目前, 目标对象在观看数字电视时, 因为各种原因, 需要离开数字电 视时, 则关闭数字电视或让数字电视继续播放, 利用这种方式观看数字电 视节目不能为目标对象提供差异化的服务和个性化的应用, 导致目标对象 体验差。 本发明实施例中的目标对象可以是用户, 也可以用户设置的参照 物等。 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体播放的方法, 可以使得媒体信息无缝 衔接地播放, 为目标对象提供个性化的数据业务服务和应用, 提高目标对 象获取媒体信息的效率。
图 1 为本发明实施例提供的一种媒体播放的方法流程示意图, 在该实 施例中, 目标对象可以用户为例进行说明, 所述方法可以应用在接入终端 上, 也可以应用在其他终端设备, 下面以应用在接入终端的情况为例进行 说明, 媒体播放的方法实施例包括步骤:
S101 , 确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系。
本发明中提及的接入终端可以为连接带有摄像头拍照功能的数字电视 的机顶盒(Set Top Box, STB )、 也可以为集成有机顶盒功能的带有摄像头 拍照功能的数字电视, 以及实现上述功能的装置。 所述接入终端可以独立 于第一终端, 也可以集成在第一终端上。
本发明中所提及的第一终端可以为电视, 智能手机、 平板电脑 PAD、 智能播放设备, 以及实现同等功能的终端设备等。
在本发明实施例中, 接入终端确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关 系具体可以为接入终端通过第一终端拍摄的目标对象的当前图片与目标对 象预设的图片进行对比, 得到第一位置关系。 其中, 第一位置关系可以为 当前图片与预设图片的相似度或者重合度。
相应地, 所述确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 具体可以包 括: 获取目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片, 将获取的目标对象当前 图片和获取的目标对象预设图片进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
在本发明另一实施例中, 所述将获取的目标对象当前图片和获取的目 标对象预设图片进行比对, 具体可以为, 将获取的目标对象当前图片的人 脸和获取的目标对象预设图片的人脸进行比对。
在本发明另一实施例中, 通过人脸检测的方法检测出目标对象预设图 片和目标对象当前图片中的可能的人脸区域, 对检测出的目标对象预设图 片和和目标对象当前图片中的人脸区域, 进行人脸特征提取, 提取出目标 对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片的人脸特征信息。 在获取目标对象预设 图片的人脸特征信息和获取目标对象当前图片的人脸特征信息后, 可以通 过人脸识别, 例如釆用基于 PC A ( Principal Component Analysis, 主元件分 析)人脸识别方法, 计算目标对象预设图片的人脸特征信息和目标对象当 前图片中的人脸特征信息的距离, 当距离大于一定的阔值时, 则确定目标 对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片的人脸不匹配。
所述获取目标对象预设图片的方法可以为, 目标对象在使用第二终端 的应用时, 终端根据目标对象使用第二终端的应用软件的情况, 获取目标 对象预设图片。 例如, 当目标对象利用手机等移动终端的 APP软件浏览数 字电视上正在播放的视频的简介, 对正在播放的电视节目进行评论时, 手 机终端根据 APP软件的使用情况, 启动人脸拍照模式, 手机终端获取目标 对象预设图片; 也可以根据接收的目标对象预设图片的统一资源定位符 ( Uniform Resource Locator, URL ) ,获取目标对象预设图片,具体可以为: 根据目标对象预设图片的 URL,通过 HTTP协议中的 HTTP GET操作指令, 获取目标对象的预设图片。
在本发明另一实施例中, 当有多个目标对象在使用第二终端的应用时, 可以获取多个目标对象预设图片, 例如, 获取目标对象 A的预设图片, 目 标对象 B的预设图片和目标对象 C的预设图片。
在本发明另一实施例中, 接入终端对获取的目标对象的预设图片可以 进行图像预处理, 对目标对象的预设图片进行图像预处理的方法具体可以 为: 直方图均衡、 中值滤波或归一化等处理对目标对象预设图片进行图像 预处理。
然后, 可以通过人脸检测的方法检测出目标对象预设图片中的可能的 人脸区域。
例如, 检测出目标对象 A的预设图片中的人脸区域、 目标对象 B的预 设图片中的人脸区域和目标对象 C的预设图片中的人脸区域。
对检测出的目标对象预设图片中的人脸区域, 进行人脸特征提取, 提 取出目标对象预设图片的人脸特征信息。 人脸特征提取的方法具体可以为, 釆用几何特征提取方法、 代数特征提取方法。 其中, 代数特征提取方法可 以釆用线性子空间法或非线性空间法。
例如, 对目标对象 A的预设图片中的人脸区域进行人脸特征提取, 提 取的信息可称为 A人脸特征信息, 对目标对象 B的预设图片中的人脸区域 进行人脸特征提取, 提取的信息可称为 B人脸特征信息, 对目标对象 C的 预设图片中的人脸区域进行人脸特征提取, 提取的信息可称为 C人脸特征 信息。
所述获取目标对象当前图片的方法可以为, 接入终端通过拍摄而获取 的目标对象当前图片, 也可以为, 第一终端拍摄目标对象当前图片, 接入 终端获取的第一终端发送的目标对象当前图片。
例如, 获取的目标对象当前图片和获取目标对象预设图片进行比对, 当比对的结果的相似度在 80%以下时, 则说明第一位置关系满足第一预设 条件。
在本发明另一实施例中, 所述第一位置关系满足第一预设条件具体可 以为, 所述目标对象预设图片的人脸和所述目标对象当前图片中的所有人 脸都不匹配, 或者所述目标对象当前图片中有 0个人脸。
在本发明另一实施例中, 接入终端可以对获取的目标对象当前图片进 行图像预处理, 对目标对象的当前图片进行图像预处理的方法具体可以为: 直方图均衡、 中值滤波或归一化等处理对目标对象当前图片进行图像预处 理。
然后, 可以通过人脸检测的方法检测出目标对象当前图片中的可能的 人脸区域。 目标对象当前图片中可能包含 0个人脸(第一终端前没有人) 、 1个人脸(第一终端前有 1个人) 、 或多个人脸(第一终端前有多个人) 。 例如, 检测出目标对象当前图片中的 A人脸区域、 E人脸区域。
对检测出的目标对象当前图片中的人脸区域, 进行人脸特征提取, 提 取出目标对象当前图片的人脸特征信息。 人脸特征提取的方法具体可以为, 釆用几何特征提取方法、 代数特征提取方法。 其中, 代数特征提取方法可 以釆用线性子空间法或非线性空间法。
例如, 对目标对象当前图片中的 A人脸区域进行人脸特征提取, 提取 的信息可称为当前图片的 A人脸特征信息, 对目标对象当前图片中的 E人 脸区域进行人脸特征提取,提取的信息可称为当前图片的 E人脸特征信息。
在获取目标对象预设图片的人脸特征信息和获取目标对象当前图片 的人脸特征信息后, 可以通过人脸识别, 例如釆用基于 PCA ( Principal Component Analysis , 主元件分析 )人脸识别方法, 计算目标对象预设图片 的人脸特征信息和目标对象当前图片中的人脸特征信息的距离, 当距离大 于一定的阔值时, 则确定目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片的人脸不 匹配, 否则, 则确定目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片的人脸匹配。 目标对象当前图片中可能有 0个、 1个或多个人脸, 当目标对象预设图片的 人脸和目标对象当前图片中的所有人脸都不匹配, 或者目标对象当前图片 中有 0个人脸时, 则说明目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系满足第一预 设条件; 否则, 则说明目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系不满足第一预 设条件。 当目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系不满足第一预设条件时, 则不用执行后面的步骤 S102- S103。 即, 当确定用户在第一终端前面观看 节目时, 则不用执行后面的步骤 S102- S103。 例如, 通过人脸识别, 分别 计算出上述预设图片的 A人脸特征信息与上述当前图片的 A人脸特征信息 的距离 (可称为距离 Dl )、 上述预设图片的 A人脸特征信息与上述当前图 片的 E人脸特征信息的距离 (可称为距离 D2 ) , 4叚设距离 D1不大于一定 的阔值, 则确定目标对象 A的预设图片中的人脸和目标对象当前图片中的 A人脸匹配, 说明目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系不满足第一预设条 件。 具体可以为, 说明用户 A在第一终端前观看节目。 其中, 第一终端具 体可以为电视。 同样, 通过人脸识别, 可以确定用户 B和用户 C是否在电 视前观看节目。
在本发明另一实施例中, 在所述确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置 关系之前, 还可以包括: 接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预 设标识和第二终端标识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识与 所述第二终端标识。 根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设标识 与所述第二终端标识的关联关系。
本发明中所提及的第二终端可以为智能手机、 平板电脑 PAD、 智能播 放设备, 电视, 以及实现同等功能的终端设备等。
本发明中所提及的第二终端标识具体可以为第二终端的通用唯一识别 码 (Universally Unique Identifier, UUID)和第二终端的网际协议地址。
其中, 目标对象预设标识可以为目标对象预设图片的统一资源定位符 ( Uniform Resource Locator, URL ) 。
根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端 标识的关联关系, 具体可以为: 根据目标对象预设图片的统一资源定位符, 创建目标对象预设图片的 URL和所述第二终端标识关联关系的数据关联 表。
所述接入终端接收的关联指令可以由第二终端发送; 也可以在接入终 端和第二终端之间设置一个控制设备, 第二终端向控制设备发送关联指令, 控制设备向接入终端发送接收到的关联指令。
所述接入终端接收关联指令的过程可以为: 接入终端接收一个通用即 插即用 (Universal Plug and Play, UPNP )协议的关联指令报文, 所述关联 指令报文的指令中携带有目标对象预设图片的 URL、 第二终端的 UUID和 第二终端的网际协议地址。 所述关联指令报文的指令可以定义为 AVT::Set Second Screen Info(), AVT::Set Second Screen Info()指令中携带有目标对象 预设图片的 URL、 第二终端的 UUID和第二终端的网际协议地址等参数。 所述关联指令也可以通过其他协议发送 4艮文, 如 DLNA协议、 闪联协议, 所述接收关联指令的协议是可以替换, 更改的, 本发明实施例对此不作具 体限定。
在本发明另一实施例中, 所述接入终端可以接收多个关联指令, 所述 多个关联指令由多个第二终端发送。 例如, 有多个用户在同时观看第一终 端播放的电视节目, 多个用户携带的第二终端可以向第一终端发送携带有 用户的预设图片的 URL、 第二终端的 UUID和第二终端的网际协议地址的 关联指令。 例如, 用户 A、 用户 B和用户 C分别向接入终端发送关联指令。 (在表 1中, 用户 A可对应第一条记录, 用户 B可对应第二条记录, 用户 C可对应第三条记录)
所述创建目标对象预设图片 URL和所述第二终端标识关联关系的数据 关联表, 具体可以为: 接入终端根据接收的关联指令, 创建目标对象预设 图片的 URL与所述第二终端标识的关联关系的数据关联表。 本发明对关联 表的形式不做具体限定, 举例来说关联表可以以下面的表格的形式创建, 目标对象预设图片的 URL、 第二终端的 UUID和第二终端的网际协议地址 参见表 1。

在本发明实施例中, 第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第 二位置关系满足第二预设条件可以为: 第二终端确定目标对象在使用第二 终端的第二屏幕的相关的 APP, 如果目标对象使用了第二屏幕功能并在前 台运行, 则第二终端发送切换指令。
在本发明另一实施例中, 第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象 的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件可以为: 所述第二终端向目标对象发送 选择是否进行切换的指令, 由目标对象确认是否进行切换, 如果目标对象 确定进行媒体信息切换, 则所述第二终端发送切换指令。

第二终端 1303 , 用于接收接入终端 1302发送的检测指令, 所述检测指 令为当目标对象和第一终端 1301的第一位置关系满足第一预设条件时, 所 述接入终端 1302向所述第二终端 1303发送的, 检测所述第二终端 1303和 所述目标对象的第二位置关系, 当所述第二终端 1303 确定所述第二终端 1303和所述目标对象的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件时, 向所述接入终 端 1302发送切换指令, 所述切换指令用于将所述第一终端 1301 当前播放 的媒体信息发送到所述第二终端 1303播放, 接收所述第一终端 1301 当前 播放的媒体信息, 播放所述媒体信息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 在接入终端 1302确定确定目标对象和所述接 入终端 1302的第一位置关系之前, 接入终端 1302还用于接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预设图片的统一资源定位符和第二终端信 息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 接入终端 1302还用于根据目标对象预设图片 的统一资源定位符, 创建所述目标对象预设图片的统一资源定位符与所述 第二终端信息关联关系的数据关联表。
在本发明另一实施例中, 接入终端 1302还用于根据接收的目标对象预 设图片的统一资源定位符, 获取目标对象预设图片; 以及, 获取目标对象 当前图片, 将获取的目标对象当前图片信息和获取目标对象预设图片信息 进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
在本发明另一实施例中, 第二终端 1303检测所述第二终端 1303和所 述目标对象的第二位置关系, 具体为: 所述第二终端 1303根据摄像头检测 的图像信号, 得到所述第二终端 1303和所述目标对象的位置关系; 或所述 第二终端 1303 根据压力传感器检测的压力信号, 得到所述第二终端 1303 和和所述目标对象的位置关系; 或所述第二终端 1303根据重力传感器检测 的重力信号, 得到所述第二终端 1303和所述目标对象的位置关系。 在本发明另一实施例中, 所述接入终端 1302, 还用于在所述向第二终 端 1303发送检测指令之前, 查询数据关联表, 获取与所述目标对象预设图 片的统一资源定位符对应的所述第二终端 1303信息。
本发明媒体播放的装置实施例中, 确定目标对象和第一终端、 第二终 端的位置关系, 向所述第二终端发送第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 以使 得所述第二终端播放所述媒体信息。 通过以上方式进行多屏间媒体信息的 播放, 可以实现媒体信息播放的无缝衔接, 为用户提供个性化的数据业务 服务和应用, 提高用户获取媒体信息的效率。 给用户带来的用户体验好, 而且实用性高。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的 各示例的单元、 算法及方法步骤, 能够以计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来 实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决于技术方案的特定 应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方 法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述 描述的服务器和单元的具体工作过程, 可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应 过程, 在此不再赘述。

另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在 一个单元中。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序 代码的介质。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种媒体播放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系;
当所述第一位置关系满足第一预设条件, 确定第二终端和所述目标对 象的第二位置关系;
当所述第二位置关系满足第二预设条件, 向所述第二终端发送第一终 端当前播放的媒体信息, 以使得所述第二终端播放所述媒体信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定目标对象和第 一终端的第一位置关系, 具体为:
获取目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片, 将获取的目标对象当前 图片和获取的目标对象预设图片进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述第二 终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系, 具体为: 向所述第二终端发送检测 指令, 所述检测指令用于指令所述第二终端检测所述第二终端和所述目标 对象的第二位置关系; 以及,
所述第二终端根据摄像头检测的图像信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或, 所述第二终端根据压力传感器检测的压力信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或,
所述第二终端根据重力传感器检测的重力信号, 得到第二位置关系。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括: 当所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件时, 接收切换指令, 所述切换指令为所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目 标对象的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件时发送;
所述向所述第二终端发送第一终端当前播放的媒体信息具体为根据接 收的所述切换指令向所述第二终端发送第一终端当前播放的媒体信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定目标 对象和第一终端的第一位置关系之前, 包括:
接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预设标识和第二终端标 识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识; 根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端 标识的关联关系。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 确定所述第二终端和所 述目标对象的第二位置关系之前, 还包括:
根据所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系, 获取与 所述目标对象预设标识对应的所述第二终端标识。
7、 一种媒体播放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收接入终端发送的检测指令, 所述检测指令为当目标对象和第一终 端的第一位置关系满足第一预设条件时, 所述接入终端向所述第二终端发 送的;
检测所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系;
当所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系满 足第二预设条件时, 向所述接入终端发送切换指令, 所述切换指令用于指 令将所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息发送到所述第二终端播放;
接收所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 播放所述媒体信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检测所述第二终端 和所述目标对象的第二位置关系具体为: 所述第二终端根据摄像头检测的 图像信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或,
所述第二终端根据压力传感器检测的压力信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或,
所述第二终端根据重力传感器检测的重力信号, 得到第二位置关系。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收接入终端发送 的检测指令之前, 所述方法包括:
发送关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预设标识和第二终端标 识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识。
10、 一种媒体播放接入的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 确定单元、 判断 单元、 交互单元;
所述确定单元, 用于确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 以及 确定第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系;
所述判断单元, 用于判断第一位置关系满足第一预设条件, 以及判断 第二位置关系满足第二预设条件; 所述交互单元, 用于当所述第二位置关系满足第二预设条件, 向所述 第二终端发送第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 以使得所述第二终端播放所 述媒体信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元包括获 取单元和比对单元:
所述获取单元, 用于获取目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片; 所述比对单元, 用于将获取的目标对象当前图片和获取的目标对象预 设图片进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包 括关联单元;
所述交互单元, 还用于接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象 预设标识和第二终端标识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识 与所述第二终端标识;
所述关联单元, 用于根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设 标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述交互单元, 还用 于根据所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系, 获取与所 述目标对象预设标识对应的所述第二终端标识。
14、 一种媒体播放接入的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 确定单元、 判断 单元、 交互单元;
所述确定单元, 用于确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系; 所述判断单元, 用于判断第一位置关系满足第一预设条件;
所述交互单元, 用于当第一位置关系满足第一预设条件, 向第二终端 发送检测指令, 所述检测指令用于指令所述第二终端检测所述第二终端和 所述目标对象的第二位置关系, 以及用于接收切换指令, 所述切换指令为 所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系满足第二 预设条件时发送, 并根据所述切换指令向所述第二终端发送第一终端当前 播放的媒体信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元包括获 取单元和比对单元;
所述获取单元, 用于获取目标对象预设图片和目标对象当前图片; 所述比对单元, 用于将获取的目标对象当前图片和获取的目标对象预 设图片进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包 括关联单元;
所述交互单元, 还用于接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象 预设标识和第二终端标识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识 与所述第二终端标识。
所述关联单元, 用于根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设 标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述交互单元, 还用 于根据所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系, 获取与所 述目标对象预设标识对应的所述第二终端标识。
18、 一种媒体播放的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 交互单元、 检测单元、 播放单元;
所述交互单元, 用于接收接入终端发送的检测指令, 所述检测指令为 当目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系满足第一预设条件时, 所述接入终 端向第二终端发送的, 以及当所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标 对象的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件时, 向所述接入终端发送切换指令, 所述切换指令用于指令将所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息发送到所述第 二终端播放, 以及接收所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息;
所述检测单元, 用于根据所述检测指令检测所述第二终端和目标对象 的第二位置关系;
所述播放单元, 用于播放接收的所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述检测单元, 具体 为: 图像检测单元用于检测图像信号, 得到所述第二终端和所述目标对象 的第二位置关系; 或,
压力检测单元用于检测压力信息, 得到所述第二终端和所述目标对象 的第二位置关系; 或,
重力检测单元用于检测重力信息, 得到所述第二终端和所述目标对象 的第二位置关系。
20、 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述交互单元, 还用于发送关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预设标识和第二终端 标识, 所述关联指令用于关联所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识。
21、 一种媒体播放的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 第一终端、 接入终端和第二终端, 其中,
所述接入终端, 用于确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 当第 一位置关系满足第一预设条件, 确定第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置 关系, 当所述第二位置关系满足第二预设条件, 向所述第二终端发送第一 终端当前播放的媒体信息, 以使得所述第二终端播放所述媒体信息;
所述第二终端, 用于接收所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 播放所 述媒体信息。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终端确定目 标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 具体为: 获取目标对象预设图片和目 标对象当前图片, 将获取的目标对象当前图片和获取的目标对象预设图片 进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
23、 根据权利要求 21或 22所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终端 确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系之前, 还用于接收关联指令, 所 述关联指令中携带目标对象预设标识和第二终端标识, 所述关联指令用于 关联所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识, 根据目标对象预设标识, 确定所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系。
24、根据权利要求 21-23中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终 端, 还用于在确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系之前, 根 据所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系, 获取与所述目 标对象预设标识对应的所述第二终端标识。
25、 一种媒体播放的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 第一终端、 接入终端和第二终端, 其中,
所述接入终端, 用于确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 当第 一位置关系满足第一预设条件, 向所述第二终端发送检测指令, 所述检测 指令用于指令所述第二终端检测所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置 关系, 接收切换指令, 所述切换指令为所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和 所述目标对象的第二位置关系满足第二预设条件时发送, 根据接收的所述 切换指令, 向所述第二终端发送第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 以使得所 述第二终端播放所述媒体信息;
所述第二终端, 用于接收接入终端发送的检测指令, 所述检测指令为 当目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系满足第一预设条件时, 所述接入终 端向所述第二终端发送的, 检测所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置 关系, 当所述第二终端确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系 满足第二预设条件时, 向所述接入终端发送切换指令, 所述切换指令用于 指令将所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息发送到所述第二终端播放, 接收 所述第一终端当前播放的媒体信息, 播放所述媒体信息。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终端确定目 标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系, 具体为: 获取目标对象预设图片和目 标对象当前图片, 将获取的目标对象当前图片和获取的目标对象预设图片 进行比对, 得到第一位置关系。
27、 根据权利要求 25或 26所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二终端 检测所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系, 具体为:
所述第二终端根据摄像头检测的图像信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或 所述第二终端根据压力传感器检测的压力信号, 得到第二位置关系; 或
所述第二终端根据重力传感器检测的重力信号, 得到第二位置关系。
28、根据权利要求 25-27中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终 端确定目标对象和第一终端的第一位置关系之前, 还用于接收关联指令, 所述关联指令中携带目标对象预设标识和第二终端标识, 所述关联指令用 于关联所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识, 根据目标对象预设标 识, 确定所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系。
29、根据权利要求 25-28中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入终 端, 还用于在确定所述第二终端和所述目标对象的第二位置关系之前, 根 据所述目标对象预设标识与所述第二终端标识的关联关系, 获取与所述目 标对象预设标识对应的所述第二终端标识。
