技术领域
本发明属于包装机械技术领域, 涉及一种瓦楞纸的机械常温成型装置。 背景技术
目前,瓦楞纸制造过程中使用的瓦楞机在工作时,均需不同程度的加热, 并且生产过程中由于热能的转换需要一定的时间, 因此影响了瓦楞纸的制造 速度。 另外一个影响瓦楞纸生产的技术指标是瓦楞辊的直径大小, 由于瓦楞 辊的直径会直接影响到其自身的强度, 现有技术中, 为保证瓦楞辊的强度, 通常需要将瓦楞辊的直径做的大一些以满足强度需要, 但是当瓦楞辊直径大 强度足时, 又会影响纸张的成型角度, 也就是说, 当瓦楞辊直径较大时, 上 下两个瓦楞辊啮合的瓦楞齿数较多, 导致瓦楞辊和纸张间的摩擦力增大, 甚 至使纸张破损, 影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 巧 妙、 合理的瓦楞纸的机械常温成型装置, 该装置在制造瓦楞纸时, 啮合的两 个瓦楞辊的啮合面较短, 有效减小瓦楞辊与瓦楞纸之间的摩擦力。
按照本发明提供的技术方案: 一种瓦楞纸的机械常温成型装置, 特征在 于: 包括支撑辊、 上瓦辊、 下瓦辊, 其中上瓦辊设置于所述支撑辊和下瓦辊 之间, 且上瓦辊上端和支撑辊相啮合, 下端和下瓦辊相啮合; 所述下瓦辊的 直径大于五倍的上瓦辊直径, 支撑辊的直径大于上瓦辊的直径且小于下瓦辊 的直径。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述支撑辊、 上瓦辊、 下瓦辊的轴线相互平 行。

本发明与现有技术相比, 优点在于: 本发明通过对现有技术中瓦楞成型 装置进行技术改进, 将现有瓦楞成型装置中的上下两个啮合的瓦楞辊中的上 瓦辊改为直径较小的瓦辊, 这就保证了上下瓦辊在啮合时, 只有较少的几个 瓦楞齿处于啮合状态, 较小了瓦楞纸和瓦楞辊之间的摩擦力, 保证纸张不会 破损; 另外由于较小直径的瓦楞辊其强度较差, 为保证相互啮合的瓦楞辊的 强度, 主要是小直径的瓦楞的强度, 本发明特增加了一个支撑辊, 用于支撑 直径较小的上瓦辊, 以增强上瓦辊的强度, 确保瓦楞纸成型装置较长的使用 寿命。

如图 2所示, 本发明是一种瓦楞纸的机械常温成型装置, 包括支撑辊 1、 上瓦辊 2、下瓦辊 3, 其中上瓦辊 2设置于所述支撑辊 1和下瓦辊 3之间, 且 上瓦辊 2上端和支撑辊 1相啮合, 下端和下瓦辊 3相啮合; 所述下瓦辊 3的 直径大于五倍的上瓦辊 2直径, 支撑辊 1的直径大于上瓦辊 2的直径且小于 下瓦辊 3的直径。
所述支撑辊 1、 上瓦辊 2、 下瓦辊 3的轴线相互平行。
所述支撑辊 1表面设置有瓦楞齿, 该支撑辊 1既可以保证直径较小的上 瓦辊 2的强度, 同时支撑辊 1表面设有瓦楞齿,且支撑辊 1与上瓦辊 2啮合, 也使得瓦楞纸成型由原来的一次加热复合,改进为现在的二次机械成型, 即, 瓦楞纸在支撑辊 1和上瓦辊 2之间进行一次复合, 然后瓦楞纸在上瓦辊 2和 下瓦辊 3之间再进行一次复合。
支撑辊 1的表面也可以根据需要设置成光杆形式, 此时支撑辊 1仅起到 对直径较小的上瓦辊 2的支撑作用, 同时瓦楞纸也只在上瓦辊 2和下瓦辊 3 之间进行一次复合。
在实践中, 上瓦辊 2的直径通常为 50cm~250cm范围内。
本发明中的上瓦辊 2为实心辊,无需再辊中加热,大大简化了工艺流程, 能带来较好的经济效益, 同时上瓦辊 2采用实心辊也有效避免了原来空心辊 由于辊体在制造过程中, 难以保证辊体均匀而导致辊体在转动过程中, 经常 存在单边问题, 采用实心的上瓦辊 2可以有效避免单边问题, 同时大大减小 辊体径向跳动, 使得机器在高速运转下也能保证平稳运行。

1、 一种瓦楞纸的机械常温成型装置, 其特征在于: 包括支撑辊(1)、 上 瓦辊 (2)、 下瓦辊 (3), 其中上瓦辊 (2) 设置于所述支撑辊 (1) 和下瓦辊
