Abstract
本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及一种复合装置,具体地说是一种瓦楞纸板成型装置,包括设置于墙板上的下瓦楞辊、上瓦楞辊、托辊及定型辊;所述上瓦楞辊、定型辊均与下瓦楞辊滚动接触,且上瓦楞辊设置于下瓦楞辊顶端一侧,托辊贴合设置于上瓦楞辊上,且所述下瓦楞辊、上瓦楞辊、托辊的轴心在同一直线上;定型辊设置于上瓦楞辊的下方。本发明通过加设的定型辊能有效实现瓦楞纸板的可靠成型;瓦楞纸板在经过上瓦楞辊和下瓦楞辊一次轧合后,再次经过下瓦楞辊和定型辊轧合时,不需要再次进行缩率,而只是滚动轧合,所以辊的磨损相对较小,经定型辊后,可以有效消除瓦楞纸板的高低楞及斜楞等问题,并可不用任何热能达到环保节能的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及一种复合装置,具体地说是一种瓦楞纸板成型装置。
背景技术
瓦楞纸技术已有一百四十多年历史了,在瓦楞纸一百四十多年的发展过程中,瓦楞纸在生产制造过程中均需要加热,并采用两支瓦楞辊压合成型。
上述传统的加工瓦楞纸的方法尚有许多不足之处,主要体现在以下几个方面:(1)、温度太低时成型不足;(2)瓦楞纸在成型过程中,会产生高低楞、斜楞等问题;(3)生产过程中,瓦楞成型机构高速运转时,会产生纸张破碎及环境污染、成本高的问题等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的瓦楞纸板成型装置,使用该成型装置能加工出质量稳定可靠的瓦楞纸板,并可不用任何热能达到环保节能的目的。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种瓦楞纸板成型装置,特征在于:包括设置于墙板上的下瓦楞辊、上瓦楞辊、托辊及定型辊;所述上瓦楞辊、定型辊均与下瓦楞辊滚动接触,且上瓦楞辊设置于下瓦楞辊顶端一侧,托辊贴合设置于上瓦楞辊上,且所述下瓦楞辊、上瓦楞辊、托辊的轴心在同一直线上;定型辊设置于上瓦楞辊的下方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述下瓦楞辊的直径大于托辊,托辊的直径大于上瓦楞辊。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述定型辊的辊面具有与下瓦楞辊相啮合的瓦楞齿形。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明产品结构简单、可靠,通过在加设的定型辊能有效实现瓦楞纸板的可靠成型;瓦楞纸板在经过上瓦楞辊和下瓦楞辊一次轧合后,再次经过下瓦楞辊和定型辊轧合时,不需要再次进行缩率,而只是滚动轧合,所以辊的磨损相对较小,经定型辊后,可以有效消除瓦楞纸板的高低楞及斜楞等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,包括下瓦楞辊1、上瓦楞辊2、托辊3、定型辊4等。
如图1所示,本发明一种瓦楞纸板成型装置,包括设置于墙板上的下瓦楞辊1、上瓦楞辊2、托辊3及定型辊4;所述上瓦楞辊2、定型辊4均与下瓦楞辊1滚动接触,且上瓦楞辊2设置于下瓦楞辊1顶端一侧,托辊3贴合设置于上瓦楞辊2上,且所述下瓦楞辊1、上瓦楞辊2、托辊3的轴心在同一直线上;定型辊4设置于上瓦楞辊2的下方。
所述下瓦楞辊1的直径大于托辊3,托辊3的直径大于上瓦楞辊2。
所述定型辊4的辊面具有与下瓦楞辊1相啮合的瓦楞齿形。
本发明产品在具体生产制造时,上瓦楞辊2的直径一般在50到300毫米范围内,在直径小、门幅宽的情况下,强度减小,因此,本产品考虑设置托辊3来辅助支撑上瓦楞辊2,来增加上瓦楞辊2的强度。定型辊4的直径可以根据需要进行设定。
本发明的工作过程如下:本发明产品采用两组瓦楞辊分别进行瓦楞纸板成型机定型操作,具体生产作业过程是纸张从上瓦楞辊2与下瓦楞辊1啮合处进行成型作业,将平面纸加工成型,此时不需要多大的压力,此时不需要多大的压力,只需将平面纸压出瓦楞即可;然后,瓦楞纸随下瓦楞辊1转动,将已成型的瓦楞纸送至定型辊4处进行第二次轧合,这个过程称为定型过程。
使用本发明产品加工瓦楞纸板,在设备高速运转时,能得到符合标准的瓦楞齿形;通过定型辊4二次轧合,使得纸张密度更大,强度更高;由于加工的瓦楞纸板密度较大,纸张返潮率较低。
Claims (3)
1.一种瓦楞纸板成型装置,其特征在于:包括设置于墙板上的下瓦楞辊(1)、上瓦楞辊(2)、托辊(3)及定型辊(4);所述上瓦楞辊(2)、定型辊(4)均与下瓦楞辊(1)滚动接触,且上瓦楞辊(2)设置于下瓦楞辊(1)顶端一侧,托辊(3)贴合设置于上瓦楞辊(2)上,且所述下瓦楞辊(1)、上瓦楞辊(2)、托辊(3)的轴心在同一直线上;定型辊(4)设置于上瓦楞辊(2)的下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板成型装置,其特征在于:所述下瓦楞辊(1)的直径大于托辊(3),托辊(3)的直径大于上瓦楞辊(2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板成型装置,其特征在于:所述定型辊(4)的辊面具有与下瓦楞辊(1)相啮合的瓦楞齿形。
