있는 등, 그 사용방법이 동일하다 할 수 있으나, 단축확장하는 구성과 방법은 여기에 한정하지 않는다. 이러할 때 상기 단축확장부(400)의 길이를 조절함으로써 상기 보조건조대 본체가 바닥과 수직 상태에서 이격하는 간격을 조절하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 더해진다. 따라서 좁은 장소와 넓은 장소에 따라서 또는 세탁물의 종류에 따라(예컨대, 길이가 길고 짧을 때), 필요한 통풍과 채광의 양에 따라 조절할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 나아가서 타 제품의 걸이봉의 간격이 다를 경우에도 상기 단축확장부를 사용하여 설치할 수 있으므로 하나의 보조건조대로 다양한 타 건조대에 사용할 수 있는 호환성이 있는 제품이라 할 수 있다.
또한 더 많은 빨래를 건조시킬 수 있도록 또 다른 실시예가 도 19에서 도시된다.
다수의 걸이봉(102)이 구비된 걸이대(104)의 프레임(100,106) 중 일측이 개구부(h)로 형성되어 있는 보조건조대, 개구부(h)가 형성되어 본 실시예에 따라 프레임의 일부가 봉 형상으로(이하 지지부로 칭함) 남아 있는 양 지지부00)를 본 건조대(B,D)의 걸이봉(f2) 아래로 넣고 상기 보조건조대(도19)의 몸체의 일부나 상기 지지대 또는 그 프레임(100)이 본 건조대의 프레임(f1) 위에 걸치도록 설치한다. 이때, 상기 보조건조대 몸체의 무게로 인해 상기 걸이봉(f2) 위로 올라가려는 상기 지지부(700)가 버팀목 역할을 하는 상기 걸이봉(f2)에 의해 지지, 고정될 수 있다. 또한 상기 보조건조대에 빨래를 널면 그 무게로 인해 상기 보조건조대(B1)가 아래로 처지면서 본 건조대의 걸이봉(f) 아래에 설치한 지지대(700)는 상기 걸이봉(f2)과 더욱 결속되어 더 안정되게 고정되는 특징이 있다. 상기 보조 건조대도 필요할 때만 사용할 수 있고 사용하지 않을 때에는 접혀진 건조대 본체에 일체로 세워놓을 수 공간활용도가 좋아서 편리하다.
또한 상기 지지대(700) 위에 고정부(740)를 더 형성할 수 있는데 상기 고정부는, 실시예 4에 따른 도 7에 도시된 고정부에 대해 상술한 바와 동일하다 할 것이다. 상기 건조대 본체와 보조건조대가 함께 상하로 회동할 때 상기 보조건조대가 어느 한 방향으로 미끄러지는 것을 방지하여 상기 두 건조대가 더욱 안정되고 단단히 결합할 수 있는 특징이 더 있다.
상기 보조건조대(도16 내지 도19)의 프레임 등에 홈을 형성하여 옷걸이를 걸 수 있고 거치부 및 지지부를 형성하여 양말, 속옷 등의 소형 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다.또한 상기 보조건조대들을 필요한 만큼 복수개로도 구입하여 설치할 수 있어 세탁물의 양에 따라 알맞은 개수를 여러 곳에 설치할 수 있고 상기 보조건조대들을 차례로 연결하여 설치하여 더욱 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다. 예컨대,
또한 상기 두 보조건조대의 일부 또는 전부를 널이대로(G) 형성할 수 있다(도 19). 상기 보조건조대들을 널이대로 형성할 때 소형 세탁물이나 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 의류를 건조시키기에 유익하고 빨래바구니의 역할을 할 수 있어 건조대 위에 올려놓고 세탁물을 널 수 있어 세탁물이 걸이봉 사이로 빠져나가는 것을 막을 수 있어 편리하며 널이대 이하 상기 보조 건조대들은 각 가정의 세탁물의 양에 따라 선택하여 구입할 수 있으므로 경제적인 이득이 있고, 그 날의 세탁양에 따라 개수를 선택하여 간단히 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
또한 동일한 건조대에도 널이대들(G1~G6) 이하 보조건조대들은 서로 조합하여 사용할 수 있고, 상기 각 널이대는 본 실시예에 따른 상기 빨래건조대와 일체로 이루는 구성 외에 별도로 구성되어 독자적인 제품으로 사용될 수 있다. 이상에서 도 1내지 도 20을 통해 설명한 본 실시예들은 상호간에 적용,변경,변형 및 치환되어 실시될 수 있으며, 상술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 당업자로 하여금 치환,변경할 수 있는 것도 적용됨은 물론이고,본 발명에 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러가지 치환, 변형, 서로 간에 적용 및 변경이 가능하다는 것을 밝혀 둔다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 따라서 본 발명의 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 단 도면은 상이하나 내용상 동일한 뜻을 포함할 경우 동일한 부호를 부여할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 실시예는 편의상 종래의 접철식 빨래건조대(A-1)(A-2)의 예로 실시하나, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 빨래건조대의 장거치봉(140) 및 시트 또는 널이대(G) 및 또는 보조건조대는 모든 종류의 빨래건조대에 적용됨을 분명히 밝혀둔다.상기 빨래건조대(A-1)(A-2)는 주지된 바와 같이 좁은 공간에서 많은 세탁물을 건조하기 위한 것으로, 이러한 빨래건조대는 크게 다수의 프레임과 다수의 걸이봉으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이러한 프레임과 걸이봉과의 구조 및 프레임의 형태 등은 주지된 바와 같이 빨래건조대의 종류에 따라 다양한 구조와 외형으로 이루어진다.이때 본 발명은 빨래건조대를 이루고 있는 프레임(100,106)이나 다수의 걸이봉(102)의 구조, 프레임과 걸이봉과의 구성 관계, 접철의 여부 또는 회전축봉(108)의 존재 여부 등에 관계없이 모든 종류의 빨래건조대에 적용되며, 본 실시예에서는 단지 종래의 건조대의 일반적인 구조에 따라 실시함을 밝혀둔다.
도1,도2는 종래의 빨래건조대 사시도이다. 장측이란, 도 1에서 예시된 바에 따라, 구성하고 있는 주요 프레임이나 걸이봉 중 길이가 짧은 쪽에 대비하는 길이가 긴 쪽일 수 있으며, 본 실시예에 따라 일정한 기본축(C)을 중심으로 걸이대(104)가 회동하거나 접철되는 도 2에서 예시된 빨래건조대에서는, 기본축(C)을 중심으로 회동하거나 접혀지는 양 걸이대(104)를 일직선 방향으로 활짝 폈을 때의 길이와 상대측(106)의 길이를 비교했을 때 더 긴 쪽(100)을 의미할 수 있지만 상기 장측의 의미는 반드시 프레임이나 걸이봉의 길이만으로 한정하지 않는다. 도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 종래의 빨래건조대(A-1)로서,이는 회동부(C)가 포함되지 않았거나 접철되지 않는 프레임 또는 걸이봉에 실시하는 것으로 설명될 수 있다. 상기 상부 걸이대(B)의 장측(100)과 길이가 동일하거나 그 이하 또는 그 이상의 길이를 가진 프레임 또는 거치봉(140)을, 상기 상부 프레임의 장측 프레임(100)과 일정거리 이격(w)하여 형성할 수 있으며 이때 상기 장측 프레임(100)과 거치봉(140)을 연결하는 연결부(400)는, 상기 거치봉의 연장부(142)와 상기 단측프레임(106)과 상기 장측프레임(100)의 각 끝 부분이 만나는 위치(400)에서, 연결관(p)을 포함한 연결구로 연결해 고정시킬 수 있으나 만나는 위치는 여기에 한정하지 않는다. 상기 연결구 없이 제조 과정에서 상기 거치봉이 고정되어 형성될 수 있는데 이러할 때에는 상기 장측프레임과 거치봉 사이에 형성된 연장부(142)와 상기 장측프레임과 연결하여 고정시킬 수 있고, 이하 실시되는 거치봉에 대해서도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다. 상기 거치봉(140)은 상기 장측 프레임 (100)과 이격되어 있어 대형 세탁물을 펴서 널어도 막힘이 없고 또 대형 세탁물을 널지않을 경우 일반 세탁물을 상기 거치봉(140)에 직접 널거나 옷걸이에 걸어 널 수 있어 더 많은 세탁물을 널 수 있는, 다용도로 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
상기 빨래건조대의 상부 걸이대(B)에 형성되어 실시된 상기 거치봉(140)은 대형세탁물의 건조를 위해 빨래건조대의 상부에서 실시한 것으로, 상기 실시예에 따른 장거치봉은 더 많은 일반 세탁물의 건조를 위해서 통상의 빨래건조대의 상부 이하 또는 다른 위치에서도 형성될 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
도 3은 도2에 보인 종래의 접철식 빨래건조대(A-2)의 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상부측 걸이대(B)로서, 상기 상부 걸이대(B)의 양측 날개부(104)를 상기 축봉(C)을 중심으로 좌우 일직선 방향으로 활짝 편 길이와 동일하거나 그 이하 또는 그 이상의 길이를 가진 거치봉(140)을, 상기 상부 프레임의 장측프레임(100)과 일정거리 이격(w)하여 형성할 수 있으며, 이때 건조대의 구조와 형상에 따라 상기 프레임(100)은 형성되어 있지 않을 수도 있는데, 그러한 경우에도 본 실시예가 동일하게 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀 둔다. 상기 거치봉을 상대 프레임(100)의 길이보다 더 길게 형성할 때 특대형의 세탁물이나 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있고, 상기 거치봉을 복수개로 연결하여 설치할 때 더욱 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 상기 장측 프레임(100)과 거치봉(140)을 연결하는 연결부(400)에서는 상기 도 1에서와 같이 연결관을 사용하여 고정시킬 수 있고, 상기 거치봉을 복수개로 형성할 경우에는 상기 도시된 거치봉과 일정 거리 이격시켜 또 하나의 연장부(142)를 형성하여 상기 거치봉(140)과 고정시켜 사용할 수 있다. 상기 거치봉(140)은 상기 상부 걸이대(B)및 회전축 또는 힌지(C)와 이격되어 있어 대형 세탁물을 펴서 널어도 막힘이 없고 상기 거치봉을 양끝으로 더 확장하여 상기 연결부에(400)서 연결, 고정할 수 있으며, 이러할 때 특대형 세탁물도 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 이 외에도 상기 거치봉을 건조대 본체에 연결하는 방법은 다양할 수 있으며 본 실시예에 한정하지 않는다.
회동축이 형성되어 있고 상기 거치봉(140)이 형성된 접철식 빨래건조대에 대한 본 발명을 위한 본 실시예로서 도 3에 도시된 바대로 상기 거치봉(140)의 일정 부위에 하나 또는 하나 이상의 접이부(150)를 더 포함하여, 상기 빨래건조대의 걸이대들이 회전축을 중심으로 회동할 때 상기 거치봉(140)도 일체로 함께 회동하도록 할 수 있다. 이때 거치봉을 구비한 상기 빨래건조대는 상기 상부 걸이대(B)의 양측 날개부(104)가 상.하.수평으로 회동할 때 함께 일체로 회동하게 되어 상기 거치봉의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있으므로 세탁물의 길이에 따라 알맞게 높이를 조절하여 사용할 수 있고, 상기 빨래건조대를 사용하지 않을 때 일체로 접을 수 있어 좁은 공간에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 특징이 더 있으며, 대형 세탁물이 없을 때에는 상기 거치봉을 사용하여 더 많은 일반 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다. 이때 상기 상부 걸이대(B)의 거치봉(140)에 홈이나 미끄럼방지부를 더 형성할 수 있어, 상기 거치봉(140)이 수평 이하나 수평 이상으로 위치할 때 거치봉의 기울기에 상관없이 옷걸이가 미끌어지지 않으므로 더 많은 세탁물을 안정되게 널 수 있는 장점이 더해진다. 또한 본 걸이대(B)에 걸려있는 세탁물과 상기 거치봉의 옷걸이에 걸려 있는 세탁물 사이에 겹치는 부분이 있을 수 있으므로 상기 홈의 간격은 마주보고 있는 상기 걸이대의 걸이봉(104)과 어긋나게 구성하는 것이 통풍에 유익할 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따라 상기 거치봉(140)에 형성된 접이부(150)는 상기 빨래건조대(A-2)의 타 회전축봉과 동일선상에 위치하여 일체로 회동할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 빨래건조대의 회동축의 범위와 갯수에 따라 상기 접이부(150)의 갯수가 변할 수 있음은 당연하다.
도4는 도3에서 예시된 상기 접이부(150)를 위에서 내려다 본 평면도이고 도5는 그 정면도이며, 본 실시예에 따라 좌우(206,208)로 되어 있는 상기 접이부(150)는 암수(204,202)가 구비된 회동축을 형성할 수 있고 상기 접이부(150)의 좌우측 연결부(206,208)에, 각각 분리된 거치봉(140)의 좌우측봉(210,212)을 끼워 연결시킬 수 있다. 이후 상기 회동축(200)의 미리 형성된 구멍에 나사못(300)을 포함한 조임부재로 끼워 상기 회동축을 고정시킬 수 있는데, 상기 끝부분만 너트(302)로 되어 있는 상기 나사못(300)을 볼트(306)로 조여 고정할 수 있고, 상기 나사못(300)의 몸체는 도4에서 도시한 바와 같이 요철이 없으므로 상기 접이부(150)가 회동할 때 마찰을 최소화시킬 수 있어 안정된 결합을 이룰 수 있다. 본 실시예에 따라 도5는 상술한 접이부(150)를 앞에서 본 정면도이다. 상기 접이부는 본 발명을 위한 실시예에 따른 것일 뿐, 접철 또는 회동을 포함한 접이부 및 조임부의 구성은 이 외에도 다양하게 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀 둔다.
본 실시예에 따라 도 1,도 2에서 도시된 거치봉(140)이 구비된 상기 빨래건조대(A-1,A-2)에 있어서 상기 걸이대(B)의 네 모서리와 거치봉(140)의 연장부(142)가 만나는 지점(400)에 단축확장부(Q)를 더 형성하여, 상기 장측프레임(140)과 거치봉 사이의 간격(w)을 조절할 수 있어, 사용 용도에 따라 상기 간격(w)을 단축,확장할 수 있는 특징을 더 포함한다. 따라서 상기 거치봉(140)을 사용하지 않을 때는 상기 간격(w)을 좁혀 사용 공간을 줄일 수 있는 효과 더 있다.
실시예에 따라 도 6에 도시된 단축확장부(Q)는 제 1연결부(a),제 2연결부(b), 제3연결부(c), 조임부(410,420), 거치봉 연장부(142)와 그 끝에 형성된 스톱바(144)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 속조임부(410),제1,제2,제3 연결부(a,b,c)는 서로 연결되어 고정될 수 있고, 속조임부(410)와 제2연결부(b), 또 제 2연결부(b)와 제 3연결부(c) 사이는 개방되어 있을 수 있고, 제 1연결부(a)와 제 2연결부(b) 사이의 개폐 여부는 자유로이 정할 수 있으며, 제2.제3연결구 및 속조임부(410)의 입구(h)는 모두 개방구로 형성될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따라 상기 단축확장부(Q)는,제1,제2,제3 연결부가 형성되어 있는 고정부에, 상기 대비되는 두 프레임과 거치봉을 고정시키면서 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 먼저 상기 장측프레임(100)을 제 1연결부(a)에 끼우고, 상기 거치봉의 연장부(142)에 상기 겉조임부(420)를 끼울 수 있고, 이어서 상기 거치봉(140)의 연장부(142)가 상기 속조임부(410)를 지나 제 2연결부, 제 3연결구 입구(h) 밖에 까지 관통하게 한 후, 상기 거치봉의 연장부(142) 끝 부분에 버팀부를 형성할 수 있다. 상기 버팀부(144)는 상기 거치봉의 연장부(142)가 상기 속조임부(410) 밖으로 빠져나오는 것을 방지하기 위해 설치하는 것이며 일례로 스톱바(spop bar)를 설치할 수 있다. 제3연결부의 직경은 상기 스톱바가 자유로이 드나들 정도일 수 있다.
이후. 상기 단측프레임(106)을 상기 제 3연결부(c)에 끼워 고정시킨다. 이어서 상기 거치봉의 연장부(142)를 직선(e) 방향으로 넣었다 뺄 수 있어 상기 거치봉(140)과 상기 걸이대의 장측프레임(100) 사이의 간격을 조절한 후 상기 겉조임부(420)를 상기 속조임부(410)에 결착시켜 조임으로써 상술한 단축확장부(Q)의 목적을 이룰 수 있다.
상기 조임부(410,420)에 있어서, 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽에 나사(412)가 형성되어 있을 수 있고, 상기 조임부(410,420)는 나선형일 수 있고 그 위에 형성된 절개부(414)가 형성될 수 있어서 상기 겉조임부(420)를 돌려서 상기 속조임부와 결착시킬 때 서로 강한 결속력을 가질 수 있어 상기 거치봉에 단단히 고정되어 대형 세탁물을 널기에 충분한 안정감을 가질 수 있다. 상기 단축확장부(Q)의 간격(w)을 조절하고 싶을 때,상기 거치봉 좌우측에 있는 단축확장부(Q)에 설치된 상기 조임부(410,420)를 분리시킨 후, 상기 장거치봉(140) 또는 장거치봉의 연장부(142)를 수평으로 이동하여 조절할 수 있다. 이러할 때, 대형 세탁물이나 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있고, 세탁물에 따라, 또는 세탁물 수거 후나 상기 상기 간격(w) 조절이 필요할 때 사용하여 공간활용도를 높일 수 있는 특징이 더해진다.
도면 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 거치봉(140)과 단축확장부(Q)가 형성된 상기 걸이대(B)에, 실시예 2에 따른 도 4, 도 5에서 도시된 상기 접이부(150)를 더 포함하여 구성할 수 있다. 이러할 때 상기 빨래건조대는 대형세탁물과 더 많은 일반 세탁물을 편리하게 건조시킬 수 있고, 상기 세탁물 사이의 간격을 조절하여 사용할 수 있으며 다용도적 실용성이 있고, 상기 장거치봉에 홈을 포함한 옷걸이 고정수단을 형성하면 더 많은 세탁물을 좁은 공간을 활용하여 사용할 수 있다. 또한 접이부를 더 형성할 때 상기 거치봉(140)이 타 회동체와 함께 회동할 수 있어 좁은 공간을 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 장점을 동시에 갖는다.
빨래건조대에 대형 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 거치봉을 형성하는 또 다른 실시예가 도 7에서 도시된다.
본 실시예에 따라, 설치할 거치봉(140)과 걸이대(104)의 네 모서리 부분과 그 인접하여 있는 걸이봉에 연결부(a,b,c)를 형성할 수 있다. 상기 프레임 또는 걸이봉에 결속되어 있는 연결부(b,c)에, 상기 거치봉(140)와 연결되어 있는 지지부(700)를 받쳐줄 수 있도록 거치부(600)를 형성할 수 있다. 따라서 상기 지지부(700)는 근접해 있는 장측프레임(100) 위로 걸쳐질 수 있으며 이때 상기 장측프레임은 상기 지지부를 받쳐주는 역할을 할 수 있다. 이어서 상기 지지부를 상기 거치부(600) 밑으로 들어가도록 할 수 있고, 이러할 때 상기 거치봉을 포함한 지지부는 상기 거치부 위로 올라가려고 하는 힘과 상기 거치부의 버티려고 하는 힘으로 인해 상기 거치봉은 상기 빨래걸이대(104)에 안정되게 고정될 수 있어서 세탁물을 널어 건조시킬 수 있고, 상기 거치봉에 걸치는 세탁물의 무게로 인한 추가되는 힘으로 상기 지지부와 거치부의 결속력이 더해질 수 있다. 또한 상기 지지부(700)의 일측에 고정부(740)를 더 형성할 수 있는데,상기 고정부로는 연결관을 예시로 들 수 있으며 여기에 한정하지 않으며 상기 연결관의 원리는 연결부(b,c)와 동일할 수 있으며 상기 연결관의 개구부로 상기 거치부가 결속될 수 있어, 상기 고정부(740)을 더 설치할 때, 상기 건조대 본체와 보조건조대인 거치봉이 함께 상하로 회동할 경우 상기 보조건조대가 흔들리는 것을 방지하여 상기 두 건조대가 더욱 안정되고 단단히 결합할 수 있는 장점이 더 있다.
또한 상기 거치봉(140)에 접이부(150)를 더 형성하여 건조대 본체가 회동할 때 함께 회동할 수 있는 편리함이 더해지며 사용 후에 건조대 본체와 함께 접어서 보관할 수 있고 장소에 따라 상기 보조건조대 거치봉을 분리한 후 접어서 보관할 수 있는 편리함이 더 있다.
또한 상기 연결부(a,b,c)의 구성없이 상기 거치부(600)는 두 걸이봉(102) 또는 프레임과 걸이봉 사이를 직접 연결할 수 있는데, 예컨대 제조 과정에서 고정시켜 형성할 수 있으며 이는 상기 거치봉과 지지부와의 연결에서도 동일할 수 있다.
이러할 때 상기 거치봉은 보조건조대 역할을 할 수 있어 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있거나 대형 세탁물을 함께 건조시킬 수 있고 상기 거치봉을 복수개로 형성할 때 더욱 더 많은 세탁물이나 대형세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다. 또한 도3에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 거치봉(140)을 상기 건조대의 장측프레임(104)의 길이보다 더 길게 형성할 때 특대형 세탁물도 널 수 있으며 더 많은 일반 세탁물도 널 수 있는 장점이 더해지며 대형 세탁물은 자주 있는 것이 아니므로 평상시에는 상기 거치봉이 형성된 보조건조대를 분리하여 공간활용도를 높일 수 있고 일반 세탁물이 많을 때에는 설치하여 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다. 또한 간단한 구성으로 되어 있어 생산 원가가 줄어들 수 있어서 경제적으로 유익하다.
또한 본 실시예에 따라 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 연결부(b,c)에 개구부(h)를 더 형성하여 상기 걸이봉에서 상기 연결부가 분리가 가능하도록 할 때, 건조대의 다른 위치나 타 건조대에도 설치할 수 있는 편리함의 장점이 더 있다. 이러할 때 상기 거치부(600)와 연결부(b,c)를 분리, 조합할 수 있도록 형성하거나 일체로 형성할 수도 있다.
또한 상기 거치봉에 옷걸이를 걸 수 있도록 홈을 더 형성하여 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다.
양말, 팬티 등의 속옷, 특히 유아나 아동의 작은 사이즈의 양말이나 속옷은 걸이대에 널 때 안정되게 안착되기 어려운 점이 있어 흔들거리거나 바닥에 떨어지는 경우가 종종 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 빨래집게에 일일이 물어 놓는 수고와 번거로움이 따르고 세탁물에는 빨래집게의 자국이 남거나 손상이 있을 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 이해, 본 실시예에 따라 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 봉 등의 다수의 작은 지지부(j)를 포함한 거치부(J)를 마련할 수 있다.상기 지지부는 세탁물의 무게로 인해 상기 프레임(100,106) 바깥쪽으로 더 이상 넘어가지 않고 상방위나 측방위를 향하여 고정되도록 거치부(J)의 끝부위(s)가 상기 걸이봉(102)과 프레임(100)의 교차 지점 배면(s')에 닿게 형성할 수 있다. 이때 양말이나 속옷 등의 소형 세탁물을 상기 작은 지지부(j)에 하나씩 손쉽게 꽂아 건조시킬 수 있고 이러할 때 양말이나 소형 세탁물이 땅에 떨어질 염려가 없어 편안한 마음으로 세탁물을 널 수 있으며, 본 걸이대와 튼튼하게 결합되어 있어서 더 큰 세탁물이나 운동화 등도 걸어서 건조시킬 수 있는 활용도가 높은 장점이 있다. 특히 많은 채광과 통풍이 필요한 운동화같은 세탁물을 건조시킬 경우, 상기 지지부(700)를 건조대 상부에 설치, 사용할 때 건조가 더 빠를 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 상기 거치부(J)로 인해 세탁물을 다른 걸이봉에 더 많이 널어 건조시킬 수 있는 공간이 더 형성되고, 사용하지 않는 폐공간을 활용할 수 있는 특징이 있어서 좁은 장소에서 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 효과가 더해진다. 또한 상기 거치부(J)는 상기 프레임(100,106) 내부쪽으로 회전시켜 눕힐 수 있으므로(도 8의 우측) 상기 지지부를 사용하지 않을 때나 건조대 본체를 접어놓을 때는 상기 지지부를 뉘워 놓아 상기 지지부(j)가 물체에 걸리는 현상을 예방할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
또한 하나로 연결된 상기 거치부(J)는 다수개로 분리해서 실시할 수 있다. 예컨대, 각 걸이봉(102)과 프레임(100)이 교차하는 지점의 배면에서 상기 거치부(J)의 끝부위(s')가 대응되도록 설치하면서 상기 거치부를 다수 개로 분리 설치할 때, 상기와 동일한 효과를 보면서도, 거치부(J)에서 걸이봉(102)과 걸이봉(102) 사이를 연결하는 부위를 절약할 수 있는 효과가 더해지고 자유롭게 착탈할 수 있어서 필요한 만큼만 설치할 수 있으므로 비용을 절감할 수 있는 특징이 더해지며 타 걸이대나 타 건조대에서도 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 상기 거치부를 분리하지 않고 일체로 형성할 때에는 상기 지지부를 뉘이거나 일으켜 세울 때 한 번에 일처리를 할 수 있는 편리함이 있다. 또한 상기 일체로 형성된 거치부(J)나 다수개로 분리되는 거치부에 있어서도 형성하는 거치부(J)의 개수 또는 프레임이나 걸이봉에서 거치하는 위치를 자유롭게 정할 수 있다.
또한 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 거치부(J)가 걸이봉(104)의 배면에 닿는 부위(s')에서부터 그 아래로 개구부 또는 홈(h)을 더 형성할 수 있다. 상기 프레임(100,106) 또는 걸이봉이 경사가 있거나 건조대 본체의 지지대(E) 등이 사선으로 형성된 곳에 상기 홈(h)을 형성한 거치부를 설치할 때, 걸이봉(102)이 상기 홈(h) 사이에 있어서 상기 거치부(J)가 세탁물의 무게로 인해 아래로 내려갈 수 있는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 따라서 상기 걸이대(104)나 지지대(E) 등 프레임의 경사에 상관없이 안정되게 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 더 있다.
또한 상기 거치부(J)에 있는 홈(h)의 입구를 상기 걸이봉의 폭보다 약간 내부쪽으로 확장하여 돌출되도록, 상기 홈의 돌기의 입구를 약간 더 좁게 형성하여 상기 지지부가 앞으로 넘어지는 것을 막을 수 있다. 예컨대, 세탁물을 널다가 어떤 힘에 의해 상기 지지부가 걸이봉 내부쪽으로 쏠리는 경우가 있을 수 있다. 이러할 때 다시 일으켜 세우는 번거로움이 있을 수 있는데, 상기 지지부가 걸이대 내부쪽으로 쏠리려 할 때, 상기 확장된 부위로 인해 상기 거치부(J)가 더 이상 회전하지 못하게 차단함으로써 상기 지지부는 일정 범위 안에서만 회전할 수 있게 되어 상기 지지부(700)는 앞으로 치우치지 않을 수 있어 불필요한 일이 발생할 경우를 미리 예방할 수 있는 특징이 더 있다. 상기 지지부를 접어두고 싶을 때에는 의도적인 힘을 가하여 걸이대 내부쪽으로 밀면 상기 버팀부 (740)는 걸이봉 밑으로 내려가면서 상기 지지부(j)를 상기 걸이봉쪽으로 완전히 눕힐 수 있고(도 8의 우측도면), 반대로 일으킬 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 양말이나 유아 속옷 등의 소형 세탁물을 널거나 수거할 때의 불편함을 해결하며 빨래를 뉘어서 널 수 있도록 하기 위해, 널이대가 도시된다. 본 실시예에서는 종래의 빨래건조대(A-1,A-2) 하부에 상기 널이대(G-1,G-2)을 더 포함한 것으로 실시하며, 또한 상기 접철식 빨래건조대(A-2)에 있어서는 회전축봉(108)과 동일 선상에있는 회전축을 기준으로 타 회동체와 함께 회동할 수 있도록 실시하나, 본 발명 상기 널이대(G-1,G-2)가 구비된 빨래건조대는 프레임이나 걸이봉의 접철 여부나 회동 여부에 관계없이 모든 빨래건조대에 적용되며 또한 건조대에서 위치에도 제한을 받지 않는다. 또한 상기 널이대 단독으로 건조대의 역할을 할 수 있음을 다시 한 번 밝혀두며, 이러할 때, 이하 실시되는 모든 널이대(G)에 고정부(520)가 없을 수 있다.
상기 널이대(G-1)는 양말이나 유아 속옷같은 소형의 세탁물을 걸이봉에 일일이 널지 않고 쭉 펼쳐 던져 놓아 건조시킬 수 있어서 시간과 일의 양을 매우 절약할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 상기 널이대(G-1)를 비롯해 이하 실시되는 널이대의 바닥(510,510')은 세탁물을 펼쳐 놓을 수 있는 망 또는 여러 재질의 판, 대를 포함하여, 물건을 올려놓을 수 있는 도구를 말하며 이후 널이대라 표현할 수 있다. 망의 코의 크기는 특별한 제한이 없고 모든 망의 형상 또는 이와 유사한 것을 말하며, 상기 망(510,510')이나 판은 스텐,알루미늄,플라스틱, 직물, 합성 실사 등을 포함한 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한 널이대의 바닥은 망의 형상이나 구조로 했을 때 상기 널이대 아래에서도 통풍이 되고 배수도 잘 되어 더욱 빠르게 건조될 수 있는 효과가 있을 수 있다. 그러나 세로선, 가로선, 사선 등의 형상으로 상기 널이대에 소형 세탁물과 의류를 뉘어서 널 수 있으므로 상기 널이대의 형상이나 구조,재료 등을 한정하지 않고 또한 망에 제한하지 않는다.
도 9는 상기 널이대(G-1)를 보이는 정면도이다.
본 실시예에 따른 한 일례로서, 상기 널이대(G-1)는 프레임(500) 안쪽에 망을 이루고 있는 정면도이며 상기 빨래건조대(A-1)의 폐공간을 활용할 수 있도록 바닥 가까운 하부(H)에 형성할 수 있으나 여기에 제한을 두지 않는다.
따라서 상기 널이대(G-1) 및 이하 실시되는 널이대는 상기 빨래건조대(A-1,A-2)의 일정 위치에 고정시키거나 걸이대(102)에 올려놓고 사용하거나 고정부(520)를 형성할 수 있어 일정 위치에 결합시켜 사용할 수 있고 상기 고정부가 받침대 역할을 할 수 있어서 건조시킬 수 있는 장소에 제한을 받지 않는 특징이 있다.. 이러할 때 소형 세탁물을 널거나 수거할 때 세탁물이 흔들려 바닥에 떨어질 염려가 없어 편안한 마음으로 임할 수 있고 시간과 노동력이 매우 절약되며 폐공간을 활용할 수 있어 빨래건조대의 공간 활용도가 높아지고 이로 인해 다른 걸이대(102)에 일반 세탁물을 널 수 있는 공간이 더 추가되어 공간활용도가 더욱 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한 상기 널이대에 스웨터나 울세탁용 의류를 뉘어서 널 수 있으며, 이러할 때 의류가 늘어지거나 모양이 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 특징이 더해진다. 또한 여기에 거치봉, 단축확장부 등을 설치할 때, 이에 따른 상술한 효과를 더 가질 수 있다.
또한 상기 프레임(500)의 하단 일정 위치에 고정부(520)를 더 구비할 때 상기 널이대(G-1)가 가진 효과 외에, 상기 빨래건조대(A-2)의 하부(H)에 있는 걸이대(F)에 결속시켜 사용하고, 또 다른 위치, 예컨대 가운데 또는 상부의 걸이대(104)에 올려 놓고 상기 고정부(520)과 상기 걸이봉(102)의 일정 위치를 끼워 결속하여 동일한 소형 세탁물 보조건조대로, 또는 빨래를 널 때나 수거할 때 빨래바구니 대용으로 사용할 수 있고, 타 건조대의 걸이봉에 끼워 사용할 수 있는 편리한 특징이 더 있다. 본 실시예에서 상기 고정부는 홈을 형성하여 상기 걸이봉에 끼워서 설치했으나 상기 고정부의 형성 방법이나 구성은 여기에 한정되지 않음은 당연하다.
본 실시예에 따라 도시된 도 9에서, 상기 널이대(G-2)가 2개 이상의 널이판(510,510')으로 분리되어 회동축(550)에 의해 일체를 이루어 상기 두 널이판이 회동할 수 있다. 여기서, 널이판이란 단순히 상기 널이대(G)와 구별하기 위한 것으로 재료에 대한 특별한 의미를 부여하지 않는다. 상기 널이대(G-2)는 상기 건조대(A-2)의 일정한 지점, 예컨대, 상기 빨래건조대(A-2)의 하부(H)에,상기 널이대(G-2)를 건조대 본체에 제조 과정에서 고정하거나,착탈할 수 있도록 고정부를 포함시켜 상기 빨래건조대 본체의 회동축(C,D)과 일체로 회동하여 펼쳐지거나 일체로 접어 세워 놓을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 이러할 때,사용하지 않는 폐공간을 이용하여 상기 널이대를 설치할 수 있으므로 공간활용도가 높아지고 따라서 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 공간이 확보되고, 본 실시예에 따라 상기 널이대가 건조대 하부에 있으므로 겨울철 실내에서 상기 널이대에 있는 세탁물은 바닥으로부터 올라오는 열로 인해 더욱 빠른 건조가 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 널이대에 소형 세탁물을 간편하게 널거나 수거한 후에는 빨래건조대에서 상기 널이대(G-2)를 분리할 필요없이 빨래건조대와 일체로 접어놓을 수 있는 편리함이 더 있다.
또한 본 실시예에 따른 상기 접이부, 즉 회동체(550)가 형성된 상기 널이대(G-2)에 착탈용 고정부(520)을 더 형성하여 사용할 때 상기 널이대와 건조대 본체는 더욱 단단히 결속될 수 있다. 또한 상기 널이대를 이동하여 사용할 수 있다. 예컨대 상기 널이대를 빨래바구니 대용으로 사용할 수 있는데, 건조시킬 빨래를 올려놓은 상기 널이대(G-2)를 걸이대(104) 위에 올려놓고 세탁물을 널 면,세탁물이 널이대 위에 있어서 걸이봉(102) 사이로 빠질 염려가 없게 되어 안심하고 빨래를 널 수 있는 효과가 증대한다. 아울러 소형 세탁물뿐만 아니라 스웨터를 포함한 울세탁용 의류도 펴거나 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있어서 시간과 노동력 절약, 의류 모양 보존 등에 유익을 줄 수 있고 공간활용도를 높일 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 상기 착탈용 고정부는 받침대의 기능도 할 수 있어 바닥에 놓고도 사용할 수 있어 소형 세탁물이 많을 경우 여분의 상기 착탈용 고정부가 있는 널이대를 구입하여 건조대 외의 아무 장소에나 사용할 수 있는 편리함도 있다. 따라서 상기 착탈용 고정부가 있는 널이대도 독립적으로 사용할 수 있는 제품일 수 있고 상기 고정부가 형성되지 않은 널이대도 일정한 걸이대에 올려 놓아 빨래바구니 역할을 할 수 있으면서 소형의 세탁물을 건조시키는데 유용한 제품이다.
실시예에 의해 도 10a에 도시된 바에 따라, 둘 이상으로 분리된 상기 널이판을 회동축(550)으로 고정하여 일체를 이루며, 상기 우측 널이판에 속한 프레임(500')을 좌측 프레임(500)의 외부에 나란히 접하게 한 후, 상기 두 프레임(500,500')에 미리 형성한 구멍에 회동축(550)을 끼워 일체로 고정시킬 수 있다. 따라서 상기 널이대(G-2)가 상기 회동축(550)을 중심으로 회동할 때, 상기 좌측 프레임(500)이 상기 우측 프레임(500') 안쪽에서 회동할 수 있다. 또한 상기 좌측 널이판(510)의 프레임 끝 하단 쪽에 길다랗게 홈(502)을 팔 수 있고, 상기 우측 널이판(510') 중 좌측 프레임 하단에 블럭(block)(504)을 구비하여, 상기 홈(502)이 상기 블럭(504) 위에 닿아 상기 죄측 널이판(510)이 아래로 빠지지 않고 우측 널이판(510')의 윗 표면과 서로 수평을 유지하며 고정될 수 있는 특징이 있으며, 따라서 상기 널이대 위에 소형의 세탁물을 일일이 널지않고 한꺼번에 던져서 펼쳐놓을 수 있어 시간과 노동의 절약이 극대화될 수 있고, 울세탁류의 빨래를 뉘어서 널 수 있으며 상기 위치(H)와 같은 폐공간, 또는 건조대의 중 또는 하부 이하에 울세탁류를 뉘어서 널 때 상부의 의류로 햇볕을 가릴 수 있어서 그늘에서 건조시키는 효과가 있어서 의류 색상의 변질을 방지할 수 있는 장점도 있다. 따라서 색상변질이 우려되는 의류는 상기 널이대(G)에 널어서 때에 따라 적당한 위치에 이동 설치할 수 있는 편리함도 있다. 도 10는 상기 널이대(G-2)의 두 프레임(500,500')을 일체로 연결한 회동축(550)과 상기 두 널이판(510,510')이 수평으로 맞닿아 있는 것을 위에서 내려다 본 평면도이다.
상기 홈(502)과 블럭(504)은 직사각형으로 암수가 서로 맞물리도록 형성했으나 이러한 형상이나 구성에 한정되지는 않는다.
회동축을 형성한 또 다른 널이대(G-3)가 도 11a,도 11b에서 도시된다. 도시된 바와 같이 상기 널이대(G-3)는 2개 이상의 널이판으로 나뉘어 상기 회동축(550)에 의해 일체를 이루어 상기 두 널이판(510,510')이 회동할 수 있다.
상기 널이대(G-3)의 회동 부위(550)는 도 11a에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 좌측 널이판(510)의 프레임(500) 내부에 상기 우측 널이판(510')의 프레임(500')을 넣은 후, 미리 형성한 구멍에 상기 회동축(550) 연결, 고정시켜 상기 두 널이판(510,510')을 일체로 고정시켜 회동할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 좌측 프레임(500)의 상기 우측 프레임(500')과 마주 닿는 프레임 중 양끝 부위 하단(505)에서 상기 회동체(550) 부위까지, 또는 상기 좌측 프레임(500)의 내부 전체에 트임부 또는 공백부를 형성하여, 상기 좌측 프레임(500)이 상기 우측 프레임(500')을 끼울 수 있으며 상기 좌측 프레임의 내부 천정(506)이 상기 우측 프레임의 외부 상단면(507)에 닿아 상기 좌측 프레임(500)이 아래쪽으로 빠지지 않으면서 상기 두 프레임(500,500')이 고정이 될 수 있다. 또한 상기 좌측 프레임(500)의 천정(506) 두께의 길이만큼 상기 우측 프레임(500') 중 좌측 부분의 상단을 잘라 낸 상기 우측 프레임의 외부 상단면(507)에 닿게 함으로 상기 두 프레임(500,500') 및 두 회동체, 즉 두 널이판(510,510')이 수평을 이루어 고정될 수 있는 특징이 있다.
상기 도 11a 도 11b에 따른 실시예는 양측 프레임(500,500')을 서로 끼우는 간단한 구성으로 두 널이판(510,510')을 고정,회동,수평을 이루게 할 수 있어 ,본 발명 널이대에 대한 상술한 목적과 효과를 이루며 외관이 깔끔하고 단순한 구성의 특징이 더 있다.
도 11b는 상기 널이대(G-3) 중 두 프레임(500,500)이 회동축(550)을 중심으로 형성되어 있는 관계를 상술한 바와 같이 도시된 저면도이다.
또한 상기 널이대(G-3)을 빨래건조대의 일정한 위치에 고정시켜 사용하거나 정해진 위치에 조립하여 사용할 수 있으며, 또 고정부(520)을 더 형성하여 상기 널이대(G-3)를 이동하여 사용할 수 있고, 이러할 때 이미 상술한 타 널이대(G-1,G-2)에서와 마찬가지로 그 용도와 목적, 효과 등은 동일하다 할 수 있다. 또한 상기 도 9 내지 도 11의 실시예에서 상기 도시된 널이대)의 주변 프레임(500,500')의 높이를 올려 세탁물을 더 안정감있게 운반할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명 빨래건조대에 구비된 널이대(G-1~G-3)의 구조는 상기 회동축(550)의 위치나 갯수에 따라 변할 수 있으며 또한 여타 빨래건조대의 종류나 구조에 제한받지 않고 적용될 수 있음을 밝혀두며, 도 9 내지 도 11에 따라 실시한 상기 널이대의 구성 및 구조, 형상, 회동축의 구성과 회동 방법 등은 각 실시예에서 보인 것에 국한되지 않으며 당업자로 하여금 치환,변경할 수 있는 것도 적용됨은 물론이고, 상호간 변경,치환,조합,적용하여 구성할 수 있음은 당연하다.
상기 널이대(G)의 목적에 따른 또 다른 실시예가 도 12에서 도시된다. 본 실시예에 따른 널이대(G-4)는 좌우로(510,510') 구분되어 있을 수 있고 상기 좌우로 분리되는 지점이 회동축(550)이라 할 수 있으며, 상기 회동축을 중심으로 하여 상기 좌우측 널이판이 회동할 수 있고 이때 상기 회동축(550) 및 회동부(530,530')가 맞닿아 일체로 펼쳐진 모습이 도 12 우측 도면에 나타난 바와 같을 수 있다. 상기 회동축(550) 및 회동부(530,530')는 얇은 플라스틱류를 포함하여 상기 접이부나 회동부가 회동하는 일에 원활할 수 있도록 유연한 재질일 수 있다. 상기 널이대(G-4)는 도 12의 형상대로 또는 뒤로 돌려서 건조대 본체 걸이대에 올려 사용할 수 있는데,양 널이판 사이가 연결(550,530,530')되어 있어서 빨래바구니 대용으로 사용할 때 더 안정감이 있고 다른 세탁물도 함께 올려 이동할 수 있다. 뒤로 돌려 반대편면으로 사용할 경우에는 상기 널이대(G-4)를 안쪽으로 굽힐 수 있어서 건조된 세탁물을 이동시킬 때 더욱 더 안정되고 편리한 장점이 더해진다.
또한 상기 널이대(G-4)에 고정부(520)를 더 설치할 때, 걸이대의 기울기가 기울어질 때에도 미끄러짐이 없이 안정된 상태를 유지할 수 있는 특징이 더 해지며 상기 널이대 아래에서 받쳐주는 걸이대(104)나 걸이봉(102)이 없는 공간에서(예컨대, H) 양쪽 걸이대(F)에 연결하여 사용할 수 있으며 이때 폐공간을 활용할 수 있어 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 간단한 회동부(550) 구성으로 모양이 깔끔하며 원가가 절감될 수 있고 건조대와 함께 회동할 수 있어 따로 분리할 필요가 없으며, 상기 널이대를 뒤집어서 설치하여 고정부(520)를 형성할 때 양 널이대(510,510')가 날개모양으로 세탁물을 싸서 이동할 수 있고 양 널이대 사이가 분리되지 않아서 안정되게 이동할 수 있다. 또한 타 건조대에 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 편리함이 있다.
이어서, 상기 널이대(G)의 목적과 효과가 동일할 수 있으며 접이부의 구성이 다른 실시예가 도 13에서 도시된다.
상기 널이대(G-5)의 분리된 양 널이판(510,510')을 연결하면서 회동하도록 고리를 포함한 연결부로 회동축(550)을 형성할 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 상기 회동부가 고리 형상일 수 있고, 상기 고리를 양 널이대의 근접한 측부에 형성한 구멍에 끼워 사용할 수 있으며 소재는 단단한 재질을 비롯하여 신축성이 있는 재질을 포함할 수 있다. 이러할 때 상기 널이대(G-5)는 회동이 위, 아래로 자유로와 한 방향으로 설치했을지라도 상기 널이대의 회동 방향 결정에 제한받지 않으며, 따라서 고정부(520)를 일정한 한 방향으로 설치하여 고정시켜도 건조대 본체와의 회동은 윗 방향(화살표)으로 하면서 동시에 건조된 세탁물을 이동할 때 널려 있는 세탁물을 상기 양 널이판을 안으로 접어 그대로 감싸서 안정되게 이동할 수 있는 장점이 더 있다. 상기 양 널이판 사이가 분리되어 있어도 상기 널이대가 회동할 때 그 사이가 상기 회동부(550)인 고리의 범위 내에서 움직이기 때문에 양 널이판 사이의 간격이 더 이상 벌어지지 않으므로 세탁물이 상기 양 널이판 사이로 샐 염려가 없고, 따라서 양 널이판으로 세탁물을 감싸서 이동할 때 안정감과 편리함이 향상된다. 또 상기널이대(G-5)는 외관이 깔끔하고, 구성이 간단하여 원가가 절감될 수 있는 효과가 더해지며, 이 외에 추가되는 구성과 그 효과들은 상술한 널이대들(G-1~G-5)의 경우와 동일할 수 있다.
양말 등 소형 세탁물 건조와 수거 시 시간과 일의 양을 단축시킬 수 있고, 또 스웨터나 울세탁용 빨래를 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있는 또 다른 실시예가 도 11a, 11b에서 도시된다.
본 실시예로서 도 14a는 바닥이 그물망 형상으로서 그 형상과 구조는 여기에 제한하지 않으며 상기 바닥을 이루는 재질은 망사를 포함한 직물, 금속사 또는 합성 실사를 포함한, 접어질 수 있는 재질을 포함한 것으로 설명될 수 있고,상기 재질 주변은 마무리 처리나 프레임으로 구성될 수 있고 상기 마무리나 프레임은 직물, 또는 고무나 테입을 포함한, 유연성이나 탄성이 있는 재질로 구성될 수 있는데 이를 통틀어 널이대(G6)라 칭할 수 있다.
널이대가 형성된 빨래건조대에 있어서 본 실시예는 상기 널이대(G6) 일정 부위에 고리, 집게, 찍찍이 등을 포함한 고정부(g)를 더 형성하여 착탈이 가능하게 하여 상기 시트를 타 걸이대나 걸이봉 또는 타 프레임에 결착하여 사용할 수 있고, 상기 널이대(G6)에 회동할 수 있는 회동부를 형성하지 않아도 본체와 함께 회동할 수 있는 편리함이 있어 단순한 구성으로 여러가지 목적을 이룰 수 있으며 생산단가도 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한 상기 널이대(G6)에 찍찍이를 더 형성하여 걸이대나 걸이봉,또는 프레임에 탈부착하여 사용할 수 있는 실시예가 도 14a에서 도시된다. 상기 도 14a는 시트의 배면도로서 본 실시예에 따라 ,상기 시트를 걸이대에 고정시킬 수 있는 일례로, 상기 널이대(G6)에 형성된 프레임 또는 마무리단(100',106') 의 네 모서리 부위에 찍찍이(m)를 형성하고, 상기 찍찍이와 대응되는 찍찍이(n)가 부착된 연결부재(t)를 완성시킨다.상기 상하 프레임(106')에 연결되어 있는 연결부재(t)를 각각 근접해 있는 걸이봉(102)에 돌려서 상기 각 연결부재에 형성된 찍찍이와 대응되는 상기 널이대(G6)의 본체에 형성되어 있는 찍찍이를 결합하여, 상기 널이대(G6)가 걸이대(104)에 고정되도록 하여 체결을 간편하게 하여 사용할 수 있다. 걸이대(104) 위에 올려놓고 상기와 같이 결속하여 사용할 때에, 상기 망은 장력이 생기고 더욱 안정감을 가질 수 있다.이러할 때는 상기 연결부재없이 찍찍이만으로 형성할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로, 상기 고정부에 연결부재(t)를 더 형성하여 사용하는 경우, 상기 널이대(G6)을 뒤집어 바로한 후 상기 걸이대(F)에 올려 놓고 도 14b에 도시된 일정 위치(p)를 시작점으로 하여 상기 연결부재(t)를 걸이대(F)의 측부에 있는 지지대(E)에 걸어 돌린 후,상기 걸이대(F) 밑으로 빼낸 후 아래쪽을 향하고 있는 상기 찍찍이(m)과 결착하여 고정할 수 있다(도14b). 이러할 때 상기 지지대와 걸이대 모두를 결합할 수 있어 상기 망을 더욱 튼튼하게 지지해 줄 수 있으므로 걸이대에 걸이봉(102)으로 받쳐주는 부분이 없는, 예컨대 폐공간(H) 같은 곳에서 걸이대(F)와 지지대(E)를 함께 결합할 때 더욱 단단히 결합할 수 있어 세탁물을 널어도 그 무게로 인해 상기 찍찍이를 포함한 고정부가 걸이대(F)의 가운데로 쏠릴 수 있는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 특징이 있고, 걸이봉의 간격이 다를 수 있는 타 제품이나 다른 걸이대에 설치할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
상기 연결부재(t)는 끈이나 사슬을 포함하여 질기면서 튼튼하며 유연성을 가진 재질일 수 있다. 상기 실시예에 의한 상기 시트는 찍찍이의 강한 결속력을 통해 상기 시트를 단단하게 팽창,지지하여 고정시킬 수 있고 탈부착하기도 편리해 쉽게 이동 설치할 수 있으며, 찍찍이를 고정하거나 부착하는 위치가 상기 널이대(G6)의 뒷 편에 위치해 세탁물이 상할 염려가 없이 상술한 상기 시트의 목적을 이룰 수 있다.
또한 고정부로서 갈고리 형상의 고리를 사용하여 상술한 방법으로 실시할 수 있으며 상기 널이대를 건조대에 결합, 고정시킬 수 있는 방법은 이에 제한하지 않음을 밝혀 둔다.
또한 다른 실시예로서 시트 주변을 좁은 통로를 형성하도록 마감처리하여 상기 통로에 고무줄을 포함한 탄성체를 내설한 후 상기 고무줄이 내설된 시트가 걸이대(104)를 감싸 고정시켜 사용할 수 있다. 이러할 때, 일측이 프레임 등으로(예컨대 도 2에서 회전축봉-C) 외부와 폐쇄되었을 때, 상기 일측은 탄성체를 넣지 않고 상술한 바와 같이 고리(g)나 찍찍이를 포함한 고정부(g)로 상기 회전축봉이나 타 걸이봉에 결속하여 사용할 수 있다.
또한 상기 널이대(G6)에 있어서 상기 고리(g)를 포함한 고정부를 형성하지 않을 수 있고, 이때에는 상기 널이대를 아래에서 받쳐 주는 걸이봉 등이 형성되어 있는 곳에 올려놓고 사용할 수 있고 이러할 때도 소형의 세탁물을 일일이 널지 않고 건조시킬 수 있으므로 시간과 노동력이 매우 절약되고 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 의류를 뉘어서 건조시킬 수 있으며, 빨래를 널 때 상기 널이대를 걸이대 위에 올려놓고 그 위에 세탁물을 쌓아놓을 수 있으므로 걸이봉 사이로 세탁물이 빠져나갈 수 없으므로 편안한 마음으로 일을 할 수 있다. 또한 빨래가 건조된 후 소형 세탁물 뿐만 아니라 일반 세탁물도 상기 널이대(G6)에 같이 감싸서 이동할 수 있어서 상기 시트에서 건조시킨 세탁물은 따로 수거할 필요가 없어 시간과 노동력이 현저히 절약되고 이동시 세탁물을 떨어뜨릴 염려가 없고 상기 널이대들에 어떤 회동부를 형성하지 않아도 건조대 본체의 회동에 장애를 받지 않으며 어느 건조대에서나 또는 어느 장소에서나 상기 널이대를 펼쳐놓고 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있고 구성이 간단하여 원가가 절감되어 사용자편에서는 경제적 이득이 있다.
또한 본 발명 빨래건조대에 구비된 상기 널이대(G6)의 형상 및 설치는 여타 빨래건조대의 종류나 구조에 제한받지 않고 적용되거나 단독으로 사용할 수 있으며, 여기서 널이대(G6)는 바닥이 망의 형상(그물)을 포함해서,물건을 얹어놓거나 쌀 수 있으면서 유연성을 가진 재질을 포함하고, 빨래를 올려놓고 건조시키기에 적합한 모든 것을 의미한다. 도 14a와 도 14b에서 상기 널이대의 구성과 형성하는 방법, 걸이대 등에 고정시킬 수 있는 고정수단(g,m,n)이나 연결 부재(t)의 종류나 연결방법 등은 각 실시예에서 보인 것에 국한되지 않으며 당업자로 하여금 치환,변경할 수 있는 것도 적용됨은 물론이고, 상호간 변경,치환,조합,적용하여 구성할 수 있음은 당연하다.
상기 널이대(G6)는 접어서 건조대에 걸어놓을 수 있는 간편함과 편리함이 있고 폐공간을(예시-H)에 설치할 경우에는 상기 널이대의 상술한 효과를 가질 수 있다.
또한 상기 망(G)을 설치하면서 실시예에서 보인 거치봉을 더 구비할 때, 대형 세탁물을 동시에 건조시킬 수 있거나 더욱 많은 세탁물을 더 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 더 발생한다.
또한 승하강용 빨래건조대를 포함하여 대형세탁물을 주로 건조 목적으로 하는 건조대 또는 베란다 전용 건조대 또는 여타 건조대 등에 상기 널이대(G)를 단수 또는 복수층으로 형성하여, 분리나 이동이 가능하도록 설치할 수 있다. 도 12a에서 도시된 실시예에 따르면, 널이대(G)를 고리나 찍찍이를 포함한 고정부(g)를 사용하여 본 걸이봉(f)에 걸어 사용할 수 있다.
연결부재로 상기 고정부와 널이대 사이를, 또 널이대와 널이대 사이를 연결할 수 있는데 도 15에서 예컨대, 사슬로 연결하여 고정시키는 방법이 일례로 설명될 수 있다.
상기 고정부(g)의 하측에 고정될 수 있는 상기 사슬(L)이 상기 널이대의 외부쪽으로 내려오도록 하다가, 형성되어 있는 널이대의 구멍(h) 안으로 들여 보낸 후 여분의 사슬(L')을 남겨 두고 다시 상기 구멍(h) 밖으로 나오게 한다. 이때 상기 구멍 안쪽에서 겹치거나 구부러져 있는 상기 여분의 사슬(L') 안으로 상기 구멍보다 크고 개구부가 있는 고리를 끼워 주거나 집게로 물어 주어서, 이어지는 사슬 하나만 나오도록 하여 상기 사슬이 구멍밖으로 흘러내리는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 상술한 방법으로 새로운 널이대나 걸이대(104)를 연결하여 고정시킬 수 있다. 또한 상기 널이대 중 울타리(580)가 없이 판(두께)이 얇거나 가장 아랫 부분에 설치할 널이대의 경우에 상기 판을 관통하는 구멍(h')을 형성할 수 있고, 상기 구멍(h') 근처에 있는 사슬(L) 측부에 미리 형성한 짧은 사슬(L')과, 상기 사슬(L')과 수직 방향으로 연결한 바(bar)를 상기 구멍(h')의 아래에서 윗 방향으로 넣은 후 상기 바(r)를 상기 구멍(h)에 가로지르게 하여 사슬이 아래로 흐르는 것을 방지하여 고정할 수 있다. 이러한 방법은 판을 관통하지 않고 상술한 것처럼 널이대 측부에 형성한 구멍에도 동일하게 적용할 수 있으며, 이러할 때에는 새로운 널이대를 설치하기 위해 상기 사슬(L)이 아래로 연결되어 있을 수 있다.이러할 때 상기 바(r)는 상기 널이대에 수평으로 안착할 수 있기 때문에 울세탁류 등 의류가 상기 바에 걸리지 않고 안전하게 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다(도 15a).
이러할 때 상기 널이대를 사용하지 않을 때에는 널이대와 함께 상기 사슬을 포개놓을 수 있어서 공간활용도를 높일 수 있고 또 상기 버팀부(600)를 상기 구멍(h)에서 제거함으로써 널이대를 사슬(L)로부터 분리할 수 있다. 따라서 상기 널이대 중 선택하여 구입할 수 있어 경제적이며 실용적인 장점이 더 있고 장소에 따라서도 선택하여 설치할 수 있는 편리함이 있다. 이때 사용하지 않는 사슬은 적당한 길이 민큼 위로 올려 겹친 후 집게 등으로 겹쳐진 사슬을 고정시켜 공간활용도를 높일 수 있다. 또한 상기 사슬을 포함한 연결부재에 버팀부 등을 설치하지 않고 각 개체가 분리하지 않도록 일체로 형성하여 간편하게 사용할 수 있다. 이 외에 본 실시예에 따른 목적과 효과는 상술한 널이대의 내용과 동일할 수 있고, 상기 연결부재로 널이대 등을 고정시키는 방법, 널이대나 보조걸이대를(104) 형성하는 방법은 이 외에도 기술적 사상이 넘어가지 않는 범위 내에서 변형, 치환할 수 있음은 자명한 일이며 상호간 적용할 수 있음도 그러하다.
승하강 빨래건조대를 포함하여, 소수개의 걸이봉으로 형성된 건조대는 양말같은 소형 세탁물을 널기 더욱 어려울 수 있다. 또한 상기 널이대를 사용할 때 양말 등을 일반 걸이대에 걸 때 상기 세탁물의 안착력이 떨어져 발생하는 수고와 불안한 마음을 방지할 수 있고 일의 효율성이 증가될 수 있는 장점이 있으며. 또한 양말, 특히 유아용 양말 등의 소형 세탁물은 이동할 때 바닥에 떨어지기 쉬운데, 상기 실시예에 따른 빨래가 담긴 널이대를 그대로 내려서 포개어 이동하면 빨래를 흘릴 염려도 없고 세탁물을 일일이 널거나 걷는 시간도 절약할 수 있는 특징이 더 있다. 또 상하 층으로 여러 개의 널이대를 설치할 수 있어서 좁은 면적에 많은 양의 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 장점도 있다. 또한 상기 널이대(G) 바깥쪽 주변에 울타리(580)을 더 형성할 수 있어 상기 걸이대(f)가 높이 걸려 있어 널이대를 걸거나 내릴 때 상기 널이대가 기울어지더라도 소형의 세탁물이 바닥에 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있고 이러할 때 안정감이 더욱 향상될 수 있다. 또한 상기 널이대에 울타리(580)를 형성하지 않음으로 울세탁류 등, 옷걸이 등으로 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 의류를 건조시키는데 편리하도록 형성할 수 있다.
상기 걸이봉(f) 사이의 간격이 본 제품과 동일하지않은 타사 제품의 걸이대에나 일반 건조대 등의 여타 봉에나 상기 동일한 보조건조대의 연결부(L)를 바깥쪽으로 확장해서 넓히거나 안쪽으로 좁혀서 설치할 수 있는 호환성이 있는 장점이 더 있고, 상기 제품은 소형 세탁물과 기저귀가 많은 유아용 전용건조대로서 사용될 수 있다.
상기 실시예에 따른 또 다른 일례로, 상기 널이대가 구비된 건조대에, 일반 세탁물을 널 수 있는 보조걸이대(104)를 더 포함할 수 있다(도 15). 베란다 전용 건조대나 승하강 건조대 등은 이불류 등의 무겁거나 아주 큰 사이즈의 물건을 건조시키기에 매우 유용하다. 그러나 보통,소수 개의 걸이봉으로 구성되어 있어서 일반 세탁물을 그대로 펴서 널 경우 많은 세탁물을 널기 어려울 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 보통 옷걸이에 끼워서 상기 걸이봉에 걸어두곤 한다. 이러할 때 더 많은 시간과 노동이 요구되는데 빠쁘게 살아가는 현대인들에게는 이러한 일들이 부담이 될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 널이대가 형성된 건조대에, 일반 세탁물을 널 수 있도록 구비된 보조걸이대(104)를 더 설치할 수 있는데 상기 걸이대는 단수 또는 복수개로 설치할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 보조걸이대(104)는 상기 널이대의 일정한 면적을 바탕으로 수직으로 형성될 수 있어서 세탁물이 겹치지 않아 채광과 통풍이 원활하여 건조에 유익한 특징이 있다.본 걸이대(f)에는 큰 세탁물을 건조시키면서, 동시에 좁은 면적에서 많은 양과 다양한 종류의 세탁물을 편리하게 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 상기 널이대들과 보조걸이대(104)는 서로 위치를 변동시킬 수 있고 그 재질이나 형상도 제한받지 않으며 상기 걸이봉(102)의 배열 방향도 제한되지 않음은 당연하다.
더 많은 세탁물을 널기 위한 실시예가 도 16에서 도시된다. 도시된 걸이봉(f1,f2)은 도2에 도시된 본 걸이대(B, D)에 설치된 걸이봉, 또는 이와 유사한 또는 세탁물을 널기 위한 걸이대나 걸이봉이라 할 수 있다. 도 20a에 실시한 바에 의하면, 고정부를(g) 형성한 보조건조대(104)를 형성하여 상기 본 걸이봉(f1)에 걸 수 있으며 본 실시예에 따라 상기 고정부는 고리 형상일 수 있으나 여기에 한정하지는 않는다. 이때, 상기 보조건조대(104)의 프레임(100) 일정 부위(710)와, 미리 준비된 제2고정부(g')가 형성되어 있는 지지부(700)를 포개어 나사못을 포함한 결합부재 또는 연결부재로 연결시킬 수 있다. 상기 지지부에 형성되어 있는 제2고정부(g')는 본 걸이봉(f2)를 위로 감싸면서 결속시키며, 상기 건조대(104)를 수직 방향에서 옆으로 더 이격시켜 밀면서 지지하게 되어, 상기 본 걸이대와 보조 건조대 사이에 각도(R)가 형성되어 상기 건조대의 걸이봉(102)에 빨래를 널 때 각 걸이봉에(102)에 걸쳐 있는 세탁물들이 겹치지 않게 되어 통풍과 채광이 원활하게 되는 특징이 있다. 상기 걸이대(104)는 세탁물이 많을 경우 본 걸이대나 걸이봉에 걸어 필요할 때 사용하고, 필요하지 않을 때는 걷어서 한 쪽에 세워놓거나 상기 본 건조대에 걸어서 일체로 접어 놓을 수 있는 편리함이 있다.또한 더 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 필요가 있을 때에는 상기 보조걸이대를 복수개로 선택해서 본 건조대의 아무 걸이봉에나 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있는 제품이다. 상기 보조 건조대(104)는 건조대 본체의 양 날개 걸이대에도 설치할 수 있고 상기 걸이봉(f1,f2) 외에, 세탁물의 종류나 사이즈 또는 상기 보조건조대를 설치할 장소의 면적에 따라 다른 걸이봉(f3,f4..)에 설치해서 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
또한 상기 실시예는 도15에서 도시된 소수개의 걸이봉으로 구성된 승하강 등의 건조대나 일반 걸이봉에도 동일하게 설치할 수 있음을 밝혀 두며(도 17), 세탁물이 많을 경우, 상기 보조 건조대를 더 사용할 수 있고(예컨대,걸이봉의 점선 부분의 보조건조대) 사용하지 않을 때에는 상기 복수개의 보조 건조대를 포개어 세워서 간단히 보관하거나, 상기 보조건조대를 벽쪽에 있는 걸이봉(f3)에 상기 연결봉을 아래로 내려놓아 보조건조대를 벽과 수평이 되도록 걸어 놓아 보관함으로써 사용공간을 활용할 수 있는 편리함이 있다.또한 세탁물을 널 때 세탁물의 양에 따라 상기 보조건조대를 벽에 가까운 쪽의 걸이봉(f2나 f3)에 설치하여 사용하면 앞쪽의 사용공간을 넓힐 수 있다. 상기 보조 걸이대를 소수개의 걸이봉만으로 구성된 베란다 전용 건조대에나 승하강 건조대에 사용할 경우 본 걸이봉에 큰 세탁물도 널면서 상기 보조건조대에 많은 일반 세탁물도 함께 널 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 특별히,베란다 전용 건조대처럼 걸이봉이 소수 개로 구성되어 있는 여타 건조대에서는 많은 일반 세탁물을 널기에는 어려움이 있어 보통 옷걸이에 걸어 상기 걸이봉에 걸쳐놓는 이중의 수고와 시간이 소요되는 불편이 있을 수 있는데, 도 17의 실시예에 따라, 옷걸이에 걸어서 널지 않아도 많은 일반 세탁물을 손쉽게 널 수 있어서 노동과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 편리함이 있고, 세탁물이 많을 때와 적을 때, 또 큰 세탁물과 작은 세탁물에 따라 상기 보조건조대를 적절히 배치하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있고 아울러 상술한 바와 같이 상기 지지부(700)가 상기 보조건조대의 프레임(100)을 밀어서 지지해 줄 수 있어서 상기 걸이봉(102)들에 걸려 있는 세탁물들이 서로 이격되어 있게 됨으로써 세탁물 간에 통풍과 채광의 효과가 있다. 특히 상기 보조건조대는 베란다용 걸이봉이나 접철식 건조대 등 일반 어느 건조대에나 자유롭게 설치할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
또한 상기 보조건조대에서(도16, 도17) 그 지지부(700) 일정 위치에 단축확장부(400)를 설치하여 상기 지지부의 길이를 단축 또는 확장하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 실시예에 따라 상기 단축확장부의 구성이 도 18에 도시되며 그 사용방법은 도6에 따라 실시예 3에서 실시한 내용 중 제2연결구와 제3연결구에서 속조임부와 겉조임부(410,420)로 결합하며 내설되어 있는 스톱바로 확장되는 길이를 한정할 수 있는 등, 그 사용방법이 동일하다 할 수 있으나, 단축확장하는 구성과 방법은 여기에 한정하지 않는다. 이러할 때 상기 단축확장부(400)의 길이를 조절함으로써 상기 보조건조대 본체가 바닥과 수직 상태에서 이격하는 간격을 조절하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 더해진다. 따라서 좁은 장소와 넓은 장소에 따라서 또는 세탁물의 종류에 따라(예컨대, 길이가 길고 짧을 때), 필요한 통풍과 채광의 양에 따라 조절할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 나아가서 타 제품의 걸이봉의 간격이 다를 경우에도 상기 단축확장부를 사용하여 설치할 수 있으므로 하나의 보조건조대로 다양한 타 건조대에 사용할 수 있는 호환성이 있는 제품이라 할 수 있다.
또한 더 많은 빨래를 건조시킬 수 있도록 또 다른 실시예가 도 19에서 도시된다.
다수의 걸이봉(102)이 구비된 걸이대(104)의 프레임(100,106) 중 일측이 개구부(h)로 형성되어 있는 보조건조대, 개구부(h)가 형성되어 본 실시예에 따라 프레임의 일부가 봉 형상으로(이하 지지부로 칭함) 남아 있는 양 지지부00)를 본 건조대(B,D)의 걸이봉(f2) 아래로 넣고 상기 보조건조대(도19)의 몸체의 일부나 상기 지지대 또는 그 프레임(100)이 본 건조대의 프레임(f1) 위에 걸치도록 설치한다. 이때, 상기 보조건조대 몸체의 무게로 인해 상기 걸이봉(f2) 위로 올라가려는 상기 지지부(700)가 버팀목 역할을 하는 상기 걸이봉(f2)에 의해 지지, 고정될 수 있다. 또한 상기 보조건조대에 빨래를 널면 그 무게로 인해 상기 보조건조대(B1)가 아래로 처지면서 본 건조대의 걸이봉(f) 아래에 설치한 지지대(700)는 상기 걸이봉(f2)과 더욱 결속되어 더 안정되게 고정되는 특징이 있다. 상기 보조 건조대도 필요할 때만 사용할 수 있고 사용하지 않을 때에는 접혀진 건조대 본체에 일체로 세워놓을 수 공간활용도가 좋아서 편리하다.
또한 상기 지지대(700) 위에 고정부(740)를 더 형성할 수 있는데 상기 고정부는, 실시예 4에 따른 도 7에 도시된 고정부에 대해 상술한 바와 동일하다 할 것이다. 상기 건조대 본체와 보조건조대가 함께 상하로 회동할 때 상기 보조건조대가 어느 한 방향으로 미끄러지는 것을 방지하여 상기 두 건조대가 더욱 안정되고 단단히 결합할 수 있는 특징이 더 있다.
상기 보조건조대(도16 내지 도19)의 프레임 등에 홈을 형성하여 옷걸이를 걸 수 있고 거치부 및 지지부를 형성하여 양말, 속옷 등의 소형 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있다.또한 상기 보조건조대들을 필요한 만큼 복수개로도 구입하여 설치할 수 있어 세탁물의 양에 따라 알맞은 개수를 여러 곳에 설치할 수 있고 상기 보조건조대들을 차례로 연결하여 설치하여 더욱 많은 세탁물을 건조시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다. 예컨대,
또한 상기 두 보조건조대의 일부 또는 전부를 널이대로(G) 형성할 수 있다(도 19). 상기 보조건조대들을 널이대로 형성할 때 소형 세탁물이나 모양이 변형되기 쉬운 의류를 건조시키기에 유익하고 빨래바구니의 역할을 할 수 있어 건조대 위에 올려놓고 세탁물을 널 수 있어 세탁물이 걸이봉 사이로 빠져나가는 것을 막을 수 있어 편리하며 널이대 이하 상기 보조 건조대들은 각 가정의 세탁물의 양에 따라 선택하여 구입할 수 있으므로 경제적인 이득이 있고, 그 날의 세탁양에 따라 개수를 선택하여 간단히 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 유용함이 있다.
또한 동일한 건조대에도 널이대들(G1~G6) 이하 보조건조대들은 서로 조합하여 사용할 수 있고, 상기 각 널이대는 본 실시예에 따른 상기 빨래건조대와 일체로 이루는 구성 외에 별도로 구성되어 독자적인 제품으로 사용될 수 있다. 이상에서 도 1내지 도 20을 통해 설명한 본 실시예들은 상호간에 적용,변경,변형 및 치환되어 실시될 수 있으며, 상술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 당업자로 하여금 치환,변경할 수 있는 것도 적용됨은 물론이고,본 발명에 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러가지 치환, 변형, 서로 간에 적용 및 변경이 가능하다는 것을 밝혀 둔다.

  30. 제 29항에 있어서, 빨래 건조대가 상기 널이대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  31. 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 널이대에 고정홈, 고리, 찍찍이를 포함하여 건조대 본체에 착탈을 할 수 있는 고정부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  32. 제 31항에 있어서, 상기 널이대는 건조대 본체의 사용하지 않는 폐공간에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  33. 제 32항에 있어서, 상기 널이대에 회동축이 형성되고, 상기 널이대가 상기 회동축에 의해 구분되어 회동할 수 있도록 하는 특징이 있는 건조대
  34. 제 33항에 있어서, 둘 이상으로 분리된 상기 널이대의 널이판을 상기 회동축으로 고정하여 일체를 이루게 하며 우측 프레임과 좌측 프레임을 나란히 하여 상기 두 프레임에 형성한 구멍에 회동축을 형성하여 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  35. 제 34항에 있어서, 상기 일측 널이판 프레임에 형성한 홈과 타측 널이판 프레임 하단에 형성한 블럭이 서로 마주쳐 일측 널이판이 아래로 빠지지 않고 타측 널이판과 일체로 평평해 지고 양 널이판이 일체로 회동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  36. 제 33항에 있어서, 회동축을 중심으로 일측 프레임의 하단 내부에 공백부를 형성하고, 타측 프레임의 상부를 상기 일측 프레임에 끼우도록 형성하여, 상기 두 프레임이 고정되고 일체를 회동하는 것을 특징이로 하는 건조대
  37. 제 33항에 있어서, 널이판 사이가 접히는 선으로 구분되며 상기 접히는 선으로 길게 이어진 회동축과 상기 회동축 양측부에 회동부를 포함하며 상기 양 널이판이 회동할 때 상기 회동부가 겹쳐지면서 상기 양 널이판이 수평으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  38. 제 33항에 있어서, 분리된 널이판의 서로 마주보는 근접한 측부에 구멍을 형성하고, 고리를 포함한 회동축을 구멍에 끼워 양 널이판을 고정하며 상기 회동축을 중심으로 널이판이 위 또는 아래 방향으로 회동하며 상기 회동축 범위 내에서 더이성 벌어지는 틈이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  39. 제 33항 내지 38항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 널이대는 회동축이 형성되어있는 건조대에 포함되어, 건조대의 회동축과 함께 일체로 회동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  40. 제 39항에 있어서, 상기 고정홈 및 고정홈을 포함한 고정부는 받침대 역할을 하도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  41. 제 33항 또는 제 37항 또는 39중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 널이대의 바닥은 망사, 금속사, 합성실사 등을 포함하여 접어질 수 있는 재질을 포함한 것으로 세탁물을 감싸서 이동 할 수 있는 특징을 가진 건조대
  42. 제 41항에 있어서, 상기 널이대에 타 걸이대나 타 건조대에 설치할 수 있고, 건조대 본체에 경사가 있을 때에도 고정되도록 상기 널이대 프레임의 일정 부위에 찍찍이, 고리를 포함한 고정부를 포함하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  43. 제 42항에 있어서, 상기 널이대는 가장자리에 울타리가 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  44. 제 28항 또는 29항에 있어서, 고리나 찍찍이를 포함한 고정부를 걸이대에 걸어 고정하며 상기 고정부와 널이대, 다수의 걸이봉이 형성되어있는 보조 건조대를 상하로 연결시켜주는 연결부재를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대

  49. 제 48항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재 측부에 미리 형성한 짧은 제 2 연결부재를 형성하고, 상기 제 2 연결부재와 수직방향으로 연결하고 상기 구멍의 직경보다 긴 바(bar)를 상기 구멍속에 넣어 상기 구멍 안에서 상기 구멍을 가로지르며 버팀부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  50. 제 49항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는 계속 이어지도록 형성하여 다수개로 형성된 널이대 및 보조 걸이대를 설치할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  51. 제 50항에 있어서, 상기 버팀부를 치워줌으로써 상기 연결부재와 널이대 및 보조 널이대가 분리될 수 있어서 선택하여 사용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
  52. 제 51항에 있어서, 상기 널이대 및 보조 걸이대는 사이즈를 차등있게 형성하여 간단히 포개어 놓을 수 있도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조대
