另外, 本实施例中还具有其它变形实施例。 例如: 该第一齿面 162b和该第二齿面 163a 分为设为凸弧齿面和凹弧齿面; 该第一齿面 162b和第二齿面 163a还可以分别设为具有相同 倾斜度的两个倾斜齿面。
本实施例的工作过程如下: 本实施例以图 2和图 4作为说明示意图, 当将该锁位按钮 161向右拨动时, 会对该第一 手柄 14和该第二手柄 15具有锁住状态的作用;即向右拨动该锁位按钮 161,同时该凸块 161a 向左下方倾斜并且顶住该凹槽 162a的左内侧壁, 则致使该锁位齿轮 162往右翘。往右翘的锁 位齿轮 162的第一齿面 162a右端点便与该定位齿轮 163的第二齿面 163a左端点接触。 并且 由于该长柄 163b的底端与该第二手柄 15连接, 使第一手柄 14和第二手柄 15之间的张开角 度得以控制。 当对两手柄施加夹紧的力时, 该定位齿轮 163受到一推力, 其第二齿面 163a沿 着第一齿面 162a从右到左做齿轮运动,即此时该第二齿面 163a和该第一齿面 162a啮合相接。 由于该第二齿面 163a和该第一齿面 162a相互啮合, 故该第二齿面 163a不能进行逆向运动, 从而实现对钳口尺寸的固定。 同时, 由于本实施例中第二钳口 12穿过该第一钳口 11中的空 隙并与该第二手柄 15连成一体, 故该第一钳口 11可在第二钳口 12的弯折处 121 自由活动。 当钳子 10执行夹紧动作时, 该第一钳口 11会沿着该弯折处 121向其钳嘴方向移动, 而该第 二钳口 12是固定不动的, 从而夹紧工件。 并且由于钳嘴棘轮 13具有弹开和回缩两个状态, 其处于弹开状态时, 夹持物受力旋转; 其处于回缩状态时, 该可固定钳口尺寸的钳子相对夹 持物做不受力的空转运动。 这样可使钳子快速地往复运行, 让在操作中的可固定钳口尺寸的 钳子始终保持很好的作业角度而不需要松开钳口去调整角度。 在此状态下, 只要不松开锁位 按钮 161, 就可以使钳口夹紧并维持夹紧状态。
当不需要夹紧工件时, 将该锁位按钮 161向左拨动, 解开其对该锁位齿轮 162的锁位控 制, 并且该弹簧 164对该定位齿轮 163的拉力使该定位齿轮 163快速恢复原位。张开手柄后, 该锁位齿轮 162和该定位齿轮 163的啮合面分离, 即该第一齿面 162b与该第二齿面 163a分 离。 此时该锁位齿轮 162和该定位齿轮 163都可以自由活动。 并且两手柄可以张开也可以夹 紧, 两个钳口也可以自由张开或夹紧, 两个钳口之间的尺寸可以自由改变。 当直接握住手柄 觉得易滑落或者会对手部造成不适时, 可将防滑手柄套 18分别套入第一手柄 14和第二手柄 15中。
实施例 2
请参阅图 6, 图 6是本实用新型可固定钳口尺寸的钳子第二实施例示意图。 本实施例与 实施例 1的结构相似, 其区别在于: 该可固定钳口尺寸的钳子 10的第一钳口 21和第二钳口 22左右对称, 并且该第一钳口 21和该第二钳口 22通过铰链轴分别与该第一手柄 14和该第 二手柄 15连接。即利用铰链轴 A将两个钳体交叉连接并通过铰链轴 A将钳体分为钳口部分和 手柄部分。也可理解为将该锁位装置 16安装在图 1所述现有技术中的钳子的手柄上。这种结 构中的两钳口都会随着两手柄的运动而做相应的运动, 通过锁位装置固定手柄的张开角度而 固定两钳口的尺寸。 实施例 3
请参阅图 7, 图 7是本实用新型可固定钳口尺寸的钳子第三实施例示意图。 本实施例和 实施例 1或实施例 2的结构基本一致, 其区别在与: 该第一手柄 14还包括 LED灯配件 17, 该 LED灯配件 17固定在该锁位装置 16上。则当工作环境比较阴暗时,可启动 LED灯配件 16, 利用其照亮工作区域, 提供了照明作用。
相对于现有技术, 本实用新型克服了现有技术的缺点与不足, 提高操作者的工作效率, 提供一种可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 实现维持工件的夹紧状态、 不易脱落、 钳口尺寸可调节、 可固定的功能和对不同尺寸工件操作的方便。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式, 如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变形不脱离本实用新 型的精神和范围, 倘若这些改动和变形属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内, 则 本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1、 一种可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其包括两个钳体, 该两钳体交叉连接形成第一钳口、 第二 钳口、 第一手柄和第二手柄, 其特征在于: 还包括锁位装置, 该锁位装置固定安装在该 第一手柄上; 该锁位装置包括锁位按钮、 锁位齿轮和定位齿轮; 该锁位齿轮的下端设有 第一齿面; 该定位齿轮上端设有第二齿面及其下端设有长柄; 该锁位按钮的底部和该锁 位齿轮的上端连接; 该锁位齿轮的第一齿面与该定位齿轮的第二齿面啮合相接; 该定位 齿轮的长柄底端与该第二手柄连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该锁位按钮的底部设有凸 块, 该锁位齿轮的上端设有凹槽, 该凸块嵌入该凹槽中并可在该凹槽中左右移动。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第一齿面和该第二齿面 分别为凹弧形齿面和凸弧形齿面; 或者该第一齿面和该第二齿面分别为凸弧形齿面和凹 弧形齿面; 又或者该第一齿面和该第二齿面分别为具有相同倾斜度的两个倾斜齿面。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第一钳口和该第二钳口 的中部分别设有钳嘴棘轮。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该锁位装置还包括弹簧, 该弹簧的一端与该定位齿轮的侧面连接, 该弹簧的另一端与该第一手柄连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第二手柄与该长柄的连 接处设有端口, 该端口为孔状、 长条形或长槽状。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第一钳口包括第一分部 和第二分部, 该第二钳口包括弯折部; 该第一分部和该第二分部通过铰连接形成第一钳 口中部的空隙并与该第一手柄连接, 该弯折部穿过该空隙并与该第二手柄连接。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第一钳口和该第二钳口 左右对称, 并且该第一钳口和该第二钳口通过铰链轴分别与该第一手柄和该第二手柄连 接。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该第一手柄还包括 LED灯 配件, 该 LED灯配件固定在该锁位装置上。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的可固定钳口尺寸的钳子, 其特征在于: 该可固定钳口尺寸的钳 子还包括防滑手柄套, 该防滑手柄套套在两手柄上。
