凸起6包括位于该凸起6两侧的第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62,在第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62的邻接处沿该邻接处向外(即向与之相对的另一个凸起6的方向)突出延伸形成凸起6的顶端。在本实施例中,凸起6的第一滑动斜面61与第二滑动斜面62的位置相对。凸起6采用弹性材料制成,如橡胶、硅胶等制成。当然,凸起6也可以与容纳件3一体成型,均采用弹性性能良好的塑胶制成。这样就为盒盖1的打开和闭合提供弹力,便于其快速地打开。
在容纳件3、盒体2与盒盖1的转动连接处的侧壁上分别开设有第二通孔32和第一通孔22。第一通孔22与第二通孔32均位于同一中心线上,这样在组装时便于转动轴或其他连接件穿过,从而保证盒盖1与盒体2打开、闭合的可靠性。
弹性机构4采用弹性金属丝、弹性金属片、弹性塑料丝和弹性塑料片中的任意一种制成。弹性金属丝插设在盒盖1中,且弹性金属丝的至少一端与盒盖活动连接。可以理解的是,弹性金属丝可以制成任意形状以便于实现与盒盖1的连接。在一种实施方式中,弹性金属丝呈倒U型结构,则该U型结构的中部(U型中横梁部位)套设在盒盖1上,U型结构的两端部分别与盒体2的两侧壁活动连接。
在本实施例中,弹性机构4呈带折弯边的倒U型结构,所述U型结构的横截面较佳呈圆形,这种结构受力均匀,不易发生局部较大的变形。该弹性机构4包括顶部41、分别沿顶部41的两端同向延伸的两直壁42以及分别沿两所述直壁42的边缘背向折弯形成的卡持部43。顶部41与盒盖1的延伸部12固定连接。一对直臂42分别与设置在容纳件3的内壁上的一对凸起6抵持且沿凸起两侧的第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62滑动。一对卡持部43分别伸入容纳件3的一对第二通孔32中,且进而伸入到盒体2的第一通孔22中,实现了与容纳件3、盒体2的转动连接。当直臂42沿第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62滑动时,一对卡持部43分别跟随着直臂42作相应的移动。因此,盒盖1与盒体2通过弹性机构4实现转动连接。
在第一实施例中,还包括固定件5。固定件5用于将弹性机构4的顶部41固定在盒盖1的延伸部12上。固定件5设置有用于容纳顶部41的凹槽(未示),固定件5上设置有用于固定在盒盖1上的插接部(未标号)。组装时,将顶部41放置在固定件5的凹槽中,再将固定件5通过插接部插入盒盖1上相对应的插接孔中从而将弹性机构4的一端与盒盖1连接。
下面进一步说明本发明第一实施例中提供的电子烟盒的工作原理。
设定电子烟盒的闭合状态为初始状态。在初始状态时,弹性机构4的两直臂42抵顶在凸起6的第一滑动斜面61一侧。然后,用手将盒盖1打开一个小角度(盒盖1与盒体2之间形成一个小角度),此时两直臂42向前运动且发生弹性变形。当两直臂42运动至一对凸起6的顶端之间时,弹性形变的程度达到最大,盒盖1继续向前运动,越过凸起6的顶端,两直臂42的弹性形变得到回复,且两直臂42继续向前运动,弹性形变恢复产生的回复力迫使盒盖1打开。
参考图7至图14为本发明提供的电子烟盒的第二实施例的结构。从图中可知,本发明的第二实施例中的电子烟盒包括:盒盖1、盒体2、容纳件3、弹性机构4以及转轴7。在本实施例中,盒盖1与盒体2通过转轴7实现转动连接。可相对打开或闭合。盒盖1包括沿其侧缘向盒体2方向突出延伸形成的延伸部12。在延伸部12上开设有用于容纳弹性机构4的第三通孔13和用于通纳转轴7的第四通孔14。盒体2与盒盖1的延伸部12的相对应位置处设置有第一凹槽21,组装时,延伸部12容纳在第一凹槽21中。在靠近第一凹槽21的盖体2的两侧壁上开设有第一通孔22。组装时,第一通孔22与第四通孔14位于同一中心线上,用于是转轴7穿出以将盒体2与盒盖1转动连接。盒体1包括容纳在其中且与其可拆卸连接地容纳件3,该容纳件3用于盛放电子烟。在其他的实施例中,容纳件3也可以与盒体1采用挤压或浇铸的方式一体成型。在另外的一些实施例中,盒体1中也可不包括容纳件3。
在本实施例中,容纳件3位于盒体2中,且与盒体2可拆卸地连接。容纳件3在朝向盒体2的第一凹槽21方向的侧面也开设有第二凹槽31。第二凹槽31的形状、大小均与第一凹槽21的形状、大小相同,第二凹槽31也可用于容纳盒盖1的延伸部12。容纳件3与盒体1的第一通孔22相对应的位置上对应开设有第二通孔32。组装时,第二通孔32、第一通孔22与第四通孔14均位于同一中心线上,用于容纳所述转轴7,并通过转轴7将盒盖1、盒体2以及容纳件3组装在一起。容纳件3的内壁上、邻近与盒盖1的转动连接处所在的位置上有一个凸起6。
在本实施例中,凸起6包括位于其两侧的第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62。在本实施例中,第二滑动斜面62沿所述第一滑动斜面61向所述第二凹槽31的方向延伸。在第一滑动斜面61与第二滑动斜面62的邻接处向外延伸(向所述容纳件3中未设置凸起6的一侧方向延伸)形成凸起6的顶端。凸起6采用弹性材料制成,如橡胶、硅胶等制成。当然,凸起6也可以与容纳件3一体成型,均采用弹性性能良好的塑胶制成。这样就为盒盖1的打开和闭合提供弹力,便于其快速地打开和闭合。
弹性机构4包括设置在盒盖1上的弹簧45及位于弹簧45一端的抵顶件46,抵顶件46抵顶在第一滑动斜面61或第二滑动斜面62上。
弹性机构4还包括活动插设在盒盖1上的弹簧套44,弹簧套44套设在弹簧45上,弹簧套44的远离抵顶件44的一端抵顶在盒体2上。
具体地,在本实施例中,弹性机构4包括弹簧套44、弹簧45以及抵顶件46。弹簧套44大致呈内中空的圆柱型,一端为封闭端441,另一端为开口端(图中未示)。弹簧45容纳在弹簧套44的内中空间中,一端固定连接在封闭端441上,另一端与抵顶件46连接。抵顶件46包括安装部431、接触部432以及连接在所述安装部431与接触部432之间的连接部433。安装部431、接触部432以及连接部433较佳为一体成型结构,横截面呈圆形。抵顶件46位于弹簧套44的内中空中,且接触部432从弹簧套44的开口端伸出与凸起6抵顶,且沿第一滑动斜面61和第二滑动斜面62滑动。连接部433的直径较佳大于弹簧套44的开口端的直径以防止抵顶件46从弹簧套44中脱出。接触部432较佳呈球形,便于在凸起6上顺利地滑动。组装时,容纳有弹簧45以及抵顶件46的弹簧套44从盒盖1的第三通孔13中穿出,且与盒盖1以过盈配合的方式固定连接。弹簧套44的封闭端441抵接在容纳件3的未设置有凸起6一侧的内壁上,抵顶件46的接触部432与凸起6滑动连接。当然,
下面进一步详细的说明本实施例提供的电子烟盒的工作原理。
设定电子烟盒的闭合状态为初始状态。在初始状态时,抵顶件46的接触部432抵接在凸起6的第一滑动斜面61靠近第二凹槽31处。打开盒盖1时,用手打开盒盖1至一个小角度(即盒盖1与盒体2之间成一小角度夹角),接触部432沿第一滑动斜面61向上滑动,且与接触部432连接的安装部431向内运动,压缩弹簧45,弹簧45发生弹性形变。当接触部432运动至凸起6的顶端时,抵顶件46运动至弹簧套44的最内位置处,即弹簧45被压缩到最大的位置处。随着接触部432的继续向上运动越过凸起6的顶端,弹簧45的弹性形变恢复,释放弹力,迫使与其连接的抵顶件46的安装部431向外运动,从而使抵顶件46的接触部432快速在第二滑动斜面62上滑动以使盒盖1打开。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟盒,包括盒体(2)以及与所述盒体(2)转动连接的盒盖(1),其特征在于,还包括置于所述盒盖(1)上并与所述盒体(2)抵接的弹性机构(4);所述盒体(2)内壁设置有至少一个凸起(6),所述凸起(6)包括位于所述凸起(6)两侧的第一滑动斜面(61)和第二滑动斜面(62);
    打开盒盖时,所述弹性机构(4)抵顶在所述第一滑动斜面(61)上并沿所述第一滑动斜面(61)滑动且发生弹性形变,所述弹性机构(4)越过所述凸起(6)的顶端滑动至所述第二滑动斜面(62)后,所述弹性机构(4)的弹性形变恢复而沿所述第二滑动斜面(62)滑动并提供回复力使所述盒盖(1)打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性机构(4)为弹性金属丝、弹性金属片、弹性塑料片、弹性塑料丝中的任意一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性金属丝插设在所述盒盖(1)上,所述弹性金属丝的至少一端与所述盒盖(1)活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性金属丝呈倒U形,所述弹性金属丝的中部套设在所述盒盖(1)上,所述弹性金属丝的两端分别与所述盒体(2)活动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(2)上设置有两个所述凸起(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性机构(4)呈带折弯边的倒U型结构,其包括顶部(41)、分别沿所述顶部(41)的两端同向延伸的两直壁(42)以及 分别沿两所述 直壁(42) 的边缘背向折弯 形成的卡持部(43);所述顶部(41)固定连接在所述盒盖(2)的内侧;所述两直臂(42)分别与所述盒体(2)上的两个所述凸起(6)抵持并滑动连接;两个所述卡持部(43)与所述盒体(2)转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,两个所述凸起(6)分别设置在邻近所述盒体(2)与所述盒盖(1)转动连接处的两侧的内壁上,且相互对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性机构(4)包括设置在盒盖(1)上的弹簧(45)及位于所述弹簧(45)一端的抵顶件(46),所述抵顶件(46)抵顶在所述第一滑动斜面(61)或第二滑动斜面(62)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹性机构(4)还包括活动插设在所述盒盖(1)上的弹簧套(44),所述弹簧套(44)套设在所述弹簧(45)上,所述弹簧套(44)的远离所述抵顶件(46)的一端抵顶在所述盒体(2)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(2)上设有一个所述凸起(6),所述弹性机构(4)包括弹簧套(44)、弹簧(45)以及抵顶件(46);所述弹簧套(44)包括开口端以及与所述开口端相对设置的封闭端(441);所述弹簧(45)位于所述弹簧套(44)中且一端与所述弹簧套(44)的封闭端(441)固定连接,另一端与所述抵顶件(46)的一端连接;所述抵顶件(46)的另一端沿所述弹簧套(44)的开口端向外伸出与所述凸起(6)抵顶并滑动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述弹簧套(44)穿插在所述盒盖(1)上,所述弹簧套(44)的封闭端(441)与所述盒体(2)的内壁抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒还包括转轴(7),所述盒体(2)与所述盒盖(1)通过转轴(7)转动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述凸起(6)由弹性材料制成。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述凸起(6)的顶端形成在所述第一滑动斜面(61)与所述第二滑动斜面(62)的连接处。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(2)还包括用于盛放电子烟的容纳件(3),所述容纳件(3)设置在所述盒体(2)中且与所述盒体(2)可拆卸地连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述容纳件(3)的内壁上设有所述至少一个所述凸起(6)。
