可以理解的是,上述的第一凸缘213作为临界点,在开盖过程中,凸部11转动至第一凸缘213之前,弹性件21受压发生形变,至临界点时,弹性件21开始恢复形变,过临界点后,第一凸缘213与凸部11的一侧面相接触从而推动凸部11沿盒盖1打开方向转动直至盒盖1完全打开;在合盖过程中,相同的,凸部11转动至第一凸缘213之前,弹性件21受压发生形变,至临界点时,弹性件21开始恢复形变,过临界点后,第一凸缘213及所述第一延伸臂211先后分别与凸部11的另一侧面相接触从而推动凸部11沿合盖方向转动直至盒盖1完全闭合,从而实现了半自动开盖与合盖过程。
弹性件21还包括第二延伸臂212,第一延伸臂211和第二延伸臂212位于第一凸缘213的两侧,且沿相反方向倾斜延伸。由于,在合盖时,凸部11滑动至所述第一凸缘213,第一凸缘213推动凸部11继续同向转动直至盒盖1完全闭合。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,在合盖的过程中凸部11可以抵接于第二延伸臂212也可以不抵接于第二延伸臂212,只要凸部11可滑动至第一凸缘213处即可。
在本发明中,第一延伸臂211、以及第二延伸臂212呈直线状或者弧状结构,且第一延伸臂211、第二延伸臂212和第一凸缘213共同形成倒V字型结构或者弧线形结构,即该V字形结构或者该弧线形结构的开口方向朝向盒体2底部。
弹性件置于盒体2内、且置于铰接部3所在的一侧,盒盖1由铰接部3所在的一侧沿远离盒盖1顶端的方向延伸形成上述凸部11。本发明中铰接部3是通过由盒盖1的第一侧壁111向内延伸有垂直壁112,在该垂直壁112上、以及在盒体2的与垂直壁112平行的两第二侧壁处均开设用于使转轴插入的通孔,转轴插入到垂直壁112以及盒体2上开设的通孔中,从而实现铰接的过程。而凸部11则是由第一侧壁111以及垂直壁112两者共同向远离盒盖1顶端的方向延伸而形成的。凸部11的两侧面即为第一侧壁111的外壁面以及垂直壁112的与第一侧壁111的外壁面相对的一面。
第一延伸臂211的远离第二延伸臂212的一端连接有弯折部218,弯折部218背向盒盖1弯折且与第一延伸臂211形成第二凸缘。盒体2内壁的与第二凸缘相对应处设有导向面23,所述导向面23用于在开合盒盖1时使第二凸缘抵接并沿导向面23滑动。该导向面23即为斜面或者弧面。
另外,由于在开合盒盖1时第二凸缘抵接于导向面23并沿着导向面23滑动,则不会因为第一延伸臂211端部为自由端从而在受压时形变小,不容易实现自动开合盒盖1的过程。
弹性件21还包括第三延伸臂214,第三延伸臂214两端分别固定连接于第二延伸臂212以及盒体2。盒体2内容纳有支架20,第三延伸臂214通过支架20与盒体2相连。
第三延伸臂214上设有用于使螺丝201穿过的第一通孔219,支架20上设有螺纹孔202,螺丝201穿过第一通孔219并旋置螺纹孔202中实现将第三延伸臂214固定于支架20上。弹性件21固定于盒体2中的方式不限于上述,也可以通过插接等方式实现。
支架20上设有至少一个用于容纳电子烟5的容纳部203,容纳部203内壁嵌置有固定环204,电子烟5插置于固定环204中、且与固定环204过盈配合。
固定环204为软质材料制成。例如为硅胶、塑胶或者树脂等材料制成。可以理解的是,用于固定电子烟5的方式也可以为其它方式,例如是在容纳部203内部凸设固定块,电子烟5与固定块壁面也通过过盈配合的方式,在采用固定块时,优选的,固定块的个数为三个,三个固定块以均匀间隔周向设置,固定块材质与固定环204一样,也为软质材料制成。
第三延伸臂214呈沿远离第一延伸臂211方向延伸的折线状或者曲线状结构。可以理解的是,第三延伸臂214与第二延伸臂212之间至少形成一个与第一凸缘213背向设置的第三凸缘,由于第一凸缘213与第三凸缘背向设置,使得弹力增大,更容易实现自动开合盒盖1的过程。可以理解的是,第三延伸臂214的延伸方向不受限制,优选的,采用横向以及纵向延伸的方式。
实施例一:如图1至图7所示,第三延伸臂214横向延伸、且与第一延伸臂211、第二延伸臂212共同形成长条形折线状或长条形状曲线状结构。这样的结构优选适用于容纳电子烟5个数较少的情况。此时第三延伸臂214端部延伸有横向设置的第一连接部215a,用于使螺丝201穿过的第一通孔219置于该第一连接部215a上,支架20上设有表面与第一连接部215a相适应的第一凸台205a,螺纹孔202开设于第一凸台205a上,第一连接部215a搭置于第一凸台205a上,螺丝201穿过第一通孔219且旋置于螺纹孔202中,进一步实现螺丝201拧紧。
实施例二:如图8至图14所示,第三延伸臂214纵向延伸、与第二延伸臂212共同形成长条形折线状或长条形曲线状结构。由于第三延伸臂214纵向设置,则电子烟盒在横向上具有足够的容纳空间,这样的结构优选适用于容纳电子烟5个数多的情况,抗疲劳能力较好,使用寿命更长。此时第三延伸臂214端部延伸有纵向设置的第二连接部215b,用于使螺丝201穿过的第一通孔219置于该第二连接部215b上,支架20上设有表面与第二连接部215b相适应的第二凸台205b,螺纹孔202开设于第二凸台205b上。
第二连接部215b搭置于第二凸台205b上,螺丝201穿过第一通孔219且旋置于螺纹孔202中,进一步实现螺丝201拧紧。
优选的,在第二实施例中,第三延伸臂214还包括与第二连接部215b连接的本体216,支架20还包括置于本体216和第二凸台205b之间的阻隔部217,第二连接部215b穿过阻隔部217,且本体216的靠近所述第二连接部215b的一端抵接于阻隔部217上。
一般的,首先将弹性件21安装于支架20上后,再进一步将支架20安装于盒体2中,则此时,优选的,朝向螺丝201的安装方向设有安装空间,即,该安装空间朝向螺丝201的安装侧开放。
该电子烟盒还包括用于扣合盒盖1与盒体2的扣合部,即该扣合部包括置于盒盖1上的扣位以及置于盒体2上相对应处的卡扣,该卡扣扣置于扣位中。
本发明的上述两个实施例中,弹性件21可以为金属弹片、金属丝或塑料弹片。
综上, 通过在电子烟盒 的盒体2 固设有具有第一凸缘213以及第一延伸臂211的弹性件21;所述盒盖1上设有凸部11,所述凸部11可滑动地抵持于所述第一凸缘213以及第一延伸臂211的朝向所述盒盖1的一侧表面;使得开盖时使盒盖1的凸部11滑动至第一凸缘213,第一凸缘213便可推动盒盖1至完全打开;合盖时同样使凸部11滑动至第一凸缘213,第一凸缘213便可推动盒盖1至完全关闭,实现了半自动开盒盖1过程,结构简单,仅需要较小的外力便可打开与关闭盒盖1,因而开启和关闭方便,提高了用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟盒,其特征在于,包括盒体(2)、与所述盒体(2)通过铰接部(3)铰接的盒盖(1),所述盒体(2)内固设有弹性件(21);所述弹性件(21)具有朝所述盒盖(1)方向凸设的第一凸缘(213),及从所述第一凸缘(213)的一侧沿远离所述盒盖(1)方向倾斜延伸出的第一延伸臂(211);
    所述盒盖(1)上设有凸部(11),所述凸部(11)可滑动地抵持于所述第一延伸臂(211)及所述第一凸缘(213)的朝向所述盒盖(1)一侧的表面上;
    相对所述盒体(2)将所述盒盖(1)向开盖方向转动时,所述凸部(11)抵持于所述第一延伸臂(211)并沿所述第一延伸臂(211)滑动至所述第一凸缘(213),所述第一凸缘(213)推动所述凸部(11)继续同向转动直至所述盒盖(1)完全打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(1)由所述铰接部(3)所在的一侧沿远离所述盒盖(1)顶端的方向延伸形成所述凸部(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性件(21)还包括第二延伸臂(212),所述第一延伸臂(211)和第二延伸臂(212)位于所述第一凸缘(213)的两侧,且沿相反方向倾斜延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第一延伸臂(211)、以及所述第二延伸臂(212)呈直线状或者弧状结构,且所述第一延伸臂(211)、第二延伸臂(212)和所述第一凸缘(213)共同形成倒V字型结构或者弧线形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第一延伸臂(211)的远离所述第二延伸臂(212)的一端连接有弯折部(218),所述弯折部(218)背向所述盒盖(1)弯折、与所述第一延伸臂(211)形成第二凸缘。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(2)内壁的与所述第二凸缘相对应处设有导向面(23),所述导向面(23)用于在开合盒盖(1)时使所述第二凸缘抵接并沿所述导向面(23)滑动,所述导向面(23)为斜面或者弧面。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性件(21)还包括第三延伸臂(214),所述第三延伸臂(214)两端分别固定连接于所述第二延伸臂(212)以及所述盒体(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(2)内容纳有支架(20),所述第三延伸臂(214)通过所述支架(20)与所述盒体(2)相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)上设有用于使螺丝(201)穿过的第一通孔(219),所述支架(20)上设有螺纹孔(201),所述螺丝(201)穿过所述第一通孔(219)并旋置所述螺纹孔(201)中实现将所述第三延伸臂(214)固定于所述支架(20)上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述支架(20)上设有至少一个用于容纳电子烟(5)的容纳部(203),所述容纳部(203)内壁嵌置有固定环(204),所述电子烟(5)插置于所述固定环(204)中、且与所述固定环(204)过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述固定环(204)为软质材料制成。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)呈沿远离所述第一延伸臂(211)方向延伸的折线状或者曲线状结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)横向延伸、且与所述第一延伸臂(211)、第二延伸臂(212)共同形成长条形折线状或长条形曲线状结构。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)端部延伸有横向设置的第一连接部(215a),所述第一通孔(219)置于所述第一连接部(215a)上;所述支架(20)上设有表面与所述第一连接部(215a)相适应的第一凸台(205a),所述螺纹孔(202)开设于所述第一凸台(205a)上;
    所述第一连接部(215a)搭置于所述第一凸台(205a)上、且所述螺丝(201)穿过所述第一通孔(219)旋置于所述螺纹孔(202)中。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)纵向延伸、与所述第二延伸臂(212)共同形成长条形折线状或长条形曲线状结构。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)端部延伸有纵向设置的第二连接部(215b),所述第一通孔(219)置于所述第二连接部(215b)上;所述支架(20)上设有表面与所述第二连接部(215b)相适应的第二凸台(205b),所述螺纹孔(202)开设于所述第二凸台(205b)上;
    所述第二连接部(215b)搭置于所述第二凸台(205b)上、且所述螺丝(201)穿过所述第一通孔(219)旋置于所述螺纹孔(202)中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第三延伸臂(214)还包括与第二连接部(215b)连接的本体(216),所述支架(20)还包括置于所述本体(216)和所述第二凸台(205b)之间的阻隔部(217),所述第二连接部(215b)穿过所述阻隔部(217),且所述本体(216)的靠近所述第二连接部(215b)的一端抵接于所述阻隔部(217)上。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性件(21)为金属弹片、金属丝或塑料弹片。
