一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2013 年 8 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320496487.8、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟配件技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 其主要包括蓄油棉、 雾化装 置和电池。 电池为雾化装置提供电能, 使雾化装置发热, 进而将蓄油棉中的油 液汽化以散发油烟, 从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
雾化装置包括电热丝 01 , 电热丝 01通过导线 02与电子烟的电极 03电导通, 电极 03连通电池 04, 电热丝 01在电池 04提供的电能作用下产生热量。在现有技 术中, 电热丝 01通过体积较小的铜片 05与导线 02电导通, 其中铜片 05与导线 02 以铆接的方式连接, 如图 1和图 2所示。
上述电导通方式的电子烟在使用的过程中,发现通过铜片 05连接的电热丝
01和导线 02容易发生接触不良现象,从而导致电路中阻值不稳定,令电热丝 01 在不同时间散发的热量不均衡, 进而影响油烟的均衡散发, 使用效果不理想。
因此,如何进一步提高电子烟的使用效果,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解 决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟, 其能够进一步提高油烟的散发均衡 性。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟, 包括电热丝、 电极和电导通所述电热丝和所述电极的导体, 其中, 所述电热丝和所述导体通过铆接的方式连接。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述导体为与所述电热丝连接的铆接部设置有两 个翼片的条状或杆状导体, 两个所述翼片对称设置且结构相同。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述翼片为齿状翼片。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述翼片为钳口翼片。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述翼片为平板翼片。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 两个所述翼片呈 V型设置在所述导体上, 且两 个所述翼片之间的夹角范围为 20-80度。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述导体为金属片或金属管, 当所述导体为金属 片时, 其厚度为 0.1mm-0.5mm。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述电热丝与所述导体以铆接的方式连接。 优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述导体与所述电极连接的延伸部以焊接或涨紧 的方式连接。
本发明提供的电子烟中, 采用导体直接电导通电热丝和电极, 不再采用体 积较小的铜片和导线, 而是将电热丝和导体直接铆接导通, 此种连接方式更加 牢固, 进而避免了电路中阻值不稳定的现象, 使油烟的散发量更加均衡。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种电子烟, 其能够进一步提高油烟的散发均衡性。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 3-图 8所示, 包括电热丝 1、 电极 2和电导通电热丝 2和电极 2的导 体 3 , 其中, 电热丝 1和导体 3通过铆接的方式连接。
本实施例提供的电子烟中, 采用导体 3直接电导通电热丝 1和电极 2, 不 再采用体积较小的铜片和导线, 而是将电热丝 1和导体 3直接铆接导通, 此种 连接方式更加牢固, 进而避免电路中阻值不稳定的现象,使油烟的散发量更加 均衡。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案, 本实施例提供的电子烟中, 导体 3为与电 热丝 1连接的铆接部 31设置有两个翼片 4的条状或杆状导体, 两个翼片 4对 称设置且结构相同。 本实施例中, 为了便于电热丝 1与导体 3的连接, 并且为 了降低接触不良现象的发生几率, 本实施例优选在与电热丝 1 连接的铆接部 31设置两个翼片 4, 以增大连接面积, 此两个翼片 4对称设置并且彼此之间并 不位于同一平面内, 呈 V型设置在铆接部 31上, 即两个翼片之间具有一定的 夹角, 此夹角范围为 20-80度, 以进一步优化连接效果。
具体的, 翼片 4的结构可以为齿状、钳口状(即具有多边形开口凹槽的平 板, 本实施例优选凹槽为矩形凹槽)或平板状, 如图 6-图 8所示。 翼片 4结构 的主要作用为避免接触不良并为与电热丝 1的铆接提供便利,所以在不影响上 述工作要求的情况下, 翼片 4的结构可以为多种形式, 在此并不做限定。
优选的, 导体 3为为金属片或金属管, 当导体 3为金属片时, 其厚度优选 为 0.1mm-0.5mm。 此种结构的导体 3在实际生产中较为常见, 便于配件的采 购或加工, 为技术方案的实现提供了便利。 当导体 3 为铜管时, 两个翼片 4
关于铜管的轴线对称,当导体 3为铜片时,两个翼片 4关于铜片的中心线对称, 图 6-图 8中以导体为铜片的结构为例体现。具体的,金属材质的导体 3可以为 铜、 铝、 铜合金、 铝合金、 铁、 锌、 银、 金、 锡或镍, 但优选为铜。
本实施例中, 电热丝 1的铆接部 31与导体 3以铆接的方式连接 , 导体 3 的延伸部 32与电极 2以焊接或压紧的方式连接, 此种连接方式操作起来较为 方便, 且连接牢固性高, 不会对电子烟的生产效率造成影响。 当然, 在不影响 导体 3与电热丝 1和电极 2正常导通的前提下, 导体 3和电热丝 1、 电极 2还 可以采用其他的方式连接, 例如卡接等。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims
1、 一种电子烟, 包括电热丝 (1)、 电极(2)和电导通所述电热丝 (2) 和所述电极 ( 2 )的导体 ( 3 ), 其特征在于, 所述电热丝 ( 1 )和所述导体 ( 3 ) 通过铆接的方式连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导体(3)为与所述 电热丝( 1 )连接的铆接部(31 )设置有两个翼片 (4)的条状或杆状导体, 两 个所述翼片 (4)对称设置且结构相同。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述翼片 (4)为齿状翼 片。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述翼片 (4)为钳口翼 片。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述翼片 (4)为平板翼 片。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 两个所述翼片 (4)呈 V 型设置在所述导体(3)上, 且两个所述翼片 (4)之间的夹角范围为 20-80度。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导体(3)为金属片 或金属管, 当所述导体(3) 为金属片时, 其厚度为 0.1mm-0.5mm。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7 中任意一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导体 (3) 与所述电极 ( 2 )连接的延伸部 ( 32 ) 以焊接或涨紧的方式连接。
